HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MARKETING OPS IS ONE OF ALAN'S HIGHEST-LEVERAGE FUNCTIONS.
It sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, data, and technology — turning systems into growth engines and ensuring every touchpoint with prospects and members is timely, relevant, and scalable.
Alan is growing fast across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. But today we're leaving value on the table. On the prospect side, we drive more traffic but can't convert it properly: no scoring, no intelligent routing, no nurturing that adapts to buying intent. On the member side, messaging is one of our primary touchpoints for engagement, retention, and trust — yet nobody operates it strategically. Personalization stays shallow, communication pressure goes unmonitored, and shipping a message often means filing an engineering ticket.
We need Marketing Ops leaders who can architect scalable systems, operate them strategically, and progressively embed AI into workflows — to raise quality, reduce manual execution, and unlock growth without scaling headcount linearly.
⭐️ THE MARKETING OPS JOB ⭐️
We are hiring two Marketing Operations Managers, each embedded in a different crew:
- Growth Infrastructure — focused on prospect acquisition: building a unified lead engine that captures, scores, routes, and nurtures across all channels
- Product Platform — focused on member lifecycle messaging: operating Alan's messaging stack as a scalable service across 1.7M+ profiles
Both roles share the same DNA: strong marketing ops fundamentals, data fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to be both hands-on and strategic. Crew placement will be determined based on the candidate's experience, interests, and fit during the hiring process.
Why is this role interesting?
- Speed: marketing, product, and sales teams ship campaigns and messages confidently — Marketing Ops turns bottlenecks into force multipliers across every crew
- Trust: clean data, governed attributes, proper segmentation, and enforced rules mean the right person gets the right message at the right time
- Scale: as we grow to millions of members across multiple countries, we need operators who keep our platforms clean and the user experience protected — without scaling headcount linearly
- AI at the frontier: this isn't a maintenance role — you'll identify high-priority use cases for AI agents, train and refine them to a senior marketer's quality bar, and drive real adoption
What will you do with us?
You'll be a partnership with marketers — not a service desk. You'll partner closely with engineers, data, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders (PMMs, sales, growth, product) within a PM-Tech duo crew model.
Regardless of crew, you will own a core set of capabilities:
- Marketing Automation & CRM: own and optimize our marketing stack (Customer.io http://Customer.io, CRM integrations); build automations that enable marketers to launch campaigns independently, at scale, across all geos
- Data Model & Governance: maintain CRM data quality, attribute/event design, and database hygiene as a sustained practice
- Segmentation & Lifecycle Design: design and maintain lifecycle stages, segmentation logic, routing rules, and re-engagement flows across multiple audiences and geos
- Nurturing Infrastructure: own the nurturing stack and campaign processes; make launches autonomous and compliant
- AI-First Operations: identify, build, and refine AI agents for email copywriting, lead scoring, next-best-action recommendations, and content generation — making marketers AI-powered, not replacing them
- Performance Monitoring: track the full funnel from first touchpoint to conversion; identify leakage and prioritize from data
- Documentation & Enablement: create playbooks, train teams on tools and processes, reduce the marginal cost of new campaigns
Then, depending on your crew:
Growth Infrastructure — you'll build a unified lead engine (no more tool-by-tool silos), design lead scoring and routing models, crack multi-channel activation (email, WhatsApp, Voice AI), build AI agents that pre-qualify and enrich leads, and maintain a live feedback loop with BDRs, AEs, and Inbound Sales.
Product Platform — you'll operate Customer.io http://Customer.io and back-end triggered emails as one governed system, monitor communication pressure and enforce channel rules, define and enforce recipient lifecycle paths, drive 100% Design Studio adoption, and co-own outbound messaging strategy with PMMs and product teams.
By your first year, we'll know it worked when:
- At least one AI agent is in production on a key use case (email nurturing, lead categorization, content generation), with a second scoped or live, and adoption is real
- Any marketer or product Alaner can launch a campaign or ship a message without bottlenecking through ops or engineering
- CRM data model, attributes, and segments are properly owned, documented, and clean — the data we see is data we can act on
- Every contact has a documented path through our messaging — segmentation is sharp, messaging is relevant, and pressure is monitored
- Marketing's contribution to acquisition and engagement is visible and quantifiable, from first touch to conversion
⭐️ IS IT YOU WE ARE LOOKING FOR? ⭐️
You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have 5+ years in Marketing operations, growth ops, CRM ops, lifecycle marketing, or lead generation in a tech environment (B2B, B2C, or B2B2C)
- Have hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms at scale (Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesforce, or equivalent)
- Have a strong understanding of CRM data models — attribute/event design and data hygiene as a sustained practice
- Can frame and implement processes for lead scoring, nurturing, segmentation, and personalization
- Have a product knack: you can define what's not working, identify what to build next, and see problems as opportunities to bring more value
- Bring data fluency and analytical rigor: you read platform and campaign data, surface anomalies, and draw business insights
- Can be both hands-on and think strategically — you drive the big picture while staying close to execution
- Have strong stakeholder management skills — you'll partner daily with engineering, product, sales, and marketing teams
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
- Communicate with excellent written and spoken English
- Are impact-driven with a strong bias towards improving processes
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0-D level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.

Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.

Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.

Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.

You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. The role and its impact
When something goes wrong in security at Xero, our Response team are first on the scene. We're looking for a Senior Security Operations Analyst who loves incident response, enjoys building things, and wants a hand in shaping what a SOC looks like when AI agents are part of the team.
You'll lead our complex investigations and take command of medium and high impact incidents, keeping people calm, decisions moving and stakeholders in the loop. When things settle down, you'll make sure what we learnt changes something, whether that's a detection, a runbook or the way we train.
You'll also help us build. Our Analysts improve the queue as well as working it, so part of your time will go on creating automations and AI-assisted workflows that take repetitive work off the team and leave more room for the investigations that need a person.
The team and how they connect
Response is a follow-the-sun global team. You'll be in the Southern Hemisphere half, based in New Zealand or Australia, and at the end of your day you'll hand over to colleagues in the UK and North America, who hand back to us the next morning. You'll work business hours in your time zone and take a share of our on-call roster for after-hours incidents.
You won't be doing it on your own. You'll join a cohort of Senior Analysts who share the load on complex work and lead our initiatives, with a Lead Analyst alongside for the hardest problems. Our XFLT, a cross-functional leadership team of Security Operations Managers, our Lead Analyst and our Product Manager, sets the direction and clears the way, so there's always someone to think out loud with.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
We're building towards an agentic SOC, where AI agents and automation carry more of the first pass, and analysts direct them and step in where judgement matters. We're working through it carefully: which low-risk work agents can take on, where the guardrails and human approvals belong, and how we'll know it's working. People still make the big calls, because our robots aren't that good yet.
You don't need to be an AI expert. We'd love you to be curious, to have tried a few things, and to want to help us get this right.
You’ll also:
- Lead complex investigations and step up as Incident Commander for medium and high impact incidents
- Be a go-to escalation point for our Graduate, Associate and Analyst crew, and coach them through the tricky stuff
- Run post incident reviews that lead to real change in detections, runbooks and training
- Lead initiatives with our Product Manager and Security Operations Managers, turning goals into work that gets delivered
- Build and improve automations and AI-assisted workflows, with guardrails and human sign-off where they matter
- Work with our Defence engineers on detection and response logic, and test new capabilities in real incidents
- Turn threat intelligence into practical action for Xero
- Give customers and internal teams clear, timely answers to their security concerns
Where and how you can work
We support a flexible working model that empowers you to balance your professional and personal life. You will have the option to work in a hybrid capacity, combining the focus of remote work with the collaboration of our office spaces and team boost days to foster connection and alignment.
Here are some of the things we're looking for
Incident response comes first for us, so we're looking for:
- Solid experience in security operations, and a real passion for incident response
- A track record of leading complex investigations and incidents through to resolution, including coordinating people and making calls under pressure
- Sound technical judgement and good knowledge of attack and defence techniques, particularly in cloud and SaaS environments
- Confidence writing queries in a SIEM or log platform
- Clear, calm communication and a generous approach to sharing what you know
It'd be great if you also have:
- Scripting skills (Python or similar) and experience building automations in a SOAR platform. We use Tines, and we're happy to teach it.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in security work, or a clear view of where they help and where they don't
- Intermediate or advanced certifications in incident response, threat hunting or cloud security
- Experience in a distributed team working across time zones
If you're strong on incident response and the builder side is still growing, we'd still love to hear from you.
You'll do work that matters to millions of small businesses and their advisors, in a team that shares what it knows and backs each other up, with a real say in how an AI-powered SOC works in practice.
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.

Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're building a dedicated Strategic Accounts team to own ElevenLabs' most important customer relationships across Singapore, and we're looking for a high-impact Strategic Account Executive to be among the first hires.
This is a named-account role with a focused portfolio. You'll drive new business and expansion inside complex enterprise organizations across Singapore — building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders navigating real transformation across customer experience, product, and operations.
These aren't transactional engagements. You'll architect custom solutions that combine our technology and services, collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes, and bring field intelligence directly into our product roadmap. The region is early-stage for ElevenLabs — you're not just executing a playbook, you're writing it.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts for Singapore, driving both net-new business and expansion
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases — spanning enterprise segments such as FSI, Telco, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals (multi-product, multi-region, custom solutions), including in-country data residency requirements and private deployment configurations
- Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, product, engineering, and business stakeholders — navigating both HQ and regional decision-making structures
- Act as a strategic advisor, educating on emerging AI voice trends and shaping customers' long-term AI roadmap in markets with rapidly evolving regulatory and procurement landscapes
- Partner cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and FDE (Forward Deployed Engineering) to deliver and expand — coordinating closely with the Singapore-based team
- Translate patterns from bespoke deals into repeatable frameworks, offerings, and product insights relevant to the APAC market
- Feed learnings from the field — including localisation needs, compliance requirements, and competitive dynamics — into the product roadmap and broader strategic sales playbook

Our mission is to provide great jobs to talented people, no matter where they are located.
We're looking for someone to own the finance function across our entire portfolio. Every entity, every bank account, every QuickBooks file, every payout. When a partner asks what they're owed, you know. When we ask where the money went last month, you already have the answer.
About our client:
Ecom Business (
ecombusiness.com
) is a portfolio of ecommerce companies doing multi-eight figures a year across US and international entities. We're the founders behind
Evolve
and
Origins
, the #2 & #11 communities on all of Skool (we consult over 2,500 brands). We're building
ecomuniversity.com
, an education platform teaching ecommerce skills at the highest level that has already trained over 1,000+ editors. We run
ecombounty.com
, where trained editors create ads for brands through performance. And we're getting ready to launch our first direct to consumer brand. Every company we launch adds more entities, bank accounts, partners and payouts. And our finance function hasn't kept up.
Responsibilities
Own the books for every entity, US and international, in QuickBooks Online. Clean entity and class structure, reconciled every month.
Direct our accounting assistant on categorization, receipts, invoices and reconciliations, and QA their work.
Run payouts with our accounting assistant for the whole team: contractors, partners and distributions. Right person, right amount, right time, documented.
Track ownership splits and distributions so every partner knows exactly what they're owed and why.
Build dashboards showing cash, revenue, costs and margins by entity and across the portfolio.
Build projections and cash flow forecasts so we make decisions before problems show up.
Bring the partners a monthly read on the business: what's growing, what's leaking and what to do about it.
Review costs, subscriptions and vendor spend, and work with the team to optimize them.
Set up finance for every new company from day one: bank accounts, QuickBooks file and structure.
Requirements
2 to 3+ years in accounting or finance, ideally owning the books for a multi-entity business at eight figures or more
Expert in QuickBooks Online: classes, multiple entities and consolidated reporting
Comfortable across US and international entities and currencies. US tax knowledge is a plus, not a requirement.
Ecom experience is a bonus, not a requirement. It helps you understand Shopify payouts, Stripe, ad spend and contractor payments faster.
CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent strongly preferred
AI-native. You use AI to build models, dashboards and workflows faster, and you know what never gets uploaded. Our financial data stays private.
Available during our core hours, with strong async communication
References from founders or owners whose books you've run are a big plus
THIS IS NOT FOR YOU IF
You need someone to tell you what to do next
You're a bookkeeper who enters transactions and never asks why
"Close enough" is fine with you on a reconciliation
You've never owned the books for a business doing eight figures or more
You would describe yourself as Type B
Benefits
Competitive salary in USD + performance bonus
Fully remote

