OUR HIRING PROCESS:
We will review your application against our job requirements. We do not employ machine learning technologies during this phase as we believe every human deserves attention from another human. We do not think machines can evaluate your application quite like our seasoned recruiting professionals—every person is unique. We promise to give your candidacy a fair and detailed assessment.
We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.
At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager and/or the interview team. Please note: We do not conduct interviews via text message, Telegram, etc. and we never hire anyone into our organization without having met you face-to-face (or via Zoom). You will be invited to come to a live meeting or Zoom, where you will meet our INFUSE team.
From there on, it’s decision time! If you are still excited to join INFUSE and we like you as much, we will have a conversation about your offer. We do not make offers without giving you the opportunity to speak with us live.
INFUSE is committed to complying with applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. For more information, please see our

We're looking for Senior AI Engineers to design, build and run LLM-powered agents and AI features in production. You'll work across the full lifecycle: from scoping a use case with stakeholders, through architecture and development, to deployment, evaluation and ongoing improvement.
This is a hands-on role for engineers who think like product owners: you understand the business problem, define what success looks like in numbers, ship to real users, and own the result after launch.
Our stack: Python and TypeScript/Node.js, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, GitHub Actions, AWS. We run multiple LLM providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, AWS Bedrock and others) behind a shared LLM gateway, with MCP for tool access. We work AI-native: agentic coding tools are part of how engineering gets done here, and we provide official Anthropic Claude certification for our engineers.
As part of our team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
Design and build LLM agents and agentic workflows: tool use via MCP, structured outputs, retrieval (RAG), multi-step orchestration, human review steps where needed.
Build and maintain MCP servers and tool layers that give agents governed access to company data and systems.
Own quality and cost: evals and golden sets, per-agent telemetry (tokens, cost, latency, accuracy), prompt and model versioning, provider failover and model routing.
Ship through CI/CD like any other production service: tests and evals in the pipeline, containerized deploys, monitoring, rollbacks.
Contribute to shared platform pieces: the agent template, the LLM gateway, observability.
Work directly with business stakeholders to scope, prioritize and validate use cases. Push back when something doesn't need an agent.
Use AI coding tools daily. Claude Code is our default; deep experience with a comparable agentic tool also works. You drive the tool, verify its output and catch its mistakes.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
5+ years of software engineering experience, with production systems you've designed, shipped and supported.
Proven experience building LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that reached production with real users.
Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and SDKs: Claude Agent SDK, Claude Managed Agents, Pydantic AI, LangGraph or similar. You can also explain what you'd build without one.
Hands-on experience with MCP and RAG: you've built MCP servers or equivalent tool layers, and retrieval pipelines over real, messy data.
Experience with multiple LLM providers and with AWS Bedrock: model selection, routing, fallbacks, cost and rate-limit management.
Strong Python and SQL. Comfortable in TypeScript/Node.js.
Solid production engineering on AWS: Docker, CI/CD, testing, observability.
Product thinking and business focus: you start from the problem and its cost, define success in measurable terms, and own outcomes.
Daily use of agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar), with the judgment to verify what they produce.
Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, in English.
Nice to have:
LLM observability or gateway tooling (Langfuse, LiteLLM, OpenTelemetry for LLM traces or similar).
B2B contact and company data: enrichment, deduplication, matching.
Cloud operations or FinOps: monitoring, incident handling, cost management.
Event-driven or workflow-engine experience (Kafka, Temporal or similar).
Experience replacing no-code or workflow-tool automations with production code.
What we offer:
Fully remote work format;
A collaborative and creative environment that values initiative and experimentation;
Paid time off and sick leave;
Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer;
Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday;
Schedule: 14 PM - 23 PM EEST (Kyiv time).

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Security Engineer, you will lead the design and operation of security controls that protect our internal networks, workforce identities, endpoints and corporate systems. You will be working globally with security teams across US, EU and APAC, delivering against our goals and objectives - reducing risk and maturing controls.
As a Senior, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy. You will define technical direction, make architectural decisions, and deliver complex security initiatives end-to-end. You will be expected to balance risk reduction with usability, ensuring controls are robust without impeding employee productivity.
This role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM), Endpoint security (EDR), Network Security, logging and detection engineering, and secure SaaS enablement. You will work closely with IT, Legal, Privacy, Engineering and business stakeholders to embed security as a default practice across the organisation.
Security controls will be aligned to recognised frameworks such as the CIS Critical Security Controls and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).

