In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Role background
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighborhoods around the world. Since 2014, we’ve grown from delivering restaurant food to delivering (almost) everything, now operating in over 500 cities across 34 countries. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash, continuing to dream big and expand globally.
The role you’re looking at is part of Wolt Market, our fast-growing grocery delivery service. Wolt Market stores are “dark stores”- designed purely for delivery rather than walk-in shopping. Customers across Greece can order groceries online and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightning speed. Our focus is on customer-first product selection, ultra-fast delivery, and shaping the future of grocery shopping. This role is key to our growth in Greece.
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead one of our Athens region dark stores. You’ll oversee operations, manage 2–4 Shift Leads, and ensure smooth daily processes including stock management, freshness, and order accuracy. You’ll hire, train, give daily feedback, and hold 1:1s twice a year to develop your team. You’ll play a central role in shaping how Wolt Market operates locally and drives growth.
What you’ll be doing
Leading, growing and motivating a team. Creating an environment where your colleagues can do their best work and have fun while working. You’ll get to plan team events with your team - something we aim to do a couple times a year.
Your main goal will be to consistently improve the way our stores operate with help from the Operations Team. Fast delivery and fluent operations consist of a large field of things, this is one of the key day to day operational tasks you’ll be working with.
Continuous participating in internal and external meeting
The role also includes a good collaboration and communication with other functions at Wolt to make sure we have a good selection & right products on sale.
Monitoring shrink levels and control the amount of food that goes to waste.
Managing shift scheduling.
Handling incoming goods and order of the store.
Overseeing everything the store and colleagues need to enable fast growth. This includes everything from ordering office supplies or IT-devices to a complete set of new fridges.
What we’re hoping you’ll bring
Leadership experience and demonstrate the ability to motivate others.
Experience from working in a grocery store is a plus.
A fast learner with the ability to multitask.
Proactive and service-minded are words that describe you.
You have a can do-attitude and enjoy the idea of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
You are tech savvy.
You are able to work both during the day, evenings and weekends.
Data-driven and analytical, you understand data to help improve and develop.
A fluent level of Greece and knowledge of English is required.
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Safeguards team builds the systems that detect and mitigate misuse of our AI models, from individual policy violations to sophisticated, coordinated attacks. A growing part of that work depends on lightweight detection methods trained on model internals, which let us identify harmful behavior cheaply and at scale. This work feeds directly into Anthropic's Responsible Scaling Policy commitments.
We're looking for an engineer to own the infrastructure behind that research. This is the tooling our researchers rely on to run experiments, train detection methods, and select detections for launch. It sits between research and production: researchers depend on it for fast iteration, and our detection systems depend on it for reliable, correct results as our models continue to change.
Running machine learning workloads at our scale often requires solving novel systems problems. You'll identify those problems and build the abstractions, pipelines, and tooling that keep the research loop fast as requirements shift underneath you. Strong candidates will have a track record of solving large-scale systems and data problems and will be excited to grow deep machine learning expertise alongside it.
Key responsibilities
Build and scale the infrastructure and data pipelines behind Safeguards machine learning research
Own the training, evaluation, and scoring workflows researchers use, with a focus on cutting the time between an idea and a result
Design tooling and interfaces, including libraries and command line tools, that researchers can use directly without needing to understand the systems underneath
Build correctness and sanity checking into the stack, so results stay trustworthy as models and workloads evolve
Take the highest-value research workflows from experiments to reliable, production-grade jobs
Improve the throughput, cost, and reliability of large-scale inference and scoring workloads
Partner closely with researchers and engineers across Safeguards to understand their workflows, anticipate how their needs will change, and design for that ahead of time
Minimum qualifications
Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on coding ability, with proficiency in Python
Experience building and operating data-intensive or distributed systems in production
Experience building tooling or infrastructure that other engineers or researchers use as a dependency
Comfort working across the research-to-deployment pipeline, from exploratory experiments to production systems
Ability to debug performance and correctness problems across an unfamiliar stack
Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a collaborative approach to technical decisions
Preferred qualifications
Experience with high-performance, large-scale machine learning systems
Familiarity with language modeling and transformers, including working with model internals
Experience with machine learning framework internals, GPU or accelerator programming, or inference optimization
Experience building experiment tracking, caching layers, or evaluation harnesses for research teams
Experience with probes, interpretability, or classifier development
Interest in the misuse risks of AI systems and a desire to work on mitigating them
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$350,000
—
$500,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional AI-Native Data Analyst to join Garner and drive how data shapes business decisions at scale. You'll be the person the business trusts to turn fuzzy questions into the metrics, dashboards, and deep-dive analyses that decisions actually get made on — owning that work end-to-end.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Own KPIs and dashboards end-to-end.
