Chainalysis is the leader in blockchain intelligence, defining how trust is built in the digital economy. We're operating at the cutting edge of one of the world's fastest-growing industries, shaping what comes next. Over the last 2 years, Chainalysis has made big bets and moved fast to capture the market opportunity in front of us: we've accelerated growth, landed enterprise-wide contracts at the world's largest financial institutions, completed four acquisitions to build our AI talent and expand our products, and launched our first agentic product to select customers.
The Talent Acquisition team at Chainalysis is responsible for scaling the most important ingredient to our success: people. Our job is to build and execute a talent acquisition strategy that is inclusive, rigorous, and repeatable around the world. As we enter a period of significant go-to-market growth, we're investing heavily in our sales organization and need a recruiter who can match that pace.
We're looking for a Recruiter, Go-to-Market who will own and drive hiring for sales and go-to-market roles at Chainalysis. This is a high-volume, outbound-heavy role. You'll spend a meaningful portion of your time building pipeline through direct sourcing, identifying and engaging top sales talent across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services. You'll manage a full requisition load, move fast, and close strong candidates in a competitive market, with Account Executive roles among your key hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our enterprise and public sector sales teams, acting as a recruiting partner who understands the business and delivers results.
Please note that the position will require you to spend at least 1 day a week in our NYC Office
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL:
BUILD PIPELINE THROUGH OUTBOUND SOURCING
- Own pipeline generation for go-to-market roles, with a heavy emphasis on proactive outbound sourcing to find and engage top sales talent
- Map the competitive landscape across crypto, fintech, and traditional financial services to identify where strong Account Executives and quota-carrying sellers work today
- Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond LinkedIn InMails, including referral generation, community engagement, and direct outreach campaigns
- Maintain a high volume of outbound activity to keep pipeline ahead of hiring demand
RUN FULL-CYCLE RECRUITING AT PACE
- Own the full recruiting lifecycle for go-to-market roles, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close
- Manage a high-volume requisition load across enterprise and public sector go-to-market teams
- Move candidates through the process efficiently while delivering a thoughtful, personalized, and transparent candidate experience at every step
- Make data-driven decisions about pipeline health, conversion rates, and sourcing channel effectiveness to keep hiring on track
PARTNER WITH HIRING MANAGERS AND THE BUSINESS
- Build trusted relationships with sales leaders to develop a deep understanding of their teams, priorities, and what great looks like for each hire
- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process with clear communication, calibrated expectations, and market insights
- Share competitive intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends across relevant markets
- Provide regular pipeline updates and flag risks early so hiring plans stay on schedule
CONTRIBUTE TO TALENT ACQUISITION AS A TEAM
- Champion diversity and inclusion in every search, with intentional focus on engaging candidates from underrepresented backgrounds
- Share sourcing wins, market learnings, and process improvements across the Talent Acquisition team
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, tools, and candidate experiences
- Occasionally provide recruiting support for roles outside of go-to-market as priorities and bandwidth allow
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE:
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring sales and go-to-market talent, specifically quota-carrying roles such as Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Business Development Representatives
- Demonstrated outbound sourcing ability: you build your own pipeline, generate candidate interest through direct outreach, and do not rely on inbound applications to fill roles
- Proven track record of recruiting sales talent within the SaaS and Cybersecurity sectors, with a specific focus on candidates who have successfully sold complex solutions into the Fintech, Cryptocurrency, or Traditional Financial Services markets.
- Comfort operating at high volume and managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality or candidate experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and consistent follow-through on every candidate and requisition
- The ability to build credibility with hiring managers quickly, communicate market realities clearly, and guide decisions with data
- A collaborative, low-ego approach to working on a small, close-knit Talent Acquisition team
- Curiosity about our industry and genuine interest in learning the Chainalysis product suite and competitive landscape
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience recruiting for public sector go-to-market roles (Federal, DoD/Intel)
- Familiarity with government clearance requirements and their impact on candidate pools
- Experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company
- Experience working with Ashby ATS and sourcing tools
- Recruiting experience beyond core sales roles, such as professional services, solutions engineering, or customer success
This role is ineligible for visa sponsorship.

