Location: Remote Workplace: Remote At Adapty, we make it easy for mobile apps to manage in-app purchases and paywalls. We power 20K+ apps, process $3B+ in subscriptions every year, and have been growing fast for the last four years. Our mission is simple: make apps rich. We are a team of 210+ passionate, product-driven people who love solving big challenges. Backed by top investors like 500 Startups and Surface Ventures, we are building one of mobile's fastest-growing SaaS companies and aiming for number one worldwide. WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This is not just another SaaS sales role. You will sell a best-in-class product in one of the fastest-moving segments of the mobile industry, working with ambitious app companies and some of the most sophisticated mobile teams in China. You join at a stage when Adapty is expanding rapidly across Asia, so you will not only close deals but also shape how Adapty grows in China. If you want to simply manage an existing book of business, this is probably not it. If you enjoy hunting, opening doors, building relationships with senior decision-makers and turning opportunities into revenue, we want to hear from you. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own the full sales cycle in China, from prospecting and first conversation to negotiation, closing and handover. - Build pipeline proactively: identify high-potential accounts and open new conversations instead of waiting for inbound. - Convert high-intent inbound from top app companies in AI, Utilities, Productivity, Photo & Video, Education and other subscription categories. - Run consultative conversations: understand how clients monetize, find their growth challenges, and position Adapty as a strategic solution. - Build lasting relationships with founders, monetization, product and growth leaders, and with China's app developer community. - Work with Sales Engineering, CS, Marketing, Partnerships and Product to win strategic accounts, and bring market intelligence back into the China GTM strategy. - Own your numbers: a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and ambitious revenue targets. ABOUT YOU - 3+ years in SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, mobile technology or another B2B tech sales environment. - A track record of generating pipeline and closing new business. - Strong knowledge of China's mobile app ecosystem and experience working with app developers, publishers or digital businesses. - You understand how Chinese clients buy: you know how to handle silence and slow replies, get information nobody volunteers, and build trust over time — not just deliver a demo pitch. - You are an active part of China's app developer community and can open doors through your own network. - Strong discovery, negotiation and relationship-building skills with both business and technical stakeholders. NICE TO HAVE - Understanding of SDKs, subscription infrastructure, attribution or app monetization. - Experience selling to Chinese apps expanding to the US, EU or SEA. - Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM. - Curiosity about mobile monetization, subscriptions and growth.
