THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as the primary technical partner for our prospects and customers. You'll work hand-in-hand with Sales throughout the full lifecycle: qualifying technical requirements, designing and proving out architectures, running proofs of concept, and guiding customers from first evaluation through to production at scale. You'll be the trusted technical voice in the room, translating ClickHouse's architecture and capabilities into solutions that solve real business problems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Act as the technical advisor for prospects and customers evaluating or scaling ClickHouse, from discovery through production deployment.
- Design reference architectures, data models, and ingestion/query patterns tailored to each customer's use case, scale, and existing data stack.
- Own and run technical proofs of concept and benchmarks, demonstrating ClickHouse's performance, scalability, and cost advantages against incumbent solutions.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build technical account strategy, navigate procurement/security reviews, and close complex deals.
- Deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and workshops to audiences ranging from individual engineers to VP/C-level stakeholders.
- Advise customers on schema design, query optimization, cluster sizing, replication, and migration strategy from other databases (e.g., Postgres, Elasticsearch, Snowflake, Druid, Spark).
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product and engineering teams structured feedback on gaps, feature requests, and competitive positioning.
- Build reusable assets, demos, and technical content (blog posts, reference architectures, sample apps) that scale your impact across the field team.
- Contribute to team best practices, tooling, and onboarding materials.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Data Engineer, or Technical Consultant, ideally at an infrastructure, database, or analytics company.
- Deep hands-on experience with SQL and analytical/OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, Druid, Vertica, Redshift, or similar); ClickHouse experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems fundamentals: partitioning, replication, consistency trade-offs, and query execution at scale.
- Comfort working across the modern data stack, including streaming systems (Kafka), orchestration tools, BI tools, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Ability to run and win technical evaluations against competitive alternatives, with a track record of influencing buying decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to flex between whiteboarding with engineers and presenting business value to executives.
- Self-starter who thrives with ambiguity and enjoys being both hands-on with technology and directly responsible for revenue outcomes.
- Willingness to travel periodically for customer visits, conferences, and team events.
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience deploying or administering ClickHouse in production.
- Experience with real-time analytics, observability, or large-scale event/log data use cases.
- Contributions to open-source data infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience at an early-stage or hypergrowth startup.
WHY CLICKHOUSE
- Work with one of the fastest-growing open-source projects and databases in the industry, at the center of the real-time analytics category.
- Join a technically excellent, customer-obsessed team that ships fast and takes ownership.
- Competitive compensation, equity, and benefits, with a remote-friendly, distributed culture.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.

At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.
The Role:
The Developer Platform team builds KMS, the key-management and signing service behind ZeroDev's embedded, non-custodial wallets. These are smart-account / account-abstraction wallets that developers integrate directly into their applications. End users retain control of their keys, while KMS security orchestrates wallet creation, authentication and signing on top of a third-party signing provider.
You'll own production Go services and the cryptographic recovery and trust-model systems around them, working in a small, high-ownership team. This is security-critical infrastructure with a high review bar and external security audits. You should already be comfortable with applied-cryptography fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management. You don’t need to be a cryptographer or have prior experience with areas like MPC or TEEs, but you should be able to reason about cryptographic systems and their security implications.
As the platform evolves, you'll also help expand it beyond interactive consumer wallets toward programmatic and automated signing, and programmable transaction policies.
What you'll work on:
Backend services: build and operate Go services that power wallet creation, authentication, and signing at scale
Key recovery and the committee trust model: distributed key generation and secret sharing that keep the service non-custodial, with recovery authority split across independent committees so no single party holds a user's key
Trusted Execution Environments: reconstructing and operating on key material under hardware isolation and remote attestation
Authentication and signing-provider integration: the user-facing auth methods that gate signing (passkeys / WebAuthn, OAuth, OTP, sessions, 2FA), and integrating with a third-party signing provider (authorization and policy flows, scoped credentials, quorum / consensus approvals)
Security review and hardening: writing design docs and decision records, working directly with external security auditors, and turning a high review bar into shipped code
Production operations on Kubernetes: observability and alerting, secrets and certificate management, on-call, and the compliance controls the domain requires (sanctions screening, PII-safe handling)
Who you are:
Strong backend engineer who has shipped and operated production services in Go (or an adjacent systems language and is eager to go deep in Go)
Security-first by default: You naturally think about threat models, blast radius and key custody, and write code that holds up to security-critical review
Comfortable with applied-cryptography: You understand fundamentals such as public-key cryptography, signatures and key management, and can reason about how they apply to production systems.
