About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at our customers when our partners build and run them. This is a senior leadership role on the Partnerships leadership team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.
A deployment starts with work the business wants an agent to do: a research process in a bank, claims handling at an insurer, engineering workflows in a retailer. A partner's engineers build it against the customer's own systems and data, evaluate it on real work rather than a demo, and put it live. If it holds, the customer builds the next ten themselves and the partner carries the pattern to the next customer in that industry.
What good means is the same every time, whoever builds it: on time, on track, high quality, high customer satisfaction, and impact the customer can see in their own business. Holding that across thousands of deployments a year, almost none of which your own people build, is the job.
This is a build, and it is a scaling problem. The function is new, the teams are mostly still to be hired, demand is growing far faster than any team can be hired against it, and the way we deploy agents is changing faster than a method written down in advance can keep up with.
What you will own
Deployment strategy and approached.
Bringing the best ways to deploy Claude to our customers through partners: which deployment approaches we back, which partners we build them with, and how both change as the models and the use cases move.
Field delivery.
A global organisation across the Americas and international markets, which you hire, lead and grow. Our own people, in region, alongside the partner's team on live engagements: they run the delivery cadence, hold the work to date and quality, and are the first to know when something is going wrong. Most of the team sits here, and it is accountable for deployments landing on time and on track, to a high quality bar, with high customer satisfaction and impact the customer can see in their own business, against the customer's own deployment plan rather than a partner work order.
Delivery assurance.
The standard a Claude deployment is held to, how it is inspected on live engagements, and how a shortfall gets back to the partner as root cause rather than as a complaint. Where a partner's own delivery practice meets that standard, you approve them to carry the work and you assure the result.
Partner success.
The partner's own capability to deliver. One person is the point of contact across everything a partner is building, and the method is built with partners rather than handed to them: the patterns that worked on real engagements, turned into something the next partner can run, and the centres of excellence inside our largest partners that let their own engineers deliver to our standard.
Partner health and escalation.
An honest read on how every partner is really performing, held apart from the teams that own the commercial relationship so the score can be trusted. A falling score starts an escalation, and it is how we decide what a partner is ready to take on next.
Working with the account team.
Account executives, the partner account and success teams, and the partner's own delivery leadership, so that a deployment has one plan and one set of owners rather than three.
The relationships.
Delivery leadership at our largest partners, technology and business leadership at their clients, and Applied AI, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering inside Anthropic. Most of what you need you will not control, so this role is carried by trust rather than reporting lines.
The bench.
Delivery capability in markets that do not yet have any, built with partners who have not done this work before.
You will also build the measurement, since knowing whether a deployment is working is still largely done by the people closest to it; make your own organisation AI-native, running the delivery records, the quality signals and the pattern-finding on Claude; act as the executive sponsor in our most strategic partner-led deployments; travel to partner and customer sites and to conferences for executive-level sessions, technical workshops and relationship building; and stay current with emerging AI trends and the evolving partner market.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders.
Have built a delivery organisation rather than inherited one, and have executed through a period when its volume changed by an order of magnitude.
Have been accountable for whether large enterprise deployments reached production and were used, not only whether they were delivered to plan.
Have run delivery through other people's engineers and still held the quality bar, so you know the difference between assuring work and policing it.
Have worked with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms, and understand how their delivery practices, staffing and economics actually work.
Understand how to contribute to running a GTM organisation anchored on a consumption business model, not SaaS sales cycles.
Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures, and have built with LLMs yourself, including evals and the gap between something that works in review and something that survives in production.
Have strong executive presence and build deep, durable relationships with technical and business leaders, at our partners and at their clients.
Have a passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial.
Stay up-to-date and informed by taking an active interest in emerging research and industry trends within AI.
Strong candidates may also have
Led delivery in the first years of a technology.
Built the method while delivering with it, and turned what worked on one engagement into what the next hundred start from.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Field operations is where strategy meets execution at Fivetran + dbt Labs. This senior role sits at the heart of how our APJ go-to-market engine is planned, measured, and improved, partnering directly with regional sales leadership to shape where we play, how we allocate capacity, and how we turn pipeline into revenue. You will own the operating cadence that keeps the region on plan and the analysis that turns performance data into the decisions leadership acts on.
This is a role for someone who wants to shape how a high-growth business is run, not just report on it. You will operate with real autonomy: bringing rigour to how we plan, sharpening the weekly rhythm of the business, and building the processes that let APJ scale. If you think commercially, act like an owner, and want a seat close to where the decisions get made, this is for you.
This is a full-time position based out of either Singapore or Sydney office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
Technologies You'll Use
Clari, Salesforce, Omni, Looker (or similar BI tools such as Tableau, Hex), SQL/SOQL, advanced spreadsheet modelling and presentation skills (Google suite), Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other market leading ai tools
What You'll Do
Strategy and go-to-market planning
Contribute to and, over time, own core GTM planning cycles across quota setting, territory design, and financial / capacity planning, in partnership with sales leadership and finance.
Translate top-down targets into workable, bottoms-up plans that reps and managers trust.
Business reviews and insight
Prepare and drive QBRs and other business reviews, turning data into a clear narrative of what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next.
Go beyond reporting: surface the “so what” and translate insight into concrete, owned actions.
Running the day-to-day
Lead the weekly operating rhythm: forecast calls, pipeline reviews, and inspection of deal health and hygiene.
Keep the leadership team on top of the number with accurate, timely, decision-ready analysis.
Process and systems
Improve the machine, not just run it. Build scalable, repeatable processes where none exist and remove manual, error-prone work.
Act as a power user of our core stack (Salesforce, Omni, Looker) and raise the bar on data quality and pipeline hygiene across the region.
Put AI to work in the operation: find practical ways to automate analysis, accelerate reporting, and sharpen decision-making, and help the wider team adopt what works.
Skills We're Looking For
Proven experience in a sales, revenue, or field operations role in a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology business, with comfort building the first version of something where no process exists in a fast-moving environment.
Hands-on command of GTM planning components (quota, territory, and financial / capacity planning), even if you haven’t yet owned all three end-to-end.
Strong analytical toolkit: advanced spreadsheet modelling, fluency in a BI tool (Omni, Looker, Tableau or similar), and comfort working directly in a CRM (Salesforce). SQL is a strong plus.
A track record of turning data into insight into action: you tell the story, not just build the report
Genuine commercial and SaaS acumen: pipeline coverage, conversion and win rates, forecasting, ARR and retention are second nature
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority: you can move sales leaders, finance and marketing and other cross functional partners without managing any of them.
A clear point of view on the role AI can play in a modern GTM engine, backed by practical examples of how you have already built skills and applied it to your own work, not just theory
Bonus Skills
SQL/SOQL and experience working with a modern data stack (dbt itself a plus).
Experience supporting a multi-country region across markets and segments.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We're looking for a leader to build, coach, and scale a team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on landing net-new, scaling startups on Vercel. These are high-stakes, technical deal cycles, where founders and engineering leaders are making architectural decisions that will carry them through their next stage of growth as they build and adopt AI-native applications.
You'll set the operating rhythm, drive pipeline creation and execution, and act as a player-coach to help experienced sellers run tight, multi-threaded deal cycles. You'll develop deep expertise in Vercel, use pattern recognition to find the startups where we can deliver the most value, and partner across functions to build a foundation for adoption and expansion. By using automation and AI to maximize your team's impact, you'll turn wins into repeatable playbooks across the startup segment.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
About Startups at Vercel:
Vercel Startups partners with founders from the first line of code through hypergrowth. Startups move faster than ever, and the infrastructure decisions they make early either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. The
Greenfield team
hunts new logos at the inflection point: startups that have found scale and now need more from their infrastructure partner across performance, security, AI, and commercial terms.
We're a talent-dense team of former founders, engineers, and go-to-market operators. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table making architectural tradeoffs under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every conversation. We operate with high trust, high agency, and shared ownership: curious, resilient, and willing to push through hard problems to help startups win.
What You Will Do:
Hire & Scale
: Recruit, onboard, and ramp a high-performing team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition in greenfield territory.
Coach & Develop
: Provide ongoing coaching, 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions to sharpen experienced reps into trusted partners for founders, CTOs, and technical leaders.
Startup GTM Strategy
: Define territory and segment approach, ICP targeting, and outbound motions to reach scaling startups at the moments where Vercel can help them build, ship, and scale.
Player-Coach Leadership
: Jump into key deals, join customer calls, and help reps connect technical priorities and architectural decisions to business outcomes across discovery, demos, security, procurement, and negotiation.
Pipeline & Execution
: Drive pipeline generation, disciplined qualification, and consistent deal progression to hit team bookings targets and set customers up for adoption and growth.
Forecasting & Performance Management
: Own forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline health, and manage performance against leading indicators and quota.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
: Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Solutions Engineering, and the Activations and Install Base teams as one team to improve targeting and conversion and help startups adopt AI-native architectures.
AI, Automation & Repeatable Playbooks
: Use AI and automation to maximize team impact, identify patterns across startup needs and usage signals, and turn successful plays into repeatable motions.
About You:
5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing Account Executives.
A proven track record leading teams to land net-new logos and consistently hit bookings targets, with an understanding of how scaling startups evaluate, adopt, and expand on technical platforms.
Strong coaching skills across discovery, qualification, mutual close plans, multi-threading, and negotiation.
Experience building pipeline generation motions (outbound + inbound) and holding reps accountable to activity and quality.
Comfort leading conversations with founders and technical buyers about architectural decisions and business tradeoffs. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with engineering stakeholders.
Curiosity about AI-native development and a willingness to build deep expertise in Vercel and the tools shaping how startups build and ship.
A growth mindset, resilience, and strong shared ownership. You operate with high trust and high agency while balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
Bonus If You:
Have sold developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML products, or other technical platforms to startups.
Have built or scaled a net-new / greenfield sales motion in a startup-focused segment.
Have firsthand experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or partner to founders navigating technical and business constraints.
Have strong cross-functional instincts, especially with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $280,000 - $330,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location.