Build, maintain, and govern key KPIs and dashboards across business domains, managing the full lifecycle of analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
Be a thought partner on measurement.
Partner with stakeholders to define how success is measured across Garner's products and operations.
Build scalable data pipelines.
Collaborate with the data engineering team to create maintainable pipelines that power reliable reporting.
Develop deep domain expertise.
Build a strong understanding of your analytical domain so you can independently drive meaningful insights.
Close reporting gaps.
Identify where coverage is missing and proactively develop new dashboards and insights to fill them.
Raise the bar on data practices.
Advocate for best practices in visualization, documentation, metric consistency, and stakeholder communication across teams.
Answer high-stakes, ambiguous questions.
Run deep-dive investigations into complex business problems — the kind of analysis leadership uses to make strategic calls.
The ideal candidate has:
5+ years
of experience
in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-centric role.
Cross-functional translation.
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into data-driven solutions and to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Autonomy and ownership.
Comfortable working independently and owning reporting projects end-to-end.
Automation mindset.
Attention to detail with a bias toward automation and scalability over one-off work.
AI Nativity.
Comfort with and excitement about building analytics, building dashboards, and validating results by harnessing the power of AI agents.
Making data accessible
. A track record of getting stakeholders trustworthy, self-serve access to the information they need. Experience with a BI/visualization tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) helps — but the outcome matters more than the specific tool.
Modern data stack.
Hands-on with Snowflake (or a comparable cloud warehouse) and SQL at scale; experience with dbt strongly preferred — you'll partner with Data Management in governed pipelines, not just consume their outputs.
A desire to be part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $167,000 - $210,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. Working in close partnership with other Architects, you will help solve complex business and technical challenges and ensure solutions are designed to best serve the evolving needs of the company. The ideal candidate pairs strong Salesforce architecture experience with an AI-first mindset, applying Agentforce and Claude-based solutions to solve problems, and the ability to identify and resolve process and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain, ensuring solutions align to their core business domains and to the enterprise taxonomy framework that underpins domain roadmaps and technology transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the architectural coach and mentor for engineers and solution designers across the Product-to-Cash domain, building team capability in Revenue Cloud Advanced and billing
Partner closely with the Principal Salesforce Architect to align on architectural direction, solve complex business and technical challenges together, and ensure solutions are designed to best serve the evolving needs of the company
Produce High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and conceptual diagrams that clearly communicate architecture to technical and business audiences
Manage architecture and system roadmaps, ensuring alignment with platform standards and the long-term direction of the Product-to-Cash landscape
Define, maintain, and enforce platform standards across the Salesforce ecosystem
Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to prove out the architecture and validate design decisions before delivery
Actively participate in requirement gathering, clarifying scope and resolving ambiguity early in the lifecycle
Work with the integration team to design and govern integrations, ensuring seamless communication and data flow across systems
Provide hands-on Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA)/CPQ coaching, including configuration patterns, design trade-offs, and implementation best practices
Own the end-to-end architecture of the Product-to-Cash lifecycle: quoting, contracting, ordering, fulfilment, billing, invoicing, revenue, customer success, and customer support
Architect and govern the billing system and billing platform, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing schedules, payment handling, dunning, and revenue recognition flows
Identify and resolve process gaps and technology gaps across Product-to-Cash, defining remediation approaches and driving them to resolution
Apply an AI-first mindset to problem solving, leveraging Agentforce and Claude-based solutions where they add value
Work with the development team to hand over designs cleanly, ensuring they have the context and clarity needed to build
During project execution, work with SMEs and Product Owners to address any requirement gaps and shape the right solution
Extend and mature the Product-to-Cash solution as business needs evolve, ensuring the architecture scales with new products, pricing models, and billing scenarios
Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and Revenue Cloud
Apply architectural and engineering concepts to meet operational requirements such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, availability, and manageability
Conduct research and develop Proof of Concepts on emerging Salesforce and billing capabilities, recommending solutions that are functionally robust and cost-effective
Promote the adoption of design patterns and standard processes for solution design and development
Partner with data and integration architects to ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and seamless data flow between billing, ERP, and other systems
Work closely with solution architects to ensure individual solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture
Contribute to a learning community within the enterprise architecture discipline, fostering continuous improvement

Strong experience with billing systems and billing platforms, including invoicing, billing schedules, payments, dunning, and revenue recognition
Experience working with integration teams to design and govern cross-system integrations
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve process gaps and technology gaps across the Product-to-Cash value chain

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why This Role?
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on UK public sector and defence accounts. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of UK Government and defence organisations. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government engagements.
