Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
robust, high-performance application functionality and services;
Design and implement
new features that enhance user experience and align with business objectives;
Collaborate
with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions;
Proactively identify
opportunities to improve existing codebases, architecture, and processes;
Conduct code reviews
to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices;
Contribute innovative ideas
and technical insight to improve overall product design and system performance;
Write and maintain
comprehensive documentation for developed features, APIs, and modules;
Participate actively
in team development activities, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
Ensure code quality
through the creation of automated unit, integration, and functional tests;
Stay up-to-date
with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to full-stack development.
Requirements
3+ years
of professional experience in backend development with
Node.js
(preferably with
TypeScript
);
2+ years
of hands-on experience in
frontend development
using
React.js
and related technologies (Redux, Hooks, etc.);
Strong understanding of
algorithms
,
data structures
, and
software design principles
;
Solid knowledge of
object-oriented programming (OOP)
,
design patterns
, and
modular architecture
;
Experience with
RESTful APIs
,
GraphQL
, or
microservice architectures
;
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
,
containerization (Docker)
, and
version control (Git)
;
Proven ability to write
clean, maintainable, and testable code
following best engineering practices;
Experience with
automated testing frameworks
(Jest, Mocha, or similar);
Excellent collaboration and communication skills in
team-based agile environments
;
Ability to read and understand
technical documentation in English
;
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
