- Have exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to build executive-level relationships, influence stakeholders, and develop cross-functional partnerships.
- Are comfortable operating in a matrixed global environment, coordinating efforts across regional and international teams without relying on a large direct-report organization.
- Are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently, rolling up your sleeves, building new markets, and driving meaningful commercial impact.
- Have experience selling AI, cloud, enterprise software, data platforms, or other complex technology solutions. Experience in AI or a related industry is highly desirable.

ABOUT ALCHEMY
Alchemy is the Web3 infrastructure and developer platform that powers millions of users and the world’s most innovative blockchain applications. From enabling $1+ trillion in financial transactions worldwide to scaling L2s and enabling DeFi, Alchemy provides the infrastructure and tools developers need to build reliable, scalable, and accessible experiences.

For more information, visit alchemy.com http://alchemy.com.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on IT leader to build and run the business systems that help Alchemy work. You'll own enterprise applications and their integrations, manage and develop the IT team, and help teams across the company redesign how they work with AI.
This is a player-coach role. You'll configure applications, write integrations, debug workflows, and ship automations yourself. You'll also set priorities, coach engineers, manage performance, and keep day-to-day IT service dependable.
You'll identify recurring manual processes, build automations or agent workflows, and decide which steps need human review. You'll deploy and test those systems and teach the team to maintain them.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own business applications. Lead technical administration and improvement of Salesforce and connected sales tools, People Ops systems such as Rippling and ChartHop, and other business applications as priorities require. Partner with business owners on configuration, data quality, permissions, and technical escalations.
- Build across systems. Write and maintain API integrations, scripts, and workflows that connect applications, reconcile data, and automate employee and business processes. Own testing, monitoring, failure recovery, and documentation.
- Redesign work around AI. Partner with Sales, People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, and Legal to identify workflows worth rebuilding. Deliver agents and automations that can gather context, carry out authorized steps, verify results, and escalate exceptions to the right person.
- Manage the team. Set priorities and expectations, run regular feedback and development conversations, hire, and manage performance. Balance service coverage with project work and make clear tradeoffs when demand exceeds capacity.
- Raise the team's AI capability. Build alongside engineers, review their work, and turn successful approaches into shared tools, skills, and runbooks. Make AI-assisted building and verification part of how the team delivers work.
- Keep IT service reliable. Oversee support quality, onboarding and offboarding, escalations, and operational coverage with the engineers responsible for service desk, identity, endpoints, and office technology. Jump into difficult issues when needed.
- Make automation safe to operate. Partner with Security on least-privilege access, sensitive-data handling, audit trails, and approval boundaries. Use explicit approvals for high-impact actions and provide a way to stop or roll back failed automation.
- Own the application roadmap and spend. Evaluate tools, manage vendor relationships and renewals, and bring application expertise in-house where it improves service or cost. Measure improvements through reliability, turnaround time, manual work removed, and adoption by the teams served.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Deep hands-on experience administering enterprise SaaS applications and building integrations; strong Salesforce experience and the ability to learn unfamiliar business systems.
- Experience managing technical staff, including coaching, prioritization, hiring, and performance management. You're comfortable staying close to implementation.
- Ability to build and debug with APIs, scripting, and workflow platforms such as n8n or Okta Workflows, with sound practices for testing and production changes.
- Evidence of shipping AI-enabled workflows that other people use. You can explain what you delegated to AI, what you verified, where it failed, and how you improved it.
- Experience helping a team adopt new tools and working practices, including supporting people with different starting skill levels.
- Strong judgment about identity, access, employee data, and business-critical changes. You know when deterministic automation or a human decision is the better choice.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical work, explain tradeoffs, and follow through on operational details.
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE
- Supporting People Ops, Recruiting, Finance, or Legal applications alongside sales systems.
- Employee lifecycle automation, identity integrations, and IT service management.
- Building agent integrations, reusable skills, or evaluation suites with an internal AI platform.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- Business systems have clear technical ownership.
- The IT team delivers dependable support and application improvements, with fewer recurring manual tasks.
