About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Platform Security Engineering (PSE) sits within Data Center Security Engineering (DCSE). As Anthropic expands beyond traditional cloud providers into owned facilities, colocation, and partner sites, we take on the security responsibilities that cloud providers used to abstract away: firmware integrity, boot chain verification, platform trust, and host hardening. PSE exists so that Anthropic can deploy training and inference workloads to any qualified environment with a demonstrable security posture, including the technical controls behind our AI Safety Level commitments.
We are hiring an engineering manager to lead a group of platform security engineers covering firmware research, OS and kernel hardening, platform trust integration, and server manageability firmware. You will own the roadmap for this group, grow the team, and be accountable for the security posture of the compute platforms Anthropic runs on: hardware roots of trust, secure and measured boot, attestation, firmware supply chain, and the integrity of the hosts that hold model weights on bare-metal infrastructure.
This is a hands-on management role. You will not write most of the code, but you will review designs, make the final call on hard trade-offs, and be able to reason with your engineers from a silicon root of trust through firmware, bootloader, kernel, and host software. You will partner with infrastructure, fleet, and compute teams inside Anthropic, and with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers outside it.
You will report to the Data Center Security Engineering manager.
Key responsibilities
Lead and grow the platform security engineering group: hiring, onboarding, development, performance, and prioritization for full-time engineers, and coordination of contractor and vendor engineers working alongside them
Own the platform security roadmap and its delivery: hardware root of trust and attestation, secure and measured boot across CPU, BMC, accelerator, and peripheral firmware, OS and kernel hardening, and the host-side pipeline that turns attestation evidence into production gates
Own the firmware supply chain posture for the fleet: SBOM and reference integrity manifests, authenticated update, rollback protection, and the vendor relationships needed to get fixes shipped
Drive platform risk assessments for new compute platforms and providers, and make evidence-based go/no-go recommendations with bounded risk rather than perfect-or-nothing gates
Partner with infrastructure, fleet, compute, and detection and response teams so that platform controls land in production without degrading training or inference performance
Manage relationships with silicon vendors, OEMs, and compute providers: security requirements, vulnerability management, disclosure and remediation timelines, and upstream and standards-body engagement (TCG, OCP, IETF)
Run the team's operating rhythm: design reviews, threat models, incident participation for platform-layer issues, and clear written status to security and infrastructure leadership
Minimum qualifications
Have 10+ years in systems security, with at least 5 years focused on firmware, hardware, or OS-level security
Have 5+ years as a people manager of security or systems engineers, including hiring and developing senior and staff-level engineers
Can go from architecture to implementation detail with your engineers: secure boot, measured boot, TPM and other roots of trust, attestation protocols (SPDM, DICE, remote attestation), UEFI and BMC firmware, and Linux kernel and OS hardening
Have owned a technical roadmap end to end, including the prioritization calls when security, performance, and delivery timelines conflict
Have worked directly with silicon vendors, OEMs, or cloud and bare-metal providers on security requirements and remediation, and can push a partner to a fix without burning the relationship
Write clearly: design reviews, risk assessments, and status for executives are part of the job
Are comfortable building a team and its processes from an early stage, with a scope that is broader than the headcount
Preferred qualifications
Experience managing a mixed team of full-time engineers, contractors, and vendor engineers while keeping design authority in-house
Hands-on background in OpenBMC or other server management firmware, DRTM or secure launch, or confidential computing primitives (TDX, SEV-SNP, ARM CCA)
A record of upstream contributions or maintainership in Linux, OpenBMC, or a comparable community, or standing in TCG, UEFI Forum, or OCP
Experience securing large-scale HPC or AI training infrastructure
Firmware vulnerability research, reverse engineering, or fuzzing background
Experience running coordinated vulnerability disclosure with hardware or firmware vendors

Minimum education:

Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Why this role exists
Higgsfield is one of the fastest-growing generative AI companies in the world. Every generation is a policy decision at scale, and the surface area (NSFW, IP, likeness, anti-fraud, deepfakes, regional law) grows every week. Trust & Safety needs a PM who can turn ambiguous legal, policy, and financial-abuse inputs into shipped systems, not another doc.
What you'll actually do
• Own the T&S product surface end-to-end: classifiers, appeals, user-facing warnings, moderator tooling, enforcement flows.
