At Offchain, we aren’t just building products: we’re leading a movement.
As pioneers in blockchain scalability and security, we're at the forefront of transforming how the world interacts with decentralized applications. We're laying the foundation that will define the next generation of digital commerce, governance, and human interaction. This involves tackling real-world challenges that come with scaling blockchain technology, without compromising on its core principles: decentralization, security and transparency.
At the center of this vision is our people. Our team is made up of thinkers and doers that embrace new challenges and seek solutions that push existing boundaries. If you’re energized by solving unprecedented problems, and believe in the role that decentralized systems will play in creating a more equitable digital future, then we want to hear from you.
Why Offchain?
Offchain is setting the pace for the entire Ethereum ecosystem. We built the Arbitrum stack that powers Arbitrum One, the most widely adopted Ethereum scaling solution that exists today.
Arbitrum’s ecosystem is undergoing tremendous growth with hundreds of projects and dApps on Arbitrum One today. Over 100 different teams have used Offchain technology to build their own Arbitrum chains. Major players in the space, Robinhood, BlackRock, Ethena Labs, Securitize, Aave, and Apechain are all using the Arbitrum stack.
Arbitrum’s thriving ecosystem wouldn’t exist without our advanced technology stack. Arbitrum, Prysm, ZeroDev. These aren’t just product names. These are tools that are actively reshaping what's possible on Ethereum and advancing its core infrastructure.
To top it all off? We’re backed by $124 million in funding. We’ve demonstrated consistent execution with billions in secured value, thousands of supported projects, and infrastructure processing millions of transactions seamlessly.

We are looking for a Product Analyst for our Growth squad. The squad owns the product side of the funnel, from the first visit to the first payment. You will spend most of your time as its analyst, working alongside marketing analytics, who own channels and attribution.
What you will do:
Own the funnel metrics from visit to payment and shape the squad’s roadmap with the PM

Build and maintain dbt models with tests and code review, and Metabase dashboards on top of them
Keep funnel tracking reliable by defining events and data contracts with backend engineers
Develop and support our AI analytics assistant: own the Growth domain in its knowledge base, review its answers and fix what it gets wrong
Take requests from other teams through the analytics team’s shared intake
Our stack:
BigQuery, dbt, Metabase, GrowthBook, Bloomreach, Python, git with pull-request review. Claude Code/Cursor are part of daily work.
You have
3+ years as a Product Analyst, preferably in B2C or a fast-growing company
Excellent SQL and hands-on experience building data marts, ideally in dbt

Nice to have
Causal inference or uplift modeling
Applied ML in a business context
Experience building or evaluating LLM-based tools
What you get
Fully remote work

AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.
