is a well-established multi-regulated broker, founded in Australia, offering traders access to CFD trading on Forex, Indices, Commodities, Stocks and Cryptocurrencies. We are growing and looking to recruit a
Full-time Senior AQA Engineer (Fullstack) in the Cyprus office - a certified Great Place to Work®.
We are developing a social trading platform and are looking for a strong automation engineer who will build end-to-end test coverage across all product layers, with a primary focus on native mobile applications (iOS / Android) and web. This is a role with real autonomy — you will not be "just another QA in the team," but the person who defines quality standards and gradually builds a process where code physically cannot be pushed to production without passing tests.
Currently, there are no automated tests for the mobile applications at all — you will be responsible for building automation from scratch and establishing the surrounding processes.
Reporting to:
QA Lead
Responsibilities:
Design and develop a mobile automation framework from scratch for native iOS and Android applications
Develop and maintain the backend automation framework (API testing)
Cover critical social trading user scenarios: trade copying, deposits/withdrawals, trading account operations
Extend test coverage at the web and API levels
Integrate tests into CI/CD: execution on every commit, pipelines, reporting
Establish pre-commit quality gates using Git hooks (husky / pre-commit) — mandatory test execution before code reaches the repository
Execute tests on real devices, emulators/simulators, and cloud device farms
Drive automation culture: introduce stabilization/automation iterations to prevent coverage degradation over time
Candidate profile:
Mobile
Experience building mobile automation frameworks from scratch for iOS and Android
Native drivers: XCUITest (iOS) and Espresso / UiAutomator2 (Android)
Appium 2.x/3.x as a cross-platform tool for native / hybrid / mobile web
Strong hands-on experience with Android Studio (ADB, emulators) and Xcode / Simulator
Experience running tests on real devices and cloud farms (BrowserStack)
Understanding of mobile app architecture, locator strategies, gestures, and testing under different network conditions
Understanding that mobile tests are more logically maintained within the application repository rather than as a separate project in another language
Languages and Frameworks
Strong Java skills (modern versions); solid understanding of OOP
Kotlin and Swift knowledge is a plus
Test runners and assertions: JUnit 5, test data generation with Instancio / JavaFaker
Web / API
UI automation with Playwright (Java), Page Object Model, stable locators
API automation: REST Assured, REST API and authorization handling
Understanding of flaky tests and retry strategies
Data Handling
Databases: MariaDB / MySQL, state validation via SQL / JDBC
Test data setup and cleanup
CI/CD and Processes
Build management with Gradle, custom tasks for different test suites
CI/CD: GitLab CI / Jenkins, integrating automated tests into pipelines
Git hooks / husky / pre-commit as a quality gate
Reporting: Allure
Test management: Jira
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech / trading / payment products
Experience using AI tools in testing (Copilot, AI assistants for test generation/analysis)
Experience with Testcontainers
Familiarity with App Store / Google Play guidelines

You will build Airalo's public affairs function from scratch and oversee our external relationship with the world's regulators, policymakers, and industry bodies. This isn't a communications role with a government relations side — it's a substantive policy and advocacy role for someone who understands how to shape the environment a fast-growing tech company operates in.

Develop a forward-looking policy horizon scanner to anticipate regulatory change before it becomes a fire to fight.
Government Relations & Advocacy
Lead direct engagement with government ministries, telecom regulators (TRAIs, Anatel, OFCOM equivalents, etc.), and consumer protection bodies across priority markets.
Represent Airalo in regulatory consultations, public hearings, parliamentary or congressional inquiries, and trade body working groups.

Industry & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and manage Airalo's relationships with industry associations (GSMA, MVNO associations, digital economy coalitions) and shape our participation in their policy workstreams.
Represent Airalo at industry events, conferences, and forums as a senior external voice.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Communications, and Commercial teams to ensure policy work is integrated into broader business decision-making.
Working with legal, support market-entry workstreams by providing regulatory assessments for new geographies.
Align external messaging with Internal Communications and PR to ensure consistent positioning.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in public affairs, government relations, policy, or regulatory affairs — in-house at a tech or telecoms company, or in a public affairs consultancy serving this sector.
Demonstrable track record of influencing regulatory outcomes and managing multi-jurisdictional government relations programmes.
Deep understanding of the telecoms, digital economy, or platform regulation landscape .
Ability to operate autonomously as a first hire, building structure and process without a team underneath you from day one.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills .
High political intelligence: you know how to frame Airalo's interests in a way that resonates with government stakeholders, not just internal audiences.
Comfortable operating remotely across time zones in a fast-moving, commercially driven environment.

