Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. Art Director, Brand & Marketing Design
About the Role
Finom is building a brand that European entrepreneurs recognise and trust, and right now the visual side of that brand needs an owner.
We are looking for an Art Director to lead our Marketing Design team and take ownership of Finom's visual identity end to end. Not marketing design in isolation: the brand system itself, the guidelines behind it, and how consistently it shows up everywhere Finom appears.
You are joining at a genuine inflection point. Finom is growing fast, helping entrepreneurs around Europe take their businesses to the next level. We have over 200k users with ambition for millions more. Meanwhile, our customers rate us 4.8 on Trustpilot, the only business banking app above 4.7.
Our ambition brings with it a unique set of challenges. Your job will be twofold: raise the creative bar, and build the system that lets a team deliver at volume without the quality dropping.
Your first months will be as much about diagnosis as creation: auditing the existing identity, understanding where the current team and workflows are working or falling short, and putting the foundations in place for what comes next. From there, you'll help determine and lead the next evolution of Finom's visual identity.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will direct and mentor, and you will also design, setting the visual benchmark yourself, not just reviewing other people's work against it. You will work in close partnership with our VP of Product Design, so that the brand reads as one across marketing, product, and the entire brand experience.
Finom is building an AI-native production pipeline, and we want a creative leader who is already fluent in it. Not someone curious about AI, someone who has shipped with it and can design the workflows, quality gates and brand guardrails that make AI output genuinely good rather than merely fast.
What You Will Be Doing
• Own Finom's visual identity (the brand system, guidelines, design systems and documentation) and drive consistent adoption across every team and touchpoint, including teams that produce assets outside your own
• Set and hold the creative bar. Shape visual direction across channels and make consistency and quality non-negotiable
• Lead and develop the existing Marketing Design team, assess its capabilities and future shape, and determine where additional permanent, freelance or AI-enabled capacity is needed
• Define the design requirements for intake, briefing, prioritisation, SLAs and review, working with Brand Operations and Marketing Operations to turn them into scalable processes
• Design and direct high-quality visual and motion assets that bring the brand to life, personally setting the benchmark for the wider team
• Build the AI-native production pipeline: define where AI accelerates the work, where it doesn't, and what quality and brand-integrity gates it has to pass. Create the templates, systems and tools that let both designers and AI workflows execute independently
• Provide creative direction at the front of significant projects (the creative kickoff, the concept, the narrative) rather than reviewing work once it's already been produced
• Direct the creation of mood boards, design references, scamps, storyboards and animatics to communicate creative intent
• Partner with Marketing, Product, copywriters and strategists to develop campaigns across digital-first channels (social, web, video), with the ability to stretch into ATL where the moment calls for it
• Own projects from concept through delivery, and run multiple parallel workstreams without letting standards slip
• Build and present creative work to senior stakeholders, articulating rationale clearly enough to guide decisions
• Manage a flexible pool of freelance and external creative partners to absorb peaks in demand
• Act as guardian of the visual identity while continuously pushing where the brand can be braver
Who You Are
• A genuinely strong designer. Other designers respect your work and want to learn from you; that's the bar, and it isn't optional for this role
• Strong design taste, and able to articulate how it impacts the business. You can tell excellent from generic and explain precisely why, in terms a non-designer can act on
• A builder of process as much as a maker of work. You believe high volume and high quality are compatible, and you have the systems thinking to prove it
• Customer-obsessed in how you approach brand: your creative decisions trace back to what the audience actually responds to, not to internal taste
• Comfortable with ambiguity. Finom is moving fast, the setup is being built as you go, and you find that energising rather than exhausting
• A generous leader who elevates people, gives direct feedback, and turns good work into exceptional work
• Confident with senior stakeholders without becoming a bottleneck for them
Must-Haves
• 8+ years as a graphic or brand designer, ideally in fast-moving, brand-led environments
• 4+ years as a design leader with direct responsibility for a team of three or more
• Experience building customer-facing technology brands or consumer digital products at scale. Your portfolio should show how strong visual craft works alongside usability, clarity and commercial objectives
• A track record of building and evolving brand systems across campaigns, products or businesses, including ownership of key visual directions
• A standout portfolio showing strategic thinking, creativity and polished execution across visual design, motion, editorial, digital and social formats
• Clear examples of work where you led or directed other creatives
• Demonstrated AI design fluency, with evidence of AI-native production rather than occasional AI assistance: workflows you built, quality standards you set, output you shipped
• Experience creating scalable brand systems, templates, tools and guidelines that let other teams execute independently
• Expertise across Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma, with the ability to define efficient workflows and standards for a team
• A portfolio of shipped brand assets: campaign visuals, social graphics, presentation decks, event materials, marketing collateral
• Excellent communication skills and the judgement to influence at a senior level
• Fluent English
Nice-to-Haves
• Experience in fintech or financial services
• Experience with sponsorship, partnership or event-led brand work at scale
• Motion design depth, or experience directing motion specialists
• Experience partnering closely with a product design function on a shared brand system
• Experience building and managing a freelance or external creative network

Coding agents are only as good as the context they're given. Most explore a repository like a new hire on day one – grepping, opening files, guessing. JetBrains Context replaces that with actual knowledge of your whole codebase and resources, served to any agent that asks. If you want to own the layer that decides what an agent knows before it writes a single line, this is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
As agents get better at searching for themselves, what is the durable value of a managed retrieval layer? We need someone with an opinionated answer to own JetBrains Context as a product – defining what it is for, who it is for, how we measure success, and where it goes next.
