HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🤹 OPERATIONS AT ALAN
Behind Alan's performance lies an Operations team that is anything but back-office. At Alan, Ops is a strategic function: we define the vision, build the systems, and own the outcomes that make our insurance and healthcare products work at scale.
As a Ops & Product Builder, you will own some of the most critical and ambiguous challenges in the company. You will shape strategy, drive cross-functional alignment, and build solutions with lasting impact on Alan's P&L and member experience.
You’ll be joining 80+ talented, committed, passionate Ops team members working globally on all our services. You’ll be among the team mates structuring this community.
Our health services in Belgium is where you can make a difference
- In Belgium, our ambition is to build the most integrated care journey in the country. Prevention, care and insurance should work as one, so that every member has a health partner before they get sick, not just after.
- We particularly you start by bringing the full ecosystem of our health services to life for our Belgian customers
⭐️ THE CHALLENGE
We are looking for entrepreneurs in the mindset with a strong operational background to disrupt (and not only upgrade) the way we traditionally think about insurance or healthcare, and deeply re-engineer the experience we offer to our members .
We move fast and are proud to tackle big problems! One of our core value is ownership : we expect you to tackle Alan's problems from end to end with a long-term focus, acting on the behalf of the entire Company, never saying “it’s not my job” and being accountable for your actions.
Specifically here: Belgian healthcare is built to react. You get sick, then you get care. Prevention is the exception, and people are left to find their way between GPs, specialists, mutualities and insurers.
In France, we’ve shown it can work differently. Mo, our AI medical assistant, answers health questions 24/7. The Shop delivers health products at zero out-of-pocket. Alan Precision makes advanced prevention accessible through blood tests and health plans. Occupational health brings prevention into working life. It all lives in one app.
Now we’re building it in Belgium, and you’re the one who makes it happen.
Here are some examples of missions that you could lead:
- Launch Mo in Belgium Bring our AI medical assistant to Belgium in French and Dutch, with Belgian doctors shaping its answers and taking over when a human is needed.
- Advanced prevention for everyone: Generalise advanced blood tests paired with AI health plans into a service every member can easily access. That means building the network of clinical labs, pharmacies and care providers behind Alan Precision.
- Prevention programmes for unmet health needs: Spot the gaps in today’s care (weight loss, sleep, women’s health etc) and turn them, with health professionals and product teams, into programmes members love.
- A health partner for every workplace: Reinvent occupational health and Health At Work, a channel that reaches a huge share of Belgian workers but struggle to deliver the right impact on prevention. Design the model and take it from idea to launch.
This is a 0-to-1 role. You’ll have the autonomy of a founder and the backing of a €800M+ ARR company. What you build will change how hundreds of thousands of people in Belgium look after their health.
⭐️ IF YOU HAVE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING, YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT ⭐️
- 6+ years in operations, product or entrepreneurship, ideally including launching new services
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (both is a strong plus)
- You have a high level of structure and strong analytical skills (including Sql fluency for data analysis)
- You’ve taken a product or service from zero to scale and owned high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives
- You set clear vision and roadmaps, lead product reviews and drive make-or-buy decisions
- You build and run key partnerships autonomously (providers, pharmacies, labs, health-tech)
- You’re strong on AI and automation
- You’re a strong mentor who makes the people around you better
- You know, or will quickly learn, how Belgian healthcare works: mutualities, practitioners, reimbursement, regulation
For this role we are looking to hire within the D–F level range, based in Brussels.
🎯 IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t check every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply, as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?
Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist. We’ll be thrilled to receive your application!

