ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
We're looking for a business value strategist to join our pricing team. You'll partner with sales and customers throughout complex enterprise sales cycles to develop customer-specific value frameworks, build rigorous ROI models and investment cases grounded in operating and financial metrics, and translate Sierra's impact into measurable outcomes such as lower operating costs, incremental revenue, and stronger customer loyalty. You'll also create and scale repeatable, industry-specific business cases and establish Sierra's business value framework from the ground up.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can bring structure to ambiguous problems, develop rigorous analysis, and has strong communciation.
- Support complex enterprise sales cycles by developing ROI models, evaluating tradeoffs, and presenting recommendations to senior decision-makers
- Shape commercial strategy by connecting the value Sierra delivers to our outcomes-based pricing model
- Develop industry-specific benchmarks, frameworks, and tools that make Sierra’s business value clear and repeatable
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in value engineering, monetization strategy, consulting, strategic finance, or a similar role focused on quantifying and communicating business impact
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with a track record of building rigorous ROI models and investment cases

- Ability to partner effectively with sales teams and customer stakeholders across finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building and scaling a business value methodology, program, or center of excellence from the ground up
- Familiarity with AI, conversational AI, or customer service operations
- Previous experience in a zero-to-one startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.

Perplexity is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our growing Finance and Accounting team. You will partner closely with the Payroll Manager to keep US and international payroll accurate, compliant, and timely as the company scales through rapid hiring, global expansion, and increasing complexity in equity and benefits administration.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership from day one, working closely with People Operations, Accounting, Tax, and Equity. The ideal candidate combines strong payroll and systems expertise with sharp attention to detail, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- US and international payroll processing: Own day-to-day processing support for US multi-state semi-monthly payroll and assist with international payroll cycles across approximately 16 countries, working primarily in Rippling.
- Global contractor payroll: Run the monthly global contractor payroll cycle, including timecard submission tracking, manager approval follow-up, and on-schedule contractor payments.
- Pre- and post-payroll audits: Reconcile benefit deductions, 401(k) deferrals, and employer match against payroll journals and deductions exports; flag and resolve discrepancies before paychecks post.
- State tax account administration: Support state-level employer tax account registration and maintenance (SUI and withholding) as the company grows into new states, including migration of legacy accounts inherited from prior PEO arrangements.
- Benefits and 401(k) support: Assist with 401(k) and benefits administration, including contribution monitoring, HCE and nondiscrimination testing support, and COBRA offboarding notices.
- Equity payroll reporting: Support equity and stock-exercise payroll reporting by tracking Carta exercise data, applying correct NSO/ISO tax treatment, and preparing payroll-side entries at quarter-end cutoffs.
- Reimbursements and systems integration: Manage the Rippling-to-NetSuite reimbursement approval chain, ensuring expense reimbursements route and post correctly across systems.
- Employee support: Serve as a first point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, resolving routine questions and escalating complex cases with context.
- Close and compliance support: Maintain clean, audit-ready documentation and support quarter-end and year-end close activities, including W-2s, ACA reporting, 401(k) true-ups, and year-end reconciliations.
- Process improvement: Identify and help implement process improvements that reduce manual work and strengthen controls as payroll volume and jurisdictional complexity increase.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on payroll experience, ideally including multi-state US payroll; international or contractor payroll exposure is a plus.
- Experience establishing and managing US state agency accounts, including troubleshooting agency mailings and invoices for payment, and related account maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of California wage statement requirements, meal and rest break premiums, final pay timing rules, and other state-specific compliance considerations.
- Hands-on experience with a modern payroll/HRIS platform (Rippling, Workday, ADP, Gusto, or similar); Rippling experience preferred.
- Comfort with detailed reconciliation work across benefits deductions, 401(k) match calculations, and payroll-to-GL tie-outs, including strong Excel and Google Sheets skills and the ability to work accurately with large datasets.
- Working knowledge of US payroll tax compliance (SUI, SIT, federal and state withholding) and interest in learning cross-border payroll mechanics.
- Familiarity with equity compensation payroll (RSU, NSO, and ISO taxation) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through — this role exists to catch errors before they reach employees, not just process transactions.
