Draft requirements, prioritize features, and drive Agile execution, iterating based on performance data and customer feedback. Align features with Nigeria’s regulatory requirements and Renmoney’s risk policies. Sales & Field Partnership: Work closely with sales and field teams to translate on-the-ground insights into product enhancements. Support customer acquisition and agent training to ensure product-market fit. Data-Driven Decisions: Define and track KPIs (e.g., loan approval rate, portfolio yield, repayment rates, customer acquisition cost). Use analytics to optimize products and report performance to stakeholders. Agile Execution: Drive Agile processes (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), manage the product backlog, and remove blockers. Balance strategic planning with hands-on sprint deliverables.
