ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is seeking a 2LoD Compliance Strategist to provide dedicated independent second-line assurance across Ramp UK & Irish regulated businesses.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn regulatory expectations into a practical, evidence-led monitoring and assurance programme.
The role sits within Ramp's Europe Compliance function and supports the Head of Compliance & MLRO - Europe. You will not own first-line operational decisions or perform routine casework. Instead, you will independently test and challenge the design and operation of financial-crime, safeguarding, payments, outsourcing, governance, and regulatory-change controls. You will make sure that findings are understood, remediated by accountable owners, and independently validated before closure.
Ramp Payments Europe is developing across multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, payment rails, banking partners, product journeys, and shared Group services. The successful candidate will help give management and Boards a clear, reliable view of whether controls work in practice and where action is needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Run a practical, risk-based compliance monitoring programme across Ramps European entities.
- Test key controls and identify gaps, with a focus on whether they work in practice.
- Support assurance over financial-crime, payments, safeguarding, and outsourced-service controls.
- Track regulatory, Board, partner, audit, and internal commitments to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Manage findings and remediation, helping accountable teams resolve issues and confirming actions are closed.
- Produce clear reporting for management and Boards on key risks, control issues, incidents, and progress.
- Provide independent compliance input and advisory on significant product, payments, outsourcing, and operational changes.
- Deputise for the Head of Compliance & MLRO where required.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Min. 4 year of experience in compliance, risk, audit, controls, or regulatory change within payments, fintech, banking, or another regulated environment.
- Experience supporting compliance monitoring, control testing, issue management, remediation, or governance reporting.
- Working knowledge of UK and/or EU financial-services regulation, with the ability to apply requirements pragmatically in a fast-moving environment.
- Familiarity with financial-crime controls such as customer due diligence, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, or record keeping.
- An interest in areas such as payments, safeguarding, outsourcing, operational resilience, or third-party oversight.
- Strong judgement and communication skills, with the confidence to identify issues, explain risk clearly, and work constructively with stakeholders.
- Comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Curious about using AI responsibly to improve compliance analysis, monitoring, or documentation.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience in a UK payment institution, e-money institution, bank, card issuer, acquiring business, or payments fintech.
- Experience supporting FCA-facing work, banking-partner due diligence requirements.
- Experience with Consumer Duty, safeguarding, or formal outsourcing governance.
- Professional compliance, audit, risk, or financial-crime qualification.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is launching payments across the EU through its Swedish payment institution. Our European operations team (Europs) onboards European businesses and keeps them trading, across Ramp's own regulated entities and our card-issuing and payments partners. We're a small team that runs on frontier AI tooling: our operators build and use their own automations so they can spend their time on judgement, not admin. We're hiring a KYB/AML Analyst in Stockholm to review and onboard business customers of our Swedish entity, work directly with those customers to get them live, and resolve onboarding requirements raised by our partners. You'll join a small Swedish team and help keep onboarding moving every day as we grow.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Carry out first-line (1LoD) KYB reviews of business customers onboarding with Ramp's Swedish payment institution: company verification, beneficial ownership, sanctions/PEP/adverse-media screening, and risk assessment
- Decide standard cases end to end, and escalate complex or higher-risk cases with a clear rationale
- Handle customer communications through onboarding: clear document requests, follow-ups and status updates
- Resolve onboarding requirements from our card-issuing and payments partners for EU customers
- Document decisions to a standard that holds up to second-line and regulatory review
- Keep Swedish casework moving when teammates are on leave or handling incidents
- Spend part of your time improving how we work: playbooks, templates and AI-assisted workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 2–4 years of KYB / AML / onboarding experience at a fintech, payment institution, EMI or bank
- Solid grounding in business customer due diligence: company registers, UBO identification, sanctions/PEP screening, and spotting red flags
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Clear, friendly written communication with customers
- Curiosity about AI tools and how they can make casework faster and better
- Based in, or relocating to, Stockholm, with the right to work in Sweden
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Swedish (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with Swedish sources and requirements (Bolagsverket, the beneficial ownership register, FI expectations under the Swedish AML Act)
- Experience onboarding EU businesses across several jurisdictions
- An additional European language

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building the Private Equity channel into one of the company's most significant sources of enterprise growth. Sponsors and their operating teams shape how portfolio companies run finance, and when they standardize on a platform, they do it across dozens of companies at once.
This role will be focused on managing the largest funds in the market. You will own a book of the most strategic PE firms Ramp works with, many of which have multiple investment investment strategies, fund vehicles, and GP stakes businesses under a single name. Each one likely has a different operating partner for each strategy, a deal team with its own relationships, and portfolio CFOs who make the final call. Your job is to know all of them, keep every thread moving, and turn that access into measurable adoption across their portfolios.
