About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
As a manager of Applied AI Engineers for Anthropic's Megas segment, you will lead a team of deeply technical engineers embedded with our largest and most strategic accounts. These companies are partner-customers: they are among our biggest revenue drivers and also some of our most important go-to-market distribution channels. Each one consumes Claude to transform its own business and distributes Claude through its platforms and marketplaces. Your team works hands-on with their product and engineering organizations as they build on Claude: co-designing complex technical solutions, advising on architecture, developing evaluation frameworks, and guiding them through the most advanced implementation patterns for LLMs.
You will hire, coach, and grow this team while staying close enough to the technology to set a high bar for engineering judgment. Your engineers work in account-aligned pods alongside Applied AI Architects, and you'll partner closely with pod leads, Mega Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Research. You'll guide your team from technical discovery through production deployment, turn wins at one Mega into reference architectures and patterns that compound across the others, and channel Mega-driven requirements back into Anthropic's product and research roadmap, all while maintaining our high standards for safety and reliability. This is a fast-moving space at the frontier of what's possible with LLMs, and you'll help define how we scale technical impact across our most important relationships.
Responsibilities
Build, coach, and grow a team of Applied AI Engineers serving Mega accounts: hire strong technical builders, develop them through structured feedback and clear competency expectations, and create scalable onboarding for a customer-facing technical role.
Staff engineers into account-aligned pods alongside Applied AI Architects, balancing deep account continuity with flexibility to move expertise where the segment needs it most.
Set performance goals aligned with each Mega's technical account plan and the segment's consumption objectives, and establish the metrics, reporting cadence, and dashboards that keep pod leads and cross-functional stakeholders informed on team health and impact.
Serve as a senior technical advisor to Mega product and engineering leaders as they deploy production Claude workloads: guiding architecture design, evaluation strategy, and advanced prompting, agentic, and implementation patterns from discovery through deployment.
Lead hands-on co-build initiatives with Mega engineering teams, from prototypes and pilots to production deployments, in support of each account's joint roadmap with Anthropic.
Help navigate the partner-customer duality: support both direct consumption and the distribution of Claude through Mega platforms and marketplaces, and exercise sound judgment about what we build together and share.
Act as a technical escalation point for your team's accounts, and partner with pod leads and Mega Sales to sequence technical work for maximum customer value.
Build shared assets across pods, including reference architectures, agentic patterns, and eval frameworks, so that what one pod learns benefits every Mega account.
Collaborate with Product and Research to surface Mega-driven requirements with the right weight and context, advocating for high-impact product changes without becoming a feature-request pass-through.
Champion scalable public and internal assets documenting the latest LLM prompting, evaluation, agentic, and architecture techniques; contribute thought leadership through talks, blog posts, and white papers.
Maintain strong, current knowledge of LLM capabilities, implementation patterns, and the AI product development stack, and translate it into practical guidance for your team and customers.
Travel to customer sites for workshops, executive technical sessions, implementation support, and relationship building, and represent Anthropic at conferences and speaking engagements.
You may be a good fit if you have
6+ years of experience in technical roles such as Forward Deployed Engineer, Software Engineer, Solutions/Sales Engineer, or Technical Product Manager.
4+ years of experience operating in a formal leadership capacity, ideally with some tenure as a manager of managers/multiple teams. Former technical founders are also encouraged to apply.
Demonstrated success hiring, coaching, and scaling customer-facing technical teams, ideally in a fast-moving or hypergrowth environment.
Experience supporting large, named strategic accounts at a platform, infrastructure, or model company, ideally where the account was both a customer and a partner.
Production experience with LLMs, including advanced prompt engineering, agent development and frameworks, evaluation frameworks, transcript analysis, MCP, and deployment at scale, with the technical depth to set engineering standards and review your team's work credibly.
Strong programming skills with proficiency in Python or TypeScript and experience building production applications.
A track record engaging senior technical stakeholders (CTOs, CPOs, and engineering leaders) and influencing technical architecture and partner product roadmaps.
Experience working in or running mixed pre-sales and hands-on engineering teams (for example, SA + FDE or SE + delivery).