Prior experience building a public affairs function from the ground up.

The Workplace Engineering function sits at the intersection of traditional HR analytics and modern Product Engineering. We transform raw workforce data into a suite of "People Products" that drive high performance. We don’t just "report" on what happened; we engineer the tools and insights that determine what happens next.
This new role will report directly to the Global Head of Workplace Engineering, and sits within our Data discipline inside of our People department. Experienced data professionals at Canonical live at the intersection of software, data, and the business. They don't just help surface analytic artifacts; they help transform them into a strategic asset that elevates decision making and innovation across our global operations (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering, and human resources). They balance technical precision with business pragmatism, designing and iterating on experiments, automations, and products that transform insights into valued outcomes. They shape tomorrow's AI/Data stack in open source, ensuring that Canonical remains at the forefront of data-driven excellence. Their curiosity is contagious and has an amplifying effect on data literacy and stewardship across the business teams they support.

Product Ownership on People Science: Bridge the gap between "HR-speak" and "Dev-speak", ensuring engineers understand the human behavioral intent behind the code.
Strategic Insight & Business Outcomes: Move beyond descriptive metrics (e.g., turnover rate) to predictive and prescriptive insights (e.g., predicting attrition risk based on "Time-Product" engagement data).
Data Stewardship & Product Storytelling: Act as the "Translator-in-Chief". Take complex data models and turn them into compelling narratives. Lead the development of AI Agents that can surface insights to managers in real-time. Ensure the "People Data Stack" is secure, GDPR/privacy-compliant, and acts as a "Single Source of Truth" across all People related offerings, products and services.
“Effectiveness at Work” Strategy: Identify opportunities to leverage “High Tech” solutions in our People offerings, and free up more time for “High Touch”, human involvement, thereby maximizing human value.
What we are looking for in you
Background in data science, mathematics, or engineering, skilled in advanced statistics, data wrangling/science, databases (SQL, etc.) or software engineering.
Strength in coding/scripting languages (Python, R, JavaScript, etc.), software engineering, visualization (e.g. Superset, Tableau), and automation.
Ability to translate business questions to key research objectives.
Ability to identify the best methodology to execute research, synthesize and analyze findings.
Proven ability to lead and drive others to execute against well planned roadmaps, with a strong mentor/coaching mindset.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Customer Solutions Architect
About the role
The Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) is the primary post-sales technical owner for our existing customers, helping them get the most value from the combined Fivetran and dbt platform. Working alongside Account Executives (AEs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs), the CSA makes sure customers not only deploy successfully, but keep scaling and expanding their usage over time.
This role operates as a technical account manager and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between onboarding success and long-term growth. The CSA owns the technical narrative after go-live: monitoring an existing book of business, leading technical discussions, uncovering new data challenges, and guiding customers through architecture evolution, adoption, and expansion through live demos and technical workshops.
Unlike implementation-focused roles, the CSA is accountable for both retention and growth, and is measured on incremental ARR, Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR). You will act as a trusted advisor, advocate, and accelerator, ensuring customers derive maximum value from their data investments while aligning their technical roadmap with the platform's capabilities.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid). This is a full-time position, and candidates must be located in Austin and able to work in the office two days a week (Tuesday and Thursday).
What you'll do
Customer Adoption and Value Realization
Own post-sales technical engagement across a portfolio of assigned Commercial and Enterprise accounts
Drive adoption, optimization, and ongoing usage of the platform, moving customers from initial deployment to sustained, scalable success
Educate customers on new products and features as they launch, and on existing capabilities they may not be using
Deliver enablement sessions, workshops, and best-practice guidance
Monitor account health signals (usage, performance, support trends) and proactively intervene to address churn or contraction risks, including running implementation reviews and healthcheck sessions
Expansion and Growth
Identify, validate, and execute expansion opportunities across business units, regions, and use cases, including opportunities to bring both Fivetran and dbt into an account
Translate customer initiatives into scalable data workloads and technical solutions
Partner with AEs to drive incremental ARR through structured expansion plays and a managed expansion pipeline
Lead technical validation of new workloads, including workshops and, where necessary, proofs of concept (POCs)
Replicate successful use cases across the organization to accelerate growth
Provide strategic input on the customer lifecycle and renewals process
Technical Strategy and Architecture
Define and maintain Enterprise Reference Architectures aligned to customer environments, ensuring architectural consistency and scalability across implementations
Guide customers on best practices for data pipelines, transformation, automation, and platform adoption
Maintain technical artifacts such as architecture documentation, design patterns, and knowledge bases
Stakeholder Engagement and Account Planning
Build and maintain strong relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders, using stakeholder maps and multi-threaded engagement strategies
Run regular technical cadence calls, business reviews, and roadmap sessions
Contribute to Mutual Account Plans and own Mutual Success Plans, mapping whitespace opportunities across business units, subsidiaries, and use cases
Align customer technical strategy with business objectives and commercial plans
Internal and Partner Collaboration
Act as the technical orchestrator across Sales, Professional Services, Product, and Engineering, keeping delivery teams aligned with long-term expansion strategy
Advocate for customer needs internally, influencing the product roadmap and priorities
Collaborate with technology partners (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, GCP) to drive joint value
Help improve team processes, refine assets, and enable teammates through our knowledge-sharing loop
Thought Leadership
Contribute to and deliver external-facing content through live events, speaking engagements, blog posts, recorded tutorials, or other educational resources
Work closely with Regional and Product Marketing teams to support field and industry events
Support senior leadership in aligning field and industry requirements with the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Product Marketing under their guidance.
What you bring
2+ years of experience in a post-sales, customer-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect, Technical Account Manager, or Customer Success Engineer
Strong ability to own and drive customer outcomes after the sale, including adoption, renewal, and expansion
Solid technical background, with experience designing scalable data architectures, a firm understanding of modern data warehousing and the analytics stack, and SQL proficiency
Ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions and measurable outcomes
Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences, and a high degree of comfort presenting to diverse audiences
A proactive, self-sufficient, and highly organized approach to managing multiple accounts
Comfort operating strategically while also engaging in deep technical discussions
Ability to operate in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and think on your feet in customer conversations
A team-player mindset, both within the CSA team as we evolve our ways of working and in daily collaboration with AEs and SEs
Openness to travel: we value in-person relationship building, both internally and externally, and expect willingness to travel to events as needed
What Will Make You Stand Out
Hands-on experience with dbt; dbt certification is a bonus
SQL knowledge, with a working understanding of AI architecture, including LLMs, Knowledge Graphs, and RAG
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, GCP)
Background in data integration, ETL/ELT, or replication technologies, plus experience with ancillary tools, APIs, and managing data infrastructure
Experience with workload-based or consumption-based sales models
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and design patterns
Experience working with system integrators or technology partners
Technologies You’ll Use
Databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres
Data platforms: Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift
Products: Fivetran, dbt platform

