REPORTS INTO
President & COO
⚠ This is not a delivery role. You will not run RCM accounts, manage billing teams, or handle client escalations. You will own the independent measurement layer that tells leadership whether delivery is doing what it committed to do. If you want to go deeper into governance and analytics rather than climb an operations delivery ladder, read on.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization running RCM, credentialing, and provider services for 270+ provider organizations across the US. Our delivery teams operate from Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
We are creating a new seat: Assistant Manager, RCM Business Excellence. This is the founding role of an independent governance function. You will sit alongside delivery, not inside it: your mandate is to define what good process looks like for every RCM account, measure whether it actually happens, and give leadership numbers they can act on. Quality assurance reports to you. You define the metrics, own the cadence, and build the function as it scales.
The shift is India business hours with overlap into the US morning for leadership reviews. This is not a night shift role. If you have spent your RCM career on a night shift at a BPO, that changes here.
What You Will Own
1. Process SLA Conformance
Define the committed process standard per RCM account: charge lag, posting turnaround, AR touch cadence, denial resolution timelines, and aging thresholds.
Track actual performance against committed standards at a granular level. Strategic accounts reviewed weekly, the rest monthly.
Flag risks proactively with proposed solutions before they breach SLAs.
2. Monthly Performance Insight
Build the monthly performance pack from daily productivity and quality data. The standard: a reader can act on it without asking a follow-up question.
Breaches carry a named owner and a resolution date. Last month's breaches are re-checked before new ones are raised.
Contribute to weekly and monthly dashboards shared with delivery leadership and, where relevant, clients.
3. Quarterly Financial Review
Analyse financial performance across all RCM accounts: charges, collections, AR aging, denial rate, net collection rate, and cost to collect.
Present trends to senior leadership each quarter. You will be supported in building this, and expected to stand behind your conclusions when challenged.
4. Quality Function Ownership
Line management of the Quality Lead and QA analysts. You own the sampling plan, audit calendar, scoring consistency, and auditor calibration.
Ensure QA findings reach the floor and drive change, rather than living in a report.
Audit team output for accuracy; identify recurring error patterns and drive corrective action.
5. Process Change Measurement
When a new coding guideline, SOP, or process rule goes out, measure whether it was adopted and what it did to denials or rework.
Rule issued, adoption measured, impact quantified, result fed back. Close the loop, do not just report the issuance.
What You Bring
Must-Have
6 to 8 years in US healthcare RCM operations, with hands-on exposure to AR and denials and a working understanding of how process failure shows up in revenue.
Experience building a reporting, MIS, or business excellence function from scratch: defining the metrics, sourcing the data, establishing the cadence. Inheriting and running a function is not the same thing.
Fluency in RCM financial metrics: net collection rate, AR aging distribution, denial rate, first-pass yield, cost to collect. You can explain what moves each one, not just report the number.
Advanced Excel and working SQL. You use SQL to validate data, not to list it as a skill.
Confidence presenting findings to senior leadership and holding a position when challenged. This means publishing numbers that make delivery look bad when the numbers say so.
Strong Preference
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process excellence training you have actually applied to a live project, not just certified.
Experience across multiple billing platforms (AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, Kareo, Epic, Centricity, or similar) and the data normalisation that comes with it.
Prior management of a small quality or audit team.
Power BI familiarity, though the analytics team owns the front end.
Nice-to-Have
Healthcare analytics firm or BPO process excellence background.
Experience designing and running an MIS reporting function in a US RCM environment.
Exposure to SSAE-18 or SOC 2 audit readiness in an RCM context.
Who You Are
You publish findings that make the delivery team look bad, and you sleep fine afterward. If you soften conclusions to keep the peace, this is the wrong seat.
You build something and then measure whether it worked. The artifact is not the point; the change it produced is.
You ask what a number means before you report it. A chart that describes what happened is the beginning of the work, not the end.
You would rather be right and uncomfortable than comfortable and wrong.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree, any discipline. An analytical or healthcare-adjacent background is preferred.
Communication: Excellent spoken and written English. You will present to the COO and CEO quarterly. Communication below this standard will not progress past the screening stage.
Shift: India business hours with US morning overlap for leadership reviews. Onsite, Gurugram.
Notice Period: Up to 60 days preferred. Beyond 60 days considered only for an exceptional profile.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like across the first year:
Day 30: a current-state assessment published that honestly names what can and cannot be measured today. No softening.
Day 60: SLA conformance tracking live for strategic accounts.
Day 90: SLA conformance extended to the full RCM book.
Month 3 onward: monthly performance pack running reliably. Leadership reads it and acts on it.
Year 1: four quarterly financial reviews delivered and defended, MIS Analyst hired and producing independently, at least one process change closed end to end with adoption measured and impact quantified.
End of year 1: the business argues from your numbers rather than about them.
Career Path
This is the founding seat of a function, not a standalone role. Business excellence and governance are established career tracks in RCM that run to Director and VP level at the large players. We are building ours from its first hire.