You will have the opportunity to deliver massive impact at a hypergrowth company backed by some of the top investors in fintech, crypto, and SaaS. In January 2026, we closed a $250M Series C led by ICONIQ, valuing Rain at $1.95B, with Sapphire Ventures, Dragonfly, Bessemer Venture Partners, Galaxy Ventures, FirstMark, Lightspeed, Norwest, and Endeavor Catalyst also participating. If you're curious, bold, and excited to help shape a borderless financial future, we'd love to talk.
OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
The Role
We are hiring a Compliance Associate to support our bank sponsorship relationships and the compliance workstreams behind new product and market expansion. You will sit at the center of Product, Engineering, Legal, and our sponsor banks: translating partnership agreements and regulatory requirements into concrete product requirements, preparing the documentation our bank partners rely on, and helping launches move quickly without compromising on compliance.
This is a high-visibility, execution-heavy role for someone equally comfortable reading a bank partnership agreement and sitting in a product spec review. You will see products from concept through launch and own the compliance record that makes each launch defensible.
What You'll Do
• Serve as a day-to-day compliance point of contact for sponsor bank partners — responding to diligence requests, preparing materials, and tracking open items to closure.
• Review new products, features, and market expansions for compliance impact, and translate applicable regulations and bank partner requirements into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Build and maintain compliance documentation: requirement matrices, policies and procedures, launch checklists, control descriptions, and risk assessments.
• Read and interpret bank partnership agreements, network rules, and regulatory guidance, and flag where product designs create obligations or gaps.
• Partner with Product and Engineering from the start of the design process so compliance requirements are built in rather than retrofitted.
• Support disclosure, marketing, and UX reviews for accuracy and consistency with consumer protection expectations (UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC).
• Support bank partner oversight activities, audits, exams, and third-party risk assessments — including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and follow-up.
• Monitor regulatory and network developments relevant to card issuing, BaaS, and stablecoin-linked payments, and summarize the practical implications for the business.
• Track compliance deliverables and deadlines across multiple concurrent launches and stakeholders, escalating risks early and clearly.
What We’re Looking For
• 4+ years experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles within banking, fintech, or payments.
• Working knowledge of the bank sponsorship / Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) model and third-party risk management expectations.
• Familiarity with core consumer financial regulations (e.g., BSA/AML, UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, Reg CC, EFTA, GLBA).
• Ability to read and interpret bank partnership agreements, regulatory guidance, and compliance requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — comfortable working directly with Product, Engineering, Legal, and bank partners.
• Excellent written communication skills, including experience creating compliance documentation (requirement matrices, policies, checklists).
• Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable tracking multiple deliverables and deadlines across stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess compliance risk and prioritize issues.
Bonus Attributes
• Prior experience working directly with a sponsor bank or bank partnership team.
• Experience at a fintech, neobank, or payments company.
• Familiarity with product and project management tools.
• Professional certification such as CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager), CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or similar.
• Experience supporting bank exams, audits, or third-party risk assessments.
• Exposure to stablecoins, digital assets, or cross-border payments.

Lithic is the modern card issuing and processing platform empowering ambitious financial companies to build the future of payments.
Our infrastructure powers card programs for 100+ innovative clients, from fintechs reimagining credit and digital banking to platforms transforming disbursements and spend management. Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic's Treasury Operations team owns the movement of money across our card issuing infrastructure — network settlement, sponsor bank transfers, and the reconciliation that keeps it all provable. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of payments and fintech infrastructure, not just observe them from a reporting layer.
You'll be running a critical, time-sensitive engine every day — and at the same time, working alongside the Head of Treasury Operations to improve how that engine works as the function scales. You’ll also work cross-functionally across a wide range of teams (Finance, Treasury Engineering, Risk, Analytics, Processing, Customer Success, Bank Operations) — this role sits at the center of a lot of different workflows, not off in a silo.