You spend your time where data professionals gather, sharing insights and helping others solve real problems. If you want to step away from daily query writing and start shaping the community around a product you believe in, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 organizations, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is a core part of our ecosystem and revenue, but we currently lack a dedicated face to represent it to the outside world. We are looking for a Developer Advocate to take ownership of our public presence within developer communities and connect with our global users.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between our users and our product team. You will bring DataGrip to the center of the conversation by diving into online discussions, crafting advocacy content that provides value for years to come, and gathering the real-world feedback we need to build better tools. When we build and launch new database products, you will be involved in the product discussions from inception, leading the way.
Day to day, you will
Monitor and join active conversations across platforms like X, Reddit, and Discord to support database professionals.
Create high-quality, long-lasting content, including videos and blog posts, that helps users master our tools.
Represent DataGrip at conferences by giving technical talks and mingling with the community.
Gather real-world user insights and pain points from the field and bring them directly to our internal product teams.
Build and sustain visibility across a massive, diverse landscape of database communities.
What you’ll bring
A genuine enjoyment for talking to people and actively engaging with online developer communities all day.
A natural curiosity for industry trends and evolving database technologies.
An independent mindset comfortable with taking full ownership of public outreach and strategy.
Strong communication skills that translate complex technical details into clear, engaging insights.
A collaborative approach to working with both highly technical product teams and marketing colleagues.
What you’ll need
A solid technical background in database development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational databases.
A deep understanding of what makes a fantastic database tool.
The demonstrated ability to create clear, technical written or video content for developers.
The ability to speak publicly and present technical topics confidently at industry events.
Fluency in English with a knack for clear, precise communication.
The proven ability to navigate and actively participate in online spaces like Reddit, X, and Quora.
What success looks like
You’ll help make DataGrip consistently present and recognized in relevant database discussions worldwide. You’ll build a reliable bridge between our users and the product team, transforming community feedback into actionable tool improvements. Your content will serve as long-lived marketing that continues to educate and attract users, ensuring our voice remains sharp and influential across the entire database ecosystem.

