For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About inKind
inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants.
We are entering our next stage of growth, and our ambition is significant: to establish inKind as the market-leading brand in dining and become one of the most recognized and relevant consumer brands in hospitality.
We're looking for a VP of Marketing who has experienced hyper-scale before - someone who understands what it takes to take a rapidly growing company and turn it into a category-defining, nationally recognized brand.
Role Summary
The VP of Marketing will own the strategy, execution, and continuous optimization of inKind's marketing function across growth, brand, lifecycle, acquisition, retention, content, partnerships, and product marketing.
This is a critical leadership role for the next stage of inKind's growth. We want someone who has seen and helped lead hyper-scale firsthand and understands how the marketing strategy, organization, channels, brand, technology, and operating model need to evolve as a company moves from high growth to true market leadership.
Your mandate is bigger than generating leads or running campaigns. You will help turn inKind into a market-leading consumer brand, creating the awareness, affinity, customer growth, and engagement required to make inKind synonymous with discovering and experiencing great restaurants.
This is not a role for someone who wants to operate purely at the strategy level. You will set the vision while remaining deeply involved in execution - understanding how channels perform, how consumers behave, where the funnel can improve, what the brand stands for, and where we should place our next bet.
You will combine brand building with commercial performance, ensuring every marketing investment contributes to sustainable growth and long-term brand equity.
What You'll Own
Hyper-Scale Growth
Build the marketing strategy required to drive inKind through its next paradigm of rapid growth.
Bring firsthand experience of what changes when a business moves from growth into hyper-growth - from channels and organizational structure to processes, technology, measurement, and brand investment.
Identify the growth engines capable of taking inKind from today's scale to the next order of magnitude.
Build repeatable, scalable acquisition and engagement models rather than relying on isolated campaigns.
Anticipate the capabilities, talent, systems, and infrastructure Marketing will need before growth creates the requirement.
Balance aggressive growth with disciplined economics and sustainable customer value.
Growth & Customer Acquisition
Own the overall strategy for consumer growth, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
Build and continuously optimize a diversified acquisition strategy across paid, organic, referral, partnership, local, and emerging channels.
Establish clear performance expectations across the marketing funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion at every stage.
Own key growth metrics including CAC, conversion, activation, retention, repeat behavior, frequency, and LTV.
Develop scalable growth loops that leverage inKind's restaurant network, consumers, partners, and product.
Test aggressively, learn quickly, and scale what works.
Build a Market-Leading Brand
Own the ambition of transforming inKind from a rapidly growing company into a nationally recognized, market-leading consumer brand.
Define and evolve the inKind brand strategy, positioning, voice, and creative direction.
Establish a clear point of view on what inKind should stand for in the minds of consumers.
Build awareness, consideration, preference, and affinity at scale.
Develop breakthrough campaigns and brand moments capable of expanding inKind beyond its existing audience.
Build a brand that consumers actively recognize, trust, talk about, and want to engage with.
Ensure brand investment and growth marketing work together rather than operating as separate disciplines.
Identify opportunities for inKind to define and lead its category.
Establish consistent and distinctive brand experiences across product, digital, social, restaurant, partnership, experiential, and corporate touchpoints.
Lifecycle, CRM & Retention
Own lifecycle marketing across the complete customer journey.
Develop sophisticated segmentation and personalization strategies based on customer behavior and data.
Improve onboarding, activation, engagement, frequency, reactivation, and retention.
Drive continuous experimentation across messaging, offers, timing, channels, and customer segments.
Partner with Product and Data to identify behavioral signals and turn them into actionable marketing programs.
Ensure lifecycle marketing becomes a meaningful driver of customer LTV and sustainable growth.
Optimization & Analytics
Build a marketing organization where data drives decisions.
Establish clear dashboards and KPIs across channels, campaigns, customer segments, brand health, and the overall marketing funnel.
Regularly analyze performance and identify where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
Develop a rigorous testing framework across creative, audience, channel, offer, landing page, and customer experience.
Understand not simply what happened, but why it happened and what we should do next.
Translate marketing performance and consumer behavior into clear recommendations for Executive Leadership.
Create the measurement frameworks necessary to understand both short-term performance marketing and long-term brand impact.
Product & Partner Marketing
Partner closely with Product to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
Develop positioning and go-to-market plans for new products, capabilities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
Create programs that simultaneously drive value for
consumers, restaurant partners, and inKind
.
Ensure major launches have clear audiences, messaging, distribution strategies, and measurable success criteria.
Identify opportunities where product capabilities themselves can become powerful acquisition, engagement, and brand-building mechanisms.
Marketing Leadership & Execution
Set the overall marketing strategy while remaining close to the work.
Build, lead, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing organization capable of operating in a hyper-growth environment.
Determine what the marketing organization needs to look like at 2x, 5x, and 10x today's scale.
Establish clear ownership, priorities, goals, and accountability across the team.
Evaluate the existing marketing organization, capabilities, agencies, technology, processes, and investment strategy and determine what needs to evolve.
Manage marketing investment with a strong focus on incremental impact, scalability, and ROI.
Move comfortably between executive-level strategy and detailed campaign, creative, channel, or performance discussions.
Create a culture of experimentation, urgency, creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
You've seen hyper-scale:
You have operated inside a company during a period of exceptional growth and understand what needs to change as the organization scales.
You've built brands, not just campaigns:
You understand how a growing company becomes a recognizable, differentiated, market-leading brand.
Strategic and hands-on:
You can build a multi-year marketing strategy and dive into campaign performance the same day.
Commercially minded:
You think about marketing through the lens of revenue, growth, customer behavior, market share, and enterprise value.
Brand + Growth:
You believe exceptional brand building and measurable performance should reinforce each other.
Data-driven:
You're comfortable interrogating dashboards, funnels, cohorts, CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and channel performance.
Customer obsessed:
You have a deep curiosity about why consumers behave the way they do and what creates genuine brand affinity.
Highly experimental:
You naturally think in hypotheses, tests, results, and iteration.
Builder mentality:
You're energized by building the organization and capabilities required for the next stage rather than simply managing what already exists.
High agency:
When you identify an opportunity or problem, you take ownership and move quickly.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant senior leadership responsibility.
Firsthand experience operating through hyper-growth or hyper-scale, ideally within a business that achieved significant national consumer adoption.
Demonstrated experience helping transform a growing company into a market-leading or category-defining brand.
Experience within a high-growth consumer, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, e-commerce, or technology business.
Demonstrated success scaling consumer acquisition and retention.
Strong experience across growth marketing, brand, lifecycle/CRM, customer segmentation, and performance optimization.
Proven ability to build and scale high-performing marketing organizations.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using customer and performance data to drive decisions.
Experience managing significant marketing investments and evaluating channel-level ROI.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
What Success Looks Like
Within your first year, you will have:
Established a clear strategy for taking inKind from high growth toward true market leadership.
Significantly increased awareness and consideration of the inKind brand.
Created a clear and differentiated position for inKind within the market.
Built scalable acquisition engines capable of supporting the company's next stage of growth.
Improved customer acquisition efficiency and funnel conversion.
Increased customer activation, engagement, frequency, retention, and LTV.
Strengthened lifecycle, personalization, and customer segmentation capabilities.
Established clear marketing and brand dashboards, experimentation frameworks, and performance accountability.
Built the team, systems, processes, and capabilities required to support hyper-scale.
Created stronger integration between Marketing, Product, Data, and commercial teams.
Put inKind firmly on the path to becoming the market-leading consumer brand in its category.
Why inKind
This is an opportunity to join inKind at an inflection point.
The foundations have been built. The business is scaling rapidly. The opportunity now is to take that momentum and build a brand with national awareness, significant consumer relevance, and category leadership.
We're looking for someone who has experienced that journey before and wants to help do it again—this time with the opportunity to shape the strategy, organization, brand, and growth engine behind it.
You'll have the opportunity to build a marketing organization and brand capable of defining the next stage of inKind's growth - and ultimately help make inKind synonymous with how people discover and experience restaurants.

