WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Key Overview:
As a Member of Technical Staff in Post-Training, you will train our large language models (LLMs) with reinforcement learning and develop methods that help them generalize beyond the distribution they were trained on. You will design the training recipes, environments, and evaluations that tell us whether a model has truly learned a skill or has only fitted its training tasks, and turn what works into the recipes behind our production models. You will work closely with the post-training data infrastructure, evaluation, and pre-training teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, run, and analyse large-scale RL post-training experiments (e.g., RLHF, RL from verifiable rewards).
- Research and develop methods that improve out-of-distribution generalization, such as reward design, environment and task diversity, curricula, and regularization.
- Build held-out evaluations that measure generalization to unseen tasks, domains, and formats, and that catch reward hacking and benchmark overfitting.
- Diagnose training dynamics and failure modes, including instability, reward over-optimization, and capability regressions.
- Turn successful research into robust, reproducible training recipes for production models.
Qualifications
- Strong research and software engineering skills, with hands-on experience training LLMs.
- Experience applying reinforcement learning to LLMs (e.g., PPO, GRPO, RLHF, RLVR), ideally at scale.
- Track record of work on generalization, robustness, or distribution shift, through publications or shipped models.
- Rigorous experimental practice: clean ablations, careful controls, and sound conclusions from noisy results.
- Experience with distributed training (e.g., JAX, PyTorch, FSDP, Megatron) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Deep understanding of data quality principles and best practices: demonstrates willingness to dive deep into data while possessing strong intuition for assessing the quality of datasets and anticipating how different data characteristics will impact model training outcomes.
Working Location
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead who bridges high-level team leadership with active technical contribution. This is a 50/50 hybrid role designed for an engineering leader who still loves writing code, diving into architecture, and building alongside their team.
You will spend about half your time managing team dynamics, execution, and delivery, and the other half staying close to the codebase, contributing directly, conducting technical reviews, and helping navigate complex architectural trade-offs. If you are a former founder, entrepreneur, or seasoned Tech Lead who thrives at the intersection of hands-on engineering and people leadership, this role is built for you.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Balance Hands-On Coding & Leadership: Maintain an active coding presence (roughly 50% of your time), driving features, reviewing PRs, and staying embedded in day-to-day technical delivery.
- Lead & Mentor Engineers: Coach and support a high-calibre team of ~9 engineers, fostering a healthy, high-trust environment focused on growth and delivery excellence.
- Drive Architecture & System Design: Work closely with senior engineers and architects to design scalable Web3 systems, weigh trade-offs, and solve complex technical bottlenecks.
- Delivery & Project Execution: Lead sprint planning, prioritization, and execution across complex technical workstreams in a distributed environment.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Translate deep technical concepts into pragmatic delivery timelines for key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Team Operations & Hiring: Support technical hiring, onboarding, and continuous improvement of team processes and engineering standards.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Hands-On Technical Depth: Strong background as a Software Engineer, Tech Lead, or Engineering Manager with a proven ability to write production-level code and architect complex systems.
- Proven People Leadership: Experience managing or leading engineering teams, with a track record of supporting engineer growth, team culture, and delivery predictable execution.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, or early-stage startup lead is highly desirable.
- Web3 / Systems Familiarity: Strong interest or background in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, distributed systems, or low-level systems programming (e.g., Rust, Substrate, Go, or C++).
- Pragmatic Delivery Skills: Strong ability to handle sprint management, dependency tracking, and cross-team communication without sacrificing technical rigor.
- Remote-First Collaboration: Excellent asynchronous communication skills, operating comfortably in European or closely aligned time zones.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
Anthropic is growing quickly across EMEA, and we need recruiters who can help us hire exceptional people into the teams that keep the company running and bring our work to customers. We’re looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent team based in London to own full-cycle recruiting of our G&A functions (Policy, Finance, Legal, People, and related areas).
This is a full-cycle individual-contributor role for a strong recruiter who can run an excellent process end to end—sourcing, screening, managing stakeholders, and closing. You’ll partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand what great looks like, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience that reflects Anthropic’s values. You’ll work in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift, and you’ll have real ownership over the roles you run.
We’re open to candidates whose strength is in G&A recruiting in your application, tell us where your experience is deepest across the functions.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of G&A roles across EMEA—from intake through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate the bar, and build effective sourcing strategies
Source and engage high-quality active and passive candidates, building diverse and competitive pipelines
Run structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes that uphold Anthropic’s hiring bar
Manage candidates through the process with clear communication and a great experience at every stage
Collaborate with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close
Use data to track pipeline health and share insight that helps hiring managers make good decisions
Minimum Qualifications
6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in G&A (Policy, Finance, Legal, People) with a focus on Policy hiring
Demonstrated ability to recruit in the UK and European market, with familiarity with local talent dynamics and employment norms
Track record of strong stakeholder partnership — building trust quickly with hiring managers in fast-moving environments
Comfortable operating with ambiguity: willing to flex between functions and contribute to building something new rather than running an established playbook
Proven ability to maintain quality under volume pressure — owns pipeline health, not just pipeline size
Self-starter who can work with significant autonomy while staying tightly aligned with global strategy
Genuine connection to Anthropic's mission and an understanding of why it matters in a recruiting context
Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region