• Own anti-fraud alongside content safety: multi-account farms, free-trial abuse, refund abuse, chargebacks, prompt-injection cost exploits, reseller wrappers. Fraud is a large and growing share of the T&S problem here.
• Translate legal, policy, and financial-risk requirements into concrete product specs the ML and engineering teams can build against.
• Set thresholds and enforcement policy in partnership with Applied ML: what gets blocked, what gets warned, what gets appealed, and the dollar and reputational tradeoffs behind each choice.
• Run the incident loop when something breaks in production, provider escalations, misuse incidents, fraud spikes, new abuse vectors, and ship the fix.
• Design the metrics that matter: dollars saved from fraud, false-positive cost to legit users, false-negative legal exposure, appeal reversal rate, coverage across new models and markets.
• Work directly with Legal, Applied ML, Backend, Growth, Payments, and external providers to keep our contractual and regulatory obligations current.
Must-haves
1. Founding or early-operator experience. You've spent years trying to build something of your own. You know what it's like to own an outcome when nobody hands you a spec.
2. Shipped T&S, moderation, fraud, risk, or compliance products at scale. You've made real enforcement decisions that affected real users and real money.
3. Comfort with legal, policy, and financial-risk ambiguity. You've worked with counsel, payments providers, or regulators and translated their inputs into product.
4. Strong technical judgment. You can reason about classifier tradeoffs, fraud-detection tradeoffs, threshold selection, and evaluation without needing an engineer to translate.
5. You make decisions in dollars and risk, not opinions. A block rate has a cost, a miss has a cost, a false fraud flag has a cost, you can argue all sides.
Who this is not for
• You prefer working from complete specifications rather than defining problems yourself.
• You want to write strategy docs more than ship enforcement changes.
• You are looking for a slower release cycle. We ship weekly, and incidents can compress that to hours.
Nice to have
• Background at a generative AI, UGC platform, marketplace, or fintech risk team in the US, EU, or Asia.
• Direct experience with C2PA, child safety classifiers, IP takedowns, DMCA, GDPR enforcement, chargeback flows, or 3DS.
• Comfort with adversarial abuse patterns and how they evolve.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A seat where your policy call ships to millions of generations the same week
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.
This is a fully on-site role based in our Almaty office. Our team works from the office five days per week for the full working day. We believe in-person collaboration is an important part of how we move quickly, solve complex problems, and build strong teams.

The company combines globally scaled multilingual infrastructure, including a network of over 500,000 linguists and domain experts, with advanced NLP, computational linguistics, and best-in-class compliance backed by seven ISO certifications. Welo Global’s five brands—Welocalize (multilingual content and localization services for global enterprises), Park IP (intellectual property and patent translation services for law firms and corporate legal teams), Welo Life Sciences (regulated language and compliance-aligned content solutions for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device organizations), Adapt (multilingual performance-led digital marketing agency), and Welo Data (multilingual data generation, evaluation, and human data infrastructure for AI systems)—serve distinct customer segments with purpose-built expertise, fit-for-purpose solutions, and supporting technology. weloglobal.com
Overview
Welocalize is looking for a WordPress Developer to bring website maintenance and backend development in-house across our six brand sites: welocalize.com, welodata.ai, parkip.com, adaptworldwide.com, welolifesciences.com, and weloglobal.com. This work currently sits with an outside agency and we're looking for someone who can own it internally — with faster turnaround, better institutional knowledge, and closer collaboration with our Marketing and front-end teams.
The platform is a WordPress Multisite environment. You'll work alongside an internal front-end developer who handles content management, page building, and UX — your focus is the backend: keeping the platform healthy, building custom functionality, and managing deployments.
Job Reference: #LI-JC1
Key Responsibilities
Keep all six brand sites up to date — security patches, plugin updates, and core updates on a routine and emergency basis.
Monitor site health, uptime, and performance; coordinate with our hosting provider (Pantheon) on backups, restores, and incident response.
Serve as the internal point of contact for WordPress-related technical requests, triaging and prioritising work coming from Marketing and other teams.
Handle day-to-day development requests: bug fixes, small feature builds, and plugin configuration.
Build and maintain custom Gutenberg blocks (PHP + JS) and handle PHP theme modifications as needed.