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. The next chapter is yours to help write.

Run our monthly EMEA webinar end to end - topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up - timed and localized for a European audience
Partner with Content and Product Marketing to adapt or build webinar content that lands with EMEA audiences
Build and optimize registration pages, forms, and workflows for EMEA campaigns
Audience growth & promotion
Execute multi-channel promotional plans across email, social, and partner channels for EMEA audiences
Collaborate with Demand Gen, Marketing Ops & Sales to ensure EMEA lead capture, routing, and follow-up happen correctly and quickly
Manage attendee communication throughout the event lifecycle

Experience collaborating with Sales and supporting event-driven follow-up
Comfortable with marketing automation tools (

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
What You’ll Do:
The Huntress team seeks a Staff Software Engineer to join our SOC Experience team. This team builds the human-analyst side of Huntress’ SOC platform: the investigation and triage experience analysts use to work a case, the remediation actions they take, the queues that route and prioritize incoming work, and the customer-facing reporting that closes the loop with customers. Your contributions will help Huntress improve analyst efficiency, reduce toil, and drive customer outcomes as we scale
protection for the 99%
.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you’ll provide technical leadership across this surface area: shaping architecture and design direction, converting ambiguous requirements into functional workflows and data models, raising the bar on code quality and testing, and mentoring engineers across the team. You’ll partner closely with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems, and you’ll go deep in the code yourself. This is a full-stack role with real front-end weight: the analyst experiences you’ll build are data-dense, interactive interfaces, and you’ll set the bar for front-end quality as well as the back end.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership across the SOC Experience surface area: investigation and triage experience, remediation actions, queues, and customer-facing reporting.
Lead and develop high-quality software, software designs, and architecture
Design and build analyst-facing interfaces end to end, from data model to browser, and set the standard for front-end quality (usability, performance, accessibility, reusable patterns) in partnership with UX
Set the standard for engineering excellence on the team through code review, test plan review, and hands-on pairing
Lead security-by-design reviews of designs and code
Focus on the full lifecycle of the systems you build, including evolution, configuration, and risk management, not just initial delivery
Share ownership of delivery, reliability, and uptime for the features you build, with observability and test automation built in
Mentor engineers across the team to help them grow into harder problems
Balance technical rigor with pragmatism: push back when a shortcut creates real risk, and push back on over-engineering when the goal is discovery or speed
Partner with Product, UX, and SOC stakeholders to turn operational pain points into reliable, auditable systems
What You Bring To The Team:
10+ years of experience developing complex software products
5+ years of programming in Ruby on Rails
Strong front-end fundamentals (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experience building complex interactive UIs with modern component-based frameworks; today’s stack is Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus, but you can reason outside that box
Experience with AWS or other public cloud environments, and Linux-based infrastructure
Experience with relational databases such as Postgres
Experience with AI coding tools, such as Claude Code
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ClickHouse
Experience building cybersecurity products, or building/operating a SOC platforms
Experience with Hotwire, Stimulus, Turbo
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