The ability to navigate ambiguity and execute across domains with intellectual openness, finding simple solutions to complex problems.
A high-cooperation mindset for cross-organizational collaboration across Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Research, balancing competing priorities with integrity.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders while maintaining a low ego and collaborative approach.
Passion for advancing safe, beneficial AI systems through creative technical applications.
Strong candidates may also have
Background at a hyperscaler, foundation model lab, or large ISV in a strategic-accounts or alliances technical role.
Experience with marketplace, embed/OEM, or co-sell motions.
Prior forward-deployed engineering leadership.
Experience leading technical teams through periods of rapid scale, balancing immediate execution with durable, long-term architectural and platform decisions.
Experience coaching engineers from purely technical roles into customer-facing, advisory work.
Executive briefing and public speaking presence.

Job Title: Channel Partner Manager, Americas
Location: United States, Remote
The Business Development & Partnerships team plays an important role in our go-to-market strategy by building and scaling the ecosystem that surrounds Chainalysis, from technology alliances to system integrators and resellers. The team is responsible for identifying and developing inorganic growth opportunities, unlocking new routes to market, and fostering a diverse partner ecosystem that amplifies our reach while making it easier for customers to buy and deploy Chainalysis.
The Channel Partnerships Manager, Americas will own the day-to-day management of channel partners across the region, with a focus on activating, enabling, and growing a defined set of channel partners. This role is focused on regional execution and will be responsible for helping partners and internal field teams work together more effectively to drive pipeline, revenue, and market coverage in the Americas.
In this role, you’ll:
- Build strong working relationships with key partners in-region, including SI’s, consulting firms, resellers, distributors, and MSPs, and serve as the primary point of contact for partner engagement within the geo.
- Drive partner enablement so partners can effectively position Chainalysis, qualify opportunities, navigate sales plays, and work within our channel processes and requirements.
- Develop and execute joint plans with priority partners in AMER to increase partner-sourced pipeline, improve partner engagement, and expand partner contribution to regional growth.
- Work closely with regional sales leaders, AEs, RevOps, Marketing, and Partnerships to align partners to the right accounts, opportunities, and go-to-market motions in-region.
- Identify high-potential regional partners to prioritize, grow existing partner performance, and help recruit new partners where there is clear market opportunity or coverage need.
- Support internal field enablement in AMER so sellers understand when and how to engage partners, the relevant program guidelines, and how to work effectively with indirect routes to market.
- Run a consistent operating cadence with top partners, including business reviews, pipeline check-ins, account mapping, and escalation management where needed.
- Track partner activity and outcomes in partnership with RevOps and sales, including partner-sourced pipeline, training progress, and overall partner performance in the region.
- Coordinate closely with the broader Partnerships team to ensure regional execution is aligned to the overall program while remaining focused on in-market partner activation and revenue growth.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience managing channel, reseller, MSP, VAR, and SI relationships at a B2B technology or services company.
- Demonstrated ability to enable partners effectively, including training on value proposition, sales plays, qualification, and how to work opportunities with internal sales teams.
- Experience driving measurable business outcomes through partners, including partner-sourced pipeline
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with sales, marketing, RevOps, and other internal stakeholders to execute partner plans.
- Strong commercial judgment and execution skills, including the ability to prioritize partners, manage competing opportunities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in the US or in a multi-country region with different market dynamics, sales motions, and partner maturity levels.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the crypto and blockchain ecosystem and how it ties into the financial services industry, and the ability to ramp quickly on Chainalysis products, use cases, and customer needs in order to enable partners effectively.
- Background in crypto, financial services, fintech, and/or compliance software.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience at a consulting/services firm advising clients on digital asset initiatives
- Experience with PRM tools, deal registration processes, account mapping, and partner performance tracking.
- Experience building channels in an environment where direct sales and indirect routes to market must coexist and be carefully governed.
- Comfort working across time zones and in a highly matrixed global organization.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

About the job
Keet is a fully peer-to-peer messaging and video calling app built on Holepunch's P2P stack. There are no servers, no middlemen, and no data harvesting. People talk directly to each other, with end-to-end encryption by design.