🤖 WHO WE ARE
We’re building Mo — a health companion for everyone.
We’re a small team within Alan, on a mission to redefine the future of care by democratizing access to medical expertise. We are building Mo, an intelligent, empathetic, multimodal LLM-based conversational AI assistant able to prescribe, triage, and proactively follow up on care.
Imagine giving every person in the world instant, 24/7 access to personalised medical expertise - through chat, voice, or video. That’s what we are building 🤖.
We kicked off the project in 2023, and we have launched Mo to all our french members (1M) in Q1 2026, making it the first safe AI health companion live at scale in Europe.
🚀 WHY WE NEED YOU
Mo’s scope is expanding fast: inside Alan (a new Clinic, new capabilities), across the countries we operate in, and at the interfaces with many other Alan experiences. To get this expansion right, and to keep ownership distributed within the team, we’re looking for a Product Builder to take on a real share of that complexity and ambiguity.
You’ll own end-to-end one slice of Mo’s product scope. Depending on your profile, it could be:
- 🩺 Mo for reactive care. Build all the integrations between Mo, our Clinic and the healthcare system, and shape how our medical team interacts with members in and through Mo.
- 🛡️ Mo for insurance. Make Mo the main interface between members and Alan, building on our Support AI agents, across channels and countries.
- 🌍 Mo global. Adapt Mo to new countries and find the right operating model for each (medical reviews, safety, local features).
- ➕ Mo as a platform. Make Mo the companion other teams build upon, so our domain experts can ship their own experiences through it.
🎯 IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
We’re looking for Product Builders with around 5+ years of experience who want to build state-of-the-art AI products and apply them to real-world, high-stakes problems in healthcare.
- You’ll own a product area end-to-end: problem framing, vision, prioritisation, shipping, and measuring whether we actually help members get and stay better.
- You’ll work daily with engineers, ML engineers, data, and doctors, at the frontier of LLMs and agentic systems, and see your work in production with real people.
- You’ll navigate ambiguity and many stakeholders across Alan, and turn it into clear decisions and a focused roadmap.
- You’ll be hands-on: prototyping, digging into data, reading conversations and evals, getting into the technical details with the team.
- You’ll contribute to our product culture and help build the team (hiring, interview loops, etc.).
You would be a good fit in Mo if most of this sounds like you:
- Experience building and shipping a live AI/LLM product
- Very hands-on, comfortable with technical and data topics (SQL, prototyping, understanding how an LLM system behaves and fails)
- Interest or experience in one or several medical or prevention themes
- Product-minded and outcome-driven: you care about impact, not output
- Self-directed, pragmatic, driven, hard working
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority!)
- Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English
- Ex-engineers and ex-founders are typically a great fit in our team
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus
🤘 HOW WE DO IT ?

About the Position
The Senior Health Systems Advisor will provide strategic and technical assistance to the Department of Health (DOH) in the development and implementation of the One Hospital Command as a regional patient navigation and referral system connecting primary care with appropriate diagnostic, hospital, and specialty services across public and private providers.
The Advisor will support DOH in developing a common operating model that can respond to regional differences in health facilities, geography, workforce, financing, and service capacity. The position will support both urgent and planned referrals and strengthen coordination across levels of care to help ensure that patients are appropriately accepted, referred, provided needed services, and linked back to the originating provider for continued care.
The Advisor will also support the application of strengthened referral and patient navigation systems to priority public health needs, including tuberculosis (TB), particularly where improved linkages between primary care, diagnostic services, treatment facilities, hospitals, and specialty services can strengthen continuity of care.
The Advisor will provide technical expertise to design the regional care and referral model, establish necessary operating processes and agreements, assess financing pathways, develop options for a professionally managed command center, identify opportunities to activate priority facility capacity, and support pilot implementation.
The Advisor will work closely with the designated DOH Hospital Cluster lead, Centers for Health Development (CHDs), DOH hospitals, Local Government Units (LGUs), PhilHealth, participating private providers, and other relevant stakeholders. Develop and assess options for the One Hospital Command operating model, including in-house, outsourced, and hybrid arrangements for appropriate command center and coordination functions.
Identify opportunities to activate priority facility and service capacity through targeted investments, shared services, private provider participation, management or service contracts, or public-private partnership options.
Support selection, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of pilot regions and patient referral pathways.
Develop recommendations and a phased approach for expansion of the model based on pilot implementation, lessons learned, costs, readiness requirements, and financing and staffing implications.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Regional Care and Referral Model

