Location: Limassol Cyprus
Workplace: OnSite
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus. The company focuses on the 4X strategy genre, with an ambitious goal to grow its hit game, Total Battle, to become the No.1 strategy game in the world. Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
Our product: We are currently working on Total Battle — an MMO 4X strategy game with a deep political system and lots of player interaction. Players take on the role of a commander and need to develop their city, forge alliances, fight against monsters, and conquer other players. We're constantly developing new game mechanics, and the project is continuing to grow.
Our game project has a code base of ~300k SLOC and consists of multiple services running in several hundred instances. The game services are a sharded system for horizontal scaling.
Our team is looking for both Middle and Senior specialists with confident knowledge of C++ and design principles to work on creating new game features for a large-scale multiplayer project with long-term gameplay.
Our team's objective and the challenge they face is to create an outstanding technical design that ensures quality, flexibility, and simplicity in the development of in-game features.
Tasks:
- Design and implement solutions for new game mechanics — based on documentation from game designers, create a technical design and implement it.
- Prepare RFC documents describing your approach and discuss them with the team before implementation.
- Deliver your solution to production and ensure it runs smoothly by monitoring its behavior after deployment.
- Refactor and optimize existing functionality to improve performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Perform code reviews for other team members and follow team coding guidelines and best practices.
- Create functional prototypes to validate ideas and mechanics when necessary.
- Write and maintain technical documentation for implemented features and decisions.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions to stay aligned on priorities and progress.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and initiative.
- 3+ years of experience developing in C++ in a product-oriented company
- At least 2 years of backend development experience (not necessarily in C++)
- Solid knowledge of software design principles and ability to apply them in practice.
- Ability to analyze and decompose complex tasks into smaller, manageable steps.
- Practical experience with network and multithreaded programming
- Practical experience with relational databases
- Proficiency in Linux environments for development and debugging.
- Knowledge or willingness to learn Python for developing tools and automation.
The following would also be to your advantage:
- Having samples of code that you can show us.
- Knowledge of other high-level programming languages (for general awareness).
- Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design in real-world projects
- Hands-on experience building applications using Akka.NET http://Akka.NET, Microsoft Orleans, or similar actor-based frameworks
We use:
- C++20, Clang, and CMake.
- Boost — only for the library, not for game code.
- PostgreSQL.
- GitLab, TeamCity, Ansible.
- SonarQube, Clang-Tidy, Clang-Format.
- Onboarding, coding conventions.
- Python for utilities.
- Linux.
Our technical developments:
- A library/framework of ready-made solutions for creating game features.
- ORM — allows us not to have to write code for saving to the DB.
- A code generator for a binary RPC protocol and ORM.
- A pub/sub event system for game clients.
- Telemetry that allows for real-time product status tracking (through Grafana).
- An expression interpreter for flexibility in game configuration.
- HotReload environment, with everyday game updates.
- Sync and Async network designs.
- Internal Event System.
- Internal persistent and transactional message system.
- R-tree based world map.
What we offer and our benefits:
- A team of professionals with a passion for gamedev and a drive to make Total Battle the #1 strategy MMO game.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea.
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.
- A sports and fitness allowance.
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.).
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth.
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a sharp, hands-on Growth Product Manager to join OKX's Growth team and own the programs that drive user acquisition, activation, and retention at scale. You will design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns, referral mechanics, and incentive systems that directly move our core business metrics.
OKX is one of the world's leading crypto exchanges, serving over 50 million users globally. As we scale our US and European presence in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, our Growth team sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market. If you want to do the most impactful growth work in crypto right now, with real budget, real data, and real users, this is the seat.
What You’ll Be Doing
Define the growth product vision and own the roadmap and set the strategic direction for where we invest, what we build, and how we win across key markets.
Design, ship, and iterate on growth campaigns and features with clear hypotheses, rapid experimentation cycles, and measurable outcomes.
Read data like a native: independently conduct funnel analysis, cohort segmentation, and channel ROI modeling to identify the highest-leverage growth opportunities and make fast resource allocation decisions.
Build fraud-resistant growth systems by design — model abuse vectors proactively, architect product-level guardrails against bot attacks, multi-accounting, and reward farming, and balance acquisition scale with cost quality as a P&L owner.
Drive cross-functional execution cross-functionally in a fast-moving, globally distributed org.
Champion AI-native product development, leverage LLMs, agentic workflows, and automation tools to accelerate analysis, prototyping, and decision-making across the team.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to localize growth strategies and adapt playbooks across different regulatory and market environments.
What We Look For In You
5–10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years directly owning growth, user acquisition, or activation — ideally at a crypto exchange, fintech platform, or hyper-growth consumer company.
Proven track record of designing and shipping growth campaigns or referral/incentive programs that drove significant user or revenue growth, with quantifiable results.
Sharp product instinct for user experience, you can spot friction in a signup flow, a poorly positioned CTA, or a broken incentive loop from the user's perspective, and you fix it fast.