Manage the Webpack-based build process and SCSS structure for the shared theme.
Own the deployment pipeline — Git-based deployments across Dev, Test, and Live on Pantheon — and review front-end changes before they go live.
Set up and configure hosting environments, domain onboarding, and SSL on Pantheon.
Maintain third-party integrations — forms, GTM, translation connectors, and APIs.
Respond to critical incidents: site down, data loss, or security breach across any brand site.
Conduct accessibility technical reviews (axe DevTools, screen reader testing) and implement approved fixes.
Build and maintain internal technical documentation — this role replaces an outside agency, so knowledge retention matters from day one.
Requirements
Education/Experience
3+ years of WordPress development experience, ideally including Multisite environments.
Solid PHP skills and hands-on experience with Gutenberg block development (PHP + JS).
Comfortable with SCSS/CSS, BEM methodology, and a build tool such as Webpack.
Familiar with WordPress security fundamentals — patching, hardening, vulnerability response.
Experience with Git and staging/production deployment workflows.
Good communicator — you'll work closely with Marketing, front-end, and IT and need to translate technical issues clearly.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with Pantheon or a comparable managed WordPress hosting platform.
Familiarity with multilingual WordPress setups (MultilingualPress, WPML, or similar).
Experience with Composer for PHP dependency management.
Working knowledge of DNS, domain configuration, and SSL basics.
Exposure to translation management integrations (Phrase, Smartling, or similar).

Our Seychelles business has operated since 2017 and now sits within the licensing regime established by the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act of Seychelles 2024 (the VASP Act). We are seeking an Independent Non-Executive Director, resident in Seychelles, to join the board of our Seychelles entity to supplement its board of governance with an independent resident non-executive director.
About the Role
As an Independent Non-Executive Director and Resident Director of our Seychelles entity, you will bring independent challenge to strategy, risk and conduct, hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders, and provide the resident board presence that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require. The role exists to do three things at once: provide independent challenge; satisfy the Seychelles Financial Services Authority (the FSA) that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act; and provide local substance in Seychelles.
The entity operates within the group's global governance, risk and compliance framework while remaining separately accountable to its own board and to its regulator. The Board comprises a mix of executive and independent non-executive directors. This is a genuinely resident role. The appointee must be physically present in Seychelles, attend board and management meetings in person, and be available to engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles.
A non-executive director carries the same general legal responsibilities to the entity as any other director, and must perform those duties faithfully, efficiently and diligently to a standard commensurate with the role and with their own knowledge, skills and experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independentally Challenge
Bring an external and independent perspective to strategy, risk and conduct, and hold management to account on behalf of shareholders and stakeholders.
Provide constructive challenge and strategic guidance, and offer specialist advice to the Board.
Scrutinise the performance of management and of individual executive directors against agreed goals, and monitor how that performance is reported.
Act in good faith, honestly and responsibly, and make decisions objectively in what you consider to be the interests of the entity.
Regulatory Standing & Local Substance
Satisfy the FSA that the board of the Company meets its expectations on composition, competence and fitness and propriety under the VASP Act.
Provide the physical, resident board presence in Seychelles that the licence and the entity's governance arrangements require.
Attend board and management meetings in person, and engage with the FSA and the entity's advisers in Seychelles as required.
Collective Board Responsibilities
Promote the long term sustainable success of the entity, generating value for shareholders and contributing to wider society.
Establish the entity's purpose, values and strategy, and satisfy the Board that its culture is aligned to them.
Provide effective, prudent and ethical oversight, act with integrity, lead by example and promote the desired culture.
Ensure the resources needed to meet the entity's objectives are in place, and measure performance against them.
Establish and lead within a framework of prudent and effective controls that allows risk to be assessed and managed.
Ensure effective engagement with shareholders and stakeholders.
Ensure workforce policies and practices are consistent with the entity's values.
Individual Director Responsibilities
Satisfy yourself on the integrity of the entity's financial information, its financial controls, and whether its risk management systems are robust and defensible.
Determine appropriate remuneration for executive directors, and play a leading part in appointing and, where necessary, removing them.
Contribute to the entity's succession planning.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity, and support the chairperson in setting the values, behaviours and culture of the boardroom and beyond.
