About the job
We are looking for Fullstack Engineer to help QVAC application teams develop, review, test, and deliver reliable software with less friction. Your focus will be our desktop and mobile applications and their shared runtime, AI harness, and skills packages. You will build and maintain developer tools, integrate AI agents into engineering workflows, and improve code quality and delivery automation.
This is a hands-on engineering role with room to shape the tooling roadmap. You will work with engineers to identify useful improvements and own them from implementation through adoption and ongoing support. Success means shorter feedback loops, dependable automation, and tools that developers trust and use.
Responsibilities
Evaluate, integrate, and maintain developer tools and AI agents, including the repository guidance and integrations they need to work effectively.
Build and operate agents in CI and scheduled workflows that investigate failures, propose fixes, and give engineers evidence they can act on.
Improve automated pull request reviews, evaluating finding accuracy and reducing noise for reviewers.
Develop code quality scripts and checks for complexity, function and file size, dependency cycles, and performance regressions. Work with package owners on practical thresholds and targeted refactoring.
Improve development environments, testing, and build and release workflows so engineers and agents can verify changes reliably.
Prioritize improvements with engineering teams, support adoption through documentation and onboarding, and measure effectiveness, reliability, and operating costs.
Example projects include agents that investigate CI failures, diagnose compatibility and performance regressions, and flag changes that affect package interfaces or architecture. You will choose and refine these workflows with the engineers who use them.
Experience building and maintaining developer tools or engineering automation used by others, with strong JavaScript/TypeScript and
Node.js
skills.
Hands-on experience using and integrating AI coding tools or agents, with sound judgment about their limitations, output validation, and human review.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and systematic debugging of build, test, or integration failures.
A strong approach to code quality: maintainable code, useful automated checks, and refactoring that preserves behavior.
Ability to work independently, collaborate with engineers, and communicate clearly in English within a remote, globally distributed team.

