Manager, Engineering

Responsibilities: — Manage a team of software engineers to deliver great products to customers — Oversee the development and success of one or more products — Lead, coach, and inspire the team to achieve quality software — Collaborate with partners across the company including product management, UX, and customer teams — Establish lean engineering processes using collaboration and rapid iteration to build the right product for the right problems — Hire and grow the team by promoting engineering excellence and career development Requirements: — 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years managing software engineering teams — Deep software development skills in at least one systems development language such as Java, Go, C++, or Python — Experience with modern technology stacks and passion for building scalable, highly available customer-facing cloud applications — Experience or interest in technologies like distributed systems, systems automation, and cloud technologies — Willingness to learn new things and build outstanding products — Legal eligibility to work in Bulgaria on an ongoing basis — Proficiency in English Benefits: — Competitive base salary range depending on geographic location, professional and educational experience, skills — Eligibility for a market competitive incentive opportunity Additional info: — Remote work from Bulgaria — Reporting to an Engineering Director — Equal Opportunity Employer committed to inclusive environment — Team of 75+ engineers in Bulgaria since October 2024 — Company with 20+ years history and $10bn market cap, focused on Intelligent Work Management
