Showroom Host / Sales Gallery Coordinator

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia We are looking for a welcoming and organised Showroom Host for our sales gallery in Tbilisi. You will greet every visitor, introduce them to our projects and make sure each client is smoothly connected with the right sales manager. Key responsibilities: Greet guests and create a warm, professional atmosphere in the showroom Give visitors an initial overview of our projects Schedule viewings and appointments for the sales team Record visitor details and enquiries accurately in the CRM Handle phone calls, emails and messenger enquiries Keep the gallery and presentation materials in excellent order Help with administrative work and showroom events Requirements 1+ year at a premium showroom, luxury boutique, hotel front desk or in a similar role A polished, professional approach to guests Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Comfortable working with a CRM and other digital tools A positive, service-minded attitude Fluency in Russian and Georgian Working knowledge of English Benefits Salary A modern, premium showroom as your workplace An introduction to our projects and to the real estate sector A front-line role in a friendly, client-focused team