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
Role highlights:
- Senior Manager, Total Reward
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: People
- Reports to: VP, People
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
As Senior Manager, Total Rewards, you'll build the Total Rewards function at ICEYE from the ground up. Today we don't have a mature Total Rewards infrastructure, and we need someone who has done this before and knows how to take an organization from fragmented compensation and benefits practices to a clear, scalable, data-driven framework.
You will own the strategy, design, and implementation of Total Rewards across our global workforce in Finland, Europe, the US, and Asia-Pacific. Reporting to the VP, People, you'll be a strategic partner to executive leadership, People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, bringing structure and discipline to how we make reward decisions while keeping the employee experience at the center.
This is a builder role. You'll be comfortable in an environment where the answer isn't yet documented and the process doesn't yet exist, and the expectation is to figure it out, build it, and make it work.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the global Total Rewards framework: Define and implement ICEYE's Total Rewards philosophy, principles, governance, and operating model, including decision rights, so rewards are managed consistently across countries and employee populations.
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards team: Manage, coach, and develop the Rewards Specialist reporting to you, setting clear priorities, building expertise, and fostering a high-performing team. Balance hands-on delivery with effective delegation and capability building as the Total Rewards function evolves and scales.
- Build compensation infrastructure: Establish global salary benchmarking and market-pricing methodology, salary ranges and structures across relevant geographies, compa-ratio and market-positioning analysis, internal and pay equity analysis, and guidelines for new-hire pay, promotions, lateral moves, and out-of-cycle adjustments.
- Design and run compensation cycles: Build and lead scalable global merit, promotion, and equity refresh cycles, including budgeting, scenario modelling, manager guidance, and communication, in partnership with People Business Partners, Finance, and leadership.
- Create job architecture and career structures: Partner with People Operations and People Business Partners to build a practical global job architecture covering job families, career levels, leveling criteria, and role scope, with enough structure for consistency and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Own equity and long-term incentives: Develop and govern ICEYE's global equity approach, including eligibility, grants and refreshes, pool planning, and executive and senior leadership equity, working with Finance, Legal, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee while respecting country-specific constraints.
- Design variable compensation and sales incentives: Work with Commercial, Sales Operations, Finance, and business leaders to build and govern sales incentive plans, commission structures, and bonus frameworks, balancing commercial outcomes with simplicity, transparency, and financial discipline.
- Build the benefits strategy: Develop a coherent global benefits philosophy with local relevance. In Finland this includes oversight of occupational healthcare, insurance, pension arrangements, flexible benefits, ePassi, bike benefits, and other local programs, plus principles to harmonize benefits across our international locations.
- Establish pay transparency and pay equity: Build the processes, data, and governance to prepare ICEYE for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, Finnish equal-pay requirements, and other relevant regulations, turning requirements into practical processes rather than only managing compliance.
- Advise executives and the Board: Act as a trusted Total Rewards advisor to the VP People, executive leadership, and the Board/Remuneration Committee, with clear, data-driven recommendations on executive compensation, market positioning, equity allocation, incentives, budgets, and reward strategy.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES
- You have built this before: you have personally built or materially transformed a Total Rewards function, taking an environment with incomplete or inconsistent processes, data, structures, and governance and making it scalable
- 8+ years of progressive experience in HR/People, with significant specialization in Total Rewards
- 3+ years in a senior Total Rewards leadership or ownership role
- Experience in a fast-growing, international technology, aerospace, engineering, deep-tech, or similarly complex organization, including through significant growth and organizational change
- Experience designing and operating compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries, particularly Europe and the US, with an understanding of how global frameworks differ from local market requirements
- Strong understanding of Finnish employment, benefits, taxation, and compensation practices
- Deep technical Total Rewards expertise: market benchmarking and survey data, salary structures and ranges, job architecture and leveling, compa-ratio and market positioning, pay equity analysis, equity and LTI, annual compensation cycles, variable compensation and sales incentives, benefits strategy, compensation modelling and analytics, and pay transparency
- Builder mentality: comfortable starting with ambiguity and without an existing playbook, mature HRIS configuration, or perfectly clean data; able to set a practical roadmap and be pragmatic about where structure is needed
- Executive presence and commercial acumen: able to translate complex reward topics into clear business decisions, challenge assumptions, model scenarios, and make recommendations to senior leadership and the Board
- A human-centric approach: you think about how reward decisions are experienced by employees and managers, and you build clarity and trust rather than more process
- Professional fluency in English
NICE TO HAVES
- Finnish language skills
- Familiarity with Finnish collective agreements/TES environments
- Experience with leading market data providers such as Radford, Mercer, WTW, or similar
- Experience navigating international equity and compensation considerations

