What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are looking for a Senior Associate, Marketing Operations to own the operational engine behind Garner’s demand generation motion. You will run day-to-day campaign operations, deliver marketing reporting and analysis, and keep lead data flowing to sales with speed and fidelity. This is an automation-first role: you will use AI tools to continuously convert manual work into monitored, hands-free processes, so the role gets more leveraged as you build. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own campaign operations end-to-end, including campaign enrollment, list processing, tracking setup, and CRM data hygiene, ensuring every campaign is accurately tracked and attribution is preserved
Own the marketing ops request queue, triaging and delivering requests within SLA and escalating only what requires systems-level judgment
Use AI tools and automation to convert repetitive campaign ops and request work into hands-free, monitored processes, measured by declining manual effort per campaign
Deliver marketing reporting and analysis, maintaining and automating the reporting library (recurring refreshes and event, webinar, and email performance reports) and executing one-off data pulls and analyses as needs arise
Own day-to-day lead routing operations, monitoring flow health, resolving routing exceptions, and maintaining speed-to-lead as routing logic and data sources evolve
What you will bring to the team:
1–3 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related operational role, preferably at a B2B organization
Hands-on HubSpot experience (workflows, forms, segmentation); Salesforce familiarity is a strong plus
An automation-first mindset: you’re comfortable with detail-oriented execution, and you’re routinely asking how a process could be made repeatable or hands-free
Fluency with AI tools (e.g., Claude) applied to real workflows, or strong motivation to build it fast
Data comfort: confident building reports and working in spreadsheets; SQL or Python exposure is a plus
A self-starter mindset toward understanding, documenting, and navigating new systems
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

We’re in an exciting phase of growth and transformation, with teammates in more than 20 countries across three continents and main hubs in the United States, Poland, Ukraine and Philippines.
At airSlate, we’re building value for customers and a culture where growth and innovation go hand in hand. We’re looking for people eager to shape products, scale a company, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
About Marketing team:
The marketing team handles comprehensive 360º communication and comprises over 150 people. We manage all aspects in-house and operate a robust automation engine. Our combined monthly traffic across all brands exceeds 31 million. As a marketing team member, you'll play a crucial role in the upcoming phase of our brand's growth as we expand and introduce new products to the market.
And now, we are looking for a Senior Email Operations Team Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company's growth.
What you'll be working on:
Strategic
Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue as a business outcome, setting the strategic direction for how email contributes to LTV, retention, and expansion across airSlate products
Define email and push notification strategy in line with product and marketing strategies
Lead churn-prevention and win-back initiatives across email and push notifications as coordinated, signal-driven programs rather than one-off campaigns
Set the email roadmap for 2026 and beyond — audit existing programs, identify gaps and quick wins, and prioritize initiatives across three products against attributed revenue targets
Define how email fits within multi-channel orchestration, establishing boundaries and handoffs between email, in-product messaging, and other channels
Data & use of data
Translate behavioral signals, predictive churn scores, and lifecycle stage classifications into actionable segmentation logic and program triggers
Define data requirements for email programs — specify the user signals, cohort definitions, and event triggers needed from the data engineering team, and own those requests
Own the team's contribution to the revenue attribution model — partner with data teams to define lifecycle-stage KPIs and validate that email is correctly credited under the new attribution framework
Own email dashboards with the data team and align them with lifecycle dashboards, so attribution reporting accurately reflects email's contribution to revenue at each funnel stage
Use generative and agentic AI tooling to drive personalization and automation at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
Operational
Manage and develop three email marketing specialists — set priorities, coach on execution quality, and connect daily work to strategic lifecycle goals
Coordinate across the email development team, data team, demand gen, and product stakeholders to deliver lifecycle programs end-to-end within airEML
Maintain and evolve automated email journeys across all four products, with the authority to rebuild or retire programs where data supports it
Ensure email deliverability and list health at scale across a large, multi-product subscriber base
What we expect from you:
5+ years in email marketing as a senior contributor or leader, retention marketing, or lifecycle marketing with an email focus — B2C or B2B SaaS/subscription products at scale preferred
Proven ownership of an email and/or retention/lifecycle program end-to-end — strategy, journey design, segmentation logic, and KPI ownership, not only execution
Familiarity with attribution models, including how attribution windows affect reported email performance and how to navigate model transitions
Experience using behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring or lifecycle stage classification
Hands-on experience with a major marketing automation or email platform (Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot, or an internal equivalent)
A track record of cross-functional collaboration with Product and Data Science teams, not siloed within Marketing
Strategic thinking at the program level, not only the campaign level
Strong analytical skills, including comfort with dashboards and data-warehouse-sourced data, and the ability to derive lifecycle insights independently
Understanding of email deliverability and list health at scale (100K+ subscriber base)
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English, written and spoken

