Its mission is to help customers thrive in the present by providing wellness, great taste, and inspiration. Our client flagship products are soft, dessert-inspired protein bars made with grass-fed bovine collagen peptides, combining functional nutrition with indulgent flavors.
About the Role
We’re looking for a technically strong, hands-on E-commerce Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) business.
In this role, you’ll coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website operations, ensuring that projects are executed correctly, systems are working as expected, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This is not a traditional project management or high-level strategy role. We need someone who understands how e-commerce platforms and marketing channels work in practice, can confidently navigate tools like Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo, and knows how to identify and troubleshoot issues when something goes wrong.
You won't necessarily be responsible for executing every marketing initiative yourself, but you'll need enough hands-on experience to evaluate the quality of execution, understand performance data, hold partners accountable, and occasionally step in to resolve operational issues.
You'll work directly with the business owner in a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and keeping a growing e-commerce operation running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Coordinate internal team members and external agencies across paid acquisition, retention marketing, and website management, ensuring priorities are clear and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor Meta and Google Ads execution, review campaign activity and performance data, and ensure agencies are implementing campaigns correctly.
Oversee email and SMS marketing operations through platforms such as Klaviyo, checking campaign schedules, flows, launches, and performance.
Regularly review the Shopify storefront to identify issues, verify updates, and ensure website changes and initiatives are implemented correctly.
Investigate problems such as missed email sends, campaign setup errors, platform access issues, or website operational issues, resolving them directly when appropriate or coordinating with the responsible team.
Gather and interpret data across acquisition, retention, and website operations to provide visibility into performance, identify issues, and support informed business decisions.
Follow up on deliverables, identify execution gaps, communicate expectations, and ensure outstanding tasks are resolved rather than simply reported.
Keep initiatives moving across multiple channels, coordinate dependencies, and ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress and priorities.
Identify operational inefficiencies, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve processes, execution quality, and overall e-commerce performance.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, DTC marketing, e-commerce project management, or a similar hands-on role.
Experience working with a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brand, or at an agency supporting e-commerce businesses.
Practical familiarity with Shopify, including navigating the platform, reviewing storefront changes, and troubleshooting basic operational issues.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and a working understanding of paid acquisition campaign setup, execution, and performance monitoring.
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email and SMS marketing platforms, including campaign scheduling, launches, and basic troubleshooting.
Exposure to Google Ads and an understanding of how paid acquisition fits into the broader e-commerce operation.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to navigate dashboards, interpret performance data, identify inconsistencies, and communicate findings clearly.
Proven project and stakeholder management skills, including coordinating agencies, following up on deliverables, and ensuring accountability across teams.
A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset. You're comfortable getting into the details, investigating problems, and taking action rather than simply escalating issues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the confidence to communicate directly with U.S.-based leadership and external partners.
Comfortable with occasional urgent requests outside standard working hours when business-critical issues arise. These situations are not constant, but flexibility and responsiveness are important.
- Own channel strategy and audience growth for both brands: define purpose, target audience, cadence, and priorities. - Manage publishing calendar, create clear briefs for Head of Content, and coordinate production timelines and publishing.
What You’ll Do:
You are a strategic operator who helps go-to-market leaders see what is happening, understand why it is happening, and act on what matters most.
You turn business questions into clear analysis, practical recommendations, and operating improvements that help sales teams make better decisions and deliver stronger results.
You find the problem, bring the right people together, and own the path to a better outcome.
You are Outcome-Obsessed about the work behind the number, from pipeline health and forecast confidence to seller productivity, account coverage, and operational adoption.
You bring useful proposals to leaders, make complex information easier to act on, and measure whether a change actually improved the business.
Responsibilities:
— Partner with go-to-market leaders to translate business goals into performance reviews, KPI analysis, trend reporting, forecast and pipeline insights, and clear recommendations.
— Diagnose performance and operational problems through data, root-cause analysis, stakeholder input, and a practical understanding of how sellers and leaders run the business.
— Own high-impact operational initiatives from current-state discovery and requirements definition through solution design, cross-functional execution, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
— Improve sales processes, workflows, CRM hygiene, CPQ quoting practices, rules of engagement, and assignment models while partnering with Systems and other stakeholders on durable solutions.
— Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights that give individual contributors, managers, and leaders the visibility they need to make informed decisions.
— Evaluate capacity, meeting and lead distribution, book of business coverage, and related success metrics to identify opportunities that improve productivity, fairness, growth, and accountability.
— Use AI, automation, analytics, and other available tools to build reusable workflows that accelerate analysis, reduce operational friction, and elevate the sales team while applying sound judgment to the outputs.
What You Bring To The Team:
— 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a closely related business operations role.
— Understanding of enterprise selling motions and ability to navigate direct sales, channel sales, and VAR or reseller relationships.
— Experience partnering with sales leaders, shaping recommendations from incomplete information, and independently driving cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes.
— Knowledge of sales processes, funnel management, forecasting, pipeline inspection, CRM hygiene, CPQ, and operational levers influencing seller productivity.
— Experience with Salesforce reporting and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data analysis and building practical operating tools.
— Ability to communicate analysis clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and proactively solve problems.
— Use of AI and automation tools to enhance analysis, reporting, and sales execution.
What We Offer:
— 100% remote work environment since 2015.
— Generous paid time off including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays.
— 12 weeks of paid parental leave.
— Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
— 401(k) with 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution.
— Life and Disability insurance plans.
— Stock options for all full-time employees.
— One-time $500 reimbursement for home office setup.
— Annual allowance for education and professional development.
— $75 USD/month digital reimbursement.
— Access to BetterUp platform for coaching and growth.

We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. About the job
The Keet engine team works on the core that makes Keet tick: connecting peers, replicating data, syncing rooms, and keeping calls and file transfers fast and reliable across every kind of network. We're looking for an organized, curious
Junior Project Manager
to help keep that work moving.
You'll work closely with a globally distributed team of senior engineers, help turn priorities into clear plans, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks between releases. This is a great role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into technical project or product management in a deeply technical, open-source environment.
Responsibilities
Track engine work across sprints and releases, keeping issues, milestones, and roadmaps current
Run or support stand-ups, planning sessions, and retrospectives across time zones (mostly async)
Coordinate between the engine team, Keet app/UI developers, and QA so dependencies are visible early
Write clear status updates, release notes, and meeting summaries
Help triage bug reports and user feedback, and route them to the right engineers
Spot risks and blockers early and help the team resolve them
Keep internal documentation and processes tidy and easy to follow
Mandatory:
1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role (internships and open-source involvement count)
Excellent written English communication; you can explain technical progress clearly and concisely
Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly
Experience with issue trackers and project tools (e.g. GitHub Issues/Projects, Jira, Linear)
Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, async-first team
Preferred:
Basic understanding of networking or distributed systems concepts (P2P, DHTs, NAT traversal, replication)
Familiarity with software development lifecycles, Git, and release processes
Some exposure to JavaScript/
Node.js
or experience working alongside a dev team
Interest in privacy, decentralization, or open-source software
Agile/Scrum knowledge or a certification (PSM, CAPM, etc.)
Experience working across many time zones
