From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on. Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

Location: New York; New Jersey
Workplace: hybrid
About the Role:
The hiring problem you'd be solving
We build AI systems that enterprises run their business on. Production systems inside banks, insurers, and health systems, where our engineers embed with the client, learn the work, and own the outcome. We call them Forward Deployed Engineers and Forward Deployed Executives. These people hold design conversations with a Chief Data Officer on Tuesday and ship to production next Monday.
We are hiring a Recruiter to help us scale our FDE/FDX, Product, and GTM teams. Beyond filling roles, you will help build the community around Provectus. You'd own our US talent community strategy.
Five open reqs at a time, none of them generic. We would rather you run five properly than twenty badly.
Location:
Hybrid, New York: 2-3 days onsite
Type:
Full-time (W2) or contract
What You'll Do:
Full-cycle hiring across the US
for Forward Deployed Engineers (software, AI/ML, architects, leads), Forward Deployed Executives, Product Owners, and Business Development Managers. Intake to offer.
Direct sourcing
as the primary channel. LinkedIn, GitHub, community channels, referrals. Passive candidates doing the most consequential AI work, not the ones already looking. You'll build and keep the talent maps for these profiles in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and life sciences.
Partnership with the hiring managers.
You'll run calibration with them and bring market data when a scorecard doesn't match what exists.
Architect and execute Provectus's talent community strategy in the US.
Meetups, workshops, hackathons, university programs, and the AI/ML communities our candidates actually spend time in, so the engineers we want know who we are before we reach out. You don't need to have run events before. You need to want to help with that, and there's a budget and support from marketing when you do.
The US hiring picture.
Talent market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and how we position Provectus against the companies competing for the same engineers.
What you'll bring:
2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally somewhere technical, fast-moving, or consulting-shaped
Proven track record hiring senior technical profiles — AI/ML engineers, software engineers, architects, or consulting leaders
Direct sourcing as a real skill. You can build a market map from scratch and write outreach a senior engineer actually answers.
You already use AI in your own workflow. Come ready to show us what and how. This is one place where being early in your career is often an advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized and comfortable with ambiguity in a distributed, global team
Based in the New York / New Jersey area and able to be onsite [2-3] days a week
Nice to have:
experience at a consultancy or embedded delivery model, GTM or sales hiring, prior event or community building.
Where this goes:
This is a growing US function. The person who does this well takes on more of the community mandate, more senior searches, and a path toward owning the US talent function. We'll talk about that trajectory.
What We Offer:
Direct impact on Provectus's growth in the US market with direct visibility to leadership.
Access to the Provectus Learning Hub, Claude Code certification support, and access to Anthropic's frontier models as part of our Strategic Partnership
Collaborative culture that rewards ownership, curiosity, and continuous learning
B2B contract model or Full-time W2 model.
Base $120-150k. Final offer reflects experience, skills, and market data.
Health, vision, and dental insurance; 401(k) matching; unlimited vacation; 401(K) matching plan (in case W2).
About Provectus:
Provectus
is an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner working at the front edge of applied AI. We help enterprises turn Claude, agentic systems, and their own data into measurable outcomes through bespoke applications, managed services, and advisory work. We focus on Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences, with offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Hiring process:
30-minute intro call with Head of Talent Acquisition
60-minute deep dive into your experience and a conversation about one of our live reqs and how you'd approach that market
30-minute call with a Head of People Operations
On-site meeting with the CEO

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The AI Acceleration team’s mission is to make Perplexity the best place to build and ship software with AI agents. We build the infrastructure that engineers and agents rely on, and develop new ways for agents to write, test, review, and ship code. Our work helps teams move from an idea to production faster, without compromising quality or reliability.
We own the end-to-end development experience at Perplexity, from the environment where code is written to the systems that ship it to production. That includes local and cloud coding environments, build and test infrastructure, code review, and release management. We’re also building autonomous software development systems, where agents take on increasingly complex engineering work with explicit evaluation, verification, and safety controls. We own both the infrastructure these systems depend on and the workflows that make them useful.
As an AI Acceleration Engineer, you’ll turn emerging agent capabilities into dependable systems used across Perplexity. You’ll work directly with engineers to understand where development slows down, experiment with new approaches, and take promising ideas through to production. This role combines systems engineering, developer experience, and hands-on agent development, with a direct measure of success: helping teams spend less time on delivery overhead and more time building products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, prioritize, and deliver the highest-impact opportunities to accelerate how Perplexity builds and ships software with AI.
- Work directly with engineering and business teams to understand their workflows, constraints, and bottlenecks, and build solutions that address how they actually work.
- Build and operate the infrastructure that engineers and agents depend on, including development environments, build and test systems, code review, and release tooling.
- Make our codebases, systems, and internal knowledge easier for agents to navigate, understand, and use through better tooling, interfaces, documentation, and context.
- Take agent-driven workflows from prototype to production, building the evaluations, verification, and controls needed to delegate increasingly complex engineering work safely.
- Improve delivery speed and software quality together. Measure the impact of your work on development time, review effort, and production reliability, and use those results to guide what comes next.
- Evaluate emerging models, tools, and approaches through hands-on experimentation. Turn the evidence into clear technical decisions, and drive adoption of the technologies that prove useful.
- Use AI extensively in your own engineering work, share what works, and help colleagues adopt effective practices. Partner with engineering leadership and recruiting to strengthen how we hire and develop engineers who work effectively with AI.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with substantial work in infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer productivity in technically complex environments.
- Daily, hands-on use of AI models and coding tools, with practical judgment about where they perform well, where they fail, and how to verify their output.
- Strong proficiency in one of the languages – Python, Go or Rust, along with the willingness to learn other languages as the work requires.
- Broad familiarity with the systems used by AI product and applied research teams, including cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, data pipelines, and ML tooling. You don’t need deep expertise in every layer, but you should understand how they fit together.
- An ability to understand how engineers and researchers across disciplines work, paired with curiosity about the needs of business and operations teams. You build tools around users’ actual workflows and constraints.
- A drive to make codebases, systems, and processes easier to understand, operate, and change. You look for ways to replace brittle workflows and implicit knowledge with clear interfaces and reliable automation.
- Sound technical judgment about when to experiment, when to commit, and when to ship a pragmatic solution. You can balance immediate delivery with investments that make future work faster and more reliable.