Introduction to the Team & Role
What if your team was the one that got to build the future of how a company runs — and tried it on itself first?
GTM Systems owns the tech stack behind 360Learning's commercial engine — Salesforce, Marketo, data enrichment and AI tooling across sales, marketing, customer success and services. Our mission is to be a force multiplier for the business: making go-to-market faster, smarter and more effective.
We already have a high-performing team, mature systems, extensive documentation, and an ambitious AI vision. Now we need someone to build on that foundation and take it to the next level.
You'll work closely with GTM leaders, operators, data teams and engineering to turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable products. You'll partner with each team to define the target state — where AI can take work off their plate, and where the human touch matters — then build the systems and agents that get them there.
This is a high-impact role for someone who loves working at the intersection of product, systems, AI and go-to-market strategy.
Key Responsibility Areas
Own the internal AI operating model for GTM — the library of skills, agent evals, cost, adoption and ROI — in partnership with Data and Enablement.
Keep the team a step ahead as customer zero for AI, turning what works into patterns other functions adopt.
Own the long-term design of the GTM stack — CRM, marketing automation, CS tooling — deciding what to build vs. buy.
Help the company prioritize by identifying the best solution to each business problem and sizing its cost and feasibility.
Lead and coach five senior ICs across Salesforce, marketing/BDR, CS systems and web ops. Set a high bar for documentation, testing and deployment — and hold it without slowing the team down.
Run vendor management end to end: evaluations, the quarterly keep-or-kill review, and renewals.
Partner as a peer to the leaders of Data, Enablement, Security, Finance and every commercial function.
Drive adoption and change management for new GTM capabilities across distributed teams.
What You'll Do
Within 1 month, you will:
Know the team, the stack, and the cross-functional leaders and teams you’ll partner with
Understand the main business challenges and opportunities for each GTM function
Own the team's current quarterly objectives and the routines that keep them visible.
Within 3 months, you will:
Have taken one major cross-functional change from plan to done
Own the full vendor-renewal cycle across the commercial stack
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Within 6 months, you will:
Have co-written the next quarter's objectives with the performance and enablement teams, each one stating the business problem, the current state, the expected impact and the plan.
Have shipped at least one AI agent that watches business data and reaches people on its own, with a named business owner and outcome measures agreed before launch.
Have a 12-18 month roadmap, setting the high-level vision across our systems infrastructure, ways of working, and AI portfolio
Within 12 months, you will:
Show, in numbers, the capacity the commercial organization reinvested because of what the team built.
Have a development path agreed with each member of the team.
Have the team recognized as the company's reference for AI-native operations
The Skill Set
5+ years across GTM systems, agentic/AI workflow products, revenue technology, enterprise SaaS — or an adjacent path like technical product management or consulting where you designed and shipped real systems with a strong AI mandate.
Turn ambiguous business problems into reliable, scalable tooling — you read a process, tell whether it's any good, spot where AI creates value, and judge when to automate (and when not to), across the full revenue engine.
Have fluency in modern GTM systems: Salesforce, marketing automation, enrichment, routing, attribution, lead-to-quote, billing or customer lifecycle tools. Deep Salesforce fluency is a strong plus.
Have built with modern AI tooling: agents, plugins or skills on top of LLMs, connectors to business systems, and evals that tell you whether an agent is good.
You define KPIs, run experiments, and use data to prioritize where to invest and to measure real impact on pipeline, conversion, efficiency and revenue.
You drive strategic alignment and executive communication — conclusion first, tradeoffs named, complex topics made simple — and you drive change through to adoption.
Thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where the first version of the strategy has to be shaped, tested and improved quickly.
Run vendor evaluations end to end
Set and hold standards for documentation, testing and deployment without slowing the team down, and coach senior ICs with care.

