About the Opportunity:
IDT’s Retail division is looking for an energetic, hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM). In this role, you won't just manage a route—you will be a growth partner for small businesses. Drive NRS Product Sales:
Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS Point-of-Sale (POS) devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
Manage an Assigned Route:
Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
Open New Retail Doors:
Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
Onboard & Support Customers:
Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
Handle Operations & Inventory:
Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.
What we are looking for:
Experience:
1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles. Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
Language:

are highly preferred to support our diverse customer base.

Excellent benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k with employer match, and PTO).

This is a general track role, hiring for every team at Canonical who works in Python, across all levels of seniority. Apply here if you believe you are already an outstanding Python engineer.
Canonical works across the entire open source spectrum. Canonical Ubuntu is well-known as a developer favourite and enterprise-friendly Linux. At Canonical, you will have the opportunity to make significant contributions through high-quality, idiomatic Python code.
Your team will own a product that may comprise several codebases. These may be intended to run on servers, or on Kubernetes, or on the desktop, or as web services for Ubuntu clients. They may be utilities or frameworks or tools, or part of our production process.
Additionally, this role will give you the opportunity to engage with the broader open-source community. We're looking for individuals who can help build a thriving community, contribute to a broad range of technologies, and ensure seamless software operations at scale.
Location: we have remote Python engineering roles in every time zone.

Well-organised, self-starting and able to deliver to schedule
Professional manner interacting with colleagues, partners, and community
Experience writing thoroughly designed, modern, maintainable Python
Conscientiousness and detail orientation, with a focus on performance
Professional written and spoken English
Experience with Linux (Debian or Ubuntu preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, flexibility, and accountability
Passion, thoughtfulness, and self-motivation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments

The OpenSearch team is, among other things, focused on creating the best enterprise automation solution for search and analytics suites like OpenSearch and Elasticsearch.
We have a number of openings we are looking to hire across a range of levels. We will help you identify a suitable position depending on your experience and interests. Write high-quality, idiomatic Python code to create new features
Debug issues and interact with upstream communities publicly
Work with helpful and talented engineers including experts in a diverse set of fields
Work from home with global travel for 2 to 4 weeks per year for internal and external events
What we are looking for in you
Proven hands-on experience in software development using Python
Proven hands-on experience in distributed systems development
Bachelor’s or equivalent in Computer Science, STEM, or a similar degree
Willingness to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events
Additional skills that you might also bring
You might also bring a subset of experience from the following, which will determine the exact role and level we consider you for:
Experience
operating and managing search and analytics engines like Elasticsearch, Logstash, KIbana, and OpenSearch
Experience
with Linux systems administration, package management, and operations
Experience with the public cloud or a private cloud solution like OpenStack
Experience with operating Kubernetes clusters and a belief that it can be used for serious persistent data services
