Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher - Traditional Restaurant in Europe

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Our client, a traditional restaurant in Montenegro, Europe is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Steward/Dishwasher to support its daily kitchen operations. The restaurant focuses on traditional cuisine and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. As a Dishwasher, you will play an important part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly. This role supports the wider back-of-house team by helping maintain the cleanliness, flow, and readiness needed for service, ensuring kitchen operations remain efficient throughout the day. Responsibilities Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain clean dishwashing stations and follow restaurant hygiene standards. Sort, store, and organize clean dishes and kitchen supplies. Remove waste and keep kitchen floors and work areas clean. Support kitchen staff with basic cleaning and closing duties. Ensure cleaning supplies are properly stored and report shortages when necessary. Follow the restaurant's health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Requirements Previous experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Steward, or in a similar restaurant kitchen support role Knowledge of food hygiene and safe cleaning practices. Able to stand for long periods and handle relatively light lifting, including heavier pots and containers when needed. Willingness to perform cleaning duties and assist the kitchen team as needed. Willingness to work on split - shifts Willingness to relocate to Montenegro, Europe Benefits Monthly salary of €700–€750 on a one year contract, shared accommodation, 1 day off per week and a flight ticket provided, with the cost reimbursed upon arrival if initially paid by the candidate
