Our clients include fast-growing startups, digital agencies, SaaS companies, and tech-enabled businesses across industries such as MarTech, FinTech, EdTech, and eCommerce. About the company
A fast-growing performance marketing agency based in the UK, our client specializes in high-impact patient acquisition for the cosmetic dentistry sector. By combining premium creative production with cutting-edge AI-driven sales systems, the team bridges the gap between lead generation and clinical consultations. They provide a comprehensive solution that includes specialized Meta advertising and automated appointment setting, ensuring high-value cases like Invisalign and dental implants reach the practitioners they serve.
The team operates at the intersection of marketing and technology, priding themselves on being early adopters of AI to drive measurable growth. With a strategic, results-focused culture, they offer an environment where innovation is prioritized to help clients outperform local competition. This is an excellent opportunity to join a scaling, specialist firm that values transparent performance and is dedicated to transforming how healthcare providers manage their digital growth and sales pipelines.
Job Type:
Full-time (Exclusive)
Job Summary
We are a high-growth, UK-focused performance marketing agency specializing exclusively in AI-driven patient acquisition for the cosmetic and implant dentistry sector. Unlike generalist agencies, we own the entire funnel—from high-intent Meta ads to a dedicated appointment-setting team that converts leads into deposit-paid consultations. We are looking for a technical, results-driven Senior Specialist to take full ownership of our paid social engine. This is a role for a "Self-Directed Owner" who thrives on solving complex tracking issues in restricted healthcare categories and delivering stable, high-quality lead volume that keeps our sales team busy and our UK dental clients scaling.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end performance of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, including structure, optimization, and scaling across all dental client accounts.
Manage and fix complex conversion tracking setups, including Pixel, CAPI, GTM, server-side tracking, and custom/offline events.
Navigate and implement workarounds for healthcare-restricted categories where standard Meta optimization is limited.
Monitor account health daily, acting immediately on fluctuations in spend, CPL, or lead quality.
Lead client communication for UK-based practice owners via WhatsApp, Google Meet, and detailed Loom performance walkthroughs.
Coordinate lead flow with the internal appointment-setting team to ensure a consistent pipeline for qualification.
Maintain rigorous documentation of tracking configurations and account decisions to ensure a scalable, maintainable system.
Flag performance issues early and escalate to the founder only when accompanied by a clear, recommended fix
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Meta media buying (Facebook/Instagram) with a proven track record of hitting CPL/CPA targets in an agency setting.
Technical expertise in conversion tracking: Deep experience with Stape, GTM, server-side CAPI, and diagnosing broken tracking setups (not just installing basic tags).
Proven experience in restricted or regulated categories (e.g., Healthcare, Finance, Insurance) where standard platform tracking is limited.
Exceptional spoken and written English, with the confidence to lead performance calls and explain complex data to UK business owners.
High-ticket lead generation experience (moving beyond basic e-commerce prospecting).
South Africa-based with a reliable remote setup, including backup power and high-speed internet to manage UK business hours (GMT).
A proactive, ownership-focused mindset—we are looking for a specialist who manages the founder, not the other way around.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms.
Strong instincts for creative and audience testing methodologies.
Proficiency in Looker Studio for advanced performance reporting.
Experience scaling agencies from small client bases to high-volume retainers.

💰 Competitive salary
🌎 Fully remote work environment
🚀 Career growth into a Head of Paid Acquisition role as the agency scales
📈 Long-term stability in a highly profitable, specialized niche
🤝 High level of autonomy and a seat at the core of the business delivery team

We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team works directly with companies building and running AI agents in production, helping turn ideas and prototypes into systems teams can rely on.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team that partners closely with customer engineers across the full lifecycle, from pre-sales evaluations to post-deployment advisory work. The focus is on achieving the technical win, co-designing agent architectures, and helping customers operate agents reliably at scale using the LangChain suite.
Deployed Engineers sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and go-to-market, shaping how LangChain is adopted in the field and feeding real-world insights back into the platform.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Deployed Engineer…You’ll work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI — not demos, not research, but systems that real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is visible, and the work you do directly shapes how AI agents are built in the real world.