At
NOVACARD
, we’re redefining how people use credit. We are the
first interest-free and no-annual-fee credit card in Mexico
, designed to simplify personal finances and give users complete control - all from a mobile app. With NOVACARD, users can access up to
$200,000 MXN in credit
, only pay when they use it, and manage everything digitally in under 5 minutes. Our mission is to empower people to make smarter financial decisions by offering flexibility, transparency, and the freedom they need to reach their goals. Simple finances, big goals.
About the Role:
We are looking for a strong Lead Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our credit card portfolio across multiple risk and customer segments. You will own the product strategy, P&L, end-to-end customer experience, and technical roadmap for products including Credit Builder, fixed-fee and progressive-fee cards, and grace-period and non-grace-period offerings. You will design the product ladder that enables customers to upgrade based on their payment behavior and risk profile. This is a role for someone who can simultaneously manage product strategy, customer experience, unit economics, risk, and technical delivery — not a coordinator of isolated tasks, but a product owner who defines what we build and why, proves the business case, prioritizes ruthlessly, and delivers measurable results. The role implies close collaboration with the local team in Mexico and international headquarters. Relocation support to Mexico or Serbia is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Design:
Define and evolve a multi-segment credit card lineup: Credit Builder, fixed-fee, progressive-fee, grace-period and non-grace-period products. Build a clear product ladder with transparent rules for customer migration between cards and tiers based on payment behavior, risk, and card usage.
Pricing & Fee Model Development:
Design and refine pricing mechanics including fixed fees, progressive fees, interest-based pricing, grace periods, minimum payments, cash withdrawal fees, and transfer fees. Ensure the tariff structure balances customer appeal with portfolio profitability.
P&L Ownership & Unit Economics:
Take full responsibility for product profitability. Model and optimize the funnel from acquisition and onboarding through utilization, average debt, ARPU, risk cost, funding cost, fee income, and operating expenses.
Risk & Portfolio Collaboration:
Partner with Risk teams on customer segmentation, credit limits, approval strategy, risk-based pricing, vintage analysis, and migration rules between products. Ensure product mechanics drive the right customer behavior without compromising portfolio quality.
Lifecycle & Customer Experience Management:
Own the full customer journey from acquisition and onboarding to activation, regular usage, limit increases, retention, and cross-sell. Deliver a seamless, digital-first experience at every stage.
Growth & Killer Features:
Analyze customer data, competitor offerings, and global best practices to identify features that can materially shift conversion, usage, profitability, or retention — not just expand the backlog.
Roadmap Prioritization:
Build and defend the product roadmap based on financial impact, customer value, risk, technical complexity, and team capacity. Make hard trade-offs and communicate the rationale clearly.
Metrics & Experimentation:
Establish product KPIs, formulate hypotheses, design A/B tests and pilots, analyze results, and make data-driven scale-or-kill decisions.
Technical Leadership:
Understand the credit product architecture — billing, fee and interest calculation, card processing, payment cycles, account statuses, and third-party integrations — to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
End-to-End Launch Management:
Develop business requirements, CJMs, tariff structures, legal documentation, operational processes, and system logic; drive products from concept to live delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work daily with IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and HQ stakeholders. Prepare and defend product decisions in front of leadership and shareholders.
Team & Process Development:
Set tasks for analysts, designers, and developers; ensure delivery quality; and build a transparent product management process.
Key Requirements:
Strong experience in managing credit cards, credit lines, or other unsecured consumer lending products end-to-end — from strategy and financial modeling to launch, scaling, and portfolio management.
Ability to independently build and defend a credit product’s financial model, identify key profitability drivers, and find ways to improve unit economics.
Solid understanding of credit risk, segmentation, approval strategy, credit limits, vintage analysis, and how product mechanics influence customer payment behavior.
Technical fluency to collaborate with IT on business and system logic: billing, processing, fee calculations, payment cycles, integrations, and product status management.
Strong data skills: work confidently with funnels, cohorts, and experiments; distinguish causation from correlation and make decisions based on metrics.
Proven prioritization discipline: ability to select a few highest-impact initiatives, say no to weak ideas, and protect the roadmap.
Clear communication: able to explain complex product and financial mechanics to leadership, risk, IT, and other stakeholders concisely.
Fluent Russian — mandatory. English at upper-intermediate level or higher (spoken and written) — required. Spanish is a plus but not required.
What We Offer
Remote or hybrid work format — specific location and arrangement discussed individually with the right candidate.
Relocation support to Mexico or Serbia for candidates who are a strong fit.
Official employment or contractor arrangement depending on location and local regulations.
The opportunity to own and shape a complete credit card portfolio in a high-impact, expanding market.
A data-driven, entrepreneurial environment where product decisions translate directly into business results and customer growth.
Cross-functional collaboration with local and international teams, with direct exposure to HQ leadership.
Location: Serbia