- Teams across the company use workflows you've helped build, and your engineers can extend and operate them without depending on you for every change.

As a Senior Observability Engineer on our Observability Platform team, you will contribute to the architecture and development of our observability platform across bare-metal servers, virtual machines, Linux, Kubernetes, GPU clusters, network infrastructure, and cloud-native applications.
Location: Beograd, Serbia; Europe
Workplace: hybrid
About The Role:
We are looking for a technical analyst to join our FinCrime team as one of the owners of our rules framework, KPI and activity tracking, and the continuous improvement of our detection capabilities.
You will identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive them to delivery alongside Product, Compliance, Network and Engineering, keeping us ahead of bad actors without hurting speed or user experience.
What you'll co-own
Rules lifecycle:
design, build, test, tune and retire fraud and AML/TF detection rules, from hypothesis through backtesting and deployment to performance review.
KPI framework:
define, build and maintain metrics for detection effectiveness, false positives, losses, alert volumes and operational productivity.
Activity tracking:
reporting on rule changes, alert handling and team throughput, with dashboards that stakeholders actually use.
Detection improvement:
proactively find new typologies, data signals and controls, and turn them into live rules or models.
What you'll do
Build and improve detection logic:
translate fraud and financial crime typologies into rules; use SQL and Python to backtest, simulate and measure impact before release.
Monitor and analyze:
track real-time and batch transaction data, spot anomalies and emerging attack patterns, and run deep-dives on loss drivers and rule performance.
Drive automation:
replace manual analysis and reporting with scalable pipelines, scheduled jobs and self-serve dashboards.
Collaborate as a partner:
Product and Engineering:
define requirements, data needs and system enhancements.
Compliance:
make sure detection meets AML/TF, KYC and regulatory expectations, and support audits and partner due diligence.
Network:
align on Visa and Mastercard program requirements, thresholds and monitoring.
Operations:
use investigation feedback to refine rules and reduce noise.
Support regulatory compliance:
stay current on AML regulations, PSD2/SCA, and card scheme rules, and help embed them into controls.
Take responsibility and escalate:
document decisions and rule rationale clearly, and escalate material risks early.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
Experience in fraud or financial crime analytics, ideally in fintech, payments or high-volume B2C.
Proven hands-on experience with rule-based detection: designing, tuning and evaluating rules, with clear trade-off thinking (catch rate vs. false positives vs. customer friction).
Advanced SQL and experience with modern data platforms and large-scale data processing (distributed frameworks such as Spark or similar).
Python for analysis and automation (pandas, notebooks, scheduled workflows), including experience working with large datasets.
Solid understanding of fraud typologies and AML/TF concepts, and awareness of emerging trends.
Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard tools, data and monitoring programs (AVS, 3DS, chargeback and fraud programs).
Practical knowledge of payment methods (cards, tokenization, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.).
Experience building dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar).
Ownership mindset: you spot problems, propose solutions and see them through without waiting to be asked, while working as part of a team.
Clear communication and documentation, able to explain data-driven decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
Experience with rules engines or decisioning platforms and expression-based rule logic.
Experience with advanced methods for anomaly detection (statistical, unsupervised or machine learning approaches) and applying them to fraud or financial crime use cases.
Familiarity with how financial crime operations run day to day.
Experience working with auditors or regulators, or supporting regulatory reviews and partner due diligence.
What you'll achieve
First 3 months
Understand our products, detection framework, rules engine and data landscape.
Learn our KPIs, tooling and key fraud and AML patterns.
Build relationships across Product, Compliance, Engineering and Operations.

Provectus is an AI consultancy founded in 2010 and led by its founders. As an AWS Premier Partner and an Anthropic Preferred Partner, we help Financial Services & Insurance and Healthcare & Life Sciences companies design, build, and operate production AI systems. With offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we work with clients worldwide.
We are hiring an Account Executive to turn incoming enterprise leads into signed consulting engagements. Clients buy multi-month consulting engagements. You won't build pipeline from scratch. Anthropic and AWS share qualified enterprise leads with us.
