From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We’re looking for a Staff Program Manager for our Central Engineering Operations team to help us reach our goals and help our Engineering team be the best that it can be!
The mission for the Staff Program Manager, Central Engineering Operations, is to drive operational excellence and improve execution effectiveness across key Engineering and R&D areas. Our Engineering organization is grouped into a number of functional global groups that are utilizing various processes, systems, tools, and KPIs in order to jointly deliver best-in-class data pipelines and drive innovation.
The role focuses on increasing engineering and R&D efficiency and effectiveness in delivering our strategic objectives by leading end-to-end major process and efficiency improvement projects and programs.
As the majority of the processes belong to the software development industry, the role assumes you have broad experience in software development, leading multiple programs, and shipping software from start to finish. You have worked closely with cross-functional teams with design, research, product, and engineering. Preferably, you work at a tech company and are heavily involved in engineering operations, understanding how engineering and R&D processes work under the hood and how to take them to the next level, leveraging data-driven approaches.
We want you to bring your passion for problem-solving, experience in the tech world, and the drive to help us get to the next level, and have some fun along the way.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You’ll Do
Ensure operations and strategy execution work seamlessly and effectively, and streamline engineering and R&D processes to be simple, value-oriented, and scalable.
Lead and manage engineering and R&D process enhancements to set up or improve engineering and cross-departmental processes, and be responsible for transitioning them to operational state (all in coordination with key stakeholders), resulting in documented, repeatable, and measurable processes. This includes end-to-end work from problem definition and data analysis through solution proposal, alignment with R&D leadership, and execution and adoption of the changes.
Partner with engineering group leaders to improve planning, execution, and operational health within their organizations, with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency, stability, and effectiveness in the delivery of their strategic objectives.
Support engineering leadership in quarterly planning, tracking OKRs, and driving execution against strategic priorities in consistent alignment with engineering-wide and R&D policies and practices.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team of operations managers to manage engineering initiatives, solve problems, and optimize and automate routine operations, increasing the team's and engineering's value-added time.
Work closely with senior engineers and leadership teams to ensure strict adherence to operational processes. Conduct audits and check-ins to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process refinement.
Collaborate with operations managers and cross-functional partners to improve execution, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency, and also directly contribute to the improvement and support of our internal knowledge management process and information structure in collaboration with other Ops and PMO teams.
Manage R&D-wide initiatives. Coordinate and oversee the preparation, planning, and delivery of engineering updates, events, and R&D-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Drive operational excellence across R&D: spearhead and champion global operational strategies, focusing on optimizing engineering processes to be more efficient, scalable, and aligned with the company’s long-term vision.
Skills We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in technical/operations management in the technology/software development industry with technical expertise that enables you to define automation requirements, automate operational workflows, and perform data analysis using query languages and AI.
Ability to work directly with senior leadership on programs, including leading R&D-wide (engineering, product, design, security) initiatives from start to finish.
Proven experience in optimizing operations on an Engineering and R&D scale, creating actionable plans, and managing execution to enhance operational effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability across multiple engineering teams and departments, and adhering to various compliance requirements.
You can facilitate discussions with engineering subject matter experts on topics such as System Design, Data Architecture, Infrastructure Management (including cost management), Quality, etc., in the context of engineering operations.
Ability to leverage AI to increase your own productivity and leverage it in the solutions you’re building.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact and collaborate with technical and non-technical groups at all levels.
A data-driven and action-oriented mindset with excellent planning, analytical, problem-solving, project/program management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Bonus Skills
Experience driving projects end-to-end, and shipping complex, large-scale software projects with global teams utilizing different SDLCs.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and analytical tools like Looker and Sigma.
Experience working at cloud platforms and SaaS companies in the past is a plus.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
WHO WE ARE
Enterprise at Baseten means the companies with the most to gain from AI and the most complexity in getting there: large digital natives running products at massive scale, and category leaders in software, financial services, healthcare, and beyond. They have the data, the distribution, and the budget. Most are still deciding what to build, what to run themselves, and what it should cost.
That makes this a consultative sale. You'll spend as much time helping a VP of Engineering pressure-test their AI strategy as you will selling against an alternative, mapping use cases, framing build-vs-buy, and giving clear recommendations grounded in what you've seen work at the frontier. Then you'll do the enterprise work: multithreading across a buying committee, navigating security and procurement, and turning a first workload into an eight-figure relationship.
You'll work alongside our founders, forward-deployed engineers, and GTM leadership, in a seat where the playbook is still being written.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target end to end, from prospecting and outbounding through closing Tier 1 accounts in your verticals
- Act as a strategic advisor on AI adoption: identify use cases, shape architecture decisions, and lead with clear, opinionated recommendations
- Multithread across large organizations, from the engineers running evals to the executives funding the program to security, legal, and procurement
- Win lighthouse customers that become references for their entire industry
- Partner with forward-deployed engineering on technical evaluations, POCs, and architecture reviews
- Feed signal back to product and engineering. What enterprises need next is a roadmap input we don't get anywhere else
REQUIREMENTS
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technology, ideally infrastructure, API/platform, or developer tooling
- A track record of closing seven- and eight-figure deals by navigating multi-stakeholder buying committees and long, complex cycles
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Strong technical acumen: you can hold your own on model serving, GPU infrastructure, latency, and API architecture
- Experience selling into large digital natives or regulated industries (financial services, healthcare/life sciences, insurance, government)
- Excellent communication and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
NICE TO HAVE
- Direct experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, cloud compute, or model deployment platforms
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