As Circle’s first Creative Director, you’ll first and foremost act as a creative extension of the founders. You will turn their ideas, product strategy, and company vision into narratives that are clear, memorable, and unmistakably Circle across all our assets.
On a day-to-day basis, you’ll work closely with Circle’s founders and across our in-house design studio, product marketing, paid media, video, and events teams to elevate our storytelling and creative execution across every major moment.
Your goal is to help make Circle one of the most creatively distinct and definitive companies in the category of digital businesses.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Shape Circle’s narrative. Work closely with Circle’s founders to synthesize, sharpen, and evolve the story behind our long-term vision, and translate it into clear, compelling narratives that can travel across everything we do.
- Own the creative direction of our biggest launches and campaigns. Find the angle, develop the brief, shape the story, and obsess over how we make each moment stand out. You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing across launches, announcements, demos, and enablement to ensure everything feels cohesive, intentional, and unmistakably Circle. Doing this well requires developing a deep understanding of our product, customers, and market.
- Be a deeply embedded creative marketing partner to our design studio. You’ll work especially closely with our Design Studio, which is led by one of Circle’s co-founders and won’t report to you. Success here involves shared taste, mutual trust, healthy creative tension, and the ability to move quickly together. You’ll occasionally lead external agencies as well — and when the moment calls for it, write the high-stakes copy yourself: the headline, manifesto, launch script, or line someone delivers on stage.
- Raise the bar on our advertising and creative campaigns. Develop the concepts and narratives behind Circle’s ad creative, partnering up our Paid Acquisition team to turn them into high-performing campaigns. They’ll bring the channel and media-buying expertise; while you can make sure the creative is worth paying to distribute.
- Direct how our stories come to life across video and events. Get hands-on with scripts, structure, pacing, and narrative for launch films, social, ads, virtual summits, and other major moments. You won’t be editing videos or producing events yourself, but you’ll understand the craft well enough to have strong opinions about what works in each medium, and collaborate deeply with the specialists who bring it to life.
- Influence the narrative behind brand experiences people remember across our webinars, virtual summits, conferences, and live events to align with company brand vision. This includes everything from the theme and programming to the booth, talks, slides, copy, and small details nobody else would think to obsess over.
- Turn partnerships into stories. Work with our Partnerships team to make more of our collaborations with creators and customers into stories we can distribute across our channels. You can help develop the concept, framing, name, narrative, and creative execution behind our biggest partnerships, and helping our partners tell those stories powerfully themselves.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- A body of work you’re genuinely proud of. We care far more about what you’ve made than the titles you’ve held or the number of years you’ve been doing it. You should be able to walk us through your best work piece by piece: the problem, the idea, the choices you made, what you personally contributed, and ultimately, whether it worked.
- Exceptional creative taste and judgment. You know great work when you see it, can articulate why it’s great, and have the conviction to push work until it gets there. Just as importantly, you know when an idea is trying too hard, when something is off-brand, and when your own fingerprints are making the work worse rather than better.
- You’re an exceptional storyteller and writer. You can take something complicated and find the simple, compelling story inside it. You care deeply about language and will happily obsess over a headline, a launch narrative, or a single line of copy until it feels inevitable.
- A strong point of view, and the ability to make it better through collaboration. We don’t want someone who waits for a brief and executes it. We want someone who can tell us what the brief should be, challenge the premise when necessary, elevate ideas coming from the team and our founders, and make a compelling case for a different direction.
- Real fluency in video as a creative medium. You don’t need to shoot, edit, animate, or produce. But you should deeply understand what makes video work, from the script and opening seconds to structure, pacing, emotion, and payoff. You should also understand why a great launch film, social video, customer story, and paid ad require very different creative choices.
- Experience making creative that has to perform. You’ve developed ads and campaigns where the work was ultimately accountable to results. You’ve seen the numbers, learned from them, iterated because of them, and know how to partner with paid acquisition teams without allowing performance marketing to turn into boring marketing.
- An instinct for getting attention without going off script. You understand how to make a brand noticeable, surprising, and culturally relevant without chasing attention for its own sake. Ideally, you can show us a creative risk you fought for that worked, and another you talked the room out of because it wasn’t right for the brand.
- The ability to lead through influence, not hierarchy. There’s no large creative organization reporting to you. Much of your impact will come from getting exceptional work out of designers, marketers, writers, video producers, agencies, and founders who don’t report to you. You know how to raise the creative bar without becoming a bottleneck.
- A great eye for design and deep respect for the craft. You don’t need to be a designer, but you should be able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with exceptional ones. Our Design Studio is led by a co-founder and operates with a very high bar; you’ll need the visual taste, vocabulary, and collaborative instincts to be a trusted creative partner to that team.
- Experience working closely with founders. You’re comfortable working with founders who care deeply about the product, brand, and details. You will need to extract the vision, challenge it when needed, and turn it into something better than either of you would have arrived at independently.
- An obsession with understanding what how to tell the world about we do and why it matters. The best creative work here will come from understanding Circle at a deep level: our product, customers, competitors, category, and where the market is going. You should genuinely enjoy developing that level of context rather than treating it as somebody else’s job.
- Exceptional communication skills. Circle is global, remote, and highly asynchronous. You’ll need outstanding written and verbal English (CEFR C2 or equivalent), and the ability to make your thinking clear enough that great work can move forward even when everyone isn’t in the same room.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Circle offers U.S.-benchmarked compensation globally, equity in the company with ongoing refresh grants, and 35 days of paid time off each year.