The function at company scale
The move to Manager is earned against stated milestones, not time served. The rungs beyond it describe where the function is heading as the business grows.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: TA screening call (30 minutes). Role fit, domain depth check, and shift confirmation.
Stage 2: Functional interview with the COO (45 to 60 minutes). Process knowledge, multi-account RCM experience, measurement approach, and how you handle findings that are unwelcome.
Stage 3: Analytical exercise. A take-home case using real account data with a genuine deterioration in it. You have 3 days to complete it. We are watching whether you reach for root cause or describe the chart.
Stage 4: Conversation with the CEO (45 minutes). Scope discussion, career trajectory, and how you think about building a governance function.
Stage 5: Reference checks (minimum 2 calls). Specifically: an occasion when this person delivered findings that were unwelcome, and what happened next.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Founding Seat of a Function
You own this from its first hire. The metrics, the cadence, the standard: none of it exists yet. That is rare at this level and reads strongly on a CV.
Scope from Day One
The whole RCM book, not one account or one process. At AM level in most RCM organisations you own a slice. Here you own the view across all of it.
Day Shift, Not Night
India business hours with US morning overlap. Not a night shift role. If you have spent your career on a night shift, this changes here.
AI Makes This More Important
As automation absorbs transactional delivery work, the measurement and governance layer becomes a larger share of the organisation. We are building an RCM platform now, and its analyst roles report into this function.

About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare MSO serving 270+ provider organizations. Our AR team works US insurance receivables end-to-end — following up with payers, resolving denials, and driving collections for physician groups and specialty practices.
Associates own payer follow-up and claim-status resolution on assigned buckets. Senior Associates handle complex denials, appeals, and aged AR, and act as first-line quality support for the pod.
Key Responsibilities
Core (Associate & Sr Associate)
Work assigned AR buckets — call US payers on claim status, underpayments, and non-payment, and document actions clearly in the billing system.

Meet daily productivity and quality targets (claims worked, resolution rate, call quality).
Maintain HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI at all times.
Additional (Sr Associate)
Own complex denials and appeals — draft appeal letters, track appeal TAT, and follow through to overturn.
Work aged AR (90+/120+) with root-cause notes that feed prevention, not just recovery.
Support the TL on quality — spot-check documentation, coach new associates on payer-specific nuances.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have

Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.