The Research, Analytics & Data Science (RAD) team at Intercom uses data and insights to drive evidence-based decision-making. We're a team of data scientists and product researchers who use data - both big and small - to unlock actionable insights about our customers, our products and our business. We generate insights that build customer empathy, drive product strategy and shape products that deliver real value to our customers.
We’re now seeing strong demand for data scientists who can apply their expertise directly with our most strategic customers. As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist, you’ll embed with customers to build Enterprise-grade Fin deployments. You’ll play a pivotal role in transforming how our most strategic customers scale customer support — working closely with them and our go-to-market teams to design, build, and implement data-driven solutions that unlock measurable impact. You’ll also feed insights from these frontline deployments back into Intercom’s product and strategy — helping shape the future of AI customer service.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, is energized by solving complex, real-world problems with data, and is motivated by seeing their work translate into both customer impact and product evolution.
What will I be doing?
Drive the adoption of Fin by helping customers automate and scale their support operations.
Embed with strategic customers to understand their support workflows, data, and business challenges — to identify and implement opportunities where AI can deliver measurable impact.
Steer customers toward best practices in measurement and AI adoption to realize the full value of Fin.
Partner closely with Sales, Success, and Product to deliver seamless customer experiences and successful deployments, and to create feedback loops that shape product development.
Use AI to prototype, test, and scale data-driven solutions, building tools that make us faster and more effective in driving Fin adoption and customer impact.
What skills do I need?
Proven ability to apply data science in real-world business contexts to drive measurable outcomes.
Strong collaboration mindset; skilled at working across Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering.
High adaptability and ownership: able to shift between deep technical analysis and high-level strategic framing.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
Rapid prototyping with systems thinking: you know when a customer needs a fast, bespoke answer, and when to build something others will keep using.
Excellent SQL and production-aware Python, you write code other people can run, not just code that runs once and are experienced applying analytical and statistical methods to real business problems.
Experience with AI/ML evaluation, LLM-driven applications, or conversational AI.
Willing to travel and work on-site with customers to build deep relationships and uncover insights firsthand.
Bonus skills and attributes
Experience in technical consulting, customer-facing analytics, or SaaS product data science.
Experience reframing the problem, not just solving it, you've spotted when the question you were handed wasn't the right one, and changed what got worked on.
Experience applying AI to scale the data science workflow.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll work alongside diverse, cross-border teams and supportive colleagues who share knowledge and want to see you succeed. Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and a growing web of integrated SaaS tools run large parts of Wrike's business. As that footprint grows, we're hiring a dedicated analyst to bring stronger visibility, governance, and risk understanding to this business systems estate — partnering closely with the teams who own and use these tools.
Your Impact:
Own security for Wrike's business systems SaaS tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, and the integrations that connect them, covering permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
Build and maintain clear visibility into what data lives in these systems, why it's there, and how it flows between integrated tools.
Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Legal and others to embed security into how these platforms are configured, extended, and connected to third-party services.
Translate security and business-continuity issues into clear, actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure business systems handling personal data hold up against privacy frameworks including GDPR and CCPA, in close collaboration with Legal and Compliance.
Chase data-flow and permission questions to ground truth which means following through until the answer and its implications are genuinely clear.
Your Qualifications:
Your primary expertise is in Salesforce administration and business systems security. Everything else listed here is context you'll operate in. Depth in the primary domain matters more than breadth across all of them.
Salesforce administration experience with a strong security lens. This means permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
Solid understanding of how business systems interconnect and why that matters for data exposure and business continuity.
Able to communicate issues precisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA at minimum.
You don't need to tick every box! We're looking for depth in business systems security and the drive to grow across the rest.
Standout Qualities:
Certified Salesforce Administrator credential.
Security+, ISC2 CC, or an equivalent security certification.
Experience auditing or governing SaaS-to-SaaS integrations
Exposure to data security posture management (DSPM) or data classification in SaaS environments.
You use AI as a force multiplier — to move faster, think wider, and go deeper — but your security instincts and judgement are your own. You don't outsource thinking to a tool.
Demonstrated tenacity in chasing complex data flows and access permissions across multi-tool integrations to a definitive answer.
Team Dynamics:
You will be joining Wrike's 15-member global Security team led by Maksim Pekuryn, Director of Security. You will report directly to Swen Groeneveld, Head of Security Operations, whose 8-person sub-team includes Security Engineers, Application Security, and SOC specialists. You'll also work closely with cross-functional partners in RevOps, Marketing, and Legal.
Our Work Style:
Tech stack: Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, OAuth integrations, connected apps, and related business SaaS tooling.
Collaborative environment working closely with RevOps, Legal, and Marketing teams.
Hybrid mode.

