Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About this role
Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page.
What you’ll be doing
Experimentation:
Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts.
Collaboration:
Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences.
Data and insight:
Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
Product design:
Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Prototyping and systems:
Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems.
Roadmap ownership:
Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs.
Must have experience
Experience:
5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
Growth mindset:
A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
Experimentation:
Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Craft and taste:
Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
Systems and brand:
Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it.
AI fluency:
Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it.
Ownership:
Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options.
Who this role is not for
This role is not for you if:
You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial.
You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction.
You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation.
You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth.
You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next.
You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better.
What success looks like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction.
You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts.
Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next.
You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing.
You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use.
Interview process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach.
You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

- Savvy with automation and AI tools, and genuinely interested in using them to work more efficiently
- Solid grounding in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Sharp attention to detail combined with strong problem-solving skills
- Clear, confident communication, comfortable working closely with teams across the business

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Please make your application, including your CV, in English Language. We are a global compliance team headquartered out of London.
About the role
As a Senior Analyst – Permanent Controls, you will join the Permanent Controls team, a global Second Line of Defence (2LoD) function based across Paris and Mauritius. Reporting directly to the Head of Permanent Controls within the Compliance department, you will focus on the financial perimeter, exercising second-line control, independent oversight, and framework monitoring over the organization's finance domain. You will partner closely with the First Line of Defence (1LoD) to establish control standards, design control matrices, and provide guidance when needed. You will also execute 2LoD control plans, issue formal findings, and track recommendations through to resolution.
Sitting in the Second Line of Defense, the global Permanent Controls team serves as an ongoing, trusted advisor and objective challenge to operational teams (1LoD), helping them design robust controls and ensure operational integrity across the organization.
Unlike periodic audit functions, Permanent Controls operates continuously to proactively identify vulnerabilities, standardize control frameworks, and foster a strong risk culture.
Note on Governance: This is a 2LoD function focused on ongoing control design, execution, and 1LoD enablement. It is distinct and independent from the Internal Audit (3LoD) function within Checkout.com.
Key responsibilities
- Control Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate identified risks into comprehensive 2nd line control plans, standards, and templates.
- 1LoD Enablement: Partner with the First Line of Defence teams to design, refine, and assess their control matrices, ensuring alignment with internal standards and regulators' expectations (ACPR, FCA..).
- Execution & Testing: Formalize and execute second line permanent controls across critical perimeters, including:
- Financial regulatory reporting across global entities (France, UK, US, etc.).
- Accuracy of financial data, accounting standards, and reconciliations.
- Internal financial processes, procedures, and statutory compliance (including the Order of 3 December 2014).
- Safeguarding mechanisms (flow of funds, compliance with safeguarding measures, timelines, and incident monitoring).
- Reporting & Escalation: Present detailed control findings and anomaly reports to the Head of Permanent Controls; track the implementation of remediation recommendations.
- Proactive Continuous Improvement: Identify operational control gaps, take the initiative to propose practical solutions, and drive improvements to the overall control framework.
- Tooling & Automation: Contribute to the implementation and optimization of automated control tools, tracking dashboards, and recommendation monitoring systems whenever possible.
About You
- Experience: 5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Reporting within the financial services (banking, Fintech..) or payments industry.
- Regulatory Context: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and ACPR expectations is strongly preferred.
- Mindset & Working Style:
- Proactive & Autonomous: A "go-getter" who takes ownership, anticipates control gaps, and brings actionable solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction.
- Naturally Curious: A drive to understand end-to-end business operations, data flows, and complex payment mechanics.
- Rigorous & Analytical: Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to leverage data analytics to evaluate controls, transactions and processes objectively.
- Languages: Fluency in French and English is required.
- Communication: Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clear findings and influence decision-making across lines of defence.

Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
25 calendar days of paid vacation
