- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The ElevenLabs Impact Program exists to democratize access to our technology and make AI work for all people, supporting for-good use cases across healthcare, education, and culture. Today, our work includes providing free and discounted access to nonprofits, partnering with university professors to bring voice AI into the classroom and the research lab, and working to restore the voices of one million people living with permanent voice loss through our 1 Million Voices initiative (learn more at elevenlabs.io/impact http://elevenlabs.io/impact). We're looking for a Producer to own the external storytelling and event presence for Impact, a role that coordinates PR, agency management, social launches, documentary-style case studies, and event production. This is a hands-on, in-house role: you're the person who makes sure every launch, film, and activation meets (or, ideally raises) the bar of the rest of the company's output, working closely with our internal Design, Comms, and Events teams, and, when applicable, with the external agencies and production teams supporting PR, film, and creative execution. Much of Impact’s work is made with people who live with a disability, or are members of vulnerable communities. You will ensure their views carry equal weight and their input helps shape every project, from first conversation to final cut. As Impact's first dedicated producer, you'll build the production and launch engine for a team whose external footprint is scaling fast; this quarter alone includes more than five events, six documentaries in production, two live ElevenLabs Summit sessions, a partner launch every month, and several more case studies in flight.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Coordinate production of Impact's documentary case studies: travel and work onsite for filming when needed, work closely with external production and direction teams, bringing opinions on story and craft, and partner with our Design team to make sure every film meets ElevenLabs' bar and brand guidelines.
- Work alongside subjects of our case studies, many of whom live with a disability, as equals and ensure that the production team does the same. You will build in consent, access needs, and editorial input at every stage to ensure alignment in how the story is told, cut, and shared.
- Plan and execute Impact's conferences and activations alongside the Events team, turning each one into an in-person moment that drives real ROI and leaves a lasting impression, with Impact's own storytelling angle built in.
- Support Comms in telling Impact's story through PR, coordinating with Comms and, when applicable, a PR agency to keep press windows and partner announcements on track, and helping make sure Impact's international stories get told well as the program expands globally.
- Partner with Design to keep all video and static collateral on-brand, advocating for a high creative standard and Impact’s lens.
- Carry a consistent visual and narrative thread across launches, blog content, and ElevenLabs Summit presentations.
- Draft copy for social and blog content, collaborating with Comms to land a final draft, and with Design on all launch-related visual assets.
- Manage multiple concurrent launches, shoots, and events at once.
REQUIREMENTS
- A great project manager with a sharp creative eye, someone who runs cross-functional logistics flawlessly, has real taste, and will push the team to hit it.
- Proven practical experience working with vulnerable communities, especially people living with a disability, and ensuring they are provided the time, space and accommodation to be equal partners in high-pressure productions, on tight timelines, and in public.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of juggling several production timelines at once.
- Creative or production background (agency, marketing, in-house brand/content team, documentary or branded content) comfortable being on set and in the room with Design, not just commissioning the work.
- Strong writing and visual taste; can tell when something is on-brand and polish-worthy.
- 2-5 years of experience in production, events, or brand marketing.
- Comfortable traveling for shoots and events.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. - Maintain and grow revenue and usage within your book of business by identifying, pitching, and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and execute detailed account and territory plans, including QBRs and executive reviews that highlight results, surface risks, and align on future growth
- Lead frequent customer conversations (status calls, roadmap discussions, upsell conversations, and QBRs) to ensure customers are achieving strong outcomes with Ramp
- Own end-to-end execution of renewals and expansions, from discovery and solution design through commercial negotiation and close
- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way
WHAT YOU NEED
- 9+ years of experience as a Account Manager or Account Executive
- 3+ years managing strategic Enterprise accounts (2,500+ employees or Fortune 1000) with proven commercial ownership
- Strong familiarity with Fintech, Payments, Finance/Accounting, or B2B SaaS products
- Demonstrated success negotiating and closing complex six-figure renewals and upsells
- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
- Deep sense of ownership with the ability to build processes, playbooks, and documentation from 0→1 as strategic customers push the limits of Ramp’s platform and require new, scalable solutions
- Strong executive communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and at the C-suite

