We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join one of the Data Platform teams that works with the Marketing, Growth, partner, and financial data domains.
You will be working with cutting edge cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, BigQuery, Databricks, K8s) and building a large scale data infrastructure for analytics, machine learning, and streaming/CDC data delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Build and operate batch and streaming ingestion into a layered BigQuery DWH (raw → ODS → data marts) using Airflow, Debezium CDC over Kafka with protobuf, Pub/Sub, and Dataflow
Integrate external data sources end-to-end — marketing platforms (GA4, AppsFlyer, TikTok/Meta/Google Ads), payment providers, S3 buckets, and third-party APIs — including schema contracts, backfills, and reconciliation
Engineer the data platform itself in Python: custom Airflow operators and connectors in a shared ETL framework, Kafka Connect on Strimzi (K8s), Cloud Functions, and API integrations with external providers
Build CI/CD and change-management tooling for BigQuery: GitHub-based test-and-approval flows, SQL migration engines (Liquibase/Flyway/Bytebase), sandbox validation, backup and rollback
Own reliability and correctness of pipelines: idempotency, deduplication, late-data handling, backfill and replay, freshness monitoring and alerting; write integration and unit tests
Drive data governance and compliance: ITGC-compliant change management for BigQuery, IAM and least-privilege access, PII policy tags and DLP, Unity Catalog on Databricks, column-level lineage (OpenMetadata/Dataplex), and disaster-recovery planning
Build internal data tools and platform services for agentic workflows with data — Streamlit apps, Slack bots, LLM-based agents and MCP servers that help teams find and use data
Support analysts and business teams with data requests, fostering data-driven decision-making across the company
Contribute to system design and architecture with the development team
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Strong practical Python: clean, well-structured, and tested code for services, tooling, and data pipelines
Solid software design skills (OOP, modularity, design patterns) — we build platform tools for agentic workflows with data and plan to develop data-related backend services, so well-designed code is highly valued
Experience building and operating services in a cloud environment (GCP, AWS or similar): CI/CD, containerization, monitoring and alerting
Familiarity with Kubernetes and Terraform — our infrastructure runs on GCP/K8s
Hands-on experience with DWH-related tasks (BigQuery or another cloud warehouse) and confident working SQL
Clear communication with non-engineering stakeholders — a meaningful share of the work is data requests from analysts and business teams
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of technologies or services and proactively contribute ideas to the team
Nice to have
Advanced SQL: complex queries, window functions, partitioning, clustering, and cost optimization
Experience building reliable pipelines around CDC (e.g., Debezium): idempotency, schema evolution, backfills, and reconciliation
Analytical data modeling skills: table grain, facts vs dimensions, slowly changing dimensions, and metric definitions
Experience with stream processing frameworks such as Flink or Apache Beam/Dataflow
Exposure to data governance and audit compliance (ITGC/SOX), Databricks Unity Catalog, or lineage/catalog tooling (OpenMetadata, Dataplex)