Strong understanding of fraud and abuse patterns in growth programs
Thrives in ambiguity and speed: you're comfortable operating with incomplete information, making fast calls, and course-correcting.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-native workflows to multiply your output and are excited about integrating them into product development processes.
Excellent communication skills, can distill complex data and tradeoffs into clear recommendations for leadership, and can align diverse stakeholders without heavy process overhead.
Experience with multi-market or multi-region growth is a strong plus.
Crypto-native or fintech background is strongly preferred.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants

OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About The Opportunity
OKX's Trading Products team owns the core trading experience across Spot, Margin, and Perpetual/Futures — spanning the full user journey from pre-trade decision-making, through order execution, to post-trade settlement and risk management. As our trading volumes and product complexity continue to grow globally, we are looking for a
Trading Product Manager
who can own and evolve both the
user-facing trading experience
and the
underlying trading mechanics
that power it.
This role sits at the intersection of product design and trading logic. You will work on how users discover, price, place, and manage trades (pre-trade / trade / post-trade), while also owning the correctness and soundness of the core mechanisms beneath the surface — margin models, funding rate formulas, liquidation logic, risk parameter design, and order/matching behavior. You will work closely with engineering, risk, quant, and design teams to ship trading features that are intuitive for users and rigorous under the hood.
What You’ll Be Doing
Start from users and the market to uncover real trading-experience needs
— Continuously surface user pain points through user research, behavioral data, community feedback, and conversations with active traders, ensuring product direction is grounded in real signal rather than internal assumptions.
Benchmark against industry best practices to build best-in-class trading product competitiveness
— Continuously track developments in crypto and traditional finance markets and the latest moves from leading products, translating external insight into concrete product opportunities that keep our trading experience and competitiveness ahead of the industry.
Build and continuously refine the end-to-end trading experience
— Own the full journey across pre-trade (market data presentation, decision-support tools, leverage/margin setup, risk disclosures), trade (order flow, execution feedback, order book/depth interaction), and post-trade (position management, PnL display, settlement statements) — from defining requirements through to shipping the solution.
Drive efficient cross-team collaboration with mature program-management execution
— Bring a complete product methodology, independently write rigorous PRDs, and lead alignment and coordination across engineering, risk, quant, design, and compliance. Own the full project lifecycle — from requirements definition and solution design, through development scheduling, to launch validation and post-launch review — ensuring every stage closes the loop with a clear outcome, without relying on others to drive progress.
Apply rigorous quantitative thinking to understand and reason about trading mechanics
— Bring strong logical reasoning and quantitative analysis skills, with the ability to learn fast and quickly master core trading mechanisms such as margin, leverage, funding rates, and liquidation. Candidates with a deep understanding of trading systems are preferred.
What We Look For In You
We are open to two types of candidates for this role:
(a) Experienced Trading Practitioners
Prior hands-on experience in trading — either within crypto (exchange product, quant, trading desk) or in traditional finance (equities, futures, FX, derivatives) — with direct exposure to how trading products and mechanisms are designed and operated.
Solid understanding of core trading concepts: margin/leverage, order types, market microstructure, risk management, and P&L mechanics.
Comfortable reading and reasoning through trading formulas (e.g. mark price, funding rate, liquidation price) and translating them into clear product logic.
(b) High-Potential Talent
Strong quantitative/analytical foundation — a background in mathematics, physics, statistics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
High self-drive and fast learning ability — demonstrated track record of picking up complex, technical domains quickly and independently, even without prior trading experience.
Genuine intellectual curiosity about financial markets and trading mechanics, with the rigor to work through formulas and edge cases rather than relying on surface-level understanding.
Common requirements for both profiles:
3+ years of product management experience (or equivalent hands-on experience in quant/trading roles for candidates from profile (a)).
Strong technical intuition — comfortable discussing system architecture and data flows with engineers, and reasoning through quantitative models. You don't need to be a developer, but you think with the rigor of one.
Excellent communication skills — able to write a precise, technically sound PRD, and to explain complex trading mechanics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
High agency and execution velocity — comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving from open question to shipped solution, and making decisions with incomplete information.
Genuine passion for crypto and trading — actively uses trading products, understands order types and market microstructure, and can explain how margin, leverage, or liquidation mechanics work. Ideally, you have skin in the game.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required
to communicate effectively with internal engineering and product stakeholders in the China-based R&D center.
Nice-To-Haves
Experience with derivatives products (perpetual futures, options) either as a builder or an active trader.
Familiarity with risk parameter design (margin tiers, liquidation engines, insurance funds) at an exchange or financial institution.
Quantitative modeling experience (e.g. Python, SQL) sufficient to validate trading formulas or backtest mechanism changes.
Prior work in a high-growth crypto exchange, trading firm, or fintech company.
Fluency in English is preferred to better support communication with global product and business stakeholders.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