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We’re looking for a Brand Designer to join the Figma Brand Studio and focus on designing for the web. This role will help up-level some of our most important surfaces—our marketing websites—in brand-forward, novel, and unexpected ways.
This role sits at the intersection of web design, software storytelling, and brand. You’ll need expert visual and UX instincts, a deep curiosity about our products, and a point of view on how to make product stories land on the web—showing what Figma can do, not just telling. You’re someone who loves to tinker and experiment. You have a deep understanding of accessibility, and you’re comfortable taking ideas from early sketch to working prototype, partnering with web engineers to bring new patterns and interactions to life. Working closely across Brand and Marketing, you’ll shape everything from site structure and navigation to launch, campaign, and event experiences. You’ll also help evolve the web design system that helps the team ship quality work at speed. You’ll play a central role in defining how Figma shows up on the web through experiences that are inventive, accessible, and beautifully crafted.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Own and drive best-in-class UX and visual design across Figma’s marketing websites, from concept through prototype and production
Tell Figma’s software story on the web in compelling, inventive ways, working with Product Marketing and Content Strategy to show (not just tell) what our products can do
Prototype and develop new web patterns and interactions that move past standard SaaS conventions, and partner with web engineers to make them real
Design brand-forward web experiences for launches, campaigns, and events that feel novel and unexpected, while staying accessible and performant
Shape site structure, information architecture, and navigation to better bring our content strategy to life and serve customers’ needs
Evolve and contribute to our web design system, including templates and components that help the team ship quality work at speed
Share learnings, experiments, and techniques with Brand Studio and partners to raise the bar across the org
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years designing websites, with a portfolio that shows creative range, strong visual, interaction, and typographic craft, and a clear point of view on telling software stories on the web
Fluency designing, prototyping, and building with Figma, and curiosity about new design, build, and AI tools, with clear opinions on how and when to use them
Strong systems thinking, grounded in information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices, and experience contributing to and evolving design systems and templates
Experience using research and data to run experiments and drive decisions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to drive concepts from start to finish on your own, partnering closely with design, copy, strategy, engineering, product marketing, and growth along the way
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. About the Role
You'll own business readiness, attraction, and pipeline health for Courier hiring across the business, a new area for Platform Hiring. You'll translate business needs into hiring plans, validate demand against strategy and cost, coordinate Marketing and sourcing partners, activate roles when requirements are complete, and monitor progress against hiring dates.
As the senior business-facing partner for Courier, you'll advise business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence. You'll proactively coordinate blockers across onboarding, background checks, training capacity, HR, and local operations.
You'll also identify recurring friction and work with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will

Own market and business exceptions that require context beyond the standard platform workflow.
Support approved candidate-facing exceptions, including local-language communication, offer delivery, or low-volume work, while maintaining the standard platform workflow wherever possible.
Identify recurring friction and bring evidence, volume, impact, and recommended solutions to the Platform Hiring Manager and PM Team.
Identify automation and AI use cases, adopt approved solutions, and track their impact on manual work, decision speed, and hiring delivery.
Build the foundations, documentation, processes, and stakeholder relationships that can support a future dedicated Courier hiring capability as the business scales.

Create clear, structured business documentation, including process documentation, recommendations, and stakeholder updates that enable effective alignment.
Use a process improvement mindset to identify root causes, simplify ways of working, and continuously improve the hiring operating model (experience with Lean Six Sigma principles would be a bonus but not a must).

We're excited about you because
You have 6+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, high-volume hiring, recruiting operations, or a consultative program/business partnership role.
You have 3+ years of experience managing and influencing senior stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
You have experience translating complex or evolving demand into hiring plans and advising business leaders on hiring strategy.
You are comfortable operating in an environment where the operating model is still being established and requirements can change as the business develops.
You have experience using hiring data, funnel performance, and market insights to challenge assumptions and recommend action.
You demonstrate strong business judgment and can balance speed, quality, cost, candidate experience, and operational constraints.
You communicate clearly and proactively, particularly when surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You can build effective cross-functional partnerships across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development.
You have experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable ways of working.