REPORTS INTO
Manager
⚠ US Shift: This role operates on a US-aligned shift from our Gurugram office. Consistent availability during US business hours is required. Apply only if you can commit to this onsite.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across the United States, with delivery operations in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago. InCredibly is the platform we built to run our credentialing, enrollment, and licensing operations: a rules-driven system that manages workflows, documents, timelines, and payer requirements across thousands of providers.
The platform is configurable by design. Payer requirements, document checklists, follow-up protocols, and workflow variants live in a rules layer and knowledge base, not in code. When the rules are right, the platform does the work. When they are missing or wrong, people do it by hand. This role owns that rules layer.
This is not a delivery role and not a development role. You are the person who decides how the platform thinks. Half the job is keeping the knowledge base accurate. The other half is turning what our operations team knows into configuration the platform can execute: workflow rules, stage templates, gate conditions, validation rules, and defaults that reduce manual work for analysts on the floor.
What You Will Do
1. Knowledge Base & Rules Management
Build and maintain the platform knowledge base: document checklists, validation rules, follow-up protocols, and workflow defaults, structured so the system acts on them rather than as prose for a human to read.
Author configuration rules by work type, category, and variant. Keep them current as operational requirements evolve.
Own the flag queue: triage issues raised by analysts, fix them, and route changes through the change-request approval workflow.
2. Workflow Configuration
Translate operational patterns into workflow configuration: stage sequences, variant rules, SLA adjustments, gate requirements, and follow-up cadences.
Design and test configuration changes before they go live. Version your changes, document why you made them, and maintain a clean audit trail.
Coordinate with operations leads to understand process changes and translate them into updated configuration.
3. Schema & Data Model Partnership
Work with the engineering team when a real-world rule does not fit the existing schema. Spot the mismatch, articulate why, and propose the change with enough context for a developer to act on it.
Use SQL to validate your own work and verify data accuracy before changes hit production.
4. Measurement & Training
Track what your rules do: reductions in manual touches, rework, and first-pass failures. Propose the next configuration improvement candidates from this data.
Write SOPs by work type and brief analysts on how configuration changes affect their workflows. You write for people who will run the process, not for a file.
What You Bring
Must-Have
2 to 5 years configuring rules, data, or workflows in an enterprise platform. Backgrounds that translate well: benefit or provider configuration in payer systems (Facets, QNXT, HealthRules, Amisys), EHR application analysis (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech), enterprise SaaS administration (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Pega), or business rules engine configuration.
A demonstrated ability to take an unstructured source document, a policy, a set of requirements, an email thread, and decompose it into fields, conditions, exceptions, and checklists. You will be asked to show this in a work sample.
Basic SQL: you use it to query, validate, and reconcile data. Not a course listing.
Version control and change discipline: you document why you made a change, test before you push, and own the outcome when something breaks downstream.
Clear written English. Other people will run the SOPs and playbooks you write.
Strong Preference
Experience with configurable workflow engines, BPM platforms, or business rules engines where you designed the rules, not just executed them.
JIRA: used for managing configuration change requests, flag queues, and work tracking alongside engineering and operations teams.
BPMN 2.0 awareness: ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams and translate them into platform workflow configuration.
Prior experience working with US clients or in a US time-zone overlap model.
Experience across more than one platform or system type: the ability to map a rule from one configuration environment to another.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to US healthcare operations, RCM workflows, or provider credentialing and enrollment.
Familiarity with credentialing technology platforms such as symplr, Modio Health, Medallion, or similar.
Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Workday administration certification.
Epic certification or formal Facets/QNXT training.
Who You Are
You see structure in a document that most people read as prose. A requirements page is a schema to you before it is a process.
You break things before calling a configuration complete, because you have actually tested it.
You write documentation that the person after you can follow without asking questions.
You push back on vague requirements because you know what happens when a rule is ambiguous and live.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate degree in any discipline. Computer science, information systems, or a business-adjacent field is an advantage but not required.
SQL: actively used for validation and data checking, not just listed as a skill. Assessed in the work sample.
Shift: US-aligned shift, onsite in Gurugram. Consistent availability during US business hours is required from day one.
Notice Period: 60 to 90 days is typical for this profile. Please state your notice period clearly.
Performance Expectations
What success looks like:
First 90 days: domain immersion complete. Playbooks, checklists, and follow-up defaults are live for the highest-volume work types. You own the flag queue and the change-request workflow.
6 months: your first configuration improvements are in production and measured. Analysts treat the knowledge base as the source of truth rather than their own notes.
12 months: the rules layer, not analyst memory, drives most routine work. You are defining the next configuration roadmap with the Manager.
Hiring Process
Stage 1: Application review. Include a short note with your CV (150 to 200 words): describe one rule, template, or configuration you built that removed manual work. What was the source? How did you structure it? What happened after it went live? Applications with the note are reviewed first.
Stage 2: TA screening call (20 minutes). Role fit, configuration background, and SQL usage check.
Stage 3: Work sample (90-minute take-home, mandatory). You receive a business rules document and structure it into fields, conditions, checklists, and gate conditions. Skippable by nothing.
Stage 4: Hiring manager interview with the Product Owner covering your work sample output and configuration approach.
Stage 5: Domain and technical interview with Operations Leadership and Engineering.
Stage 6: Offer.
Why Join Neolytix
Greenfield Ownership
You define the rules layer of a live platform used in production every day. Not maintaining someone else's configuration. Not a ticket queue.
Direct Access
You work with the Product Owner and Operations Leadership directly. No multi-layer hierarchy between you and the decision.
Domain You Can Learn
US healthcare and credentialing operations are taught by the team. The configuration aptitude is what we hire for.
Product Trajectory
InCredibly is moving toward standalone software licensing. The person who defines how the platform encodes rules grows with it.

