HVAC Supervisor - Well-established Facility Management Company

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates; Sharjah, United Arab Emirates; Muscat, Oman; Riyadh, Saudi Arabia; Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates Apt Resources is looking for a qualified HVAC Supervisor to join one of our clients, a reputed and well-established Facility Management Company that is part of a larger group of companies in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing HVAC maintenance operations, leading and coordinating technical teams, and ensuring the efficient performance and reliability of HVAC systems across assigned facilities. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily HVAC maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance. Lead and monitor HVAC technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance tasks. Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of Split, VRF, and Chilled Water-based HVAC systems. Conduct regular inspections and ensure HVAC equipment operates efficiently. Plan and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders. Diagnose technical issues and provide guidance to technicians in resolving complex HVAC problems. Coordinate with other Facility Management departments to ensure smooth building operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Prepare maintenance reports and monitor team performance. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field. Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as an HVAC Supervisor. Previous experience supervising HVAC technicians or maintenance teams within the Facility Management industry. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on familiarity with Split, VRF, and Chilled Water-based HVAC systems. Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and supervise maintenance operations. Valid UAE Manual Driving Licence is mandatory. Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