Lead and implement the technical strategy for Endpoint Device trust, Data Loss Prevention, Intellectual property storage, and SaaS application security. Alongside wider corporate security technical controls.
Automation & Engineering:
Write scripts and build tools to automate security workflows, incident response tasks, and audit evidence collection for compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with IT and business operations to integrate security tools into everyday workflows. Guide non-security teams to adopt secure baselines (e.g., CIS Benchmarks) as standard practice.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff, and help improve the team's engineering standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years’ experience in Security Engineering, Corporate Security, Detection & Response, or a related field.
Hands-on experience administering IAM platforms (e.g. Okta, GoogleWorkspace).

Practical hands-on experience with Cloud platforms (e.g AWS, GCP)
Relevant and practical experience with Infrastructure-as-code (e.g Terraform)
Experience implementing modern authentication standards (FIDO2, WebAuthn, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect).
Practical experience securing macOS, Windows and Linux endpoints using MDM and EDR/XDR tooling.
Experience operating SIEM and/or SOAR platforms and tuning detection logic.
Experience with vulnerability management and patch governance.
Ability to write production-quality automation scripts.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
Desirable Skills
Experience with SASE or Zero Trust Network Access platforms.
Hands on experience deploying applications into K8 and Docker environments
Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and SaaS security governance.
Advanced detection engineering or SOAR playbook development.
Experience supporting ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits.
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, GIAC).

The Dev Environments team sits within DoorDash's Foundations group (Platform Engineering). We own the local and remote developer experience across the DoorDash group of companies supporting over 5000 engineers. Our mission is to enable engineering velocity, quality, and efficiency at significant scale by removing friction from the day-to-day developer loop: spinning up a working environment, getting code building, and getting feedback fast, whether the "developer" is a human or an AI agent.
As a Staff Engineer on Dev Environments, you'll be recognised as an expert across the dev environments space, covering both local and remote dev flows, devcontainers, IDE/remote backends, and how they all fit together, including owning accountability for outcomes that span multiple teams. You'll set technical direction for the team's roadmap, unblock deep cross-cutting technical problems other engineers can't resolve alone, and mentor senior and mid-level engineers. You'll partner closely with engineering leadership across the group to translate ambiguous, company-wide developer-experience problems into a concrete, sequenced technical strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technical direction
Define the architecture for how thousands of engineers across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo actually develop and ship code: local and remote dev containers, remote IDE/VM lifecycle, and the full local-to-remote loop.
Build monorepo dev tooling at scale. It's part of consolidating all the companies under DoorDash’s umbrella onto one global backend - you're setting the standard, not patching one org's tooling.
Provision production-shaped environments in seconds, keep state in sync over the network, and make a remote machine feel local, reliably and cheaply, at thousands-of-concurrent-engineers scale.
Expect to invent as much as you adopt: much of this is genuinely unsolved elsewhere in the industry.
Design for AI agents as first-class consumers of the environment, not an afterthought: sandboxes that spin up on demand, run in parallel, and are safe to hand a real repo.
Support agents launched from an IDE, a CLI, or a Slack message - with no laptop required to review and ship what the agent did.
Collaboration & leadership
Align teams that don't naturally sit adjacent to each other (e.g. Security, Infrastructure, Product Engineering) around unstructured, ambiguous problems where there's no existing playbook.
Mentor engineers at all levels: run design reviews; raise the engineering bar through code review, pairing, and architectural guidance when appropriate.
Help set the hiring bar: lead interview loops, help calibrate, and support onboarding of senior hires.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Essential:
A track record of shipping production systems and leading cross-team initiatives with group level impact - comfortable owning delivery end to end, from design through to production and adoption.
Hands on fluency with the languages and tooling used to build developer tooling (e.g. Go, Python, TypeScript) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
Experience managing compute via Kubernetes (multi-tenant workload isolation, autoscaling ephemeral workloads, cost management), or lightweight VM/sandbox technology (e.g. Firecracker).
Working knowledge of cloud networking, including securely and cost-effectively routing traffic across network boundaries (VPNs, service meshes, etc.)
Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into developer workflows - e.g. Claude Code - both locally, and remotely.
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence senior stakeholders and align multiple non-adjacent teams without formal authority over them.
Experience building close working relationships with the engineering teams who consume your platform, not just the platform team itself.
Nice to have:
Experience in developer platforms or adjacent infrastructure: devcontainers, remote development, remote IDE backends, or developer workstation tooling.
Practical experience with JetBrains remote-backend flows, Codespaces/Codeserver-style products, or equivalent.
Experience with remote build/execution systems (e.g. BuildBuddy), or large-scale build caching.