Experience gate —
This role requires 4–5 years of US healthcare AR experience, of which a minimum of 1 year must be as a Team Lead with formal team ownership (targets, coaching, reviews). SME/mentor-only profiles without TL accountability will not qualify.
About the Role
The Team Lead – AR runs a pod of AR associates on live US provider accounts — owning the day’s output, the queue, the quality, and the people. This is a floor-leadership seat: you carry targets, run huddles, unblock associates in real time, and answer for your pod’s numbers in the weekly review.
You still know the work cold — when a complex denial or an angry payer call needs handling, you can take the headset.
Key Responsibilities
Run the Pod
Own daily allocation and queue management across assigned AR buckets — the right accounts, worked in the right order, by the right people.
Drive daily productivity and quality targets; track per-associate output and intervene early, not at month-end.
Run daily huddles — payer updates, error patterns from QA, and priorities for the shift.
Own the Outcomes
Answer for pod-level metrics — resolution rate, aged-AR movement, appeal TAT, and quality scores — in weekly reviews with the AM/Manager.
Handle escalated accounts and complex denials personally when needed.
Partner with QA on calibration and turn audit findings into floor-level fixes.
Build the People
Coach associates on payer-specific nuances, documentation quality, and call handling.
Manage shift adherence, leave planning, and floor discipline for the pod.
Identify and develop Sr Associate potential; give structured input into appraisals.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
4–5 years of hands-on US healthcare AR (provider side), with strong denials and appeals depth.
Minimum 1 year as a Team Lead with formal ownership of team targets, coaching, and performance conversations.
Command of AR metrics and the levers behind them — you can explain why a bucket moved, not just that it did.
Experience on practice-management / EHR platforms — Epic, AdvancedMD, or athenahealth preferred; similar platforms considered.
Preferred
Experience running a pod across multiple clients or specialties.
Exposure to workforce basics — shrinkage, occupancy, and staffing math.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing a degree, or with an incomplete/dropped graduation, are not eligible.
Communication:
Strict — confident spoken and written English for payer calls, floor communication, client notes, and weekly reviews with management.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Gurugram, 5 days a week, on a fixed night (US-hours) shift — reliable attendance, punctuality, and roster adherence are essential.
Systems:
Comfortable with billing/EHR platforms and MS Excel for allocation, tracking, and pod-level reporting.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice strongly preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific metrics:
Pod resolution / collection rate against target.
Aged-AR movement (90+/120+) for the pod.
Pod quality score (QA) and calibration adherence.
Productivity vs. target, shift adherence, and pod attrition.
Hiring Process
Aptitude & Skill based assessment.
Domain & operations interview (RCM knowledge, scenarios).
HR discussion (fitment, shift, notice).