This will be a hybrid in office role in Chicago, IL.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams
- Own the technical win in pre-sales by designing POCs, answering deep technical questions, and guiding evaluations
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions
- Run technical demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences
- Surface field feedback and contribute reusable patterns, cookbooks, and example code that scale across customers
- Occasionally contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
- Travel to customers up to 25% of the time
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role (software engineering, customer engineering, solutions engineering, founding/product engineering), ideally in a startup or scale-up
- Strong Python, JavaScript and systems fundamentals
- Have designed agent-based or LLM-powered applications beyond simple API calls, including multi-step workflows, orchestration, and failure handling
- Are comfortable working directly with customers during POCs, architecture reviews, and technical evaluations
- Can explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences
- Take responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- Have a bias toward action and enjoy figuring things out as you go
- Are excited about operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVE’S
- You’ve deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Worked with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Have experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Have shipped and operated production software and are comfortable owning systems under real-world constraints
COMPENSATION:
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.

We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Pinecone's mission is to make AI knowledgeable. For more information, visit pinecone.io http://pinecone.io.
About the Team and Role:
We are hiring a senior/staff software engineer to help design and build core components of our next-generation knowledge retrieval system built for the AI era – search and retrieval infrastructure that powers high-quality, scalable, and enterprise-grade agentic systems. You’ll build the framework that allows our customers to connect knowledge–synthesized from structured and unstructured data–to modern LLM-powered applications, leveraging the world’s best-in-class vector DB supporting semantic search and hybrid retrieval. This role is ideal for someone who loves backend system architecture, distributed systems, and applied AI infrastructure. It is a high impact role with significant ownership across architecture, performance, and system reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable platform components leveraging advanced retrieval via query planning, semantic and hybrid search, metadata-aware search, and LLM generation
- Design and build optimized indexing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Build backend services for semantic and hybrid retrieval, knowledge graph construction, and retrieval orchestration
- Improve retrieval quality through evaluation and observability frameworks
- Design APIs for internal and external user and agentic consumers
- Optimize latency, throughput and cost across large-scale inference and retrieval workloads
- Drive technical direction for reliability and security
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
To thrive in this role, you don't need to check every single box, but you should be deeply passionate about how to turn data into knowledge.
Systems Expertise
- Architectural Depth: You have a proven track record (typically 6+ years) of shipping production-grade backends for large-scale systems. You don’t just write code; you design for high throughput, low latency, and long-term maintainability.
- Data Engineering Savvy: You’re comfortable building high-throughput indexing pipelines that handle both the messy world of unstructured data and the rigid world of structured schemas.
AI & Retrieval
- Retrieval Intuition: You understand that "search" is more than just a keyword match. You have direct experience (or deep theoretical knowledge) in semantic search, vector databases, hybrid retrieval strategies, or with traditional search engines like Elastic or OpenSearch.
- RAG & Orchestration: You understand the nuances of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns, from embedding pipelines and hybrid search techniques to how query planning and metadata filtering can make or break an LLM's performance.
Technical
- Language Fluency: You are an expert in at least one major language like Go, Rust, C++, Java, or Python.
- Infrastructure: Familiarity and experience with modern infrastructure tools, such as Kubernetes, cloud-native architectures, and observability frameworks, as well as infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
Ownership & Impact
- Product Thinking: You don't just build to spec; you build for the user. You can design clean, intuitive APIs that both human developers and autonomous agents will love.
- Ambiguity Navigator: You’re comfortable in a high-growth environment. You prefer "owning a problem" over "executing a ticket."
Bonus Points
- Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
- Experience with retrieval evaluation frameworks—knowing how to actually measure "good" search results.
- Experience with query planning or agentic reasoning loops (e.g., teaching a system how to break down a complex prompt into multiple specific steps).
Perks & Benefits:
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, and mental health resources
- 401(k) Plan
- Equity award
- Flexible time off
- Paid parental leave
- Annual Company Retreat
- WFH Equipment Stipend

San Mateo, CA (hybrid)
Role Summary:
Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation) is seeking a Change & GTM Commercial Manager to shape and deliver strategic e-commerce initiatives at global scale. This role goes beyond project delivery: you will turn customer, market, and trading insights into clear commercial strategies and own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle, from opportunity sizing and value proposition through launch, adoption, retention, and continuous optimization. You will help improve how players discover, evaluate, purchase, and engage with PlayStation products and services across the Direct to Consumer (D2C) business. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Marketing, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver measurable customer and commercial value. This role requires a commercially minded, data-savvy operator who can frame ambiguous problems, work hands-on with data, influence strategic choices, and translate insight into execution with pace and agility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Shape e-commerce and GTM strategy -
define the customer problem, identify priority segments, and shape the value proposition, market sequencing, channel approach, and commercial roadmap.
