THE OPPORTUNITY As a staff member of the Map Team, you’ll own and drive significant parts of our Reconstruction and/or Localization technologies. You will be responsible for building the Map representing a living geospatial world model that can be simultaneously used to generate a high-fidelity 3D representations via Gaussian Splatting and Meshing, as well as the centimeter-level accuracy Visual Positioning System (VPS) that allows people and robots to explore the real world. This is an individual contributor role with a strong component of technical leadership where you will mentor other engineers and influence the technical roadmap. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of some of our core technologies, namely, Structure from Motion (SfM), Feed Forward and Foundational models, and high-fidelity 3D Reconstruction (e.g. meshing, gaussian splats). - Applied Research: Up to speed state-of-the-art in relevant areas to be able to invent novel solutions in VPS and/or 3D Reconstruction alongside the team. - System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable production-grade Computer Vision systems that power Niantic Spatial’s VPS, 3D Reconstruction and 3D Mapping pipelines. - Algorithm optimization and production implementation: develop and optimize algorithms, train models, for high-accuracy and high-performance execution on CPU/GPU on the cloud or device as part of a reliable production system. - Quality & Benchmarking: Drive decision-making creating high quality data that allows the accurate spatial grounding of AI queries with structural, semantic and location specific knowledge. - Technical Strategy & Mentorship: Work with engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap and quarterly objectives for the Applied CV Team; provide high-level mentorship and code governance to elevate the team’s technical bar. - Cross-Functional Delivery: Collaborate with Product, Research, and Operations teams to ensure that state-of-the-art Computer Vision solutions translate into delightful user experiences. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR - Years of Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or a related field (or 4+ years with a PhD in a relevant domain). - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's or PhD preferred. - Core Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python and/or C/C++. - Specialized Expertise: Proven experience in both classical and learned-based 3D Computer Vision and ML. - Full SW lifecycle experience: Demonstrated experience in taking research into production at scale. - Technical Leadership Experience: Previous experience tech leading computer vision projects. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The expected salary range for this role is $256,500 – $315,000 per year. Задачи: — Разработка на Oracle PL/SQL: хранимые процедуры, функции, пакеты, загрузки и витрины данных — Автоматизация процедур, обработка событий, мониторинг, логирование и алертинг — Валидация отправляемых данных, тестирование при выходе новых версий систем — Разработка и внедрение новых сценариев выявления в ГИС «Антифрод» (41-ФЗ) — Разработка моделей выявления мошеннических абонентов и вызовов: классификация, скоринг, поиск аномалий — Подготовка и обогащение данных (CDR, профили абонентов, сигнальный трафик, данные ГИС «Антифрод»), построение поведенческих и сетевых признаков — Обучение, валидация и оценка качества моделей, калибровка порогов под новые схемы мошенничества — Вывод моделей в промышленную эксплуатацию, мониторинг качества и переобучение — Работа с регулятором, операторами связи, банками и профильными подразделениями компании — Ведение документации по системам и сценариям, подготовка отчётов и презентаций — Выявление новых схем мошенничества, ведение матрицы рисков, участие в расследовании инцидентов вместе с безопасностью — Подготовка ТЗ на доработки ИТ-систем и участие в приёмке Требования: — Опыт от 4 лет в IT на позиции аналитика или разработчика (телеком, банки) — Техническое высшее образование (прикладная математика, информатика) — Продвинутый SQL и опыт разработки на Oracle PL/SQL — Python: pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn — Знание методов ML и метрик качества моделей — Знание видов телеком-мошенничества и методов их выявления, технологий мобильной сети — Excel (Power Query, OLAP, макросы), BI-инструменты — Желательно: Hadoop, Spark — Аналитический склад ума, коммуникабельность, умение работать со смежными подразделениями — Английский язык на базовом уровне — Опыт разработки антифрод- или скоринговых моделей (будет плюсом) Условия: — Гибридный формат (4 дня в офисе, 1 удалённо) — Полная занятость — Оформление по ТК РФ с первого дня — ДМС со стоматологией — Компенсация расходов на спорт и изучение языков — Материальные выплаты

The Role We’re looking for a strong Head of Product Analytics who can combine strategic ownership with a very hands-on approach. This is not a pure management role - we expect someone who is individually strong enough to operate at a Senior Product Analyst level and enjoys working deeply with data. We need someone who sees analytics as a product function, not just reporting. Someone proactive, curious, and opinionated. A person who can help shape product decisions, uncover growth opportunities, build reliable tracking systems, and turn data into actionable insights. What You Will Do Own and develop the product analytics function Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams Proactively identify what should be analyzed, validated, or challenged — without waiting for requests from Product or Leadership Run deep product analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization Drive product decisions with data, not just respond to ad-hoc requests Design event tracking from scratch and maintain scalable, reliable analytics instrumentation Own data quality and metric consistency across the product Improve and optimize the DWH layer, including data modeling and performance optimization Build and maintain dashboards and analytical layers Develop product metrics, frameworks, and measurement approaches Help teams make faster and better product decisions through data What We Are Looking For Strong experience in product analytics at Senior or Lead level Very hands-on mindset - comfortable digging into data yourself Advanced SQL skills and experience writing complex, optimized queries Strong Python skills for analytics and data processing Solid experience with BI tools - we use Tableau Experience building event tracking systems from the ground up Strong understanding of DWH design and optimization Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, including bootstrapping, sequential testing, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference Real hands-on experience applying ML approaches to analytics and product problems Product mindset and ability to translate data into meaningful business and product insights Bonus Points Experience with video streaming products Experience working with recommendation systems Experience optimizing product funnels and user journeys Experience in fast-growing product companies Hiring Process HR screening (30 min) Tech Interview (1 hour) Product Team Interview (1 hour) CEO Interview (45 min) 💼 Explore our hiring process .