Location: UK
Security Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance preferred; candidates with Active Secret clearance or those who are eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for UK public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for government customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex government requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate government procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, and government leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior government officials and departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for government timelines, security review processes, and ministerial approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government deployments: privacy compliance, security authorisations, technical and infrastructure constraints
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific government requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet government-grade security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government deployments
- Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
Required Experience:
- 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML consulting, technology transformation, or enterprise software delivery.
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers (public sector, defence contractors).
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with UK government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain UK government security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
Nice to Have:
- Active UK government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) - preference for active Top Secret clearance
- Background in or strong familiarity with UK defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for UK government security clearance.
Preference will be given to candidates who currently hold an active UK government Top Secret (TS) clearance, as this will enable immediate engagement with our most sensitive defence and national security customers.
However, we will also consider exceptional candidates who:
- Currently hold UK government Secret clearance and are eligible for TS upgrade
- Do not currently hold clearance, but are eligible and willing to undergo the Top Secret clearance process
- Have a previous government security clearance that has lapsed
Please note that obtaining Top Secret clearance can take 12-18 months. Candidates without active clearance will work on non-classified public sector accounts while the clearance process is underway.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management—it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of the UK’s most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how the UK leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.

Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
As a Head of Professional Services, you’ll build and lead Vercel’s global professional services organization, made up of our Technical Account Management (TAM) and Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) functions. These functions embed directly with our most strategic customers to design, build, and ship production applications on Vercel using our core platform, Next.js, and our agent stack, taking projects from first prototype through production rollout. You’ll define how this function operates: the engagement model, the delivery methodology, the commercial structure, and the team itself. You’ll partner closely with GTM and Product leadership to run a business function that turns our largest customers’ complex implementations into production deployments, drives adoption and expansion, and feeds what you learn in the field back into the product roadmap. This is a hybrid role with 3 in-office days per week in San Francisco, Austin, or New York City.
What you’ll do
Define the engagement model: how engagements are scoped, staffed, sequenced, and measured, and which accounts qualify for embedded support
Own delivery for strategic customer engagements, from discovery and technical scoping through production deployment and stabilization
Establish the commercial model for professional services, including packaging, pricing, capacity planning, and resource allocation across competing customer priorities
Stay hands-on where it matters: architecture reviews, system design, and unblocking critical engagements alongside your team
Codify field learnings into repeatable playbooks, reference architectures, and delivery patterns that scale beyond individual engagements
What you need
10+ years in software engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical consulting, including 5+ years leading customer-facing engineering or delivery teams in a high-growth environment
Built a team, function, or service line from zero, including the hiring, methodology, and operating model
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, cloud infrastructure), with the ability to review code and whiteboard architectures credibly
Built or deployed LLM-powered applications, with a working grasp of how model behavior shapes product decisions
Scoped, priced, and delivered technical engagements for enterprise customers, with a command of utilization, margin, and capacity tradeoffs
Bonus if you
Have built with Vercel, Next.js, AI SDK, or v0
Have led forward deployed or embedded engineering teams at an AI-native or developer platform company
Have owned a professional services P&L, or defined services pricing and packaging from scratch
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $300,000 - $370,000 plus annual bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. About the role
We are looking for a Head of Solutions Architecture to join our global Field Engineering team. You will build and lead the technical sales organization behind our relationships with the new and leading startups shaping how web and AI products get built. These teams ship using Vercel's core platform, Next.js, and our AI stack, and the technical decisions made in their first architecture review often determine how far they scale with us.
You will own a global team of Solutions Architects within our Startups sales organization. You will set the bar for technical excellence across the deal cycle, coach your team through strategic accounts and critical deals, and step in yourself when it matters most: architecture reviews, migration plans, and high-stakes presentations. Beyond running the team, you will shape how Vercel wins in this segment. You will turn patterns from the field into repeatable plays and carry what startups tell you back to our engineering org so it shows up in the product.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Field Engineering and partner closely with Sales and Field Engineering leadership to win new business and expand existing accounts. You will also own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting as you build the team this segment needs.
This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, Austin, or New York, with 3 days per week in office.
What you'll do
Lead, develop, and manage Vercel's global Startups SA team, ensuring technical excellence across the pre-sales cycle.
Provide hands-on support for key accounts as needed (presentations, architecture reviews, migration plans).
Oversee and coach SA engagement on strategic accounts and critical deals, developing repeatable plays from trends you are seeing across your team.
Track and report SA performance to Sales and Field Engineering leadership quarterly.
Own org planning, staffing, budgeting, and recruiting.
What you need
10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or similar technical pre-sales roles, with at least 5 years in a formal leadership position.