⚠ Eligibility Gate: Open to 2025 and 2026 graduates. Candidates who completed graduation in 2024 may apply and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval. Candidates currently pursuing their degree or who graduated before 2024 are not eligible.
The 6-Month Learning Journey
Joining Neolytix as a Management Trainee, RCM is a full-time opportunity that begins with a structured 6-month learning journey. You are not thrown on the floor from day one. You will be trained, assessed, and made ready for live operations before you independently handle client work. Every stage of the journey is designed to build your skills progressively.
Phase 1
Classroom Training
8 to 12 Days (Max 14)
Structured instructor-led sessions covering US healthcare, medical billing, coding basics, and RCM workflows. Your LOB is decided within the first 2 to 3 days based on your performance, knowledge check, and operations team input.
Phase 2
Operations Readiness Training
8 to 12 Days
You move to the floor alongside senior team members and trainers. You apply classroom learning in a supervised, live operations environment with ongoing assessments.
Phase 3
Production Ramp-Up
4 Weeks
You begin handling real client work under close supervision. Accuracy, speed, and process adherence are tracked. Performance here determines your readiness to go live independently.
Phase 4
Go Live
Full Production
You are cleared for independent production on your assigned LOB. This marks your transition from trainee to fully operational team member.
Throughout the 6 months, there will be several assessments to evaluate your skill development. Your training path and LOB may be refined based on these assessment outcomes.

We are building our next generation of RCM professionals through this full-time opportunity and we are looking for fresh graduates who are motivated, disciplined, and ready to build a real career in US healthcare operations.
Revenue Cycle Management is how US healthcare providers get paid for the services they deliver. As a Management Trainee, you will be assessed, trained, and placed into one of three core RCM functional areas based on your skills and performance during the first days of training. Your LOB is not a default assignment. It is matched to where you will thrive.

Your LOB assignment is made within the first 2 to 3 days of classroom training, based on your knowledge check scores and the evaluation of the operations team. Once assigned, your entire training is aligned to that LOB.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and complete all classroom training modules within the defined timeline, meeting assessment benchmarks at each stage.
Commit to the LOB assigned to you and engage fully in the training path designed for that functional area.

Meet accuracy and productivity benchmarks during the 4-week production ramp-up before going live independently.
Support team leads and senior specialists in achieving client SLAs and compliance targets once on the floor.
Continuously learn and adapt to US payer requirements, billing rules, and client-specific workflows.