Committee Service
Serve on one or more board committees where required. The relevant terms of reference will be provided on appointment.
What We Look for in You
Resident in Seychelles, and currently holding the right to reside and work there.
Able to satisfy the FSA's fitness and propriety assessment.
Board level or senior governance experience in a regulated financial services, banking, insurance, fiduciary or corporate services business.
Working knowledge of anti-money laundering and counter terrorist financing obligations, and of the Seychelles regulatory environment.
Financial literacy sufficient to interrogate financial statements, controls and risk reporting without support.
Demonstrable independence of mind, and the willingness to challenge management and record dissent.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
What Will Make You Stand Out
Experience of virtual assets, fintech, payments or capital markets.
Prior regulatory experience.
Experience chairing an audit, risk or compliance committee.
Experience of a group structure where much of the operating activity sits outside the licensed entity's jurisdiction, and of the oversight challenge that creates.
An established local network among Seychelles regulators, professional advisers and the financial services community.
Why Join
OKX
?

The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We're looking for Platform Engineers who treat the platform as a product, with every engineer at Attio as its customer. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and evolve our platform infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes, GCP), so every environment is reproducible, version-controlled and auditable.
- Own our CI/CD pipelines end-to-end, making builds, tests and deploys fast, reliable and secure for every engineer at Attio.
- Own our observability stack - metrics, logging and distributed tracing - as the foundation of an exceptional reliability culture.
- Define and hold SLOs for latency, availability and error rates, and manage capacity to stay comfortably inside them.
- Lead incident response: triage and resolve complex production issues, then run blameless post-mortems and ship the fixes as code.
- Partner with product engineering teams to remove manual toil and shorten the path from writing code to running it in production.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Hands-on experience operating production systems with an SRE mindset: SLOs, error budgets, toil reduction and blameless post-mortems.
- Excellent knowledge of modern cloud architectures (either GCP or AWS), including networking, IAM and managed services.
- Demonstrable deep expertise with Docker and Kubernetes at scale, covering cluster design, networking, storage and security.
- Proficiency in a modern language such as Typescript, Go, Python or Rust, and a track record of writing well-tested automation.
- Experience owning mission-critical operational tooling, including centralised logging or APM (e.g. Datadog, Splunk).
- Ability to communicate technical ideas to the wider team and influence how other engineers build and operate their services.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary of £105,000 to £125,000
- Equity in an early-stage tech company on an incredible trajectory
- 25 days holiday plus local public holidays
- Apple hardware
- Private medical insurance through AXA

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Web Designer / Design Engineer to own baseten.co http://baseten.co day to day, from concept through production. You'll design and build landing pages, bring product launches to life, run experiments, improve conversion, and keep raising the quality bar on the site.
This is a high-ownership role on the brand design team, sitting between brand design and frontend engineering. We want the website to be one of the best expressions of the Baseten brand and one of the best developer-focused sites on the internet, which means treating it as a product that's constantly evolving rather than something we redesign every few years. You'll have a lot of autonomy to ship, while partnering closely with brand, product marketing, engineering, and leadership on bigger launches.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the design and frontend implementation of the Baseten marketing site.
- Ship landing pages, product pages, launches, and campaigns from concept through production.
- Improve the site continuously, finding and acting on opportunities to make it better rather than waiting for a redesign cycle.
- Partner with growth and product marketing to test messaging, layouts, and conversion improvements without sacrificing craft.
- Build polished interactions, motion, and details that make the site feel distinctly Baseten.
- Build and evolve the components, patterns, and design systems that let the team move quickly without lowering the bar.
- Turn complex technical products into clear, compelling web experiences.
- Prototype ambitious interactive and experimental ideas when a launch calls for it.
- Make it dramatically easier for the brand and marketing teams to get great work onto the internet.
- Set the bar for web design and frontend craft across the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluency in modern frontend development: React, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Ability to move from Figma into code and own the final result in production.
- Deep attention to typography, layout, interaction, motion, and responsiveness.
- Systems thinking, with a track record of building reusable components and patterns instead of solving every page from scratch.
- Comfort experimenting, iterating, and using data to make a site more effective without turning it into a growth hack.
- Interest in technical products and the ability to make complex ideas feel clear without flattening them.