We are looking for a
Senior Technical Product Manager
to own the vision for Keet and lead it to a billion users, competing head-on with WhatsApp and Telegram. This is not a maintenance role. You will define where Keet goes, convince the board and the team that it is the right direction, and then drive the execution that gets it there.
You are a rare combination of three things. You are a product visionary who has shipped consumer chat or calling apps at scale. You are a technologist who can go deep on P2P architecture and the Pear / Holepunch stack (docs.pears.com). And you are a hands-on builder who uses AI tools to prototype and prove concepts in days, not months. You set the bar high, move at incredible speed, and lead from the front.
You will also be the person who catches what others miss. The PM who thrives here reads every ticket, tracks every dependency, asks the uncomfortable question before it becomes a launch incident, and keeps five workstreams moving simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them.
If you prefer a PM role where you set strategy and delegate execution, this is not the right fit. If you want to build something that ships to real users, moves markets, and carries your fingerprints from concept to production, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy
Own and articulate the long-term product vision for Keet as the world's leading private, peer-to-peer communication app, with a clear path to 1 billion users.
Analyze WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, LINE, WeChat and emerging competitors to identify where P2P gives Keet an unfair advantage, and build the roadmap around it.
Present product vision, strategy, metrics and progress to the board and executive leadership with clarity and conviction.
Define a growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and virality, with measurable targets at every stage.
Technical Product Leadership
Develop a deep working understanding of the Holepunch P2P stack (Pear runtime, Bare, Hypercore, Hyperswarm, HyperDHT, Autobase, Hyperbee) and translate its capabilities and constraints into product decisions.
Partner with core engineering on hard P2P problems at scale, including NAT traversal, offline sync, multi-device support, large groups, push notifications, and battery and data efficiency on mobile.
Own the real-time calling experience (1:1 and group voice and video, plus screen sharing) to a quality bar that matches or beats Google Meet and Zoom.
Define clear feature tiers with explicit labels for stable versus experimental functionality.
Rapid Prototyping with AI
Use AI coding and design tools to build working prototypes and demos that prove concepts before committing engineering resources.
Turn ideas into something the team, users and the board can see and touch within days.
Execution & Team Leadership
Lead the product team and run the sprint cadence end to end, covering planning, prioritization, standups, reviews and retrospectives.
Own deliverables from conception through release, testing and post-launch iteration, ensuring core functionality works reliably every time.
Maintain issue trackers and roadmaps that accurately reflect priorities and sprint commitments.
Coordinate across engineering, QA, design, marketing and business stakeholders, and manage cross-team dependencies across the Holepunch and Tether ecosystem.
Provide transparent updates on status, risks and timeline changes, and hold direct conversations about accountability when needed.
Mobile & Distribution
Own the mobile release process across iOS and Android. This includes App Store and Google Play submissions, review guidelines, compliance, store listings, ratings and release management.
Oversee desktop distribution and installers across macOS, Windows and Linux.
Build crash reporting, debugging and analytics systems, privacy-preserving by design, that turn user reports into actionable engineering data.
Mandatory:
8+ years of product management experience, including significant time in a senior or lead role owning a consumer product end to end.
Strong product sense, with a proven track record of setting product vision and driving it to measurable outcomes at scale (tens of millions of users or more).
Experience leading engineers who ship products, including running sprint cadences with predictable delivery across cross-functional teams.
Deep JavaScript and React skills. You can read and write production code, review pull requests, and build working prototypes yourself.
Intuition for distributed and local-first systems. You don't need P2P expertise, because our core abstracts it away, but you should be able to reason about sync, offline behavior and consistency trade-offs.
Hands-on experience shipping and scaling mobile apps on iOS and Android, with deep familiarity with App Store and Google Play logistics, review processes and release management.
Experience with real-time voice and video calling products (such as Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp calls) and the quality, latency and reliability trade-offs involved.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to rapidly prototype and demonstrate product concepts.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience presenting vision and strategy to boards, executives and investors.
A strong understanding of urgency versus importance, and the judgment to make fast, high-quality decisions with incomplete information.