Join us in our mission to transform the way people shop and eat, where impact, innovation and growth drive everything we do. Our Analytics organisation sits at the heart of Deliveroo powering decision-making across our 3 sided marketplace.
We’re looking for an
Analytics Engineering Manager
to join our London team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days per week on-site. In this role, you’ll lead a team of Analytics Engineers embedded in a key business domain, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power day-to-day decisions and building the data foundations your stakeholders rely on.
About the Analytics Engineering Org
Analytics Engineering is a core pillar of Deliveroo’s Analytics organisation, alongside Data Science. With over 70 Analytics Engineers across the UK and India, we are embedded directly within product and business domains, owning the pipelines, models and metrics that power decision-making at scale: from self-serve AI-enabled analytics and experimentation through to executive reporting and strategic planning.
The discipline is evolving fast. With new tooling changing how we work, we are shifting from building data pipelines to building AI first data products, developing rich semantic and data context layers and empowering self-serve data users. This role leads that work across a defined business domain, directly managing a team of Analytics Engineers and helping shape AE standards, culture and direction across the wider org.

Strong grounding across the modern AE stack (cloud data warehousing, transformation tooling, data modelling, and data quality practices), with the ability to engage credibly on technical decisions and unblock your team
Comfortable engaging and influencing at senior business and product level, with experience aligning analytics investment to domain priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, grocery or retail analytics context
Familiarity with semantic and metrics layer tooling, or Python for data automation and pipeline work
Exposure to AI for Data, including agentic AI methods, semantic layers, or AI-assisted analytics workflows
Experience contributing to analytics ways of working: documentation standards, peer review processes, onboarding, and knowledge sharing

We’re looking for a
Senior Android Engineer
to join our SDUI team. In this role, you’ll help us build and scale our server-driven UI (
SDUI
) platform, enabling teams to build a UI once and have it deploy seamlessly to iOS, Android, and Web without redeploying a new app — performantly and consistently. This role is based in our London office with a hybrid setup, typically three days in the office.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the SDUI team. We own the Android rendering layer of our server-driven UI platform, and the backend services that drive it, ensuring every consumer surface built on it is fast, correct, and visually indistinguishable from native.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Drive technical execution
by designing, building, and evolving the Android SDUI renderer — and the backend services (Kotlin, Golang, Protobuf) that feed it — to handle complex, real-time UI updates at scale.
Lead architectural improvements
and code reviews, ensuring the maintainability, visibility, and operational health of the renderer as more teams build on top of it.
Partner with cross-functional disciplines
(iOS and Web renderer engineers, product and design teams) to plan rollouts, align on platform decisions, and influence the roadmap.
Own large-scale initiatives
from design to delivery — including the push to bring SDUI motion and interaction quality to native-equivalent, and the ongoing migration off legacy rendering systems.
Support the growth of others
by mentoring colleagues and taking an active role in our engineering hiring process.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
5+ years building Android applications at scale
, with a deep understanding of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Backend development experience
, specifically with Golang, Kotlin, and Protobuf, and the comfort to move between client and server code as the work demands.
Experience building or maintaining a server-driven / declarative UI system
, with a keen interest in pushing what's possible with declarative rendering — bonus points if that included Litho or another DSL-based renderer.
A product mindset
, and the instinct to apply it to how you design platform services for the teams that build on top of them.
Demonstrated ownership of technical delivery
within cross-functional teams, guiding implementation choices and technical design for a platform other teams build on.
Strong communication skills
, working across time zones with iOS, Web, and Backend counterparts, plus PMs and multiple product teams.
A pride in software craft
, with a commitment to writing readable, well-designed, and thoroughly tested mobile code.
Bonus points for exposure to Figma-to-code tooling, design-token/theming systems, or accessibility work in mobile rendering.
Why Join Us?
At Deliveroo, you’ll do work that matters — solving real problems for a platform that every consumer-facing team builds on. We’re renderer engineers, systems thinkers, and platform builders, brought together by a shared drive to make shipping UI changes fast and safe. Working here you can expect to:
🔧 Solve meaningful problems at real scale