We’re in the process of rapidly scaling our diverse global team and we’re looking for entrepreneurial individuals and leaders who are curious, driven, and excited by ownership to join a Unicorn-status scale-up!
About Incode
Incode is a Series B unicorn rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, AirBnB, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security.
Recently named a Leader in the Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Identity Verification, we're scaling fast and we're looking for an Analytics Team Lead to make the quality of our identity technology visible, measurable, and relentlessly data-driven.
The Impact You'll Make
This role sits on the
Document Intelligence
team — the group behind Incode's industry-leading document processing. Our technology parses identity documents from around the world — passports, visas, driver's licenses, proof of address, and more — for some of the biggest enterprises on the market. Machine learning is the core of the product, and Analytics is what makes its quality visible and its roadmap data-driven.
We're looking for a Senior Lead of Data Analytics who is, first and foremost, a sharp hands-on analyst — and who has the leadership experience to grow a small, high-impact team around them. Today the team is three people; you'll be the fourth, owning it end-to-end. This is a true player-coach role: you'll manage and mentor the team while personally writing the pipelines, queries, and analyses. Our analytics is partially built — some data pipelines and testing procedures are already in place, but metric coverage and visibility are far from complete. Your mission is to close that gap.
What You'll Own & Drive
Lead & Grow the Team
— Run the analytics team as a formal manager: own the roadmap, hold 1:1s and performance reviews, develop your analysts, and participate in hiring as the team scales.
Stay Hands-On
— This role involves a lot of personal execution. You'll write SQL and Python pipelines for data collection, processing, and labeling — and do the analysis yourself.
Expand the Metric Tree
— Build out the end-to-end metric tree that measures product quality across the document-processing pipeline, closing coverage gaps where the product is currently blind.
Build Visibility
— Create reporting and dashboards that surface weak points and turn raw signals into clear insights for ML, product, and leadership.
Own ML Quality Evaluation
— Drive data preparation for ML, model quality assessment, and benchmarking, in tight collaboration with the ML team.
Drive Experimentation
— Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across mobile and server side, with genuine statistical rigor.
Guard Data & Labeling Quality
— Monitor accuracy and consistency, and build the controls that keep them high.
Bridge to Engineering
— When events or data are missing, pinpoint exactly what's needed and where it should come from, write clear and actionable tasks for the backend and data teams, and justify their prioritization in business terms.
Systematize
— Turn one-off analyses into repeatable, owned pipelines and reporting cadences.
Your Background
Team leadership experience
, paired with a genuine appetite to stay hands-on — you lead
and
you build.
Strong Python
, with a bias toward clean, maintainable, well-structured code.
Strong SQL
and solid experience with columnar / analytical databases.
Strong statistics and experimental design
— you can design tests (A/B and beyond), reason about significance and power, and interpret results correctly.
Modern data tooling
— experience with workflow orchestration, data transformation, cloud storage, and experiment-tracking. Our stack is Python, S3, Redshift, ClearML, Airflow, and dbt; equivalent tools are perfectly fine — what matters is that you've worked with this kind of stack.
Excellent communication
— you can translate a data gap into a prioritized, business-justified requirement, talk to engineers and stakeholders in their own language, and make the case for what gets built.
High ownership, autonomy, and pragmatism
— comfortable prioritizing impact over perfection in an evolving environment.
Bonus points for:
Experience with
ML-centered products
— evaluating model quality and working alongside ML teams. You won't be expected to train production models; at most simple models for data filtering, plus the ability to run existing ones.
Familiarity with
data labeling processes
and quality estimation/maintenance.
Domain exposure
to identity documents, OCR, or computer-vision pipelines.
The Qualities That Set You Apart
A player-coach at heart
— you draw energy from both growing people and doing the work yourself.
Craftsmanship in how you build
— clean code, sound pipelines, and analyses others can trust and reuse.
Intellectual honesty and statistical rigor
— you follow the data where it leads and know when a result is real.
A translator's instinct
— you turn ambiguous signals into clear insight and make the business case for what to build next.
Pragmatism and high ownership
— you thrive in an evolving environment and push for impact over perfection.
Why Incode?
Mission with Meaning
— Shape how billions of people prove identity — safely, simply, and ethically.
Rocket-Ship Growth
— Join at a defining moment where your work compounds in global impact.
Elite Team & Technology
— Collaborate with top-tier engineers, researchers, and scientists at the forefront of AI.
Ownership & Autonomy
— Operate with the freedom to test, build, and ship your ideas end-to-end.
Global Impact
— Your work will shape secure, frictionless identity verification experiences across continents.