Annual Salary:
£105,000

£145,000 GBP
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

At Eneba, our People team is all about bringing great people together, helping them thrive, and making every step of their journey with us a great experience.
Now, we're looking for a People Operations Coordinator who is excited about discovering fresh talent, spotting potential, and helping the next generation of professionals kick-start their careers.
Your main mission? Make our internship hiring program a success, from the very first application to welcoming our newest Enebians on board.
And when internship season slows down? You'll get to explore the broader world of People Operations, from onboarding and employee experience to improving the processes that keep our People team running smoothly.
It's a role where recruitment meets operations, where no two seasons look quite the same, and where you'll have plenty of room to take ownership, bring ideas to life, and grow.
ABOUT YOU
You are highly organized, proactive and enjoy owning processes from beginning to end.
You are comfortable speaking with candidates, conducting structured interviews and making decisions about who should progress through the hiring process. At the same time, you enjoy the operational side of People work — coordinating stakeholders, keeping systems accurate and making sure things happen when they should.
You are particularly interested in early-career talent and enjoy identifying potential in candidates who may not yet have extensive professional experience.
You take ownership, follow through and are comfortable chasing stakeholders when something needs to move forward.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own Eneba’s internship hiring program end-to-end, from opening roles through successful hires and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand internship needs, hiring plans and candidate profiles.
- Create and publish internship vacancies across relevant channels.
- Review applications and identify candidates who meet the required criteria.
- Conduct structured first-stage interviews with internship candidates.
- Assess motivation, communication, potential, role fit and overall candidate quality.
- Maintain a consistent quality bar and ensure only suitable candidates progress to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure hiring managers provide timely feedback and keep processes moving.
- Maintain accurate candidate information and hiring stages in our ATS.
- Track internship hiring pipelines, conversion rates, candidate quality and other relevant hiring metrics.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to sourcing, assessment and the overall internship hiring process.
- Coordinate internship offers, preboarding and handover into onboarding.
- Build strong candidate experiences throughout the internship recruitment process.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees, including schedules, documentation, equipment and internal coordination.
- Support employee data administration and other People Operations activities when internship hiring demand is lower.
- Help maintain People documentation, trackers and internal process guides.
- Support additional People projects depending on team priorities and capacity.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Experience in recruitment, People Operations, HR, talent coordination, project coordination or another people-facing role.
- Confidence conducting structured candidate interviews and making first-stage assessment decisions.
- Strong judgment when evaluating junior or early-career talent.
- Ability to recognize potential beyond simply looking at years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance a positive candidate experience with maintaining a high hiring bar.
- High attention to detail and comfort working with ATS, HR systems, trackers and data.
- A proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to spot when something is stuck and take action to move it forward.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where workload can fluctuate throughout the year.
- Interest in developing a broader career within People Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent English.
SALARY
21 600–28 800€/yearly gross