Job Summary
The Bugcrowd RL and Reasoning Team focuses on pushing the boundaries of autonomous cybersecurity by building authentic, verifiable reinforcement learning environments for world-leading foundational AI companies. As a Reinforcement Learning Engineer specializing in Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR), you will design and scale automated verification pipelines that transform real-world software vulnerabilities into deterministic reward functions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between low-level security analysis and modern LLM reasoning models, engineering environments where AI agents learn to discover, exploit, and remediate software vulnerabilities with mathematical certainty. Instead of relying on subjective human feedback, your work directly powers the rigorous, verifiable reward signals that teach next-generation frontier AI models how to master complex cybersecurity domain logic. You will work at the intersection of fuzzing, dynamic program analysis, system exploitation, and scalable ML infrastructure to shape the safety and offensive/defensive capabilities of future artificial intelligence.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Design, build, and deploy high-throughput RLVR (Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards) environments that evaluate LLM action sequences against deterministic execution outcomes.
Develop automated test harnesses, sandboxes, and verification engines that convert complex vulnerability research (e.g., memory corruption, web security, logic bugs) into binary pass/fail reward signals.
Integrate Bugcrowd’s Mayhem automated analysis platform and real-world vulnerability feeds into continuous, scalable RL environment generation pipelines.
Architect safe, isolated, and highly reproducible execution environments (using Docker, BuildKit, or Nix) capable of running thousands of simultaneous agent-driven exploitation and patching trajectories.
Collaborate directly with researchers at frontier AI labs including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Cohere to define standard benchmark formats, observation spaces, and verifiable evaluation metrics for cybersecurity tasks.
Implement precise telemetry, ground-truth verification algorithms, and trajectory logging to analyze agent reasoning paths and prevent reward hacking or false positives.
Build low-level instrumentation and debugging tools to monitor memory states, process executions, and network behaviors during agent interaction cycles.
Optimize infrastructure performance and environment reset latency to support massive-scale parallel sampling and distributed RL training workflows.
Benchmark and evaluate frontier AI model performance across diverse offensive and defensive security challenges, such as automated fuzzing, exploit payload generation, and patch validation.
Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Understanding of RL training workflows used by modern LLM systems, specifically execution-based feedback or Reinforcement Learning from Verifiable Rewards (RLVR).
Proficiency developing applications in Python and low-level systems programming in C, with Rust experience being a strong plus.
Solid understanding of software vulnerabilities, binary exploitation, fuzzing methodologies, or program analysis.
Experience with DevOps pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), reproducible builds (Docker, BuildKit, Nix), and comfort working with Linux systems and low-level debugging.
Experience working with or building benchmark environments (e.g., CTFs, SWE-bench, security challenges, or execution sandboxes).
Preferred Experience
Experience designing custom reward functions, ground-truth verifiers, or automated grading engines for AI safety and reasoning models.
Background in low-level program analysis tools, sanitizers (e.g., ASan/MSan), compiler instrumentation, or automated exploit generation tools.
Proven track record of participating in or developing competitive cybersecurity benchmarks, CTFs, or open-source AI evaluation frameworks.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Sitting and / or standing - Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
Carrying and / or lifting - Must be able to carry / move laptop as needed throughout the work day.