Sr. Manager
⚠ Shift: This role operates on a 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST schedule, onsite at our Gurugram office, 5 days a week. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this window.
⚠ Education Gate: MBA with Finance as the primary specialization is mandatory. 12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent) is required. Applications without this background will not be considered.
About the Role
Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare managed services organization serving 270+ provider organizations across Revenue Cycle Management, Credentialing, Medical Coding, and Payer Analytics, with delivery centers in Gurugram, Manila, and Chicago.
If you chose Finance as your MBA specialization because you find budgeting, financial planning, and business performance analysis genuinely interesting, and not just because it was available, this role is worth reading in full.
As a Management Trainee in our Finance and Accounts team, you will work directly under the Senior Manager, Finance on Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) activities. This is a hands-on, learn-while-you-do role. You will not shadow someone else's work. You will contribute to real financial reporting, variance analysis, and planning cycles from your first month, with structured guidance and training built into the role. After six months, on successful completion of the probation period, you transition to Associate.
What is FP&A?
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is the function inside a company that answers three questions: what did we plan to spend and earn, what did we actually spend and earn, and why is there a gap? FP&A teams own budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis. They are the finance team's link between raw numbers and business decisions. This is the work you will be doing and learning.
Career Path
Management Trainee
First 6 Months (Probation)
Associate, Finance
Post Probation
Senior Associate & Beyond
Performance-Linked Growth
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Budgeting Support
Assist in compiling annual and quarterly budget templates by gathering inputs from department heads.
Track budget submissions, flag inconsistencies, and follow up on missing data.
Prepare actuals vs budget comparison reports and highlight key variances for review.
2. Reporting & MIS
Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
Assist in building P&L summaries, cost-centre reports, and expense trackers.
Maintain and update financial reporting templates in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
3. Forecasting & Variance Analysis
Support the rolling forecast process by collecting data inputs and updating financial models.
Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast) and write clear summaries of key findings.
Help identify cost drivers and revenue trends from operational and financial data.
4. Month-End Close Support
Support the month-end close process: accruals, provisions, and expense reconciliations.
Coordinate with accounts payable and receivable teams to collect required data inputs.
Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance activities you are involved in.
5. Compliance & Data Management
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across reports and trackers.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and internal control procedures.
Support internal and external audit requirements as and when needed.
What You Will Learn
This role comes with structured on-the-job training alongside your work. Over your first six months, you will be trained on:
FP&A workflows: how budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis work in a live business environment.
Advanced Excel for finance: pivot tables, dynamic dashboards, formula-based financial models, and data reconciliation techniques.
US healthcare business context: how revenue cycle operations generate financial data and what drives performance.
Professional finance reporting: how to structure numbers into insights that leadership can act on.
What You Bring
Must-Have
MBA with Finance as the primary or first specialization. This is non-negotiable.
12th in the Commerce stream (CBSE, ICSE, or equivalent board). Mandatory.
Strong academic record. A consistent performance history across 12th and graduation is expected.
Working knowledge of MS Excel. You should be able to build and navigate spreadsheets independently.
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. A wrong number in a financial report is not a minor error.
Good written and spoken English. You will be coordinating with internal teams and presenting findings.
Strong Preference
Basic understanding of financial statements: P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow. Even from coursework.
Any internship or project work involving financial analysis, MIS, budgeting, or accounts.
Familiarity with variance analysis or management reporting concepts.
Nice-to-Have
Exposure to ERP or accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.
Basic awareness of financial modelling or data analysis tools.
Who You Are
You chose Finance, not just MBA. This is the field you want to build a career in, and FP&A is where you want to start.
Numbers bother you when they are off. You catch the error before someone else does.
You ask why a number moved, not just what it is. Curiosity about business performance is natural to you.
You are structured in how you think and communicate. Whether it is an Excel sheet or a verbal update, you present clearly.
You take ownership of your work and meet your deadlines without needing to be reminded.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: MBA in Finance (primary specialization) is mandatory. 12th in Commerce stream is mandatory. Both are non-negotiable.
Academic record: A strong, consistent academic background is expected. 70% or above in both 12th and graduation is preferred.
Batch: Freshers and recent graduates. Up to 1 year of experience (including internships) is acceptable.
Tier: Graduates from recognized universities across India, including tier 2 institutions, are encouraged to apply.
Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST, onsite in Gurugram, 5 days a week. Non-negotiable.
Joining: Immediate joiners strongly preferred.
Selection Process
Round 1: HR Screening. Profile review against education gate and eligibility criteria.
Round 2: Finance Assessment. Aptitude and concept test conducted at the Gurugram office, covering financial concepts, numerical reasoning, and Excel basics.
Round 3: Interview with the Senior Manager, Finance covering academic background, finance knowledge, and analytical approach.
Round 4: CEO Connect.

About Us:
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
About the Role:
The role supports the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function by keeping its core processes running to a reliable cycle — risk and incident records, policy administration, new product approval coordination and the reporting calendar — so that the risk information reaching senior management and committees is complete, accurate and on time. The role works closely with the ERM Manager and first-line stakeholders across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the quarterly risk reporting cycle, including collection and validation of metrics, pack production and committee materials.
Maintain risk registers, incident records and action trackers, ensuring entries are complete, current and supported by evidence.

Support the maintenance of the risk appetite framework and key risk indicators, including data sourcing and validation with metric owners.
Support ERM training and awareness activity, including delivery logistics, materials and completion records.
Work closely with first-line stakeholders to collect, chase and quality-check risk information, escalating gaps and delays promptly.
Support internal audit and regulatory requests by preparing documentation and audit-ready evidence.
Support ERM governance and tooling, including use and administration of GRC tools and maintenance of documentation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
2–4 years' experience in risk, GRC, compliance, audit support or a related operational role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Working knowledge of risk registers, risk reporting and control documentation, with the ability to apply concepts pragmatically.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to run several recurring cycles in parallel and keep each to deadline.
Confident coordinating across functions and seniority levels, including remotely, and comfortable chasing stakeholders for information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, including experience preparing clear risk reports and presentations.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; hands-on experience using or supporting GRC tools a strong advantage.
Job Benefits
2–4 years' experience in business continuity, operational resilience, operational risk or a related role within Financial Services, FinTech, Payments or another regulated environment.
Practical working knowledge of business continuity and resilience concepts — business impact analysis, recovery objectives, continuity planning and testing — with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
Awareness of regulatory expectations for operational resilience; familiarity with CBUAE requirements or an equivalent regime is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the confidence to run workshops and interviews with department heads and to challenge the answers constructively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing clear plans, reports and presentations.