This position sits at the crossroads of data engineering, data modeling, and business process, ensuring our internal data is accurate, well-structured, and ready to scale. You will partner closely with our Systems and Analytics Engineering teams, as well as Sales Operations, Finance, and other business partner teams.

What You’ll Do
Learn the data models behind Fivetran's sales, billing, and product operations, and document how business concepts map to data in our core systems.
Design target data models and field mappings when consolidating or migrating data between systems.
Build, test, and execute the SQL and Python transformations that reshape and load business data, including bulk migrations and ongoing pipelines.
Define and enforce standards for data quality, data modeling, and governance across internal systems.
Validate data before and after migrations and pipeline changes, reconciling record counts, values, and business rules with stakeholders.
Build monitoring, alerting, and data quality checks that give end-to-end visibility into data freshness and accuracy.
Work with business partner teams to understand their processes and translate requirements into data models and transformations.
Investigate and resolve data issues raised by other teams, often requiring root cause analysis across multiple systems.
Skills We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering roles, with a focus on modeling and transforming business data.
Strong SQL proficiency is required, including complex transformations and data reconciliation.
Proficiency in a general purpose programming language is required.
Working knowledge of business applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, Coupa, Workday, and Zendesk.
Experience with ETL/ELT development and data quality testing.
Ability to learn a business domain quickly and align data modeling decisions with business requirements.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
Bonus Skills
Experience with dbt or a similar transformation framework.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce data model, ideally including a data migration, org merge, or major re-implementation.
Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and reverse ETL tools, their capabilities, and tradeoffs.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

* создание новых методологий оценки качества
* участие в разработке и развитии передовых банковских и российских бенчмарков (MERA, POLLUX и др.)
* адаптация передовых мировых бенчмарков под специфику банковских кейсов
* и многое другое
* **Умение проводить технический и научный ресерч**: находить и критически разбирать актуальные статьи, бенчмарки, модели и реализации; переводить ресерч в конкретные идеи для тестирования и развития внутренних подходов.
* **Статистика и дизайн эксперимента:** доверительные интервалы, размер выборки, проверка гипотез, поправки на множественные сравнения
* **Понимание современных AI-агентов и агентных систем**: понимать, чем агент отличается от обычного вызова LLM; знать основные компоненты агентной системы: роли, инструменты, контекст, память и оркестрация;
* **Понимаете, как устроены генеративным модели изнутри:** трансформер и механизм внимания, диффузии, токенизация, параметры генерации, этапы обучения
* **Опыт с генеративными моделями и понимание, как их оценивают:** метрики, бенчмарки, human evaluation, Model-as-a-judge и его ограничения
* **Продуктовое мышление**: связывать тестирование с реальными пользовательскими сценариями и понимать, какие ошибки критичны для продукта, понимать влияние результатов на релиз и дальнейшее развитие модели.
* **Python на продакшн-уровне:** чистый код по PEP 8, ООП и типовые паттерны проектирования, аннотации типов, привычка к линтерам и статическому анализу (ruff, mypy). Создаете и поддерживаете production-код eval-пайплайнов, читаете и ревьюите чужой.
AI-assisted coding
**Стек:** Python, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace (transformers, datasets), vLLM, SGLang, инференс-API, S3, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Bash.

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.