Your job has four parts:
Qualify those leads quickly.
Run discovery with buyers at banks, insurers and life sciences companies.
Scope the work with our architects.
Close.
What you'll do:
Pick up new leads as they arrive, decide which to pursue, and be able to explain why.
Run discovery calls with business and technology leaders. Map their process, data, regulatory constraints, budget and decision path.
Work with delivery leads and architects to scope proposals and SOWs that we can deliver. You are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Negotiate and close to a signed SOW, with the Chief Commercial Officer joining larger deals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into the client propositions.
Keep Anthropic and AWS partner reps informed on the leads they share, and take part in joint pipeline reviews.
Keep the CRM current and forecast your deals accurately.
Bring buyer objections and patterns from each industry back to leadership and marketing.
Travel for client meetings, up to 30% of your time.
What You Need:
2–4 years in a client-facing commercial role in a consulting or IT services firm where you closed deals yourself, such as account executive, account manager, or consultant who owned client sales. Be ready to share the specifics: what you closed, at what size, and how long each deal took.
OR experience with banks, insurers, or pharma/biotech companies in one of these roles: selling services or technology to them (including smaller deals you closed yourself or larger deals where you supported the lead); working on client projects at a consulting firm, including proposals or scoping; or working inside one of these companies on projects where you helped evaluate and select outside vendors.
Working knowledge of Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech). You have worked in the industry or sold into it, and you can discuss a buyer's process and regulatory constraints in their terms.
Experience selling services engagements or complex B2B deals with several stakeholders.
Clear written and spoken communication with director-, VP- and C-level buyers.
Comfort handling a steady volume of leads and choosing where to spend your time.
Strong plus:
Experience selling AI/ML, data or cloud services.
Experience working partner-referred leads from Anthropic, AWS, GCP or Azure.
Why this role is worth your time:
Leads arrive every day, so your time goes into closing rather than prospecting.
You learn enterprise AI consulting sales in two regulated industries.
You close with support: our architects scope the work with you, and the Chief Commercial Officer joins larger negotiations.
The delivery team can execute what you sell: 350+ people, 150+ certified architects, and 100+ customers in production.
Work at the intersection of two AI partnerships: Anthropic and AWS.
High-impact role with direct visibility to leadership.
Compensation and benefits:
Base $90–120K + commission, OTE range $140–170K.
The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
B2B contract model or full-time model.
Unlimited vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance, and life insurance.
401(k) matching plan.
Our process:
A 30/45-minute call with our recruiter.
An interview with the AE about a deal you closed.
An interview with the Chief Commercial Officer.
An interview with the CEO.

Manager, Treasury Cash & Settlements
Build something people love
Wealthsimple's mission is to help everyone achieve financial freedom – by making financial services simple, transparent, and low-cost. We're Canada's largest fintech, trusted by over 3 million clients with more than $100 billion in assets.
We move fast, we own our work, and we care deeply about the people using our products. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.
About the team
The Finance team is where numbers become decisions. Within Finance, Treasury looks after the cash that moves through Wealthsimple every day — across a growing number of entities, currencies, and products. As we've expanded, so has the complexity of that job: more accounts to watch, more flows to move, more systems to keep working together. This role sits within Cash & Collateral Management and reports to the Senior Manager on that team. We're a small, high-trust group — embedded in the business, not reporting from the sidelines — and we hold ourselves to a high bar for both rigour and clarity. If you want your work to actually shape how the company operates, this is the place to do it.
About the role
Wealthsimple's cash operations have grown more complex as our product line-up has expanded — more entities, more currencies, more moving parts. This role exists to keep that complexity under control: owning the day-to-day movement and monitoring of cash, while also driving the automation work needed to make it scale. It's not a "keep the lights on" role. You'll be expected to build the tools and processes that make cash management faster and more reliable, not just operate what already exists.
This role doesn't have direct reports today, but there's real opportunity to grow into people leadership as the team scales.