Drive analytical decision-making -
analyze customer journeys, growth funnels, trading performance, and behavioral data to identify opportunities, diagnose performance gaps, and recommend clear actions.
Build commercial cases and KPI frameworks
-
forecast and monitor outcomes including traffic, acquisition, conversion, basket size and average order value, purchase frequency, repeat purchase, LTV, and incremental revenue; use the evidence to guide investment and prioritization choices.
Embed experimentation and personalization
- partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Data Science to design A/B tests, apply segmentation and predictive insights, and improve customer relevance and conversion.
Own the full GTM lifecycle -
connect commercial strategy to launch planning, customer activation, market readiness, adoption, retention, learning, and continuous optimization.
Create performance visibility -
build dashboards, decision-ready reporting, and review rhythms that turn data into recommendations, owners, and measurable performance improvements.
Lead cross-functional orchestration and change -
align global teams around customer outcomes, commercial goals, decisions, risks, dependencies, and business readiness; influence stakeholders through clear analysis and compelling narratives.
Build scalable e-commerce playbooks -
codify repeatable approaches for segmentation, proposition development, launch, experimentation, adoption, optimization, and transfer into business-as-usual ownership.

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations.
Trusted by global leaders like Canva, HubSpot, Tripadvisor, Bosch, and Deutsche Telekom, we’re building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are growing rapidly and committed to transforming how AI understands and interacts with data.
As a remote-first company, we believe diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences fuel innovation. Here, you’ll own meaningful work, tackle challenges, and grow alongside passionate individuals dedicated to shaping the future of AI.
We are looking for a Mid-Level Security Engineer to own the hands-on engineering and operational work within our security program. You will be embedded in the Cloud Engineering team, report into the Security Officer, and work closely together to identify risks, set priorities, and drive security issues through remediation. You will act as a security enabler across all Product & Engineering.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Run our public bug bounty program: triage reports, reproduce and validate findings, communicate clearly with security researchers, and drive remediation through to closure.
- Investigate reported vulnerabilities at the code level, including our Rust core, Go and Python tooling.
- Enable engineers to build secure systems: provide tooling, paved-road defaults, documentation, and practical guidance so security is the easy path, not a checkpoint.
- Partner with engineering teams to design, review, and verify fixes, and set clear security requirements on changes where the risk warrants it.
- Harden and maintain our GitHub organization’s security posture, including secret scanning, push protection, branch protection and rulesets, dependency alerts, and code scanning, in partnership with the engineering teams that use these repositories daily.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and related infrastructure.
- Track and report security metrics (vulnerability remediation SLAs, MTTR, patch latency, critical findings) and keep reporting current for the Security Officer.
- Implement, configure, and maintain security tooling across our development and cloud environments.
- Support security incident response, including investigation, containment, remediation, and follow-up.
- Maintain clear, complete, and auditable records of vulnerability and incident work in our tracking systems.
- Build security automation and guardrails that scale across the development lifecycle: CI/CD security checks, policy-as-code, GitHub automation, and automated cloud security controls, so secure defaults are enforced by tooling rather than review.
- Participate in threat modeling and architecture reviews for new services and major changes.
We are also building out our ISMS, which creates opportunities to contribute to security-tooling evaluations, technical vendor assessments, and proof-of-concept work. Formal compliance ownership, vendor risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires remain with the Security Officer.
This is a hands-on technical role focused on security engineering, vulnerability management, and incident response. The Security Officer owns compliance, formal third-party risk assessments, and customer security questionnaires, allowing you to focus primarily on engineering work. On-call expectations are low: there is no formal rotation, though occasional availability for high-severity incidents is expected.
WHO YOU ARE
- You can read and navigate an unfamiliar codebase (Rust, Go, Python) well enough to validate a vulnerability report, trace its impact, and judge whether a proposed fix actually closes it.
- You write and maintain automation and security tooling comfortably, and can hold a credible technical conversation in code review.
- Experience triaging vulnerability reports or working with a bug bounty program, vulnerability disclosure program, product security team, or similar function.
- Practical knowledge of cloud and container security, particularly AWS and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with GitHub security features and securing CI/CD pipelines.
