If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through

LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.
About the Position

In recent years, the national supply chain management system has undergone significant evolution, characterized by:

About the Role
You will be the person who makes our AI better at selling. You will read its conversations, notice what is working and what is not, and change the instructions it follows so the next thousand conversations go better.
You do not need to know everything on day one. We will teach you our tools, our playbooks and how to write and test prompts. What we cannot teach is the instinct for conversations, a feel for sales, and the curiosity to dig into the data and ask why.
What You'll Do
Review AI-drafted text messages each day, and approve, edit or rewrite them before they send.
Spot patterns across conversations, such as an opener that gets replies but no orders, and figure out the cause.
Update each brand's prompts and playbook to fix problems at the source, then test the change before it goes live.
Respond to brand requests and turn them into playbook updates.
Help launch new brands: deep research on their brand, write the persona and opening messages, and check that offers work.
Run and track A/B tests, and report what won.
Requirements
You read people well. From one text you can tell whether a shopper is ready to buy, has a question, or is done, and you reply the way a real person would.
You have sales instinct. You answer an objection and then ask for the sale, without arguing or pushing the customer away.
You are curious about data. You can open a table of conversations and ask the right questions: how many, compared to what, at which brand, since when. You notice when a number looks off and go find out why.
You fix the cause, not the symptom. When the AI says something wrong, you look for the reason (a missing fact, a vague rule, two rules that conflict) and fix the instruction so it does not happen again.
You are comfortable with AI tools. You use ChatGPT, Claude or similar tools regularly and understand that how you ask shapes what you get back.
You are online. These are live conversations. You are responsive during working hours and quick to pick things up in Slack.
You learn fast and like feedback. You pick up new tools quickly and want to get better each week.
Nice to Have
Experience in sales (SDR, BDR, retail or any role with a close rate), customer support, or live chat.
Experience at a DTC brand or ecommerce agency.
Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Postscript or similar tools.
Spreadsheet skills, or basic SQL.
Something you have built or automated with AI on your own.
What We'll Teach You
Our console, approval queue and playbook system.
How to write, test and ship prompt changes.
Shopify basics, discount codes and how they combine.
How we run and read A/B tests.