You don't need to be a cryptographer!
Solid on distributed systems and API design: You’re comfortable reasoning about idempotency, failure modes and clean service boundaries
Operationally experienced: You’ve worked with production infrastructure and are comfortable with Kubernetes, observability and incident response
Clear written communicator: You can explain technical decisions through design docs and decision records, and work effectively in a collaborative, review-heavy environment.
Nice-to-have
You don't need to have worked with all of these. Experience in one or more would be valuable.
Trusted Execution Environments (TEE) such as AWS Nitro Enclaves, Intel SGX / TDX or similar
Threshold cryptography / MPC, including DKG, FROST or other threshold signatures, verifiable secret sharing or resharing
Account abstraction, including ERC-4337, EIP-7702, smart accounts or embedded / non-custodial wallets
Custody or signing infrastructure such as Turnkey or Fireblocks, either as an integrator or builder
HSMs, YubiKey / PIV or secure-element integrations
Third-party security audits and driving remediation through to completion
Authentication technologies such as WebAuthn / passkeys and OAuth / OIDC, or experience with the Go crypto ecosystem
Perks:
Remote-first global workforce + NY office
Professional reimbursement program (facilitates industry conference attendance, certifications, and more)
Medical, dental & vision coverage (US + some other countries)
401k retirement plan + company match (US only)
Wellness stipend
Home office set up / ergonomic equipment program
Attention Offchain Job Seekers:
This role cannot be performed in California, or Colorado.
Please be advised that there has been a rise in fraudulent recruiter activities, particularly within the Web3 space. If you would like to confirm whether someone is an Offchain employee or the legitimacy of an offer you received, please email jobs@offchainlabs.com
At Offchain, we are committed to building a welcoming and supportive workplace for all employees, regardless of their background or identity. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis.
Build and maintain in-house financial and profitability models that evaluate the revenue and margin implications of strategic decisions, beginning with pricing and commercial strategy and expanding to other strategic finance domains. Run scenario and sensitivity analyses on packaging, pricing changes, GTM strategies, and investment trade-offs, measured against NRR, ARR, and contribution margin.

Apply AI/ML tools, including LLMs and predictive modelling, to accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting, raising the speed and sophistication of decision support across the function. Build scalable, self-serve analytics tools that give Finance, Pricing, Sales Ops, and business unit leaders consistent, decision-ready intelligence.
Pricing & Monetization Analytics.
Evaluate pricing changes through quantitative modelling of customer, revenue, and margin impact across segments and geographies. Track pricing and monetization KPIs (discount compliance, revenue realization, contribution margin) against targets, and quantify the financial impact of commercial governance decisions including pricing policies, discount frameworks, and packaging structures.
Executive & Profitability Reporting.
Deliver regular profitability and commercial performance reporting to ELT and GTM leadership, including a measurement framework that tracks strategic initiative effectiveness, monetization outcomes, and contribution margin across products, segments, and geographies. Partner with FP&A and Sales Ops to integrate pricing and profitability analytics into the forecast and planning cycle, and with Revenue Assurance and Finance Ops to remediate pricing-related revenue risks.
Stakeholder Engagement & Decision Support.
Act as the primary analytical partner to Pricing, Sales Enablement, and business unit leaders on profitability decisions, translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. Present findings, models, and recommendations to senior leadership in executive-ready format, and contribute to Board and investor materials covering pricing strategy, monetization performance, and platform progress.