- Clear communicator who can explain payroll and benefits topics to employees and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT PEEC AI
Peec AI is the analytics platform for AI search. People increasingly discover products and make buying decisions through ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews instead of traditional search, and most brands have no idea where they show up in those answers. Peec gives marketing, SEO, and growth teams the data to see exactly that: how visible their brand is across AI platforms, how they compare to competitors, and where to win.
We are defining this category, and the market is moving with us. Peec is a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, that went from $0 to $15M ARR in 18 months, with a 100+ person team across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to build and close pipeline in our larger accounts. Bigger deals, more people in the room, and a real commercial case to make. You'll own it end to end, from the first cold conversation to signature.
You'll build your own pipeline into named accounts, work with the SDR team on coverage, and run the full cycle from there: multi-threading across the account and building the commercial narrative that gets AI search visibility onto a team's budget. We are defining the category, so part of the job is teaching the market what good looks like, not waiting for a buyer who already knows they need this.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own and run the full sales cycle from first meeting to close across mid-market accounts
- Multi-thread across marketing, SEO, growth, and procurement stakeholders, and build the business case that gets a deal signed
- Generate your own pipeline into named accounts, and partner with SDRs and Marketing on targeted outbound and ABM across the patch
- Keep the CRM and pipeline organised, with a strong handle on forecasting and deal progression
- Share customer feedback and work with product and engineering to shape what we build
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in a quota-carrying software sales role, closing mid-market deals end to end
- A consistent track record of overachievement against quota
- Experience running multi-stakeholder deals, including building business cases and navigating procurement
- A builder of your own pipeline: you can point to closed deals that started with your own prospecting, not a lead that landed in your inbox
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability for storytelling
- Comfortable selling in a category that is still being defined, where you shape the buyer's thinking rather than respond to an existing budget line
BONUS POINTS
- Experience selling SEO, analytics, or martech software
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment
- A track record of selling to marketing, SEO, or growth buyers
- Repeatedly achieving president's club
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

ROLE DESCRIPTION
Security is core to Phantom’s product and the trust millions of users place in us. We’re building an AI-native security team that aggressively uses AI to expand the speed, depth, and reach of our work—from code review and threat modeling to vulnerability discovery and security automation. We’re looking for strong security engineers with high agency who can identify the risks that matter, build practical solutions, and take ownership from initial discovery through verified remediation.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role spanning architecture, source code, testing, and production systems across Phantom’s mobile, web, and backend products. You’ll work directly with engineering and product teams, lead complex security initiatives, and build capabilities that scale across the company. At the Staff level, you’ll set technical direction and raise the bar for how Phantom designs, builds, and ships secure products.
This role is fully remote and open to candidates based in the US, UK and Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Security Ownership: Partner with engineering teams to identify and address security risks across Phantom’s mobile applications, web products, APIs, and backend services.
- Architecture and Threat Modeling: Lead security reviews for new products and major architectural changes, with particular attention to authorization boundaries, sensitive data, transaction integrity, key material, and third-party integrations.
- Secure Product Development: Embed practical security controls into the software development lifecycle, from design and implementation through testing, release, and production operation.
- Code Review and Security Testing: Perform AI assisted security code reviews and targeted testing of high-risk features. Build repeatable approaches that help find vulnerabilities before they reach production.
- Security Tooling: Develop and improve tooling that gives engineers fast, actionable security feedback without creating unnecessary friction. Use automation and AI-assisted workflows where they materially improve coverage or speed.
- Software Supply Chain Security: Harden CI/CD, build, and release systems against supply chain threats, including dependency risk, secrets exposure, build provenance, artifact integrity, and compromised developer or automation workflows.
- Vulnerability Management: Triage findings from internal testing, researchers, bug bounty submissions, and third-party assessments. Work with owners to determine real-world impact and drive issues through verified remediation.
- Incident Response: Support the investigation of product security incidents and suspicious activity. Turn lessons from incidents into durable improvements to product architecture, detection, and engineering standards.
- Technical Leadership: Establish product security patterns and expectations across engineering. At the Staff level, lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives and influence architecture beyond any single product team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in product security, application security, security engineering, or software engineering, including experience operating at a senior or staff level.
- Strong understanding of web, mobile, API, and distributed-system security, including authentication, authorization, session management, cryptography, and common vulnerability classes.