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the product from a terminal and agent session rather than slides. You'll bridge the technical core and cross-functional teams: collaborating closely with engineering and ML teams on indexing pipelines and retrieval quality, working with Air, IDE, and Junie teams on integrations, and partnering with marketing, developer advocacy, sales, and customer success on positioning and adoption. You'll take full ownership of defining problem statements, setting explicit trade-offs, and balancing cost, latency, and freshness across the platform.
Day to day, you will:
Build and maintain a deep working understanding of chunking, embeddings, index freshness, retrieval, reranking, and agent-facing surfaces.
Define and defend an opinionated vision for the product's evolution, including explicit target audiences, use cases, and key success metrics.
Translate product strategy into actionable problem statements, priorities, plans, and milestones with an explicit definition of “done”.
Communicate product direction clearly to engineering, leadership, cross-functional stakeholders, customers, and prospects.
Analyze competing context and code-search products through direct use to establish clear differentiators and identify gaps.
Define core operational and product metrics – index freshness, retrieval quality, agent task outcomes, adoption, retention, and unit economics – to guide decision-making.
Represent the product externally by sharing roadmaps, publishing updates, speaking to developer audiences, and gathering community feedback.
Partner with ML teams on model evaluation and platform teams on service scale, reliability, and cost.
What you’ll bring
A well-argued point of view on where AI-first development is going and what agents genuinely need from a context layer.
Comfort with technical depth across embeddings, retrieval quality, sub-agents, tool-calling, indexing costs, and API design.
The habit of using the product you build daily alongside competitors' tools.
Communication that adapts to different audiences, from staff engineers and enterprise architects to conference attendees.
A data-informed approach that combines telemetry, evaluation results, customer conversations, and market signals.
Comfort with ambiguity and a preference for defining a new category over copying an existing one.
What you’ll need
Proven experience owning a complex developer, platform, or infrastructure product end to end, including strategy and roadmap.
Hands-on familiarity with modern AI coding tools and agent workflows.
The technical capability to work directly with engineering on retrieval behavior, APIs, data models, and integration surfaces.
The ability to define metrics for quality-sensitive products and build evaluation habits that maintain product standards.
Experience communicating a product externally through written content, talks, or community engagement.
Practical experience with search, retrieval, RAG, developer search, or static analysis at scale is a plus.
What success looks like
Within your first months, you'll form and share a clear thesis for what JetBrains Context is and is not – one the engineering team recognizes as theirs and leadership can invest in. You'll establish a metrics story that distinguishes real retrieval quality from vanity usage, a roadmap with clear trade-offs, and a documented evaluation of serious competitors.
Longer term, success means JetBrains Context becomes a deliberate choice for developers and organizations, agents get measurably better answers because it exists, enterprises adopt it for its governance and scale, and the market clearly understands its unique value because you've communicated it effectively.

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Join Anthropic's Customer Success team as our early Singapore-based Customer Success Manager as we pioneer the future of enterprise AI adoption. As a Customer Success Manager at Anthropic, you'll be the strategic partner and trusted advisor to our most complex customers across ASEAN, helping them harness the full potential of all our Claude capabilities - Claude Enterprise, Claude Code, and the API.
You'll develop genuine partnerships with customers, gaining a deep understanding of their business objectives, strategic direction, AI vision, and technical needs. You'll draw on both your business acumen and technical expertise to serve as a strategic advisor throughout their journey with us.
In partnership with the broader account team you will help customers identify the right Claude capabilities for their specific business objectives, working closely with them to provide best practices and guidance while supporting them as their usage (consumption & seat based) grows and evolves.
Your role focuses on helping customers scale their usage effectively, implement change management strategies, optimize use cases, and maximize the value of their investment through expanded use cases across their organization. The insights you gather from your customers will directly inform our product development and go-to-market strategies — making you a key voice in shaping how we build and deliver ongoing value as a business.