About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

WELCOME TO OLX
We're building marketplace sustainable ecosystems that millions of people depend on every month – to buy and sell cars, find homes, land jobs, and trade secondhand goods. It's commerce that matters: safe, smart, and environmentally responsible.
We do this with courage to innovate, commitment to outcomes, collaboration across 50+ nationalities and 7 markets, and a customer-led approach that puts real people first. Add a desire to win – and you get a culture that's ambitious, fast-moving, and built on trust.
Our brands – including AutoTrader, OLX, Otomoto Property24, and more – are loved by millions. And we're backed by Prosus, one of the world's largest tech investors.
Join OLX and see how far you can go.
This role will be based in Poland, and you need to be residing in the country already.
As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead software engineers building and scaling critical platforms that power the OLX engineering ecosystem. You'll combine strong people leadership with enough technical depth to guide major projects, shape technical direction, and help the team solve complex platform challenges.
This is not a generalist Engineering Manager role. Previous experience leading an engineering team in a Platform environment is mandatory. We need someone who understands what it means to build platforms for other engineers and the unique challenges that come with balancing developer experience, reliability, scalability, standardisation, and team autonomy.
You'll capture requirements, shape ambitious but balanced project scope, lead technical initiatives, and partner across teams to solve technical problems and ensure smooth adoption and implementation of platform solutions. Our Platform environment is a mix of software engineering, APIs, distributed systems, infrastructure, DevOps, scalability, and reliability.
We're looking for someone who can operate at both levels: developing people and leading a Platform team, while providing the technical and organisational leadership needed to make the platform successful.
What you will be doing:
Lead by example and manage a team of talented engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development support;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science and data engineering managers, and product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables;
Drive the end-to-end development process, from design to implementation and deployment, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions (with controlled cost);
Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, considering ROI, scalability, and performance requirements;
Implement modern software development practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment, to ensure efficient and effective project delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the platform meets customer needs and provides an exceptional user experience;
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What you have:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Track record of proven people management experience (3+ years) focused on developing and growing people;
5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Proven experience in designing and developing large-scale, high-traffic systems;
Familiarity with microservices architecture and container orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Streaming architectures);
Strong knowledge of data structures, and software design patterns;
Good understanding and ideally successful application of AI/ML;
Experience with modern software development practices, such as agile methodologies, continuous integration, and deployment;
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
Proficient in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Our benefits:
Monthly salary and an annual bonus (20%)
Training and conference budget, and free access to Udemy courses
A benefits package with 300 points on the Mybenefit platform per month, private medical care provided by Luxmed, Ask Henry services, and much more
IP rights’ costs - 60%
100% remote work (as well as the possibility of working from our offices in Poznan and Warsaw)
At OLX, we unlock value in our people. We invest in ourselves and each other to reach our full potential. We avoid bureaucracy and empower our teams to innovate; with opportunities, training and leadership behaviors a focus for all. Our commitment to inclusion ensures we listen to a diverse range of voices when making decisions. And, we combine the spirit and agility of a startup with our global scale and the backing of Prosus, one of the largest consumer internet groups in the world.
We also unlock value for our stakeholders. We are proud of the positive contribution we make to our planet, by enabling more conscious consumption and helping the world make the most of its limited resources through more efficient trade.
And last but not least, we love to unlock value for our customers. Every single month, over 300 million people use our platforms to easily, safely, and conveniently find their perfect home, buy or sell a car, find a great job, sell things they no longer need, or strike a great deal on something they need. And we help thousands of entrepreneurs and businesses find their customers too.
Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at OLX
OLX values diversity and welcomes applicants of all races, ethnicities, disabilities, ages, genders, sexual orientations, religions, backgrounds, and experiences to apply. If this role excites you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements - you may be just the right fit for this or other opportunities with us!
OLX will process your personal data to assess your fit for the applied position. You may optionally consent to store your data for up to 12 months after the application process for consideration in future OLX roles.