It is a high-volume, high-stakes book. The work is relentless relationship management paired with genuine commercial discipline, and it carries the highest CP goal on the channel team. There are only a handful of these seats at Ramp, and real executive visibility comes with them.
What You'll Do
- Own a book of upmarket and megafund PE partners, serving as their primary relationship owner at Ramp.
- Multi-thread across each firm: operating partners by strategy, deal teams, platform and portfolio operations leaders, and portfolio-company CFOs.
- Run disciplined portfolio analysis to find where Ramp can create value, and work with Account Executives to convert that into pipeline.
- Generate and own qualified pipeline against an aggressive CP target, prioritizing the large opportunities that move the number.
- Negotiate custom partnership structures where they make sense, including adoption commitments, and hold the line where terms do not work for Ramp.
- Partner with Events, Growth, Marketing, and Finance to deliver sponsorships, webinars, executive dinners and the collateral your partners ask for.
- Build and maintain the operating system behind the book: relationship maps, portfolio analysis, follow-ups and next steps across a large partner set on a tight touch cycle
- Use AI to automate research, portfolio mapping, call prep and follow-through so the book scales beyond what manual effort allows
What You Need
- A track record of carrying and hitting a high quota in a commercial role. Outbound sales development, account executive, or partnerships backgrounds all work.
- Deep working knowledge of how a private equity firm is structured, including the distinct roles of operating partners, deal teams, and portfolio leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to build and expand relationships across a large, complex organization.
- Exceptional organization and agency. History of managing a large book without dropping threads, continual follow-up, and navigating complex organizations.
- Comfort negotiating directly with sophisticated counterparts, and the judgment to know when to walk away.
- A practical, self-directed approach to AI. You build your own workflows rather than waiting for tooling.
- Strong cross-functional instincts across events, growth, marketing and finance. Ability to work dynamically with others internally to drive results.
- Willingness to travel frequently and to work from our New York office. CT or NJ with an in-office commitment also works, and we are open to relocation
Nice to Haves
- Experience partnering with or selling to private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
- Experience at a company with an established channel sales motion.
- Fintech, payments, expense management, or CFO-software background.

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is building a media organization that can operate at a level far beyond individual campaign management.
The Head of Media Operations will own that organization.
You will define the operating model for Media Operations, build the leadership structure, establish the systems that govern execution, and ultimately be accountable for the organization's ability to deliver high-quality media performance at scale.
You will work directly with executive leadership and play a central role in determining how Advantage HQ builds, manages, and scales its media capability.
What You'll Own
Define the Media Operations strategy
You will establish the vision, structure, priorities, and operating model for the entire Media Operations organization.
You will determine what the organization needs to look like as Advantage HQ grows and ensure our people, processes, and systems evolve accordingly.
Build the organization
You will design the leadership structure, define roles and responsibilities, hire senior leaders, and develop the management bench required to scale.
You will build an organization that does not depend on a small number of individuals to maintain performance.
Build the operating system
You will own the systems, standards, KPIs, processes, and accountability mechanisms that govern media delivery.
This includes performance management, quality assurance, capacity planning, training, resource allocation, reporting, escalation, and continuous improvement.
Own organizational performance
You will be accountable for the overall health and effectiveness of the Media Operations organization.
You will monitor performance, productivity, quality, capacity, client outcomes, and organizational risks and take action when results fall below expectations.
Drive scale and efficiency
You will identify opportunities to improve productivity, reduce unnecessary operational complexity, automate repetitive work, and use AI to increase the organization's capabilities.
You will balance growth with sustainable team structures and strong client delivery.
Partner with the executive team
You will work directly with executive leadership on organizational planning, business growth, hiring, resource allocation, client delivery, and major operational decisions.
You will bring a clear point of view on what the media organization needs next and why.
Who You Are
You are a senior media and operations leader who has built organizations, not simply managed teams.
You understand paid media and e-commerce deeply enough to maintain credibility with expert practitioners, but your greatest leverage comes from people, systems, structure, and organizational design.
You are commercially minded. You understand that the media organization must deliver strong client outcomes while operating efficiently and sustainably.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, high growth, and significant responsibility. You can make decisions with incomplete information, build structure where none exists, and hold senior leaders accountable for results.
You use technology, data, automation, and AI aggressively when they create meaningful leverage.
Most importantly, you take full ownership. You do not wait for someone else to define the system you need to operate.
Experience We Value
10+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field
5+ years leading large or multi-layer media organizations

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports and independently delivers key elements of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across Tabby's UAE entities, helping the business understand which services must keep running, how long they can be disrupted before customers are harmed, and whether the firm could recover within that time. The role works closely with first-line owners across the business and supports the firm's response to regulatory expectations on operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of the business continuity and operational resilience programme across both UAE entities, in line with Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE) expectations and the Group risk framework.
Run the business impact analysis cycle with departments — gathering, challenging and consolidating what each team does, what breaks if it stops, and how quickly.
Support the identification of critical operations and the setting of impact tolerances, working with first-line owners and senior management.
Develop and maintain business continuity and recovery plans, dependency mapping and crisis playbooks, keeping them current, practical and usable.
Coordinate and support the exercise and testing programme, including tabletop exercises, and document outcomes, lessons learned and follow-up actions.
Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of business continuity and operational resilience policies, standards and methodologies.
Contribute to resilience reporting for senior management, risk committees and the regulator, including maturity and self-assessment positions.
Support third-party and technology dependency work where it affects the resilience of critical operations.
Provide practical support to first-line owners on business impact analyses, recovery objectives, continuity planning and remediation actions.
Act as a point of contact for internal audit and support regulatory or external reviews relating to business continuity and operational resilience.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools, maintenance of documentation, committee materials, action trackers and audit-ready evidence.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.

A working environment that gives you autonomy and responsibility from day one.
You should be comfortable with the idea that the quality of your work will influence the shape of your career.
Participation in the company’s employee stock options program.

We’re looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
with a strong system analysis background to join Tabby’s Financial Platform domain. Every product Tabby launches passes through this domain. We define the financial logic behind each product: how it charges, settles, accounts, and reports. We make sure every launch meets regulatory and financial audit requirements, and we turn one-off needs into reusable platform solutions that the rest of the company builds on.
This is a cross-functional role spanning product, system design, financial operations, and platform architecture. It suits you if you want to shape how the financial side of every product is designed, and to see those designs through to robust, best-in-class implementation.
What you’ll do:
Turn business, product, finance, and regulatory needs into clear system requirements and implementation-ready specifications
Define how money and financial data flow end to end across products, partners, and internal systems, from transaction to accounting record
Contribute to platform architecture and service interaction design across product services and CoreBank components
Work with PMs, engineers, Finance, Compliance, and adjacent teams to define scope, dependencies, and delivery phases
Identify the services, integrations, and teams affected by each change
Shape and prioritize the team backlog with the product lead
Support engineering and QA through implementation, covering edge cases, expected behavior, and incident analysis
Keep technical and functional documentation current and usable for engineers and business stakeholders alike
What you’ll bring:
3+ years as a Technical PM, System Analyst, or Business Analyst
Upper-Intermediate English or higher
Ability to break down large business processes into clear technical flows
Experience with distributed, service-based architectures
Solid API and integration design knowledge (REST, SOAP, gRPC)
Strong documentation skills: functional specs, sequence diagrams, state models, API contracts, data models
Knowledge of UML, BPMN, or similar notations
Strong plus:
Fintech, payments, banking, wallets, cards, lending, or ledger/accounting experience
Hands-on work with financial transactions, reconciliation, or money movement systems
Exposure to regulated environments, such as central bank requirements or e-invoicing
ERP integration experience (NetSuite or similar)
Product mindset and appetite for broader ownership over time
What success looks like:
Ambiguous financial, product, or regulatory requirements become clear, scalable platform designs
Teams ship changes safely in critical money movement systems
Reusable platform capabilities improve consistency across products
You grow from owning requirements into shaping the direction of the platform
What we offer:
Full-time B2B contract
Up to 20% tax allowance
22 paid leave days annually
Stock options (ESOP) in a fast-scaling, pre-IPO company
Flexi benefits you can use for wellness, travel, or learning
Work alongside a high-performing, international engineering team in a global fintech unicorn
Relocation support is available to our hubs in Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain, including flights, temporary accommodation, and legal setup (if needed).

About Tabby:
Tabby
is the GCC's leading shopping and payments platform, giving millions of people across Saudi Arabia and the UAE more control in the way they spend, save and earn. Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on
Senior Risk Manager
to help build Tabby’s risk capabilities in Kuwait, with combined responsibility for enterprise and credit risk. As one of our first local hires, you will establish the governance, policies, risk appetite and reporting required for launch, while providing credit risk oversight as the portfolio grows. You will work closely with Kuwait leadership and Group Risk, as well as Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations, to ensure we scale responsibly and meet local regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining Tabby’s local risk management framework for Kuwait, covering enterprise and credit risk and aligning it with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Developing the local risk strategy, risk appetite statement, policies, limits, governance forums and management reporting required for launch and ongoing operations by aligning with Group standard and adapted to local requirements
Owning the enterprise risk process, including risk identification and assessment, the risk register, key risk indicators, emerging-risk reviews, residual risk positions and remediation tracking.
Providing independent risk challenges on new products, partnerships, customer journeys, operating models and other material business initiatives.
Leading local credit risk oversight across the customer lifecycle, including underwriting and eligibility rules, credit limits, affordability, collections outcomes and portfolio quality, focusing on local regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Group Risk and Product teams to calibrate credit strategies for Kuwait and assess model, policy and limit changes.
Establishing clear early-warning indicators, thresholds and reporting to support timely, data-informed risk decisions.
Preparing risk assessments, reporting and recommendations for local leadership, risk committees, the Board and regulators, as applicable.
Supporting licensing activities, regulatory submissions, examinations and information requests in partnership with Compliance, Legal and other control functions as well as acting as primary risk contact for Internal Audit
Coordinating risk input into business continuity, outsourcing and third-party risk, operational incidents and control assessments.
Promoting a practical risk culture and helping teams understand how risks should be identified, assessed, escalated and managed as well as ensuring material risks and control gaps are escalated and addressed at the right level.
Helping shape the future Kuwait risk organisation and supporting hiring as the business scales.
You should apply if
You have strong risk management experience within banking, fintech, consumer lending, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.
You bring meaningful hands-on experience across both enterprise risk and credit risk, rather than exposure limited to governance or oversight.
You have built or materially improved risk frameworks, policies, risk appetite, governance structures, reporting and control processes.
You understand consumer credit risk across underwriting, credit policy, portfolio monitoring, collections performance and loss drivers..
You understand enterprise risk disciplines including risk and control assessments, KRIs, incident and issue management, operational resilience, third-party risk and emerging risks.
You understand the Kuwait regulatory environment; experience engaging with the Central Bank of Kuwait or another GCC financial-services regulator.
You can operate independently in a new-market environment and are comfortable building the essentials yourself before a wider team is in place.
You can balance strong governance with practical, proportionate execution and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when required.
You communicate complex risk topics clearly and can prepare decision-ready materials for leadership, governance forums and regulators.
You work effectively across Product, Data, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics or a related field; FRM, PRM, CFA or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
You are professionally fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role
Tabby is the leading shopping and financial services app in the Middle East — 25M+ users, 65,000+ merchants across Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Kuwait. We're now building our Kuwait team.
This is a founding role. As General Manager, you will take Tabby Kuwait from a licensed entity in progress to a fully operating, onshore, regulated business — and then scale it. You'll be the face of Tabby to the Central Bank of Kuwait and to the local banking and merchant ecosystem, with full accountability for standing up the entity, the team and the growth plan from day one.
Very few people get to build a regulated consumer finance business in a market from a standing start, with a proven regional platform behind them. This is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Own the Central Bank of Kuwait relationship end to end — registration and licensing, correspondence, inspections and ongoing supervisory dialogue — as the named accountable executive
Stand up Tabby Payments K.S.C.C. as a fully operating local entity, with its own team, compliance, operations and governance
Carry full commercial ownership of the Kuwait market: merchant acquisition and retention, bank and payments partnerships, local marketing and customer growth
Own the local P&L and market-level economics, operating within group frameworks for product, credit, risk, treasury and legal — and influencing those functions to get what the market needs
Build and lead the local team, starting lean and scaling with the business — defining the hiring plan and owning the local cost base
Define and sequence the market's product roadmap with group product, bringing Tabby's wider product set into Kuwait as licensing and infrastructure allow — including longer-term financing, card, wallet and payments, and cross-border transfers
Represent Tabby externally as the senior leader in-market, with banks, merchants, partners and the regulator
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
10+ years of experience, including at least 3 years in a general management or senior commercial role with full P&L accountability
A track record of launching or scaling a regulated financial services, payments or fintech business in a GCC market
Direct experience as the named accountable executive in a relationship with a financial regulator — licensing, submissions, examinations or remediation
Domain expertise in fintech, consumer lending/BNPL, payments and e-money, or retail banking and cards, including financial regulation and licensing in the GCC (Central Bank of Kuwait experience specifically valued)
A proven merchant or B2B commercial track record — building a partner base from a low base, not just managing an existing one
Comfort operating in ambiguity with a small team: a builder, not an administrator of an established machine
Strong grounding in P&L management and unit economics, regulatory submissions and compliance/AML frameworks, and commercial contracting and partnership negotiation
Professional Arabic and English, including the ability to handle Arabic regulatory correspondence
Nice to have:
Existing relationships with the Central Bank of Kuwait
Prior experience inside a high-growth start-up or fintech
Exposure to local funding or bank facility relationships
Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait
Workplace: onsite