As our early CSM in Singapore, you'll be a pioneer - helping to build regional processes, establishing new customer relationships, and representing Anthropic's brand in a high-growth market. You'll operate with significant autonomy while maintaining strong alignment with global teams, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous environments and can work effectively across time zones.
Responsibilities:
Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand their business and objectives, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion
Become an expert in Anthropic's products across API, Claude Enterprise, and Claude Code, understanding the technical nuances and best practices for each to guide customers to the right solutions
Leverage your deep knowledge of the customer and regional nuances to proactively drive usage planning, understanding current and future consumption/adoption and how it creates realized value for the customer
Monitor usage patterns and identify optimization opportunities, proactively addressing underutilization across both our consumption-based and seat-based products to drive full value from contracted commitments
Serve as the customer's thought partner, enhancing their knowledge of Claude products by socializing Anthropic's product roadmap, driving awareness on new products and engaging Product PMs as the voice of ASEAN and broader APAC customers
Document and quantify customer value realized through business outcomes, ROI, and impact metrics to build compelling internal business cases for continued and expanded investment
Identify potential use cases and lines of business not currently onboarded, partnering with customers to discover new applications for Claude across different departments, teams, and workflows
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive end-user adoption and maximize value within customer organizations, including Train the Trainer programs, Center of Excellence development, and organizational enablement
Own the customer experience across their lifecycle — managing comprehensive account and success plans grounded in the customer's business objectives, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and serving as the primary conduit between the customer and Anthropic
Build Anthropic's brand and customer relationships as the early in-region CS presence, developing where needed, ASEAN-specific processes, playbooks, and best practices that account for regional business cultures
You may be a good fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Consulting, Solutions Architect, Solutions/Functional Consultant, Success Engineer or similar)
Mandarin language fluency
Experience driving success across both consumption-based and seat-based business models, with understanding of different expansion levers and success metrics for each
Technical fluency with ability to understand and articulate AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns to various audiences
Strategic mindset to identify growth opportunities and translate them into actionable expansion plans
Cross-functional collaborator who represents the customer in a positive, proactive manner, rallying everyone around paths forward that solve customer needs
Strong project management skills and a knack for bringing order to chaos, demonstrating an enthusiastic "roll up your sleeves" mentality and team player mindset
Passion for AI and interest in responsible development of advanced systems
Experience working in and building a growing region, while navigating across time zones with US-based headquarters
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research.
As Claude's capabilities grow, so does our responsibility to ensure those capabilities reach the right people. The Access Programs team builds the systems that verify who our customers are, grant access to advanced model capabilities for approved use cases, and ensure that access is not misused. As a software engineer on this team, you will build the identity, vetting, and access management infrastructure that underpins our trusted access programs, along with the monitoring and enforcement tooling that keeps them safe. This work sits at the center of how Anthropic deploys frontier capabilities responsibly, balancing broad access with rigorous safeguards.
Responsibilities:
Build identity verification and vetting systems (KYC/KYB) that establish who our individual and business customers are
Design and implement access control systems that grant, scope, and revoke access to advanced capabilities based on approved use cases
Build infrastructure to configure safety systems and detection thresholds on a per-customer basis for trusted access programs
Develop monitoring to detect misuse of expanded access, and tooling that enables enforcement teams to act on it
Partner closely with policy, enforcement, threat intelligence, product, research, and go-to-market teams so that access decisions are well-informed and consistently applied
Build systems that identify account compromise and takeover, apply mitigations in real time, and carry affected accounts through to full remediation
Design and build the dashboards, alerting, and internal admin tooling that give the team and its partners clear visibility into the health and outcomes of our access programs
Integrate with third-party identity verification and data enrichment vendors
You may be a good fit if you have:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or comparable experience
Experience building and operating backend systems in production
Strong coding skills in at least one general-purpose programming language, and experience building software with AI coding tools
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Care about the societal impacts of AI and want your work to make powerful systems safer
Strong candidates may also:
8+ years of industry software engineering experience
Experience building shared platforms or foundational services that many teams and products depend on, rather than one-off solutions for a single use case
A track record of working across functions (for example engineering, product, policy, operations, and go-to-market) to gather requirements, reconcile competing needs, and drive adoption of what you build
Experience with identity, authentication, or authorization systems at scale
Experience with KYC/KYB workflows or identity verification vendors
Experience in trust and safety, integrity, fraud, or abuse detection
Experience detecting and responding to account takeover or credential compromise
Experience partnering with operational teams to build custom internal tooling

This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