In this role you will often work as a team with a copywriter partner, but you’ll also collaborate with designers, writers, marketers and engineers across the org. You will be responsible for all aspects of creative development and production on integrated brand campaigns and projects large and small, and you will be leading creative voice in some of our biggest brand moments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Be a highly conceptual thinker with strong storytelling and design skills.
- Develop big ideas and bring them to life through every stage of production.
- Own large and small brand projects and campaigns from kickoff to completion, often balancing multiple projects at once.
- Be a maker-owner, but also a director-delegator, and find the right balance between those two roles for each project.
- Provide art direction on visual design for integrated brand campaigns and projects of various scales and types – from film, social, digital, to interactive experiences.
- Be a creative and strategic thinker who can see how creativity can solve business problems.
- Use AI in a variety of ways. Whether it’s moving ideas into functional prototypes, drafts, mockups or animatics that can be evaluated more quickly, or developing and refining AI workflows for internally created assets.
- Present work in a clear, passionate and dynamic way, championing the creative and vision to internal stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with outside production partners when necessary.
Skills You Bring
- 6-10+ years of experience as an Art Director (agency experience preferred, but not necessary).
- Ability to concept and art direct, developing storyboards, comps or animatics without assistance from the Design team
- Extensive experience with integrated campaigns, from strategic development through creative development and delivery
- Production experience across all platforms - film, digital, social, and print
- Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite and able to be a hands-on creative delivering comps, layouts, and assets across all media types as well as give direction to studio designers where applicable
- Familiarity with AI image and video generation tools.
- A truly collaborative creative approach.
- Give and receive constructive feedback in a respectful manner
- Travel for production when necessary.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Wrike, you will own, protect, and exponentially grow the strategic relationship for a high-value portfolio of Enterprise accounts across EMEA. Wrike has evolved beyond standard project management into a trusted work delivery platform for people and AI, and in this role, you will be the chief architect of that vision for our most strategic clients.
In this role, you are a strategic business consultant and a trusted advisor. You will guide client executives through complex business transformations, leveraging cutting-edge Wrike AI Agents, Wrike Copilot, and visual collaboration tools to map, optimize, and scale business workflows. You will partner deeply with Sales, Renewals, and Product counterparts to deliver on the transformational vision and establish Wrike as the clients' long-term operating system of record.
Your Impact:
Strategic Portfolio Ownership:
Proactively manage a highly diverse and complex book of EMEA (mainly UK) Enterprise accounts, serving as their strategic partner, executive liaison, and primary advocate.
Build Stakeholder Relationships:
Establish a multi-layered relationship structure - including Centers of Excellence - connecting with administrators, day-to-day champions, and executive-level sponsors (VPs, C-suite).
Co-Create Success Plans & Workflows:
Build scalable and highly digestible Success Plans that capture the client's transformational vision and a measurable roadmap to build it out.
Play Offense:
Actively hunt for expansion paths within your portfolio. You will not wait for renewals to talk about growth; instead, you will proactively identify new teams to land, pitch advanced AI use cases, and systematically build a high-velocity expansion pipeline in lockstep with Sales.
Commercial Growth & Retention:
Meet individual Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, mapping customer growth plans, and mitigating churn risks early.
Operational Excellence:
You will continuously iterate on processes, develop new workflow playbooks, and share documented learnings across the broader organization.
Your Qualifications:
Proven GTM Track Record:
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Business Consulting roles within the SaaS space, with a verified track record of managing $1M+ ARR accounts.
Change Management & COE Mastery:
Proven expertise in guiding large-scale organizations through complex software rollouts and operational transformations by mapping and navigating stakeholder management and building internal Centers of Excellence (COEs).
Executive Presence & Storytelling:
Highly polished communication skills with a proven capability to establish radical trust, navigate political dynamics, and present quantified business value/ROI to C-suite and VP-level technology leaders.
Commercial Acumen & C-Suite Framing:
A proven history of partnering with Sales to build joint account plans, identify upsell opportunities, and guide customers through complex buying cycles. You possess a deep understanding of enterprise procurement processes and are highly skilled at framing the business and operational value of a product to C-level audiences, translating technical features into hard cost savings, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency.
Workflow Consulting Expertise:
Ability to run structured, outcome-led Workflow Discoveries and reverse demos to map customer business processes directly into Wrike and identify adjacent opportunities.
Technical & Integration Literacy:
Strong comfort with tech ecosystems; ability to discuss complex system integrations, data analytics, and address technical hurdles (such as API webhooks or integration recipes) in lockstep with supporting teams.
AI-Enabled Capability:
Strong literacy and hands-on experience embedding practical Generative AI tools into daily operations.
Standout Qualities:
Vertical Specialization:
You have deep domain expertise in one or more core industry verticals (e.g., Marketing, Creative Agencies, PMOs) and can build reusable workflow playbooks for the team.
Certified Change Management Coach:
You have experience guiding organizations through large-scale software rollouts and operational change management.
Certified Project Manager:
You hold a recognized industry certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum) and possess a formal understanding of project management methodologies to easily translate complex client workflows into structured, high-performing configurations.
Peer Mentor:
You naturally seek opportunities to mentor junior team members, share best practices, and contribute to the collective enablement of the Customer Success organization.
Team Dynamics:
You will join a high-performing, collaborative EMEA Customer Success team that values transparency, continuous learning, and collective growth. We work cross-functionally, sharing insights across Sales, Product, Renewals, and Support to ensure our customers have a unified experience. As a senior member of this team, you will play a key role in running internal enablement sessions and shaping best practices.