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to:
Director of Product Security and Incident Response
Location:
Remote US
Compensation Range:
$200,000.00 to $210,000.00 plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
As a Staff CSIRT Analyst, you will be the cornerstone of Huntress’ internal security resilience. You will act as the primary internal escalation point from our SOC, ensuring we protect ourselves with the same rigor and products we use for our customers. In this role, you will strategize with leaders across multiple functions to identify work streams and own the end-to-end incident response lifecycle. You will guide teams, determine key milestones, and proactively anticipate blockers that could hinder our response capabilities.
Responsibilities:
Incident Response & Triage:
Lead the identification, triage, and validation of security incidents through various telemetry sources, acting as the ultimate escalation point for the SOC.
Strategic Preparedness:
Drive organizational incident readiness by designing and executing practical response exercises (tabletops and purple teaming) to ensure first responders are prepared at all levels of our organization.
Telemetry Optimization:
Partner with engineering, product security, and detection engineering teams to tune existing telemetry sources to a high true-positive rate, reducing noise and increasing detection efficacy.
Offensive Security Partnership:
Collaborate closely with the Offensive Security team to identify visibility gaps and ensure proper coverage against modern threat actor TTPs. Partner with product security, engineering, detection engineering, and other applicable business units to close these gaps rather than treating them as a blocker.
Continuous Improvement & Leadership
: Lead cross-functional Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) to extract critical lessons learned; own the lifecycle of resulting remediation tasks, driving specific tooling and process enhancements that harden organizational defenses and response against future threats.
Stakeholder Communication:
Develop and present comprehensive reports and "lessons learned" to stakeholders at all levels following major incidents or exercises.
Documentation:
Create and maintain playbooks, system configurations, and incident response standards to ensure scalability and supportability.
What You Bring To The Team:
Experience:
8+ years of experience in Incident Response, SOC Operations, or Digital Forensics (DFIR).
Technical Expertise:
Advanced knowledge of EDR/MDR platforms, log aggregation (SIEM/ELK), and cloud security environments (AWS/Azure/M365).
Problem Solving:
Proven ability to articulate the root cause of complex problems using first principles and translate insights into technical solutions.
Strategic Thinking:
Experience leading small project teams and aligning tech stacks across functions.
Communication:
Exceptional ability to convey complex technical incident details to both technical teams and executive leadership.
Tooling:
Familiarity with automation/SOAR platforms and documentation tools like Confluence, Jira, and Lucid Chart.
Mindset:
A proactive, forward-thinking approach to security with a passion for building "stewardship of culture" through inclusive and actionable security behaviors.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution

all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

Test motion-game fundamentals such as responsiveness/latency, recognition consistency, occlusion handling, and edge cases.
Perform functional, usability, regression, localization, and device/compatibility testing across the product surface area.
Write excellent bug reports with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual results, environment details, and short video captures when helpful.
Collaborate cross-functionally: clarify requirements, ask good questions, and flag risk areas early.

1–2 years of experience in IT or the game industry (or equivalent hands-on experience).
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Willingness to perform physical movements during testing and appear in internal test recordings.
A genuine interest in games and player experience—especially party/family-friendly titles.
Nice to Have
Cantonese and/or Mandarin fluency
Experience testing camera-based, motion, AR, or computer vision products.
Experience testing multiplayer/local co-op or party games.
Familiarity with Unity, Android-based hardware, or mobile gaming.
Experience setting up consumer electronics (TVs, consoles, streaming devices).
Experience with test automation or scripting (even small personal projects).