Position Summary:
The Strategic Finance Analytics Manager is a newly created role that builds and leads the financial modelling and analytics capability at the core of PointClickCare’s strategic finance function. The role delivers the models, tools, and decision support that enable leadership to drive profitability, optimize commercial strategy, and allocate resources with precision — with work that is highly visible to executive leadership, the Board, and investors. Positioned at the intersection of Finance, Strategy, and Go-to-Market, the near-term focus is Pricing & Monetization Analytics, while the broader mandate is to build scalable analytical frameworks applicable across any strategic finance domain the business identifies. A defining attribute of the role is the hands-on application of AI/ML to modernize and accelerate modelling, scenario generation, and reporting.
AI-Led Modernization of the Analytics Toolkit.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related quantitative field
5–7 years in financial analysis, FP&A, or quantitative/strategic finance in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional financial modelling and scenario-analysis skills, with a demonstrated track record building revenue, profitability, or pricing models and translating them into decision support (the core qualification for the role).

Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel, Financial Partnerships & Regulatory
Department: Legal
Reports to: Head of Legal
Location: APAC
About Codex
Codex is building the infrastructure for stablecoin-based cross-border payments — moving money faster, cheaper, and more transparently than the legacy financial system. Backed by Circle, Coinbase, Dragonfly, Wintermute, and Cumberland, we're a small team solving hard problems at the intersection of crypto and global payments.
The Role
Codex's product offering and financial partnership network is expanding rapidly — new payment providers, banking partners, and liquidity providers globally. The legal work that underpins those relationships needs to move at the same pace as the business. This role exists to make that happen.
You'll own the legal workstream for financial partnerships end-to-end — reviewing and negotiating FP contracts, managing due diligence requests, and advising on the regulatory implications of new products, corridors, and partner structures. You'll work closely with the Head of Legal and report into the legal function, with tight day-to-day collaboration with the Financial Partnerships, Product and Compliance teams.
This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who has done this work before and can operate with a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
Financial Partnership Contracts
- Review, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements with financial partners — payment providers, banking counterparties, liquidity providers, and PSPs
- Own the contract lifecycle end-to-end: preparing markups, tracking open issues, coordinating with counterparties, and driving to execution without losing momentum
- Maintain and update standard form FP agreements as the regulatory and commercial environment evolves
- Advise the Financial Partnerships and Sales teams on commercial terms, entity routing, and deal structuring across multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction arrangements
Financial Partner RFIs & Due Diligence
- Manage inbound legal and regulatory due diligence requests from financial partners — collating documentation, preparing regulatory status summaries, and coordinating with Compliance on AML/CFT-related queries
- Prepare and maintain legal memos, licensing summaries, and corporate documentation packages for partners requiring clarity on Codex's regulatory status and entity structure
- Ensure Codex's outbound KYB documentation to financial partners is accurate, current, and responsive
Product Regulatory Analysis
- Analyse the regulatory implications of new products, payment corridors, and client segments before they go live — identifying licensing requirements, restrictions, and structural considerations across relevant jurisdictions
- Advise Product and Engineering on the legal constraints that affect feature design, entity routing, and market entry sequencing
- Monitor regulatory developments across key jurisdictions (APAC, LATAM, EMEA) and brief the legal and business teams on material changes
What We're Looking For
- Qualified lawyer with 10+ years of experience, ideally combining a first-tier law firm foundation with in-house experience at a fintech payments company
- Deep expertise in financial partnership contracts and payments regulation — this is a domain specialist role, not a generalist one
- Comfortable operating autonomously: you can pick up a complex contract, identify the issues, and drive it to execution without needing significant direction
- Commercially aware — you understand that legal is an enabler of the business, not a gate, and you give advice accordingly
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the communication skills to translate complex legal positions into clear guidance for non-lawyers
- Based in APAC or a time zone that overlaps meaningfully with the team
Nice to Have
- Experience across multiple APAC and other regions and familiarity with the regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments and digital assets in the region
- Exposure to stablecoin or digital asset regulation
- Prior experience as a solo or early legal hire at a fast-growing fintech