About the Team
Welo Data's Trust & Safety function protects the integrity of a global, distributed workforce that powers AI data and annotation work. We run a multi-layered fraud detection stack combining identity verification checks, in-house behavioral signals, and platform activity data, and are actively building out a Trust & Safety Committee spanning four core workstreams: identity verification, location verification, account integrity, and multi-accounting detection. This is a hands-on investigative role, not a policy-only seat — you'll be working live cases from day one.
About the Role
We're looking for a Trust & Safety Specialist, based in India, to join our investigations team, working active fraud cases and supporting the broader fraud strategy program. You'll come in with real T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification experience from another platform, marketplace, gaming company, fintech, IDV vendor, or crowdsourced-workforce environment, and be ready to run investigations, process removals, and spot fraud patterns from week one.
What You Will Do
Run investigations end-to-end:
triage flagged accounts, review evidence (identity signals, behavioral flags, platform activity data), reach a disposition, and process removals in line with policy and SLA.
Own IDV review:
verify identity and location signals for flagged or high-risk accounts, distinguishing genuine edge cases from fraud.
Conduct manual audits and reviews:
prioritizing cases by risk and signal strength rather than intake order.
Detect multi-accounting and account integrity abuse:
recognize patterns across linked accounts, device/location overlap, and behavioral signals.
Apply a hypothesis-driven investigation method:
form a hypothesis, test it against the evidence, and reach a disposition that can be replicated and audited.
Contribute to detection improvement:
escalate emerging fraud vectors, false-positive/false-negative patterns, and rule gaps to the fraud strategy team.
Handle sensitive data responsibly:
apply GDPR-aligned data handling and deletion practices in every case.
Collaborate cross-functionally:
partner with Research Labs, Quality Strategy Architecture (QSA), and Forward Deployment Engineering on tooling gaps and process fixes surfaced by your casework
What You Bring (Must Have-s)
4+ years in a T&S, fraud/risk, or identity-verification investigations role — from a platform/marketplace T&S team, a fintech/payments risk team, an identity-verification vendor, or a crowdsourced/gig-workforce trust function.
Direct experience with identity/fraud signals — device fingerprinting, IP/geolocation checks, document verification, or behavioral fraud scoring.
Multi-accounting / account integrity pattern recognition — you've dealt with linked-account abuse, farming, or account sharing before, not just single-account review.
Case documentation discipline — you write clean, evidence-backed case notes that would survive an audit or an appeal.
Comfort with ambiguity and volume — you can prioritize a queue by risk, not just clear it by count.
Working knowledge of data privacy obligations (GDPR or equivalent) as they apply to case handling and data retention/deletion.
Nice to Have
Experience specifically in AI/ML data annotation, RLHF, or research operations workforce platforms.
Exposure to rule-based fraud detection engines and an opinion on rule sprawl vs. signal quality.
Familiarity with clustering/anomaly-detection approaches to fraud (even at a conceptual level).
Case management system experience (any ticketing or knowledge-base tooling).
Recommended Education
Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Law, Criminal Justice, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Data/Computer Science, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in T&S, fraud investigations, or identity verification will be considered in place of a degree.
Relevant certifications are a plus: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or IDV/identity risk vendor certifications.

About the role
This is a builder’s role, where you'll own both the technical depth and commercial outcomes for some of ElevenLabs' most exciting customers across Southern Europe, sitting at the intersection of product, engineering, and revenue.
You'll get ahead of the problem. You'll dig into how customers deploy ElevenLabs across web, mobile, and their systems, spot the problems before they do, inspire new use-cases and own the solution end to end. What this looks like day to day
You'll run onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform, core speech models, creative tools, and Agents. You'll advise customers on production deployment, not just theory, digging into usage and performance data to catch friction early and keep adoption moving.
You'll also own commercial outcomes for a defined book of business against clear targets: Gross Revenue Retention, Net Revenue Retention, cross-sell, and net expansion. You'll spot expansion opportunities early, own renewals and upsells end to end, and work closely with Sales, Engineering, and CS leadership to turn technical wins into revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management experience supporting complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products in the Southern Europe region
- Proven experience of owning and managing a defined Book of Business
- Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required)
- Proven experience working across the Southern Europe market. Knowledge of the landscape and cultural nuances
- Familiarity and experience with building and deploying AI agents
- Strong builder mindset - you thrive in ambiguity and being a pioneer, finding ways to innovate across a full region or market to drive revenue outcomes
- Familiarity and experience with API Integrations, and comfort and knowledge of navigating SDKs
- Proven experience working cross functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams
- Proven experience driving revenue outcomes, including owning a revenue quota and identifying, qualifying, and closing cross-sell opportunities along with renewals
- Excellent problem-solving, technical, and analytical skills to address customer needs and concerns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels of an organization
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
Location
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Spain or Italy. If you prefer, you can work from our office in Madrid or fully remote in Italy.

