- Build data pipelines with our Data Engineer to run models on large volumes of game data.
- Measure quality so we know what works and what doesn’t.
- Build retrieval and multi-step pipelines.
- Turn the best prototypes into real product features together with our engineers.

- You measure results and can show how well your solution works.
- You can work independently and explain your decisions clearly.
- Ability to pass technical interview both in Russian & English.
What we’d be particularly excited about
- Interest in or experience with mobile games, LiveOps or market analytics.
- Hands on experience in building AI projects

Also, while we are a remote-first company, you may be asked to report in person on an ad-hoc basis for team gatherings, functional off-sites or customer meetings.
.
See yourself at Twilio
Join the team as Twilio’s next Machine Learning Engineer, Customer Memory.
About the job
This position is needed to build and scale the pipelines that turn raw conversation data into structured, searchable customer memory, and the evaluation systems that keep that memory accurate as the product evolves.
You'll join the Conversation Memory team, which builds the memory layer behind Twilio's Conversational AI platform: the systems that extract what matters from millions of conversations, resolve it to the right customer, and retrieve it in milliseconds when an agent needs it. Memory that is wrong, stale, or crossed between customers is worse than no memory at all, so quality measurement is a first-class part of the work.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Build the extraction pipeline that turns raw data into structured memory, tuning the LLM prompts and schemas that decide what an AI agent remembers about a customer and what it forgets.
Own the retrieval path that answers "what do we know about this person?" in milliseconds, working with embeddings, vector search, and ranking
Contribute to the eval systems that tell us whether memory is actually getting better, turning a fuzzy question of quality into benchmarks and regression gates that run before every change ships.
Diagnose production issues across the ingestion, extraction, and indexing path using logs, metrics, and traces.
Partner with Product and ML teams to translate customer problems into system changes and evaluation criteria.
Qualifications
Twilio values diverse experiences from all kinds of industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!
Required:
Experience building backend services, and a demonstrated ability to pick up new languages, frameworks, and tools as the problem demands.
A curious approach to service management: ability to investigate how systems actually behave in production, and desire to continuously learn how to operate them with rigor and accountability.
Experience building or working with evaluation/quality-measurement systems, such as regression detection or quality metrics, or the desire to learn.
Solid grounding in observability practices: structured logging, metrics, and using them to debug distributed systems in production.
Fluency with AI-assisted dev tools (e.g. agents for code generation, review, debugging), applied with deliberate direction and critical thinking.
Desired:
Experience with Go and/or Python.
Experience with event-streaming systems (e.g. Kafka).
Experience building LLM-backed products.
Practical experience applying ML, e.g. building, evaluating, or productionizing models.
Location
This role will be remote, but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

Working at Twilio offers many benefits, including competitive pay, generous time off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more. Offerings vary by location.

The Vice President of Platform Engineering reports to the CTO and leads the strategy, organization, and execution for 1Password’s core service and development platforms. The VP is accountable for building secure, reliable, and scalable foundations that enable teams across 1Password to deliver, operate, and own with autonomy, speed, and unambiguous accountability. The VP owns operations, drives delivery, and develops a high-performing team to achieve impactful results.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, preferably with experience building and operating at the intersections of IaaS, SaaS, and the cybersecurity industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields; or proven equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record establishing durable, full-lifecycle ownership for critical platforms and services, including adoption, customer experience, reliability, security, cost, incident response, and continued evolution.
- Proven ability delivering and operating cost-effective mission-critical infrastructure and platform systems serving internal- and consumer-facing software products, operational efficiency and market expansion.
- Strong business and technical acumen in systems and software engineering, proven ability to lead an organization and culture delivering best practices and innovation.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define, develop and execute strategic plans across a wide set of objectives, driving committed quantifiable results.
- Extensive experience in building, maintaining, and influencing operational excellence, including process and system optimization, scalability, and the development and management of performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite leaders and cross-functional teams, aligning on strategic priorities to achieve shared objectives.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly, build trust, inspire broadly, gaining alignment across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven expertise in leading and sustaining multi-year transformational initiatives in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.
- Proven experience building, developing and scaling high-performing teams.
What you can expect:
- Leadership: Continuously evolve, develop and execute the Platform Engineering vision, strategy, objectives, and roadmaps, aligning and laddering it with the company strategy and customer needs. Proactively incorporate market and industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify opportunities, informing strategic decision-making.

- Operations: Design and evolve the organization, ownership model, and operating mechanisms needed to execute the strategy. Establish clear accountability for the platforms and services the organization operates directly, while creating governed, supported paths that enable other teams to own and operate their products independently.
- Engineering Systems and Practices: Advance how software is built and operated across 1Password through ubiquitous engineering standards, operational excellence, and safe, measurable Agentic Engineering practices. Establish the platforms, controls, and evidence needed for teams to adopt these practices while remaining accountable for their results.
- Performance: Establish clear, quantifiable outcomes across the organization and operating mechanisms that expose progress, quality, adoption, operational health, and business impact. Use evidence to make investment, prioritization, and organizational decisions, transparently providing actionable insights for the executive team and organizational leaders.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.
*Titles posted to our careers page are updated regularly to best advertise the role and expected seniority, but internally we have a flat titling system with two types of titles: one for individual contributors and one for people managers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
*Open to hiring remote across the US — we also have offices in NYC, San Francisco, and Seattle

- 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or people operations role at a high-growth company
- Deep working knowledge of benefits, leave administration, immigration basics and employment law across multiple states
- Experience running company-wide programs such as performance cycles, open enrollment and engagement surveys

Why Join Exadel
We're an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.
From strategic advisory and AI solutions to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to solve complex business challenges, unlock opportunities, and build what's next.
What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills

Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect

Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
