The Role

The impact of your work will shape how users and enterprises interact with AI, unlocking new possibilities for automation, intelligence, and efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Define and evangelize a clear product strategy for our Context & Search platform, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
- Lead market and UX research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends in enterprise AI.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, balancing speed, quality, and user-centric design.
- Collaborate with design and research teams to create intuitive, high-impact user experiences, iteratively refined by data and feedback.
- Drive go-to-market efforts, including pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies, in partnership with marketing and sales.
- Align engineering, design, and business teams around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain a dynamic roadmap that delivers quick wins while advancing long-term strategic bets.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably with a focus on Agentic AI, Context Engineering, Data platforms, MCP/Connectors, Search, Ontology and semantic layers in B2B/Enterprise environments.
- Strong technical fluency to navigate trade-offs and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- A relentless focus on solving real user problems, backed by data and qualitative insights.
- Proven ability to align and inspire cross-functional teams—engineering, design, and go-to-market—without direct authority.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for executives, teams, and users.
- Adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments where priorities shift rapidly.
- Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative mindset to build trust and drive decisions through clarity.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience turning 0→1 ideas into products users love, and the autonomy to own outcomes end-to-end.

Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Mistral partners with the leaders of their industries to redefine how their most complex, high-stakes challenges are solved with frontier AI.
As a Solutions Operations Manager for our strategic accounts, you act as the Technical Program Manager to the account leadership: you sit at the heart of the transformation, working with the client's leadership and with Mistral's best deployment strategists, forward-deployed engineers and applied scientists. You own technical program management end-to-end, planning, governance, execution, while also running the day-to-day operations of the accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone with a solid technical background who has led complex programs and is equally comfortable on running operations. You embed in an account, own the outcome, and bring AI into the day-to-day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the operational backbone of the account, you act as the right hand to the Program Lead, ensuring Mistral sets the standard for execution, speed, and collaboration with the client. Your role blends technical program management, hands-on delivery governance, and day-to-day operations.
GOVERNANCE & STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT
- Ensure the Program Lead’s vision is clearly articulated and adopted by both Mistral’s account team and the client
- Drive alignment between client stakeholders and Mistral teams to ensure shared priorities and high-quality delivery standards
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making for leadership through weekly cadences, steering committee prep, and risk dashboards.
STRATEGIC SCOPING & VALUE DEFINITION
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, operating model, and strategic priorities
- Partner with the Program Lead and Account team to scope transformative programs, identify and define use cases, and build a clear business case and value framework
- Translate strategic ambition into measurable outcomes and track the long-term business impact of each program
DELIVERY & EXECUTION
- Own delivery frameworks: timelines, milestones, reporting, proactively securing commitments and flagging risks or delays early.
- Optimize delivery processes by identifying friction points and standardizing workflows to enhance quality and predictability.
- Run the account's logistics for Mistral team going on site (access, security, meetings)
OPERATIONAL INNOVATION & AUTOMATION
- Build and enhance Mistral’s platform and internal tools to empower program delivery with scalable, tailored solutions
- Automate workflows to eliminate manual friction in planning, reporting, and follow-ups, accelerating execution and reducing operational overhead
WHO YOU ARE
- Technical foundation. You have an engineering or equivalent technical background and 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager (or similar) delivering complex, multi-stakeholder technical programs at a tech company, scale-up, or enterprise.
- AI-fluent. You genuinely use AI tools to automate your own work: drafting, analysis, reporting, PMO tasks. You're comfortable building and iterating on automations.
- High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see the gap, you close it, and you raise the standard as you go.
- Customer-centric. You can hold a room with senior enterprise stakeholders and translate between business strategy and technical delivery.
- Meticulous and reliable. Ownership to the last detail; nothing falls through the cracks on your watch.
- Adaptable. Comfortable operating in ambiguity and a fast-moving environment; bias to action over process for its own sake.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in enterprise software, AI, or deep-tech delivery environments.
- Exposure to change management / adoption at scale within large organizations.
- Hands-on experience automating workflows with LLMs or building internal tooling.
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Location: Paris, with travel expected ~30% of your time to customer sites (Europe)
- Team: Solutions Org, reporting into the Solutions leadership.
- Scope: One or several strategic accounts.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.

- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or capital markets (international payment rails, FX, multi-currency ledgers)
- Familiarity with financial concepts: multi-currency accounting, reconciliation, cross-border compliance
- Experience integrating with third-party financial APIs or international banking partners
- Interest in or exposure to international regulatory environments and compliance requirements
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity
