Senior Business Development Manager
to join our Rome team.
In this role, you’ll help us build new relationships with Rome and Lazio most premium and regarded grocery and stores, acting as a founding member of our regional growth efforts. You will drive both new business acquisition and the direct, hands-on rollout for top accounts with framework agreements already in place at HQ level—visiting individual stores directly to guide their activation process from contract to go-live.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will be a critical driver of our expansion in Italy, focusing on high-end partnerships, account activation, and providing a world-class onboarding experience for new merchants.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
HQ Contract Rollout & Store Activation:
Work on existing framework agreements negotiated at Headquarters/Casa Madre level by visiting individual store locations, engaging directly with local store managers, and driving the end-to-end activation process.
Consultative Selling & Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate with store managers and business owners through physical in-store visits, calls, and meetings to demonstrate the value of Deliveroo’s technology and ensure buy-in at the local level.
Hands-on Onboarding Support:
Guide partners through the joining and technical setup process, offering on-site support to ensure a seamless operational transition onto the platform.
Relationship Building:
Maintain strong relationships with local store teams and attend local meet-ups/events to stay connected with the regional retail and culinary community.
Market Expertise & Operational Feedback:
Use your industry knowledge to demonstrate how our products solve real-world challenges for premium partners, gathering local insights to refine our expansion strategy.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Sales & Activation Experience:
Significant experience in targeting new business with a "hunter" mindset, combined with a proven track record of executing store-level activations for accounts with central framework agreements.
Field & On-Site Availability:
Willingness and confidence to spend time on the field, visiting individual stores and engaging directly with local managers and operational teams.
Negotiation & Stakeholder Management:
Ability to navigate commercial discussions centrally and convince local store stakeholders to prioritize platform activation.
Strong Communication:
Confidence dealing with premium partners face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
Tenacity & Problem Solving:
A resilient, proactive approach to overcoming operational barriers at the store level in a fast-moving environment.
Industry Knowledge:
A strong understanding of the retail, grocery, or restaurant industry is a significant plus.

We’re looking for a Founding ML Engineer at Senior or Principal level to lead the transition of Newton, Aghanim’s AI product for partners, from proprietary model APIs to models we control.
Newton already runs in production on frontier models. You’ll own the model layer end to end: data collection, evaluation, post-training, serving, and rollout. The goal is to preserve the quality partners rely on while reducing cost, improving speed, and keeping partner data within our infrastructure.
You’ll work closely with the product to understand its behavior and partner expectations, then independently define the technical approach and priorities. Decisions about training, routing, and model replacement should be backed by production data and evaluations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build production data pipelines that capture versioned instructions, tool calls, outputs, costs, and outcomes, with anonymization, partner-level deletion, and expert corrections.
- Develop benchmarks, regression tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators using real Newton runs to measure factual accuracy, tool use, answer quality, cost, and latency.
- Compare frontier and open-weight models, route tasks to suitable models, and identify where prompting, distillation, or post-training delivers the best results.
- Train and adapt models using distillation, SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, and DPO on accepted trajectories and expert feedback; use RL where simpler approaches fall short.
- Deploy models behind Newton’s existing interface, validate them through shadow runs, and manage rollout based on quality benchmarks and serving economics.
Tech stack: Python, TypeScript, SQL, self-hosted Langfuse, TRL / Unsloth / Axolotl or managed training platforms, vLLM, serverless GPUs, GCP / Modal; open-weight models including Qwen, Gemma, DeepSeek, and GLM.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on experience post-training LLMs and shipping them to production using SFT, LoRA/QLoRA, DPO, and distillation.
- Experience building evaluation systems from production data, including offline benchmarks, regression and behavior tests, and code-based and LLM-judge evaluators.
- Understanding of agentic systems, including tool calling, multi-step trajectories, structured outputs, and the impact of changing the underlying model.
- Practical experience serving models with vLLM or similar tools, quantization, and GPU deployment, including latency, cold-start, and cost tradeoffs.
- Strong production Python and SQL skills, with enough TypeScript proficiency to modify product code and instrumentation independently.
- Ability to understand product behavior and user expectations, translate them into measurable quality requirements, and decide when training is justified.
- Experience independently owning a technical area, setting priorities, and working across an unfamiliar codebase and its design documents.
- Regular use of AI coding agents, with a clear approach to verifying their output.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience migrating a production product from proprietary model APIs to self-hosted or open-weight models.
- Experience with RL for LLMs, particularly GRPO with automatic verifiers.
- Familiarity with Langfuse, Braintrust, or similar tracing and evaluation tools.
- Experience with GCP, including Vertex AI, Cloud Run GPU, and BigQuery.
- Interest in game monetization and analytics.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This role is available for candidates located in the United States or Canada.
The Opportunity:
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are OSS projects that we also offer as a Cloud service supporting Grafana Cloud, and as an on-premise solution. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and running on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (GCP, Azure, AWS). We also have engineers working on
Prometheus
,
Grafana Alloy
,
Mimir proxies
, and OpenTelemetry.
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software. Our tech stack is mostly made up of services written in Go, running on multiple Kubernetes clusters that leverage Cloud object storage.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction.
We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always paired with strong code review and quality standards.
You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability.
Take an active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives.
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial ideation all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers.
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope.
Be a part of your team’s on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running.
Mentor and support other team members, participate in design discussions, and collaborate with the team.
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system.
As we are remote-first and our engineering organisation is largely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action.
You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs .
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback, and then progress iteratively.
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a team. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must.
Requirements:
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well.
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements and brainstorming ideas, all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way.
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering.
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others.
Bonus Points For:
Experience writing low level code for databases, storage layers, or query engines.
Experience working with Kubernetes.
Been a user of Grafana and/or Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools in hobby/homelab projects).
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn.
Familiarity with being on-call and performing operations/SRE tasks or with the concept of infrastructure as code.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Canada, the Base compensation range for this role is CAD 186,500 to AUD 223,500. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed
here
.

This is a remote position. We are looking for candidates in the US and Canada.
What is Grafana Cloud?
Grafana Cloud is our composable observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, traces, and profiles with Grafana. It allows our customers to leverage the best open source observability software – including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, and Pyroscope – without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
The Databases team owns and operates the telemetry databases that are
Mimir for metrics
,
Loki for logs
,
Tempo for traces
, and
Pyroscope for profiles
. Our databases are offered as a hosted service in Grafana Cloud, and additionally as on-premise solutions with
Grafana Enterprise Metrics
,
Grafana Enterprise Logs
, and
Grafana Enterprise Traces
. They are multi-tenant distributed systems implemented in Go and operating at scale on Kubernetes across all major Cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).
As a company we are remote-first and global, we embrace people of different experiences and backgrounds to build diverse teams where every person brings a new perspective to the software.
Mimir Squad
The Mimir squad has two sub-squads, Ingest and Query, which together maintain the
Mimir OSS project
, and additionally own and operate Grafana Cloud Metrics across three major cloud providers. Engineers on the team focus on optimizing the efficiency and resilience of processing, storing, and querying metrics at large volumes. These services operate at a large scale and performance is key to keeping the offering competitive and running smoothly.
A Mimir engineer has various work streams. They likely are engaged in a larger project with another engineer, as well as mixing in some performance and reliability improvements discovered through operating the system in production. They are also responsible for writing and reviewing PRs and design documents from other engineers in the squad, shepherding automated release rollouts, and participating in the on-call rotation for their systems.
What will you be doing?
Take a very active role in influencing our roadmap and your own career objectives
Work with your team to deliver new features, then use the results to iterate and improve.
Drive projects from initial idea all the way to operations once it is in the hands of customers
Embrace our open-source culture and contribute to other projects that may not directly fall within your team’s scope
Design, build, operate, and maintain critical systems, owning the reliability, performance, and availability
Be a part of your team’s follow-the-sun on-call rotations and take ownership of the services you’re running
Support other team members, participate in design discussions and collaborate with the team
Learn new skills by gaining a deeper understanding of our cloud product and our customers and getting to know the codebase of a large distributed system
As we are remote-first and our engineering organization is entirely remote, we provide guidance and meet regularly using video calls, so an independent attitude and good communication skills are a must.
What are we looking for in you?
You are a motivated self starter with a bias towards action. You are customer focused. We build everything with our users in mind. You have a passion for creating intuitive products that fit customers’ needs
Pragmatism: You are able to take on complex challenges and break them down to achieve short feedback loops: to analyze, design, and build modular solutions, deliver MVPs, gather data and feedback and then progress iteratively
Collaboration and communication: The smallest unit we have is a Squad. You’ll be working with your teammates in a fully remote setup. Good communication skills are a must
Solid experience with at least one programming language. We use Go, but if you have familiarity with Python, C, C++, Rust or similar then that translates well
Some experience with delivering projects from gathering requirements, brainstorming ideas all the way to shipping a product to the customer’s hands in a self-driven way
Some experience with developing software that runs in the Cloud
or
some experience with systems engineering
Some experience with being on-call and following the DevOps model
Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software that is easily maintained by others
Familiarity with observability systems, know when to use metrics, logs, traces, to debug a problem
Nice to haves:
Experience working with Kubernetes is highly desirable
Experience working with queue systems, e.g. the Kafka protocol
Been a user of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles (including on-call for your team at a previous employer or just using these tools on hobby/homelab projects)
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems, or a desire to learn
Familiarity with the concept of infrastructure as code
In the United States, the base compensation range for this role is USD
154,000
- USD 185,000
.
Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed in the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable) and other benefits listed

Your main tasks will be:
Own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of five international entities (US, Hong Kong, Cyprus), running month-end close, GL and trial balance reviews, and intercompany reconciliations.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.
- You'll work directly with Alan's Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, Insurance, and Executive Leadership.
⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the F-H level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. Wrike’s Work Intelligence Unit is building the foundation for a work delivery platform for humans and agents. MCP gives AI assistants secure, permission-aware access to Wrike, Skills help them use that access effectively and GraphQL provides a structured foundation for retrieving and acting on work data.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product direction for Wrike’s AI Platform & Ecosystem, including MCP, Skills and GraphQL. You will make Wrike easier for AI assistants and agents to understand, use and extend.
This is a platform role with broad leverage. You will lead the core MCP team, help other Wrike teams create their own MCP tools and Skills where they hold domain expertise and give the GraphQL engineering team clear product direction on how its capabilities and tools should evolve. You will also own the publishing and ongoing quality of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant AI marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Role Scope:
You will own the strategy and roadmap for Wrike’s agent-facing platform, working closely with the core MCP and GraphQL engineering teams complemented by Architecture, Security, customer-facing and product teams across Wrike.
MCP, Skills and GraphQL Strategy:
Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike.
Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise.
Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow.
Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core.
Ecosystem, Quality and Distribution:
Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft.
Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience.
Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data.
Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands-on coding is not required.
What You Will Help Shape:
A scalable MCP and Skills ecosystem that lets AI assistants and agents securely understand and act on work in Wrike, while enabling Wrike teams to contribute their domain expertise.
GraphQL capabilities and tools that broaden the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core for MCP, Skills, and future agent experiences.
A strong marketplace presence and high-quality plugin experience across the AI assistants where customers want to use Wrike.
Your Impact:
Make Wrike a trusted, useful system of action for AI assistants and agents working across customers’ existing ecosystems.
Give customers reliable, permission-aware ways to let AI assistants retrieve context and take action in Wrike.
Turn customer needs, ecosystem signals and technical constraints into a focused roadmap for MCP, Skills and GraphQL.
Enable other teams across Wrike to contribute agent-ready tools and Skills while maintaining shared standards for quality and governance.
Your Qualifications:
5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software.
Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively.
Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands-on engineering is not required. GraphQL experience and an understanding of structured product data is a major advantage.
Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes.
Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Proactive and can-do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.
Why This Role Is Unique:
You will help define how Wrike becomes a trusted platform for AI assistants and agents, not just a destination where work is stored.
You will work at the intersection of agentic AI, developer experience, enterprise permissions, platform strategy and customer value.
The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.
You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. The bar is high and so is the upside - strong results are significantly rewarded, with a proven path to career growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Hypothesis Pipeline: Turn those insights into a continuous, prioritised backlog of product ideas, each backed by evidence and a clear expected impact.
- Product Value: Grow ARPU by giving users more value after purchase: improve onboarding, core features, and the moments where users decide whether the product is worth keeping.
- Specs & Delivery: Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
- Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
- Test Wins: Deliver a steady stream of A/B test winners on post-purchase metrics, with ARPU as the main one, and raise the share of tests that win over time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Product Management: 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
- Proven Wins: A track record of A/B tests or product changes that measurably grew revenue, with results you can attribute to your own work.
- User Journey & Product Sense: Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and of what turns a first purchase into lasting value for the user.
- Research & Analytics: Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
- Experimentation: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including significance, sample size, and test duration.
- AI Tooling: Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
- Lifecycle Experience: Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Results-driven - measures their own work by test wins and revenue impact
- Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof
- Ownership mentality - treats the product as their own: proposes, prioritises, and drives ideas to a result
- Bias for action - makes sound decisions quickly and iterates fast
- Communicates with clarity - explains ideas and results in writing so they can be reviewed without a meeting
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