It must ensure that digital platforms and solutions are coherent, interoperable, secure, sustainable, and aligned with national priorities.
The Ministry currently has several platforms and business systems used for data collection, reporting, analysis, and utilization. However, significant challenges remain including fragmentation of solutions, insufficient documentation, interoperability needs, variable data quality, difficulties in user support, insufficient ongoing training, and the need to strengthen data sovereignty and protection.
The recruitment of an Advisor in HIS and Digital Health will strengthen the operational capacities of the Directorate of e-Health, providing cross-cutting support to technical directorates and programs, particularly for needs related to maternal and child health and malaria, without replacing the structures responsible for the programs.
The Advisor will support the e-Health Directorate in carrying out life-saving humanitarian assistance (LHA) service delivery in full alignment with the new Presidential Executive Order (EO) directives.
Responsibilities
Support the Directorate of e-Health in coordinating digital initiatives, preparing technical meetings, notes, reports, presentations, and monitoring documents.
Support the implementation of the e-Health master plan, roadmaps, action plans, annual priorities, and partner-supported activities.
Support the technical and functional monitoring of priority platforms such as DHIS2, eCHIS/CommCare, OpenClinic, mSupply/eLMIS, STELab, dashboards, and other solutions adopted by the Ministry.
Contribute to the mapping of data flows, indicators, and organizational units, the documentation of workflows, and the progressive application of interoperability standards.
Support the improvement of data quality, analysis, visualization, and use for decision-making, particularly in the areas of maternal health, child health, and malaria.
Contribute to addressing requirements related to data protection, cybersecurity, classification of digital interventions, service continuity, and digital sovereignty.
Support the establishment of sustainable mechanisms for training, e-learning, helpdesk services, knowledge base, user documentation, and skills transfer.
Produce and maintain guides, procedures, terms of reference, technical notes, reports, training materials, and knowledge capitalization documents.
Expected Results
The Directorate of e-Health has close, structured, results-oriented technical support.
Digital initiatives are better coordinated, better documented, and better aligned with the master plan.
Priority platforms, data, and interoperability workflows are better monitored.
Security, data protection, and digital sovereignty requirements are better addressed.
The capacities of national teams and users are sustainably strengthened.
Improved HIS for maternal and child health and malaria.
Expected Deliverables
Technical assistance work plan;
Technical notes, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations supporting the Directorate of e-Health;
Mapping platforms, data flows, interoperability needs, and prioritization matrices;
Contributions to Terms of Reference, specifications, guides, SOPs, procedures, and action plans;
Training materials, skills transfer documents, and knowledge base content;
Monthly or quarterly technical assistance reports, with operational recommendations.

Qualifications
University degree at Master's level (Bac+5) or higher in computer science, information systems, public health, statistics, epidemiology, data management, digital health, systems engineering, or an equivalent field.

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Supabase Storage https://supabase.com/docs/guides/storage is a scalable and high performance object storage service and is one of our fastest growing services. The current landscape of tools for uploading, storing, processing and delivering assets is complicated. Developers are forced to think about regions, caching, codecs and security before they can start uploading anything.
We are looking for engineers to solve this problem once and for all!
You will be working across the entire stack - client libraries, CLI, CDN, the storage server and the deployment infrastructure. One day, you might focus on improving upload resilience in iOS applications; the next, you could be optimizing the S3 protocol for efficient retries or finding ways to accelerate upload processing.
You will be contributing to both our open source server https://github.com/supabase/storage and upstream dependencies we use, like the TUS server https://github.com/tus/tus-node-server/pulls?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc+is%3Apr+author%3Afenos+is%3Amerged.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in async, fast-paced environments and is excited about building developer tools that scale to millions.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Improving our analytics bucket offering and improving the storage of open file formats like iceberg and ducklake
- Asset optimization to speed up delivery for websites and mobile applications
- Building out our edge network to speed up uploads and build features like automatic cache invalidation
- Improve the performance, observability, and reliability of our storage server
- Work with the frontend team to build a fast, powerful storage explorer
- Improve our APIs, client libraries and CLI to provide an exceptional end-to-end DX for our users
- Resolve escalated support issues, while also identifying and resolving systemic issues across the platform
YOU MIGHT BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU
- Have 5+ years backend engineering experience of running Node.js in production
- Have experience with highly scalable, distributed systems
- Are comfortable with working across the stack - backend application development, some infrastructure work including deploying, monitoring and scaling the service
- Posses familiarity with observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana) and performance tuning
- Have experience with production-grade PostgreSQL usage, including tuning and troubleshooting
- Demonstrate an ownership mentality: driving projects end-to-end
- Display empathy towards developer experience
NICE-TO-HAVE
- Prior experience working on developer tools
- Solid knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Direct experience designing and operating large file upload/download pipelines at scale
- Deep, practical CDN integration and optimization knowledge
- Experience with image and video processing tools (sharp, dssim, ffmpeg), formats and codecs (AVIF, WebM, Brotli) is a plus
- Experience with the frontend ecosystem (Next.js, React, etc) is a plus
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.
ABOUT THE TEAM
Supabase was born-remote and open-source-first. We believe our globally distributed team is our secret weapon in building tools developers love.
- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)
- 540,000+ community members
We move fast, build in public, and use what we ship. If it’s in your project, we probably use it in ours too. We believe deeply in the open-source ecosystem and strive to support—not replace—existing tools and communities.
