Are you a health or performance professional thinking about a career change? Are you passionate about how technology can help progress your profession?
If you have experience working in a clinical or high-performance setting and are a physiotherapist or an athletic trainer a role as a Client Success Manager at VALD could be the change you need!
About the VALD Client Success
Team
Our Client Success team is dedicated to assisting clients in implementing and embedding VALD technology. It all starts with seamless onboarding for new clients, which ensures they have all the tools they need to start using VALD products successfully. The Client Success team continues to support the client throughout their journey with VALD.
We are looking for someone to join our team in Dublin.
What you will do
As a Client Success Manager at VALD, you will work directly with an assigned portfolio of clients as the VALD subject matter expert and strive for the highest level of client satisfaction in the delivery of services. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Manage client onboarding, ensuring clients are fully supported to implement VALD systems successfully.
Build strong relationships with clients through online methods and occasionally face-to-face.
Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth.
Online client presentations using Microsoft Teams.
Regular activity tracking and reporting, using SaaS applications – HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, Email.
Manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously while working independently or with other team members.
Critical requirements for this role:
You must have used VALD Technology in your current or previous role.
The ability to understand and share the client’s perspective and challenges.
Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships quickly.
The ability to think outside of the box to find appropriate solutions.
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
Become an expert on VALD systems.
Is this you?
We are looking for a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist or sports scientist looking to make a change or, quite simply, a go-getter who is excellent with people—someone with a can-do attitude and who is interested in technology and helping clients implement systems and solutions.
You will be a self-starter who is comfortable supporting and educating our amazing clients. You’ll need great organizational and communication skills, as you'll work with many internal and external stakeholders. Ideally, you have:
Empathy
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships quickly.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes.
Highly organized with practical time management skills.
Prior experience using VALD systems.
It’s not expected that any single candidate would check every box here. Research shows that while men and women share similarities in how they look for jobs, women may hold back if they don’t meet 100% of the criteria, while men usually apply after completing about 60%.
If you meet just some of the requirements but not all, we encourage you to submit your application!
We strongly encourage you to apply if you’re at all interested. Show us how your experience could improve our team and widen our perspective. Our selection process includes assessing the requirements of the role vs the individual and how well we think they will work in the VALD team.

Insurance is one of the world's largest industries and one of the most painful to interact with
. Paper forms. Sluggish call centres. Three-week underwriting cycles. Claims that vanish into queues. We are rebuilding all of it on top of a modern platform and AI agents that actually do the work, not pretend to.
You will not be picking up tickets. You will be deciding what to build, prototyping it on Monday, shipping a draft to a real customer by Friday, and improving it from real usage. We expect you to push the product, the codebase, and the way we work.
Why This Role Exists
We are looking for someone who treats AI as a creative material, not a feature on a roadmap. The next year of insurance is being defined right now. What gets automated, what gets reimagined, what gets thrown out. We want builders who want to be in that room and ship the answer.
The team is small. The mandate is large. If your highest-energy work has historically come from solving real problems end to end, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Own outcomes, not tickets.
Pick the biggest lever for our customers each sprint and drive it to live. Surface the next one yourself.
Build with AI as a primary tool, not a chatbot bolt-on.
OCR, document understanding, generation, agent loops, evaluation harnesses. You decide where each fits.
Ship prototypes fast, then make them production-grade.
A working demo on day three beats a perfect plan on day ten.
Work directly with customers.
You will see real claims, real underwriting screens, real broker workflows. You will watch users hit dead ends and decide what to fix.
Raise the bar on the codebase.
Reviews, refactors, testability, observability. Not as policy, as habit.
Push the team forward.
Skills, agents, internal tools, engineering standards. Propose them, build them, get them adopted.
Who You Are
You ship.
Ideas without execution do not count for you.
High agency.
You do not wait for a card to be assigned. You see what is worth doing and you start.
Strong opinions, loosely held.
You make calls with incomplete information and change your mind when the evidence shifts.
Curious about the domain.
Insurance is messy and full of weird incentives. That intrigues you, not annoys you.
Fluent with AI.
You have shipped something real with LLMs or agents. You know where the magic ends and where you have to engineer carefully.
Care about humans on the other end.
