Location: Kazakhstan; Georgia; Serbia; Poland As a Big Data Infrastructure Engineer in the Big Data Platform team, you’ll own the big data infrastructure of our international contour and be its technical lead. You’ll deploy, upgrade and operate the core services of the platform: HDFS, S3-compatible object storage (Apache Ozone), Iceberg and others. You’ll start by helping run an infrastructure pilot that changes how the platform is used: a small number of very large datasets will become thousands of small tables. Задачи: — Разрабатывать и реализовывать тактику performance-рекламы для повышения эффективности рекламных кампаний и достижения бизнес-целей — Определять и анализировать ключевые показатели эффективности (KPI) для оценки успешности рекламных активностей — Контролировать и направлять команду на стороне рекламного агентства и ставить задачи — Формировать и внедрять политики и стандарты работы направления для обеспечения высоких результатов — Планировать, настраивать и оптимизировать рекламные кампании Web и App на различных платформах (контекст, ретаргетинг, социальные сети, CPA, in-app и другие) — Управлять бюджетами и распределять ресурсы для достижения оптимальных результатов — Совместно с агентством готовить еженедельную отчётность (расход, клики, источники, качество аудитории, САС) — Совместно с агентством готовить медиаплан, структуру кампаний, гипотезы по аудиториям и креативам, прогноз CPC/CPA, оценку рисков и рекомендации по масштабированию — Анализировать и мониторить эффективность рекламных кампаний с использованием различных инструментов и методов (в т.ч. работа с атрибуцией) — Подготавливать отчеты о результатах работы направления и предоставлять рекомендации по улучшению стратегии рекламных активностей — Курировать процесс работы с SEO/GEO, включая стратегическое планирование и реализацию эффективных методов продвижения контента — Курировать процесс работы с маркетплейсами для максимизации количества конверсий — Отслеживать изменения в области performance-рекламы, анализировать новые инструменты, тренды и лучшие практики — Налаживать и поддерживать отношения с рекламными партнерами, агентствами и платформами для оптимизации условий рекламных кампаний — Участвовать в переговорах и заключать договоры с ключевыми поставщиками услуг Требования: — Опыт работы с каналами digital и performance от 3 лет и выше, понимание аспектов работы SEO, in-app, search, social — Опыт работы на стороне продукта и агентства — Владение основными метриками digital: ROI, CPA, CPC, CR, LTV — Владение инструментами: Excel, Yandex.Metrika, Appsflyer, App.Metrika, Google Analytics, Яндекс.Директ, VK Ads, Google Ad, in-app, OEM — Знание рекламных кабинетов различных систем (настройка РК, аудит, выгрузка отчетностей, настройки) — Понимание методов вычисления фродового трафика в in-app и web продвижении — Опыт самостоятельной работы с проектом или группой проектов с бюджетом от 20 млн рублей и выше в месяц — Аналитический склад ума, высшее образование, умение учиться новому, чувство вкуса и насмотренность — Готовность работать фулл тайм офис Условия: — Корпоративные программы обучения — ДМС со стоматологией — Рост с МегаКарьерой — Компенсация мобильной связи — Корпоративные скидки и скидки партнеров — Маркетплейс льгот — Корпоративная библиотека