WHAT IT’S LIKE TO WORK AT ENEBA
- Opportunity to join our Employee Stock Options program.
- Opportunity to help scale a unique product.
- Various bonus systems: performance-based, referral, additional paid leave and personal learning budget.
- Paid volunteering opportunities.
- Work location of your choice: office, remote, with opportunities to work and travel.
- Personal and professional growth supported by well-defined feedback and promotion processes.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans. Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
THE TEAM AND YOUR IMPACT
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll build the systems that make our marketing fast and agile. The tools and tactics in the age of AI change constantly, but what lasts is the underlying system: clean signal data, a scoring model that routes it, and reusable workflows the team can build on. You’ll own that system, using automation and AI to turn a week of work into an hour.
You’ll own the end-to-end demand generation engine that translates market signals and buyer intent into measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You’ll connect audience intelligence, multi-channel campaigns, lifecycle engagement, and sales activation into scalable, repeatable growth motions. You should be able to pull the data, architect a target list, generate the creative, and ship a multi-channel campaign using AI tools and systems, while ensuring every campaign, data point, and automation strengthens the broader growth engine.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- The Core Growth Motion: Build reusable campaign systems: templates, automations, and workflows to spin up integrated campaigns without rebuilding from scratch each time. Run priority campaigns end to end, from targeting and messaging through multi-channel execution and pipeline accountability.
- Build the Warming Engine: Architect cohort-based nurture journeys (including content-download, post-event, post-onboarding, and always-on nurture programs) that move contacts from first touch through consideration toward sales readiness, rather than sending high-intent accounts directly into cold sales outreach. Improve the new-user onboarding sequence, own the monthly newsletter, and manage the startup program.
- Work at the Intersection of Data, AI, and Marketing: Use signals, scoring, AI tools, and connected workflows to identify who to target, determine the next best action, and execute campaigns efficiently. Get ahead of agent-driven discovery: make content and signals legible to the tools buyers now use to choose vendors.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
Disclaimer: We're open to hire Account Executives across our Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes and Biarritz offices.
⭐️ THE ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE JOB
We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a ‘full-stack’ Enterprise Sales to engage with prospects and turn them into happy Alan customers. You will join a team that mostly focuses on large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.
Why is this segment interesting?
- Diverse workforce: Mix of 60% cadres / 40% non-cadres, often with subsidiaries or multi-site operations, ranging from highly tech-savvy employees to those requiring digital adoption support.
- Critical challenges: Multi-stakeholder decision processes involving HRD, CFO, CEO, Payroll, CSE, Legal, Purchasing, Comp & Ben, Accounting, Brokers (creating multiple potential blockers), long sales cycles (multi-year conversations), RFP processes requiring deep audits and product customization, and strong influence from unions/CSE who can co-manage health insurance topics;
- Company profiles: Flagship companies (widely known brands), groups with standalone entities or subsidiaries, often with focus on employee wellbeing (QVT programs, Great Place to Work), modern company culture, and strategic communication about digitization or employer brand attractiveness;
- HR priorities: Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well-being through customized health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change management concerns when implementing new health insurance (biggest fear for large companies)
- Critical business characteristics: This segment requires breadth & depth of expertise to navigate complex organizations, account-based strategies with Key Account Management approach, early engagement in company roadmaps, face-to-face meetings, co-creation of insurance and digital products (tailored offers considering past results, specific regimes, demographics, payroll system integration), and ability to work through RFPs and with brokers. Sales cycles are volatile with high stakes: 1 deal = 50% of annual target for Enterprise AEs.
Our approach for Enterprise companies positions Alan as a strategic partner in health rather than just an insurance provider, emphasizing our digital platform for fluid UX, customized health plans at fair pricing, and health/well-being services. Success requires leveraging high-level connections, building professional materials, and potentially creating exclusive "Health Clubs" or labels for early adopters.
What will you do with us?
You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. In our Enterprise Sales team, you will deal with companies with more than 300 employees, including all CAC40 companies.
At Alan, Account Executives drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects. We sometimes handle some customer relationships to ensure the best possible onboarding. You’ll educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders, making the transition from prospect to customer seamless.
We expect you to understand and apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method https://alan.com/fr-fr/blog/tout-alan/a/nos-commerciaux-ne-vendent-pas. This method ensures the prospect experience is an integral part of the overall Alan customer experience—making it pleasant and delightful for everyone. We expect you to be instructive to prospects (Smart), as well as to define the best personalized high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
You’ll also help us grow and improve as a company, challenging us to enhance our product(s), methods, and strategy, and getting involved in initiatives to expand our customer base.

⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Enterprise team at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of experience in Sales, including at least 2 years managing the whole Enterprise Sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Have full working proficiency in French (C2 and above) and an advanced level in English.
- Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills;
- Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems;
- Can influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus-building;
- Have a deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models;
- Have a great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team;
- Are eager to learn fast and make an impact from day 1;
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes or Biarritz.
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the D-F level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

If you identify yourself as a woman: Did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements?