We are building AI to simulate the world through merging art and science.
We believe that world models are at the frontier of progress in artificial intelligence. Language models alone won’t solve the world’s hardest problems – robotics, disease, scientific discovery. Real progress requires models that experience the world and learn from their mistakes, the same way that humans do. And this kind of trial and error can be massively accelerated when done in simulation, rather than in the real world.
World models offer the most clear path to general-purpose simulation, changing how stories are told, how scientific progress is made and how the next frontiers of humanity are reached.
Our team consists of creative, open minded, caring and ambitious people who are determined to change the world. We aspire to continuously build impossible things and our ability to do so relies on building an incredible team. If you are driven to do the same, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic player coach – a Lead Product Designer who’s ready to tackle complex UX challenges and elevate our product to new heights. If you’re excited to dive deep into intricate design problems, raise the bar for design quality, and design and build a complex interface to data.
You’ll shape the workflows that empower technical users to seamlessly explore and understand their data. You’ll dig into user needs, collaborate closely with product and engineering on product strategy, and help foster a culture where design is seen as crucial to our success.
You will largely own both the design and much of the implementation of a cloud hosted offering. Experience in data interfaces, especially business intelligence, SQL and data exploration interfaces is a giant plus.
We value curiosity, humility, ambition, and designers who understand the technical underpinnings of data, and can even implement their own designs. If this sounds like you, send us a hello with a link to your portfolio. We’d love to see how you think, how you work, and the impact you’ve made!
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Oakland, CA office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Act as a vocal and opinionated champion for the user experience. Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization. Confidently challenge and influence cross-functional partners to embed user considerations in product decisions and ensure the user voice and UX vision remain at the forefront of our product strategy.
Leverage strong communication and compelling storytelling skills to inspire trust, clearly articulate design rationale in terms of business value and technical feasibility, and effectively align teams around your cohesive design strategy. Champion user-centric ideas with your stakeholders and ensure daily design work actively supports strategic business objectives.
Promote design excellence by leading, mentoring, and inspiring your team with your expert guidance, actionable feedback, and championing of best practices. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, creativity, and continuous improvement. Actively explore new tools, methods, and approaches to elevate the design process and raise the bar for UX quality across teams.
Conduct and utilize user research to deeply understand our technical users. Proactively identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities. Inform design decisions with insights from your research and validate your concepts through testing and feedback.
Deliver with grit and urgency and drive impactful results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate resilience in navigating ambiguity, proactively unblock challenges, maintain momentum, and ensure high-quality design outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience in end-to-end Product Design with significant experience designing for data-heavy, complex, technical or developer-oriented SaaS/B2B products.
Extensive AI tool and development experience
Proven track record of leading major design initiatives.
Proven track record of leading and mentoring other designers.
Exceptional product design skills, including user research, UX/interaction design, information architecture, and high-fidelity prototyping.

Our proprietary trading platform offers clients seamless access to stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures, options, swaps, funds, and currency pairs- all within a single, multi-currency account.
We believe in the boundless flow of capital and information. Whilst developing EXANTE, we saw technology as a means to improve global connectivity of the financial services industry. Over the years, we have earned a reputation for providing superior service and for getting the results our clients and customers want.
Most importantly, people have come to know us for our technological insights and focus on privacy. Our inspiration stems from the talent and ambition of our clients. We are offering an ecosystem of financial products and services that would provide the most tailored assistance to traders.
Our culture
Everything at EXANTE starts with our people. We bring together almost 800 minds across 70 locations. We place trust in our team with real autonomy - the freedom to drive change across products, processes and everything in between. That trust fuels innovation, and the demands of the markets build resilience; we adapt, push forward, and we look after each other while we do it.
That freedom is matched by real investment in growth: we back our people with ongoing learning, hands-on development and the kind of stretch opportunities that turn good careers into great ones.
About The Role

Collaborate with the Regional Head, Sales, and Marketing teams to formulate strategies aimed at enhancing client relationships and supporting business development.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance business performance and client satisfaction
Problem Management and Resolution:
Focus on managing wide-scale service issues and handling trade-related problems.

Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities.
Motivation for developing business and high energy with a good sense of priorities and time management