You thrive in a high-intensity, fast-moving environment, set an exceptionally high bar, and are willing to go above and beyond, including extended hours, when the mission demands it.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Nice to have:
Product leadership experience at a major messaging app such as WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Signal, Viber or KakaoTalk.
Experience with peer-to-peer technologies, distributed systems or decentralized protocols. Prior exposure to Holepunch, Pear or Hypercore is a strong plus.
Experience growing a product in emerging markets or across multiple regions and languages.
A background in privacy, encryption or security-focused products.
Familiarity with Electron, React Native or similar cross-platform frameworks, as well as installer systems, boot performance and Linux packaging (Snap, AppImage, Flatpak).
A solid understanding of testing approaches (unit, integration, end-to-end), test automation and performance testing.
An engineering background or computer science degree.
Experience with Git, issue trackers and modern collaboration tools.
Why this role:
The next billion-user communication app will not run on someone else's servers. If you want to be the person who defines it, presents it to the board, prototypes it yourself, and then leads the team that ships it, we want to hear from you.
In your application, include a link to a product you have shipped or a prototype you have built, along with a few sentences on how you would take Keet to 1 billion users.

About the role
As a Manager, Compute Accounting at Anthropic, you will execute day-to-day accounting for our compute and cloud infrastructure spend, ensuring accurate financial reporting and robust controls as we scale. You'll be responsible for preparing compute cost accounting, including accruals, prepaids, accounts payable reconciliation, expense classification, and commitment tracking. This role requires hands-on month-end close experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build scalable processes and controls in a high-growth environment, with a strong appetite for process improvement and automation.
You'll work directly with Engineering, Procurement, and Finance & Strategy to resolve issues and ensure that costs are captured accurately and in compliance with our agreements. As Anthropic's compute footprint expands rapidly across multiple cloud service providers, you'll help operate the financial controls and processes that enable us to manage compute spend measured in the tens of billions of dollars with precision and confidence. You'll also support internal and external audit requests.
Key responsibilities
Own the accounting lifecycle for compute and cloud infrastructure expenses, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all costs through monthly close, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, journal entries, and flux analysis
Review and interpret cloud service provider and infrastructure contracts to ensure proper accounting treatment, commitment tracking, and compliance with contractual terms
Track and reconcile commitment-based agreements, ensuring proper recognition and disclosure of multi-year purchase obligations
Perform accounts payable and vendor statement reconciliations, working with cloud service providers to resolve discrepancies and ensure billing accuracy
Build scalable processes and controls that can grow with the organization, and develop reporting and monitoring systems to provide visibility into compute spending patterns and trends
Support internal and external audit requests on compute cost accounting and commitment disclosure matters
Work with Engineering and cloud service providers to investigate issues and see them through to resolution
Build monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for leadership reviews
Drive process improvement and automation initiatives—redesigning close workflows, building automated data pipelines and reporting, and leveraging AI tooling—and contribute to cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery
Minimum qualifications
7+ years of progressive operational accounting experience
CPA (or equivalent) with a strong understanding of GAAP
Strong, hands-on month-end close experience, with a proven ability to prepare accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries accurately and on time
Significant experience accounting for cloud service or compute infrastructure expenses, including review of associated contracts
Experience with cloud service provider cost structures and the unique challenges of accounting for consumption-based services
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain issues to vendors, engineers, and other non-finance stakeholders in clear, simple terms
Strong analytical abilities and comfort working with a high volume of transactions
Proven experience building accounting processes, controls, and policy in high-growth environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a track record of seeing issues through to resolution
Proficiency with modern ERP systems (Workday preferred)
Preferred qualifications
Have experience mentoring junior accounting professionals
A track record of leading process transformation, automation, or finance systems projects from scoping through delivery

Comfort with cross-functional partnership in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly
SQL and BigQuery proficiency, enabling direct data analysis and validation against source systems
Python skills for building automation and analytical tools
Experience at cloud service providers, data center operators, or technology companies with consumption-based or usage-based business models
Background combining Big 4 accounting experience with industry roles at technology companies
Exposure to infrastructure lease or asset structures, including colocation, GPU clusters, networking equipment, or data center buildouts
Track record of implementing automated reconciliation and reporting solutions

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