What you'll do
- Own the daily, business-critical money movements that power our products — making sure funds land where they need to, when they need to, across multiple entities and currencies
- Manage short-term liquidity so there's always enough on hand to fund settlements and meet daily obligations, without idle cash sitting where it shouldn't
- Analyze and forecast cash needs through detailed bank balance monitoring and flow-of-funds analysis — turning raw account data into decisions the business can act on, including intercompany funding requirements
- Support new product launches by scoping their cash flow, settlement, and account requirements early
- Scale and improve the systems we already use for cash management rather than just maintaining them — building automation for balance monitoring, transfers, and forecasting that lets the processes scale efficiently
- Partner with product, engineering, and finance teams to keep cash operations in step with the business as it moves and expands
Skills you bring
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate banking operations
- Experience managing cash positioning and forecasting across multiple entities and currencies
- Strong understanding of banking infrastructure — account structures, payment rails, and settlement processes
- Experience leading or contributing to the automation of manual treasury or cash processes
- Advanced Excel and SQL skills, with comfort working with large datasets to drive forecasting and analysis
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, or finance teams to support new product launches
- Clear communication skills — you can explain cash and treasury mechanics to people who don't work in treasury
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech or a regulated financial services environment
- Familiarity with treasury management systems (TMS) or ERP treasury modules
- Exposure to building automation tools using scripting or low-code platforms (e.g., Python, SQL-based workflows)
- Experience with intercompany funding structures or multi-entity treasury operations
- Prior experience supporting new product launches from a cash or liquidity perspective

If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Device Trust Platform team, the group responsible for the lower-level platforms that power 1Password Device Trust and that will, over time, underpin Device Security and the broader 1Password security platform. These systems ingest, process, and store a high volume of telemetry from the devices our customers depend on. Our customers expect this to work with Tier 0 reliability: the services this team owns are always on, and when something fails, it fails over without anyone noticing.
This is an end-to-end team responsible for the data pipelines, storage systems, and infrastructure that keep the product reliable at scale, as well as the application code that runs on top of them. You will lead a group of senior and staff engineers who are already deep in this architecture, and you will grow the team over time, adding engineers as the platform's scope expands and onboarding new hires into a team with high operational standards.
You will be responsible for the resiliency and reliability of our applications. That means owning availability targets, incident response, capacity, and the architectural decisions that keep a multi-region system honest. It also means running a healthy engineering team: planning, design reviews, career growth, and hiring. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering for Device Trust.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years managing and mentoring software engineering teams, including senior and staff engineers, with a track record of engineers growing in scope and seniority under your leadership.
- A strong background in the infrastructure behind highly reliable, high-volume data systems: ingestion pipelines, streaming or queueing systems, large datastores, and the operational tooling around them.
- Hands-on experience operating multi-region systems with failover and redundancy, and owning availability for a service customers treat as critical: SLOs, incident response, postmortems, and the follow-through that keeps incidents from recurring.
- Experience owning production observability: instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and using telemetry to drive reliability and capacity decisions. Datadog experience is strongly preferred.
- Significant hands-on development experience and strong technical judgment: you can review the code your team writes and partner with staff engineers on architecture and system design.
- Demonstrated success leading a hybrid team that spans infrastructure and application engineering on one roadmap.
- A leadership style grounded in empowering the team: you set direction, clear the path, and defer to the engineers closest to the problem, staying calm and structured under pressure.
- Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including explaining reliability risk and trade-offs to product and leadership partners.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with Ruby on Rails applications at scale, or with Go services and agent-based data collection.
- Experience with osquery, endpoint telemetry, or other device-data pipelines.
- Experience running Kubernetes-based platforms on AWS or another major cloud, including infrastructure-as-code.
- Experience managing remote and distributed teams.
- Experience building systems that balance rapid iteration with enterprise-grade security and compliance requirements.
- Deep experience with Datadog, including APM, log management, custom metrics, and SLO-based monitoring.
What you can expect:
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of senior and staff engineers who own the platform layer of Device Trust, measuring your success by the team's success rather than your own visibility.