- The ability to investigate alerts and vulnerabilities methodically, distinguish genuine risk from noise, and recommend proportionate remediation.
- Clear written communication skills for working with external researchers and internal engineering teams.
- A self-directed approach and comfort independently managing a security queue.
- 3+ years in a hands-on security engineering, product security, or vulnerability management role.
Nice to have
- An offensive security background, such as penetration testing, CTF participation, vulnerability research, or exploit analysis.
- Experience working in an open-source company or contributing security improvements to open-source projects.
- Familiarity with cloud-native incident response.
WHY JOIN US
- A remote-first, international team working on cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
- A competitive salary with additional perks.
- Flexible working hours and async-friendly culture.
- High ownership and real impact.
- Open-source, engineering-driven culture.
- Choose your own laptop equipment.
For US-based full-time employees, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package including 401k match, health, dental, and vision insurance, plus flexible PTO policy.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sierra is growing fast, and product marketing sits at the center of how we go to market. You'll make sure customers and prospects understand what we build, why it matters to their industry and role, and why Sierra is the right choice. You'll own positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and content, working closely with product, sales, agent development and the rest of marketing.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shape how we tell our story. You’re a passionate product marketer, energized by messaging and positioning and skilled at building a message for a feature, product, industry or buyer. One day you may update web copy, the next you build an event session, craft a sales narrative, write a launch blog post, or create content for a campaign.
- Lead product launches. When a product or new feature ships, you lead how we go to market - the messaging, the assets, and the sales enablement. Sometimes this means translating to industries or buyers.
- Arm our sales team. You build and maintain the playbooks and assets our GTM teams use to sell including slide decks, landing pages, demos and more.
- Build with AI-first. You’re AI fluent, and your first instinct is to self-serve and improve how you work. You’ll help build the automations, templates, and systems that keep our work consistent across industries and workstreams.
- Go wide and deep. You flex across channels and activations, and you can go deep on one area, such as an industry vertical, a persona, or our web strategy. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, and you like to build.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 4+ years of B2B or B2C product marketing experience.
- Expertise in positioning and messaging, leading product or feature launches, and building sales-facing and customer-facing assets for different audiences and industries.
- Strong operational instincts. You think in process, systems, and repeatable frameworks, and you’re comfortable building structure where none exists.
- Fluency with tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster and automate where it makes sense.
- A passion for storytelling and experience building presentations in Google Slides.
- Comfort being on a lean team that’s still being defined, and enthusiasm for shaping how it works.
SAMPLE PROJECTS
- Take a new product from roadmap to launch: positioning, messaging, sales assets, enablement, and demo.
- Go deep on an industry and understand how our product can help that segment, build messaging that resonates, and downstream assets.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses.
ABOUT THE RETAIL TEAM
- Sierra is partnering with a large and growing number of retailers - spanning apparel and beauty, grocery and big-box, home and auto, consumer services, marketplaces, and consumer technology. Our agents help millions of shoppers and members every day: tracking and returning orders, finding the right product, booking services, and resolving issues in each brand’s own voice.
- Retail is also where AI agents go beyond support to generate revenue. From product discovery and personalized recommendations to cart recovery, win-back campaigns, and in-store support that turns unanswered store calls into visits and sales, our team is redefining what an agent can do for a brand’s top line - not just its cost line.
- Join us to transform how the world’s most-loved consumer brands engage their customers - and help build technology that makes shopping more personal, effortless, and delightful for everyone.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prospecting & lead generation: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and cold calling. Build new relationships with our enterprise customers and prospects to drive revenue, pipeline, and deployment capacity.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
- Negotiating & closing complex deal cycles: Lead negotiations with existing and prospective customers, addressing objections and closing deals. Navigate contracts and agreements quickly and effectively, working closely with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Sales strategy & planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Craft tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet our enterprise customers needs. Collaborate with our marketing team to implement effective sales campaigns and presentations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our broader GTM team, as well as our product, technical and operations orgs to deliver our industry-leading product.
- Operate as an AI-native seller: Leverage AI tools across the full sales cycle- account research, personalized outreach, call summarization, pipeline forecasting, and deal execution- to automate low-value tasks and reinvest that time into high-value customer relationships, while continuously adopting and experimenting with new tools to work faster and smarter than traditional methods allow.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