About the role
This is a brand new Adoption Strategist role sitting at the intersection of adoption, enablement, scaled programs, and product expertise so we expect the scope to evolve and want someone excited to build as it does. You'll design and run the programs - onboarding tracks, lifecycle campaigns, workshops, adoption playbooks - that drive corporate and mid-market customers to activate their core use case and expand into new ones. Everything you build has to scale across a high-volume book, not be custom to one account. You'll need deep product fluency - enough to be the most credible voice in the room on how to use the product well - without ever owning an account or its technical implementation directly. This is a builder role for someone extremely analytical, comfortable running live enablement at scale, and already advanced with AI tools to automate the systems behind it.
Since this is a new role, we expect the scope to evolve over time - being adaptable and excited to build is a core part of being successful here. Focus areas include, but aren't limited to:
- Drive strong adoption by building and delivering scalable enablement and activation programs that educate customers on best practices, and get them to time-to-value quickly on their core use case
- Develop deep product expertise across the entire ElevenLabs platform, with a focus on ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative - you're a product expert on our existing product and you're constantly the first to learn new products coming to market
- Proactively audit customer agents prompts, configurations, and feature setup to identify gaps, and share recommendations as a value-add service that drives deeper adoption
- Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, partnering with Revenue Operations to iterate on our reporting capabilities, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks across the customer base in region
- Partner with Account Management and CX to deliver targeted adoption and enablement campaigns, including regional live workshops and webinars, based on opportunities or new product releases
- Engage with external implementation partner and internal teams to help unify adoption strategy across the customer journey (e.g., Solutions Engineering, GTM, Customer Experience, Product Marketing and Engineering)
- Partner with leadership on high-impact initiatives that support the local GTM team and global results
Requirements
- 6+ years in adoption, customer/partner enablement, digital CS programs, enterprise growth or similar role- at an AI-native or highly technical company with a large, low-touch book
- Experience with voice AI, TTS, conversational AI, or developer-facing products
- A track record of building adoption focused programs from the ground up: onboarding tracks, scaled adoption playbooks, self-serve content, and more
- You think in systems but are creative: you're always asking "how do we scale or automate this," and building automations and workflows with AI tools is ingrained in how you work
- Extremely analytical: you identify trends easily and use them to close gaps, surface opportunities or standardize best practices. You also identify data points that aren't yet tracked but would uncover new insights and change strategy
- Comfortable driving cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working effectively with Account Management, FDE, RevOps, and GTM to move adoption forward
- Experience managing a high-volume book of business at scale, mid-market or commercial segment
- Language Requirements - Must be fluent in Spanish/Portuguese and English
Growth Potential
We believe in hiring the best talent in the world to make an impact in the right role at the right time. At ElevenLabs, strong performance creates opportunities for growth. Here are some of the career paths you can expect after excelling in this role:
- Growth Roles - Regional Adoption Lead
- Other teams: Account Management, Digital CX or Deployment Strategist
Location
This role can be based in Argentina or Brazil
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

Architect and improve identity, authentication, authorization, network security, key management, cryptography, application security, and production security controls across complex environments.
Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed systems; translate findings into practical architecture improvements, reference patterns, hardening standards, preventative controls, and responsible automation that improves repeatability and operational effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, clearly articulating risks, tradeoffs, and recommended solutions to engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and audiences without a security background.
Required Qualifications
15+ years of relevant experience in security architecture, security engineering, product security, cloud security, infrastructure security, or related disciplines, with demonstrated leadership at senior or staff level.
Deep knowledge of security architecture principles across cloud, application, network, identity, platform, infrastructure, and enterprise environments.

Experience with secure software development, threat modeling, CI/CD and developer platforms, application security, and engineering mitigations across the software lifecycle.
Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts and the ability to evaluate security risks in generative AI, LLM, and agentic system architectures, including data flows, trust boundaries, model access, and tool integrations.
Strong critical thinking, risk prioritization, communication, and influence skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.

Development or automation experience in Python, C++, Java, or similar languages.
Recognized technical leadership through patents, publications, open-source contributions, conference participation, teaching, or security community involvement.