About Tabby:
Tabby
is the GCC's leading shopping and payments platform, giving millions of people across Saudi Arabia and the UAE more control in the way they spend, save and earn. Headquartered in Riyadh, we've grown into one of the largest fintech companies to come out of the Arab world, working with +65,000 sellers, from global names like Apple, IKEA, Adidas and Shein to the region's leading retail groups.
We're now building a local team on the ground in Kuwait, with a renewed presence in the market coming soon. This is a rare chance to join us at the start of a local launch, shaping how we show up for Kuwaiti shoppers and sellers from day one, backed by the scale, technology and track record we've built across the region.
If you want to help us build something significant in Kuwait, backed by proven regional success, we want to hear from you.
About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on
Senior Risk Manager
to help build Tabby’s risk capabilities in Kuwait, with combined responsibility for enterprise and credit risk. As one of our first local hires, you will establish the governance, policies, risk appetite and reporting required for launch, while providing credit risk oversight as the portfolio grows. You will work closely with Kuwait leadership and Group Risk, as well as Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations, to ensure we scale responsibly and meet local regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Building and maintaining Tabby’s local risk management framework for Kuwait, covering enterprise and credit risk and aligning it with Group standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Developing the local risk strategy, risk appetite statement, policies, limits, governance forums and management reporting required for launch and ongoing operations by aligning with Group standard and adapted to local requirements
Owning the enterprise risk process, including risk identification and assessment, the risk register, key risk indicators, emerging-risk reviews, residual risk positions and remediation tracking.
Providing independent risk challenges on new products, partnerships, customer journeys, operating models and other material business initiatives.
Leading local credit risk oversight across the customer lifecycle, including underwriting and eligibility rules, credit limits, affordability, collections outcomes and portfolio quality, focusing on local regulatory requirements.
Partnering with Group Risk and Product teams to calibrate credit strategies for Kuwait and assess model, policy and limit changes.
Establishing clear early-warning indicators, thresholds and reporting to support timely, data-informed risk decisions.
Preparing risk assessments, reporting and recommendations for local leadership, risk committees, the Board and regulators, as applicable.
Supporting licensing activities, regulatory submissions, examinations and information requests in partnership with Compliance, Legal and other control functions as well as acting as primary risk contact for Internal Audit
Coordinating risk input into business continuity, outsourcing and third-party risk, operational incidents and control assessments.
Promoting a practical risk culture and helping teams understand how risks should be identified, assessed, escalated and managed as well as ensuring material risks and control gaps are escalated and addressed at the right level.
Helping shape the future Kuwait risk organisation and supporting hiring as the business scales.
You should apply if
You have strong risk management experience within banking, fintech, consumer lending, payments or another regulated financial-services environment.
You bring meaningful hands-on experience across both enterprise risk and credit risk, rather than exposure limited to governance or oversight.
You have built or materially improved risk frameworks, policies, risk appetite, governance structures, reporting and control processes.
You understand consumer credit risk across underwriting, credit policy, portfolio monitoring, collections performance and loss drivers..
You understand enterprise risk disciplines including risk and control assessments, KRIs, incident and issue management, operational resilience, third-party risk and emerging risks.
You understand the Kuwait regulatory environment; experience engaging with the Central Bank of Kuwait or another GCC financial-services regulator.
You can operate independently in a new-market environment and are comfortable building the essentials yourself before a wider team is in place.
You can balance strong governance with practical, proportionate execution and constructively challenge senior stakeholders when required.
You communicate complex risk topics clearly and can prepare decision-ready materials for leadership, governance forums and regulators.
You work effectively across Product, Data, Operations, Compliance, Finance, Legal and Internal Audit.
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Business, Mathematics or a related field; FRM, PRM, CFA or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
You are professionally fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