Proactively build pipeline in a green-field or assigned Life Sciences territory using conference presence, publication monitoring, thought leadership networks, hunting via warm and cold outreach, leveraging of BDR Team, and CRO or consultancy partnerships
Identify and prioritize high-probability targets using a defined ideal customer profile: company size, therapeutic area focus, pipeline stage, and recent approvals
Map multi-threaded stakeholder ecosystems across R&D, HEOR, medical, market access, and commercial teams at target accounts
Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene using a defined qualification methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or BANT) to advance or deprioritize opportunities

Lead discovery conversations across early research, clinical development, HEOR/RWE, market access, and commercial analytics
Translate complex client needs into well-scoped solutions that balance data, analytics, services, and delivery realities
Guide clients toward use cases where Arcadia can deliver outsized value, not lowest-friction data transactions
Align solutions to client budgeting and planning cycles, including annual and multi-year funding processes

Lead structured discovery that surfaces business problems and internal success metrics before any product discussion
Build ROI and business cases using the customer's own metrics and language, validated by the scientific or commercial champion

Exercise strong commercial judgment on deal structure, pricing, and scope, with a clear negotiating position and walk-away point on every deal

Contribute market and competitive feedback that informs product roadmap, packaging, and pricing decisions
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience selling into pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology companies, ideally in a quota-carrying, individual contributor role
Demonstrated success selling data-, analytics-, or evidence-driven solutions (RWD, RWE/HEOR, clinical analytics, or adjacent offerings)
Deep working knowledge of Life Sciences functional area—HEOR, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, or Payer/Market Access—including how that function makes decisions and purchases data and analytics solutions

MEDDIC or MEDDPICC certification, or equivalent formal sales methodology training
What You'll Get
Arcadia brings a rare advantage to Life Sciences: a
market-leading, scaled payer and provider platform
as its foundation
For more than a decade, Arcadia has been the trusted data and analytics partner to health systems, physician groups, and payers nationwide. That core business provides deep, longitudinal clinical and claims data, embedded clinical workflows, and durable relationships across the healthcare ecosystem
Building on this foundation, Arcadia has assembled a large, de-identified real-world dataset combining claims and clinically rich EHR data sourced directly from provider systems. The result is a longitudinal, research-grade asset with depth and clinical context that is difficult to replicate through aggregation alone
Life Sciences is a strategic pillar built on this foundation. Arcadia has made a deliberate, multi-year investment in:
Purpose-built real-world data assets
Clinically connected solutions that link insight back into provider workflows
A growing research and collaboration ecosystem to expand data use rights
Dedicated leadership, product, data, and operational resources
The opportunity is to sell—and help shape—solutions that connect
data, analytics, and real-world clinical activation
across the pharma development lifecycle, backed by enterprise credibility and executive commitment
This role is a
founding, hands-on commercial leadership role, accountable for building the direct Life Sciences revenue engine, and deeply involved in shaping deals, messaging, and market positioning
This role is not a
channel-only or account maintenance role, a narrowly scoped quota-carrying role with a fixed playbook, and insulated from product, delivery, or execution realities