- Hire, onboard, and integrate new engineers as the team grows and as Device Security and other 1Password products come to depend on these platforms.
- Give engineers room to design the solutions they believe are right for customers, while holding them accountable to outcomes. The team closest to the problem makes the technical call; you make sure they have the context, time, and support to make it well.
- Spend your time listening and removing obstacles: unclear priorities, missing context, cross-team dependencies, and process that slows the team down. Advocate for the team's needs with leadership and partner teams.
- Support career development through regular feedback, mentorship, and growth planning, including the path from senior to staff.
- Foster a culture of ownership, trust, and psychological safety, where incidents produce learning rather than blame, and lead by example on transparency, follow-through, and humility.
RELIABILITY AND OPERATIONS
- Own the reliability and resiliency of Device Trust applications and the platforms beneath them, against a Tier 0 expectation from customers.
- Define and maintain SLOs, error budgets, and the monitoring and alerting that make them meaningful.
- Lead the on-call program for the team: rotation design, escalation paths, and runbooks that let any engineer respond with confidence.
- Run incident response and blameless postmortems, and drive remediation work to completion.
- Plan and execute multi-region failover, disaster recovery, and capacity work, and verify it with regular exercises rather than assumptions.
OBSERVABILITY
- Own observability for the Device Trust platform as a product in its own right: metrics, logs, traces, and the dashboards, monitors, and SLOs built on them in Datadog, our observability platform.
- Continue the work already underway on the team to instrument services end to end, so that latency, throughput, error rates, and data freshness are visible per customer, per region, and per pipeline stage.
- Make the health of the platform legible to people outside the team, including support, product, and leadership, through dashboards and status reporting that answer "is it working" without an engineer in the loop.
- Treat alert quality as an engineering problem: reduce noise, tie alerts to SLOs, and ensure every page has a runbook and an owner.
- Use observability data to drive capacity planning and to find reliability risk before it becomes an incident.
TECHNICAL DIRECTION
- Partner with staff engineers to evolve the data ingestion, processing, and storage architecture so it scales ahead of customer growth.
- Set the technical direction for how these platforms generalize to serve Device Security and future products, not only Device Trust.
- Maintain a high bar for performance, security, and data integrity in a security-first enterprise environment.
- Identify and mitigate risks introduced by architectural change, migrations, and new dependencies before they reach production.
DELIVERY AND PLANNING
- Scope, plan, and drive execution of platform initiatives with the team, balancing reliability investment against feature work.
- Coordinate cycle planning, design reviews, and project planning so the team ships predictably.
- Cascade priorities, progress, and risk to stakeholders across Device Trust and partner teams, keeping roadmaps transparent.
- Contribute to cross-team and departmental initiatives that raise the reliability bar across the engineering organization.

Experience designing and delivering endpoint, systems, or corporate security solutions in environments that require scalable, durable controls.
Deep knowledge of endpoint management platforms such as Jamf Pro or FleetDM, especially for architecting and securing macOS environments.
Strong hands-on ability with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices, including module design, state management, and pipeline-based deployment.
Experience working with GitOps workflows where changes are managed through Git repositories, merge requests, code review, and automated pipelines.
Strong proficiency in scripting or programming for automation and security tooling, such as bash, Python, PowerShell, or Go.
Familiarity with cloud identity providers and directories, including platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, LDAP.
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across distributed teams, and work independently in an all-remote environment.
Openness to bringing transferable experience from adjacent security, systems, or platform engineering backgrounds, along with a practical and security-focused approach to problem solving.
About the team
The Corporate Security Engineering team secures the internal environment GitLab team members use every day, including endpoints, identity systems, SaaS applications, and platforms that store sensitive internal data. It's a small, high-leverage team that treats security work as engineering work: building with code, operating through Git, and using reviewable, testable, and auditable workflows by default. The team partners closely with Information Technology, Security Operations, and Engineering across regions, collaborating asynchronously to build controls that scale across GitLab's all-remote workforce while reducing friction for end users.