- Hands-on experience building or applying AI-assisted security tooling to test applications and APIs, combining automated analysis with source-code review and manual validation.
- Demonstrated ability to review production code in one or more languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Rust, Python and Go.
- Experience securing software supply chains and CI/CD systems, including dependencies, build infrastructure, secrets, artifacts, signing, and release integrity.
- Experience threat modeling complex products and translating security risks into concrete engineering requirements.
- Strong judgment when evaluating exploitability, business impact, and appropriate remediation.
- Track record of partnering effectively with engineering and product teams while maintaining a high security bar.
- Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain technical risk to both engineers and non-security stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience securing consumer financial products, wallets, payments, or other systems where client integrity and transaction safety are critical.
- Familiarity with blockchain systems, smart-contract interactions, transaction simulation, signing workflows, or self-custodial wallet architecture.
- Experience securing browser extensions or native mobile applications.
- Experience building and integrating application-security tooling, static or dynamic analysis, security test infrastructure, or policy-as-code controls.
- Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD systems, and cloud-native service architectures.
- Experience working with bug bounty programs or coordinating external security assessments.
The target base salary for this role will range between $200,000 to $250,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors (such as location) at the point in time of offer.

Moonshot is the “Robinhood for DeFi”—an iOS and Android app that lets anyone trade cryptocurrencies on-chain through a user-friendly interface.
Since our launch in July 2024, we’ve attracted 2M+ users.
Our mission: Make moonshots possible for everyone.
Our vision: Make a world where life-changing financial outcomes are within everyone's reach.
Everyone on our team is both a decision-maker and an implementer—united by a sense of urgency and driven by the conviction that our work can transform global finance. If you thrive on curiosity, welcome tough challenges, and aspire to leave a meaningful mark on the world, Moonshot is the place for you. You’ll run toward the hardest problems alongside high-caliber teammates who consistently push each other to excel and who share your dedication to shaping the future of decentralized finance.
This role is full-time, preferably located in NYC. Open to remote for the right candidate.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We're looking for a Growth Lead to build and run growth at Moonshot from the ground up: strategy, content, paid channels, and the team underneath it all. This is a hands-on, builder role, not a manage-an-agency-and-review-decks job. You'll be in the weeds on campaigns and content while building out the function as we scale.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own growth strategy end-to-end: set the roadmap for user acquisition and engagement, and own the numbers behind it
- Run paid acquisition across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, X Ads, and other platforms as they become relevant
- Drive organic and creator-led growth through UGC and clipping strategies, sourcing, briefing, and scaling content that performs
- Generate and test ideas constantly; you're not waiting for a brief, you're bringing the brief
- Build and lead the team as we scale: hire, onboard, and manage the growth marketers and specialists you need
- Report on and iterate against performance: kill what doesn't work, scale what does, fast
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- A few years of experience scaling a consumer product, as a growth hacker/marketer inside a consumer app (social, fintech, gaming), or at an agency running growth for products like these
- Hands-on channel experience with UGC, clipping/content strategies, and paid social/search
- A scrappy, high-energy operator mindset; you're hungry, hands-on, and thrive building the playbook as you go, not running someone else's
- Comfort with ambiguity and pace; you don't need a fully mapped org or process to start moving
NICE TO HAVES
- Crypto experience, as a retail trader or through work at a crypto company
- Understanding of trader psychology, incentives, and habit loops
COMPENSATION & PACKAGE
- Competitive salary
- Early Equity opportunities
- 5% 401(k) Match
- Health benefits (75% premium coverage) + $150,000 in life insurance coverage
- $1,000 one time office set up stipend
- Flexible PTO

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for an Education Business Development in Madrid!
About Digital Ad Expert by Aleph
Digital Ad Expert (DAE) is Aleph's global education initiative, opening access to digital skills for people across 170+ high-growth markets. Recognized by UNESCO's Global Education Coalition, DAE has reached over 900,000 learners with certifications, platform badges, and expert-led masterclasses spanning digital marketing, AI, analytics, and entrepreneurship.
DAE is entering a new chapter. Behind it sits a full education infrastructure — a multilingual learning platform, a content engine, instructional design standards, and a global learner community — built over five years and ready to be leveraged further. We're building the commercial model that lets that mission scale: partnering with corporate partners, international cooperation organizations, and private capital to fund and grow both the business opportunity and the social impact initiative.