Strong background in modern web technologies (JavaScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, cloud infrastructure).
Proven ability to lead, coach, and scale technical teams in a high-growth environment.
Demonstrated success working with startups as customers across diverse industries.
Strong understanding of modern software development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps, frontend frameworks).
Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success.
Bonus if you
Have experience working with Vercel, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
Have led SA teams at a high-growth developer tool or cloud infrastructure company.
Bring expertise in developer tooling, edge computing, or performance optimization.
Are comfortable presenting at conferences, webinars, or large-scale customer events.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join Cohere's customer-facing Program Management team, with a focus on public sector and defence accounts in Europe, particularly in France. This is a highly specialised role requiring an individual who understands technical program delivery, the technical complexity of frontier AI models and the unique requirements of government and defence organisations.
You will be the critical bridge between our cutting-edge AI capabilities and the specific needs of Ministries, Agencies, and defence organisations across Europe. You'll navigate complex procurement processes, stringent security requirements, data sovereignty concerns, and regulatory compliance while ensuring our customers successfully deploy and scale our AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with our Strategic Customer team, Applied ML (AML) Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE), Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market teams, serving as the technical program lead and trusted advisor for our most sensitive and high-impact government and defence engagements.
Location: France
Eligibility: Critically, this individual is required to be a French citizen living in France with fluency in French as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
Security Clearance: Active French Secret clearance is preferred; candidates eligible and willing to obtain clearance will also be considered.
What You'll Do
Customer Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end technical program delivery for French and broader European public sector and defence customers, from initial deployment through production scaling
- Serve as the primary technical program point of contact for customers, building trusted relationships with departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams
- Translate complex public sector and defence requirements (security, compliance, accessibility, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans
- Navigate complex procurement processes, RFP responses, and contractual technical obligations.
Strategic Communication:
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication across Cohere's engineering organisation, customer stakeholders, pubic sector and defence leadership
- Translate between AI/ML technical concepts and government-appropriate language for decision-makers who may not have deep technical backgrounds
- Present technical roadmaps and status updates to senior stakeholders including departmental executives
- Represent Cohere's technical capabilities in sensitive government and defence contexts.
Complex Program Management:
- Create and manage project schedules that account for public sector and defence timelines, security review processes, and approval cycles
- Identify and manage dependencies across government departments, security authorities, cloud service providers, and internal Cohere teams
- Navigate risks unique to government and defence deployments: privacy compliance, security, political and regulatory, technology and infrastructure.
- Drive alignment between product development priorities and specific customer requirements.
Technical Delivery & Execution:
- Ensure on-time delivery of AI solutions that meet security, privacy, accessibility, and performance standards
- Coordinate technical work across multiple teams: model customisation, security hardening, integration with government systems, bilingual support
- Establish governance checkpoints appropriate for high-stakes government and defence deployments
- Experience working with government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs with stringent compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or technical certs a plus.
Technical Background:
- Strong understanding of enterprise software deployment architectures (cloud, on-premises, hybrid, air-gapped)
- Working knowledge of or experience with modern AI: LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, fine-tuning, evals, and responsible AI would be a strong differentiator
- Comfortable discussing API integrations, model inference, data pipelines, and ML operations with technical stakeholders.
Government & Defence Acumen:
- Deep understanding of how government and defence organisations procure, evaluate, and deploy technology
- Familiarity with European government requirements: data sovereignty, privacy laws (Privacy Act), accessibility standards, official languages obligations, security classifications
- Understanding of defence and national security considerations in AI deployment
- Experience with Algorithmic Impact Assessments or AI ethics frameworks is a strong asset
- Eligible to obtain French security clearance
Nice to Have:
- Active French security clearance (Secret or Top Secret)
- Bilingual (English/French) proficiency
- Background in or strong familiarity with European defence, intelligence, or critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments
- Project management certification (PMP, PgMP) or government-specific methodologies.
Security Clearance Requirements
This role requires eligibility for French government security clearance.
Candidates must be eligible for French government clearance, meaning that they require French citizenship. In addition, this individual is required to be based in France and be fluent in French as this will enable immediate engagement with critical defence and national security customers.
What Makes This Role Unique
This isn't typical program management - it's a highly specialised role at the intersection of frontier AI, national security, and public sector digital transformation. You'll work on some of Canada's most sensitive and impactful AI deployments, helping government organisations harness cutting-edge technology while maintaining the highest standards of security, ethics, and accountability.
If you're passionate about responsible AI adoption, understand the unique constraints and opportunities within government, and want to have an outsized impact on how Canada leverages AI to serve its citizens, this role is for you.
