Vendor Commercial Coordinator, Armenia/Romania

Location: Yerevan, Armenia Description: We are looking for a Vendor Commercial Coordinator at Relum, one of the Digitain Group companies. The Coordinator shall be responsible for establishing mutually beneficial relationships with potential and existing vendors, negotiating contracts, as well as effectively managing ongoing relationships. They shall act as a proactive and analytical partner, supporting the Company's profitability and development strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and execute the provider commercial partnership strategy in line with the Company's business goals and market expansion plans Manage and optimize the provider portfolio, focusing on commercial performance, market coverage, and long-term business value Identify opportunities to improve revenue, commercial conditions, and overall partnership efficiency Lead strategic negotiations and manage key provider accounts, including complex commercial matters and escalations Drive cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to improve partnership performance and business processes Define and monitor partnership KPIs, assess business results, and recommend corrective actions where needed Contribute to business planning, budgeting, and forecasting related to provider partnerships and commercial activities Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, supporting the Company's market positioning and international growth Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the Commercial, Supply Chain or Business Development fields Proficiency of MS Office, Jira, CRM systems Excellent negotiation and communication skills, alongside the experience of working with different cultures Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Analytical thinking, focused on business development Experience working with legal and commercial documents Experience in managing diverse projects within deadlines