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
You will be the first engineering manager for Growth Platform, and you’ll help shape its vision, starting with the Communications capability.
Today, running a growth experiment requires engineering work, code rollouts, and manual coordination. We are creating a new Growth Platform team with two core missions: enable 10x more experiments at quality, and own the shared notification platform that powers all notifications and transactional emails across Figma. Together, these capabilities help teams experiment faster and deliver reliable, personalized communications to users across every Figma product.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Build and lead the team: Hire the initial engineers for the Growth Platform’s first team. Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards. Mentor engineers, create career growth opportunities, and help scale the organization as scope expands
Build capabilities that unlock new experiments: This isn’t about building an experimentation platform—it’s about building the product capabilities (personalized messaging, self-service publishing, cross-system integrations) that make it dramatically easier for teams across Figma to run growth experiments without engineering bottlenecks
Leverage AI to scale quality and speed: Explore and integrate AI-driven approaches—for brand consistency checks, visual quality validation, copy generation, and experiment governance—that allow experiment volume to grow without proportional growth in manual review
Provide hands-on technical leadership: Guide architecture decisions, review system designs, and make build-vs-integrate choices
Partner across the company: collaborate with Marketing to align on cross-channel messaging, partner with growth teams to identify platform capability needs, and work with product teams to ensure growth messaging improves rather than detracts from the end-user experience
Shape the platform vision: Define what to build next based on adoption, impact, and what you learn from each phase. The roadmap will evolve as we learn—you’ll be central to how it evolves
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
3+ years in engineering management, with a strong track record of building and shipping application platforms
7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier
Experience driving outsized impact from small changes—say, a UI layout change that lifted growth 20%—and energized by enabling such wins at 10x scale
Demonstrate strategic insight to optimize impact for both longer and short term.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, delivering continuous value while building toward a longer-term platform vision
Track record of prioritizing by impact, leveraging existing assets to accelerate, and scaling through platform-level thinking
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Experience at a product-led growth company during a period of multi-product expansion
Experience building platforms that enable non-engineering teams (marketing, design, content) to run experiments or publish content independently
Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven content selection
Experience integrating with customer data platforms, marketing automation systems, or building user attribute services from product usage data
Familiarity with using AI for quality assurance, brand consistency, or content governance at scale
Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer II to join Checkout’s IT Engineering team, supporting Workplace Technology. In this generalist role, you will work across the services and platforms managed by the team, helping colleagues get the technology they need while keeping those services secure, reliable, and easy to use.
You will contribute across areas such as identity and access, end-user devices, collaboration and productivity platforms, IT assets and licences, and office technology. You are not expected to be a subject matter expert in every product. Instead, you bring strong technical foundations, depth in one or more areas, and the curiosity to build working knowledge across the wider portfolio.
At this level, you can confidently resolve all but the most complex problems affecting the team. You will own operational outcomes, deliver small-to-medium projects independently, and work with colleagues and stakeholders to improve the services we provide across Checkout.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Cross-Portfolio Service Ownership: Administer and improve services across the Workplace Technology portfolio. This may include Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, macOS and Windows endpoint management through tools such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, IT asset and licence processes, and office technology.
- Identity and Access: Support secure identity lifecycle and access management, including joiner, mover, and leaver activities, single sign-on, group and role administration, and least-privilege access.
- End-User Technology: Help manage and support company endpoints and workplace services. Apply approved configurations and security controls, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a consistent employee experience across platforms.
- Platform Administration: Configure and maintain team-managed applications and services. Learn unfamiliar platforms quickly, follow established governance, and identify when a change needs specialist or security review.
- Operational Excellence: Provide dependable operational support, maintain clear documentation and runbooks, and help the team improve service quality, reliability, and supportability.
- Incident and Change Management: Own incidents through the full lifecycle, from triage, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication through safe service restoration, root-cause analysis, and follow-up actions. Maintain accurate incident records, capture decisions and remediation, and document recurring issues and operational procedures in clear, current runbooks and knowledge articles. Plan and implement changes safely, with appropriate testing, approvals, and rollback plans.
- Project Delivery: Plan and deliver small-to-medium technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders and other teams to manage dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Automation and Improvement: Identify repeatable manual work and service friction. Propose or build appropriately controlled automation and simpler workflows to reduce toil and improve consistency.
- Asset and Licence Management: Support accurate technology inventory, licence administration, and lifecycle processes, helping the team make effective and responsible use of its tools and equipment.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share learning across the team, contribute to onboarding and operational guidance, and support colleagues as they develop their technical skills.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience: Typically 2-3+ years in IT engineering, workplace technology, systems administration, or a similar technical role.
- Technical Breadth: Practical experience supporting or administering a range of workplace technology services. You have a strong foundation in at least one relevant area and are motivated to build capability across others.
- Relevant Platforms: Experience with some of the following is useful: identity and access management (for example, Okta and SSO); Google Workspace; Atlassian products; macOS or Windows endpoint management (for example, Jamf or Microsoft Intune); SaaS administration; IT asset or licence management; or office technology. You do not need experience with every product listed.
- Security Mindset: Understand the importance of least privilege, secure configuration, data protection, auditability, and careful change management. You know when to escalate a risk or seek specialist guidance.
- Problem Solving: Take a logical, evidence-led approach to troubleshooting. Explain technical options and trade-offs clearly, and distinguish between immediate mitigation and long-term resolution.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for work from investigation through resolution and follow-up. Care about the long-term health of the services you support, not only closing individual requests.
- Communication: Work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical teams. Translate technical detail into clear updates and provide helpful, user-focused support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working across a varied technology estate, learning new tools, and balancing planned delivery with operational priorities in a changing environment.
- Teamwork: Share knowledge, ask for help when needed, and contribute positively to a team that works across multiple technical domains.

- Reporting to the Director of Corporate Finance
As a Financial Analyst, GTM, you’ll:

- Run the monthly churn, renewal, and write-off review with GTM partners, preparing the analysis, root-cause commentary, and forecast implications leaders use to make decisions
- Synthesize multi-source data from Salesforce, the data warehouse, Workday, and NetSuite into clear metrics, KPIs, and business narratives that inform GTM leadership decisions
- Build working relationships across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and GTM to drive alignment without formal authority, and automate recurring reporting with SQL, spreadsheets, and AI tools

- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including building models from raw data
You’ll thrive as a Financial Analyst, GTM if you:
- Have a working understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and renewals, and can trace them back to source data in Salesforce and the data warehouse
- Enjoy partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders and can explain financial results in plain terms to non-finance audiences
- Notice manual work and fix it, whether with SQL, spreadsheet automation, or AI tools
- Bring accounting fluency, including accruals and the monthly close; a CPA and a Big 4 background is preferred
- Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