Insurance done right gives people peace of mind in their worst weeks. That is the point.
Your Toolbox
We use Node.js + TypeScript + Nest.js on the back end, Vue (and some React) on the front end, GraphQL, MongoDB, Docker, AWS. AI work spans OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, plus a growing set of in-house skills and agents. You do not need to have used every piece. You do need to be the kind of engineer who picks up a new tool and is shipping with it within the week.
What We Expect at This Level
6+ years building production systems.
Track record of complex, customer-facing software shipped, not just maintained.
Real AI experience.
You have built and shipped at least one substantive AI-driven feature. POCs that died in a notebook do not count here.
Strong fundamentals.
OO, design patterns, testing, web security, performance. You do not need a refresher.
Cloud comfort. AWS, Azure, or GCP.
At least one in depth, the rest enough to hold a conversation.
Communication.
You can explain a tradeoff to a non-technical stakeholder in two minutes and to an engineer in one.
Not Suitable for the Role If…
You prefer tickets assigned to you over choosing what to build.
You measure your work in lines of code, not outcomes.
You see AI as a buzzword to put on your CV rather than a tool you have actually used in anger.
You want a process-heavy environment with detailed specs handed down from product.
You are looking for a maintenance role on a finished platform.
Why CoverGo
Insurance is the rare industry where AI can save people hours of their worst weeks. We are already shipping AI-powered claims, underwriting, distribution, and document automation to enterprise carriers across five continents. The platform is real. The customers are real. Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
- Title: Engineering Operations Manager
- Department: Spacecraft Hardware
- Location: Espoo
- Reports to: Engineering Operations Management Lead
- Contract: Permanent
- Working style: Hybrid / Office
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
This role ensures complex space system projects are executed with clarity, accountability, and strong cross-functional coordination, reducing risk and enabling high-quality outcomes. By driving disciplined planning, effective decision-making, and consistent Design-to-Build adoption, it strengthens execution while fostering a motivated and collaborative team culture.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy – day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring (including oil-spill detection), and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTED OUTCOMES
EXPECTED OUTCOMES
ICEYE’s growing portfolio of high-impact programs requires dedicated leadership for select critical projects. While Directors oversee many initiatives and engineers lead most development work, the Engineering Operations Manager (EOM) will take charge of key efforts such as next-generation satellite designs and major technology upgrades, coordinating subsystem owners and assigned engineers.
The EOM is accountable for project execution and has authority over allocated resources. They propose project timelines aligned with organizational needs, request appropriate resourcing, and then own and manage the schedule across engineering teams.
For other space-system projects, the EOM proactively identifies bottlenecks, escalates challenges with recommended actions to Directors or VPs, and ensures alignment with organizational objectives.
The EOM facilitates efficient technical decision-making by assembling the right experts, resolving most issues directly, and involving Directors or senior leadership when decisions carry major implications.
They use available tools to motivate teams and enable project leads to work effectively. Delivering a project at the cost of team morale or collaboration is considered a failure for the role.
Finally, the EOM owns the implementation of the design-to-build process, ensuring consistent quality and execution across all subsystem owners and project leaders.
Success requires comprehensive planning and foresight across the project lifecycle.
PROJECT/SUBSYSTEM LEADERSHIP (CRITICAL PLANNING TASKS)
- Perform work breakdown (WBS).
- Build, monitor, and maintain the project timeline.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks proactively.
- Ensure documentation is in place and aligns with D2B standards.
ENABLING OTHER PROJECT COORDINATORS & SUBSYSTEM OWNERS
- Run the project management process, including resource allocation and reporting.
- Develop ways to share best project management practices.
- Aligning with the supply chain on prioritization of orders and providing visibility on critical items.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND TRAITS
- Technical Acumen: Able to understand the technical requirements and complexity of the project and dissect what the main bottlenecks and challenges would be.
- Hands-on Experience: Possess hands-on experience and knows how long things take because you have done them or worked closely with stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Able to understand where to take risk and comfortably take that risk when needed for project success.
- Contingency Thinker: Know that the project needs a Plan A, B, C, D... and is always ready to change direction to succeed.
- Proactive Drive: High energy and drive; you respond to challenges by saying, "let me take a look," and immediately devise a plan with compromises to achieve success.