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Mistral is building a sovereign AI cloud. Our product surface is expanding fast - GPU clusters, compute orchestration, storage, networking, serverless containers, inference, and training.
We're hiring a VP Product to own our cloud infrastructure and inference portfolio end to end: the foundational systems that power Mistral's datacenters, and the inference platform that brings the world's most advanced generative AI models to production.
This is a broad mandate. You'll own both scopes and, as the business scales, build the organization and stream leadership to delegate them. You'll define the vision, hire and grow the team, and set the operating rhythm that lets a fast-moving org deliver with focus. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to shape how Mistral's technology is adopted globally and to unlock a major new line of business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strategy & vision Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and annual goals for our Inference and Cloud products, aligned with customer needs, company objectives and market trends.
- Go-to-market Own adoption, revenue contribution, and gross margin. Partner with marketing and GTM teams on positioning, pricing and packaging, launch plans, and adoption strategy.
- Team leadership Build the product organization for these products: hire product managers and stream leads, set the operating cadence (quarterly product reviews, roadmap reviews), and develop PMs through clear growth paths.
- Customer & market fit Work directly with AI-native startups and enterprises running advanced AI workloads to drive product–market fit across the portfolio.
- Delivery & execution Partner with engineering leadership to build a world-class compute infrastructure and inference platform delivering high-performance, cost-efficient AI at scale, with reliability, SLAs, and cost-per-token economics as first-class product concerns.
- Market & technology insights Track the competitive landscape and emerging technologies across AI infrastructure and managed inference to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
- Research & open source Partner with research and engineering teams to turn emerging model architectures and advances in open-source inference into product opportunities that improve performance and efficiency
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Extensive experience in tech and infrastructure, including significant time leading product organizations with a proven track record of bringing cloud infrastructure, large-scale distributed systems, or inference products to market.
- Engineering background prior to moving into product management
- You've taken an infra or inference product from early stage to material revenue and adoption.
- Proven people leadership: you've hired and grown senior PMs, organized teams around clear stream ownership, and built durable operating cadences.
- Fluency in the economics of the business: comfortable owning gross margin, unit economics, and the tradeoffs behind pricing and capacity.
- Ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams without direct authority, and to communicate credibly with executives, engineers, and customers.
- Low ego, high bias for action, and comfort in ambiguity — equally at home crafting a strategy narrative and diving into metrics, a UX detail, or a customer escalation.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Developers and enterprises build on Claude through the Claude Platform. Our models are getting exponentially more intelligent, and our APIs and developer tools need to evolve just as quickly so developers can take advantage of that intelligence safely.
We're hiring Engineering Managers to lead teams that build these APIs and developer tools. We are shipping APIs and infrastructure for building and running agents in production. These APIs ship alongside SDKs, docs, and tooling that developers (and agents!) utilize in order to build high quality integrations. These abstractions are backed by our identity, verification, and trust platform, which lets us scale access to Claude responsibly.

Lead a team of engineers to ship high quality work quickly, owning planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational health
Partner with product to set your team's roadmap, and bring a strong point of view on what developers need
Talk to customers directly and turn what you learn into engineering priorities
Guide API design and architecture decisions for distributed systems that have to stay reliable as usage grows
Work closely with Research, Safeguards, Security, and go-to-market teams to bring new model capabilities to developers safely
Recruit, coach, and grow strong engineers
Minimum qualifications
You have experience managing high-performing software engineering teams shipping developer products, including hiring, coaching, and performance management
You're product-minded and customer-oriented. You care about who uses what your team builds, and you've shaped roadmaps alongside product partners

$405,000
—
$485,000 USD

As of May 2026, Claude authored
more than 80% of the code we merge
. In September 2026, we merged more than
30,000 changes per day
. Writing a change is fast now, and the hard part is knowing what is correct and safe to ship. Platform Acceleration builds the internal tools that close that gap for Anthropic's product engineers, who own the Claude API, our SDKs, and the rest of the Claude Platform. We work like a small product team whose customers are other Anthropic engineers.
We're looking for Staff+ engineers with a strong background in backend or infrastructure who care about developer experience and have built tools other engineers rely on. We prefer candidates who can work from our San Francisco office, and we'll also consider candidates based in Seattle.
What you'll do
Design, build, and operate the tools that help product teams ship faster
Own the technical strategy and roadmap for your area, and make sure its hardest problems get solved, by you or through others
Define what it means to trust a change, especially changes written by Claude, and build the tooling that holds the bar throughout the software development lifecycle
Build agents that take on repetitive engineering work, such as diagnosing failures, fixing broken tests, and running migrations
Embed with partner teams to find their biggest sources of friction, validate a solution with them, and turn the fix into a product other teams can adopt
Move between building new tools and improving the shared systems that teams already depend on, as priorities shift
You might be a good fit if you:
Experience building and operating backend services or infrastructure in production, in Go, Python, Rust, or TypeScript
Deep experience with developer tooling, CI/CD, test infrastructure, or deployment systems
Experience leading large, complex technical projects across teams, from an ambiguous problem to a solution developers adopt
Clear written and verbal communication, with experience supporting internal partner teams
Interest in Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI
Preferred qualifications:
Experience at a startup or on a similarly small team, taking a product from zero to one and talking directly to your users
Substantial experience with agents that do engineering or other technical work
Experience building widely adopted CLI tools, developer-facing services, GitHub automation, or open source developer tools
Experience measuring developer productivity and using the data to decide what to build
A point of view on how software engineering changes as agents write more of the code