As Education Business Development, you'll be the driving force behind that commercial model — building and closing partnerships with universities, companies, and associations to bring DAE's programs to new markets and new learners. You'll co-define and execute DAE's B2B commercial strategy, turning five years of education infrastructure into sustainable, scalable growth.
What You'll Do
Shape the strategy
, working closely with DAE's Education Lead, on which markets, verticals, and partnership models DAE should pursue — and how its offering should be commercially structured.
Own execution
, leading the full sales cycle to close a small number of high-value, strategic agreements and deals with corporate partners, government opportunities, and/or private capital.
Build and manage a pipeline
of prospective partners — universities, corporate learning teams, associations, and public-sector bodies — qualifying opportunities against DAE's strategic priorities rather than pursuing volume for its own sake.
Represent Education
commercially to internal and external stakeholders, including senior decision-makers at partner institutions
Maintain a feedback loop between sales and content
: flag where the market is asking for programs or skills DAE doesn't yet offer well.
Identify and pursue strategic alliances
, including partnerships with consortia positioned to guarantee external financial support for education-related programs.
What You Need For This Role
6-8 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, partnerships, or business development, with a track record of closing large, long-cycle deals with complex institutional stakeholders
Demonstrated experience helping shape commercial strategy — not only executing a model designed elsewhere, but having a real voice in deciding which markets and partnership types to pursue
Educational Background: Holds a Bachelor's degree or academic equivalent in International Business, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field (MBA with focus on Business Development or Sales is a plus)
Commercially-minded and proactive
, with a genuine drive to identify and generate new business opportunities.
Consultative, solution-selling approach
— comfortable
operating in ambiguity,
moving away from a fixed catalogue to build custom offers for each client, including designing and negotiating bespoke commercial agreements (structure, pricing, scope) from scratch.
Strong communication skills
, both verbal and written — able to adapt tone and content for different audiences (corporate decision-makers, government stakeholders, academic partners).
Fluent English and Spanish, French or Arabic is a plus.
Confident working independently.
Prior experience in education, edtech, corporate training, or professional certifications.
Experience working with international cooperation organizations, development banks, or impact-oriented capital and pursuing external funding for social-impact/ESG initiatives.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 48,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to help our customers succeed in the new era of AI-driven search. In this role, you’ll work closely with leading brands and agencies, onboarding new clients and advising them on how to improve their visibility across search engines, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces. You’ll combine deep SEO expertise with a deep consultative approach, analyzing websites and search performance, running strategic advisory sessions, and translating business goals into actionable organic growth strategies. Working closely with Sales, Growth, and Product, you’ll also help shape how we enable customers and define best practices for succeeding in AI-powered search.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Onboard and activate new key clients, and educate them on how to best leverage Peec AI to become top-ranked in AI search
- Review websites, content, and search performance of key clients to identify AI-search-related opportunities across platforms (search, AI assistants, and emerging generative surfaces)
- Run advisory sessions with leading brands and agencies, turning their growth and brand goals into actionable GEO strategies and roadmaps
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Growth, and Product to refine activation journeys, case studies, and customer enablement programs
- Consult our mid-sized and enterprise clients on GEO-related topics, from overall strategy to hands-on operational execution
- Own the growth and retention of your client portfolio, proactively identifying expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to convert them into upsells
- Monitor account health and usage signals to spot churn risk early, and drive retention through timely, value-focused interventions
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO or organic growth experience, ideally at a top-tier SEO agency
- Deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, search intent, and how organic performance translates into business outcomes
- Strong consulting skills: you’re used to advising clients, presenting strategic recommendations, and constructively challenging their thinking
- Ability to explain SEO concepts in simple, actionable language for marketing and brand teams
- Excitement about the shift from “10 blue links” to generative search, and motivation to be at the frontier of that change
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for high-quality client calls, workshops, and written recommendations
BONUS POINTS
- Experience building frameworks: SEO playbooks, content strategies, or measurement models for clients
- Initial experience with AI search
- Background working with enterprise and other high-touch clients
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed SaaS or marketing tech environment
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Collaborative, high-energy in-office work environment
- Opportunity to make a significant impact and define a new market category