- Strong opinions about the web, and the ability to articulate why something works and why it doesn't.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with motion design, animation, or WebGL.
- Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, shaders, or creative coding.
- Experience building developer-focused or deeply technical websites.
- Experience working with DatoCMS.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while contributing to code reviews and engineering best practices.
For senior-level hires, independently lead projects, guide technical decisions, and support the development of other engineers.
What We Look For In You
At least 3 years of software engineering experience, with greater depth and independent project ownership expected at the Senior Software Engineer level.
Hands-on experience developing production mobile applications using iOS technologies such as Swift or Objective-C, or Android technologies such as Kotlin or Java.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design, testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Experience building consumer-facing products, with an understanding of how engineering decisions affect user experience and business outcomes.
Product and data instincts: you are comfortable thinking in terms of user journeys, funnels, conversion, retention, and measurable impact.
Ability to take ownership of engineering tasks and work effectively with product and business stakeholders.
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset: you identify problems, form a point of view, and propose practical ways forward.
Experience using AI coding tools as part of your development workflow, together with the judgment to review, test, and validate AI-generated outputs.

About the Opportunity
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Payments Team, based in the US. Payments is where OKX meets the real financial world. Our team has built and operates the infrastructure connecting OKX to dozens of payment channels across global markets, giving users deposit and withdrawal options that are fast, convenient, and — most importantly — trustworthy. That platform moves and safeguards user assets at institutional scale, continuously, across time zones and regulatory environments.
This is not a greenfield team looking for its footing. The team is established, the platform is in production at scale, and we are actively expanding — both in scope and in headcount. That combination is rare: you get the leverage of joining a growing team where your work visibly shifts the roadmap, along with the discipline that comes from a system already trusted with real money.
It's also an unusually good place to learn. Payments is a domain that's hard to pick up from the outside — every market has its own rails, its own settlement behavior, its own failure modes, its own compliance expectations. Here you'll work across a wide range of payment methods and channels, and you'll build the judgment that comes from operating financial systems where the stakes are real: how to design for correctness when money is on the line, how to reconcile, how to recover, how to keep a platform observable enough that you find problems before your users do.
You'll work closely with product managers, designers, and partner-facing teams, and you'll set the technical bar for the engineers around you — through design docs, code reviews, and the everyday habit of doing things properly when nobody's watching.
If you like the sound of a team where the problems are genuinely hard, the standard is high, and your opinion changes the outcome, we'd like to talk.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design and build the core. Develop high-scale, 24/7 APIs and distributed payment services across multiple cloud providers, using Java and Spring Boot as the primary stack. Own systems end to end — from design doc through production ownership.
Expand our global reach. Help integrate and scale new payment channels and methods across markets, each with its own technical, operational, and reliability characteristics.
Protect user assets. Build for correctness first: consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, failure recovery, and the operational tooling that lets us stand behind every transaction.
Set the technical bar. Participate actively in design and code reviews, giving and receiving direct, constructive feedback. Help evolve the standards a growing team builds on.
Solve the hard problems. Investigate complex distributed-systems challenges and drive them to resolution rather than handing them off.
Partner across functions. Work with product, design, and partner teams across regions to turn ambiguous requirements into shipped systems, and to unblock dependencies before they become delays.
Grow the team's capability. Mentor engineers and share what you learn. Seniority here is measured in leverage, not just output.
Stay curious. Keep pace with a fast-moving industry and bring the good ideas back.
What you'll take away from this role
Deep, practical fluency across a wide range of global payment methods and channels — knowledge that is genuinely hard to acquire anywhere else
Experience designing and operating systems entrusted with substantial user assets, where correctness and recoverability are non-negotiable
A track record of shipping in a regulated, high-stakes domain at real scale
What We Look For In You
5+ years of backend software development experience, with a proven track record of building and operating high-availability, large-scale applications.
Strong engineering fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and software design patterns — and the judgment to know when to reach for which.
Ownership instinct. You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tickets. When something's broken or unclear, you move toward it.
Ability to drive cross-team collaboration, managing complex dependencies and competing requirements without losing momentum.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and comfort operating with autonomy in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication. You can explain a complex technical trade-off to an engineer and to a non-technical stakeholder, and land it with both.
Genuine interest in crypto or fintech, and in building things that make money move better.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