What you'll do:
Execution (50%)
Own day-to-day execution of network settlement transfers (Mastercard, Visa) and related treasury transfers across sponsor banks
Operate in a time-sensitive environment where errors or delays have immediate downstream consequences
Support reconciliation and ensure transfers tie out against expected activity
Be a reliable, detail-oriented operator of an existing process — accuracy and consistency matter as much as speed
Process Optimization (20%)
Take existing workflows and make them better: fewer manual steps, stronger controls, cleaner audit trails
Identify friction or risk in current processes and propose (and build) improvements
Balance improvement work against the need for strong financial controls — nothing gets streamlined at the expense of auditability
Project Support (30%)
Support the Head of Treasury Operations on larger initiatives as the function scales
Contribute analysis, documentation, and execution support to new treasury infrastructure, reporting, or process builds
Ongoing
Run ad hoc data analysis (SQL, Excel) to answer operational and financial questions on the fly
Support downstream audit and reporting needs tied to settlement and reconciliation activity
Be available outside normal business hours in rare emergency situations (e.g., a failed settlement or bank-side issue)
What you'll learn:
This role is a front-row seat to the nuts and bolts of card issuing and payments infrastructure — network settlement mechanics, sponsor bank relationships, and the guts of how money actually moves through a modern fintech stack. You'll come out of this role with a depth of operational fintech knowledge that's hard to get anywhere else.
What you'll bring:
2–4 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, funds transfer/money movement operations, cash management, or a closely adjacent operational finance role
Experience with reconciliation and financial controls — you understand
why
the numbers need to tie out, not just how to make them tie out
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including comfort with (or willingness to learn) Google Apps Script for automating recurring workflows
SQL proficiency for querying and validating data (we use Snowflake and Metabase); Python or other scripting is a plus, not a requirement
Working comprehension of accounting concepts and financial operations / money movement (ACH, wires, card settlement, or similar) — you should be knowledgeable about how transfers and reconciliation tie back to the books
Familiarity with Jira and Slack, or similar ticketing and collaboration tools, for tracking progress and coordinating across teams
Comfort shifting flexibly between fixed process workflows and operating in an agile enrivonment (sprints, tickets, iterative process improvement)
Interest in operating in a fast-moving startup/fintech environment — this isn't a traditional back-office treasury seat
The annual US salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

- Strong understanding of threat modeling, risk prioritization, and practical security controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools in security workflows, along with sound judgment about AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, excessive tool access, and weak auditability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in environments where security needs to move quickly with product and engineering teams.
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
TOOLS WE USE
We use Node and TypeScript on the server, leveraging the NestJS framework within a microservice-oriented architecture running on Kubernetes and AWS. This individual will own key workstreams and serve as a technical leader, driving system design, mentoring engineers, partnering directly with business stakeholders, and ensuring that AI capabilities are built to production-grade standards of reliability, scalability, and measurability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned engineer with a track record of shipping complex AI systems end-to-end and someone who combines deep technical expertise with strong cross-functional partnership, architectural judgment, and able to operate as a force multiplier for the team. This role is expected to bring independent judgment on a technical approach, a bias toward delivery, and able to translate ambiguous business needs into well-scoped, well-executed solutions.
Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and delivery of production AI systems, including document intelligence (IDP), intelligent knowledge systems, agentic orchestration, conversational AI, and generative AI applications, to power internal and external business processes, digital experiences, and workflow automation at scale.
Own AI projects end-to-end, from problem scoping and stakeholder alignment through solution design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement, delivering tangible business outcomes with a track record of consistent, high-quality delivery.
Drive technical design and architectural decisions for the team, including API design, system decomposition, evaluation strategy, and infrastructure patterns, establishing standards that raise the quality bar across the AI/ML platform.
Architect and champion robust evaluation frameworks for AI systems, defining statistically sound, problem-specific metrics, curating benchmark datasets, and enforcing strict versioning to ensure reproducibility and continuous improvement.
Partner directly with cross-functional stakeholders, including the Product, Operations, Legal, and Business teams, to identify AI opportunities, translate requirements into technical plans, and communicate tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly.
Mentor and develop engineers on the team through code review, design review, pair problem-solving, and knowledge sharing, acting as a technical role model and raising the overall capability of the group.
Identify systemic problems and propose solutions, proactively improving team processes, tooling, and infrastructure to reduce technical debt and increase development velocity.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience developing and deploying production AI/ML systems, including cloud-native solutions on AWS or similar platforms, with a proven track record of delivering complex applications from design through production
Strong proficiency in Python and software engineering best practices, including source control, CI/CD, testing, documentation, and the development of scalable, maintainable software
Deep expertise building production AI solutions, including LLM applications, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational AI, document intelligence, and agentic workflows, with hands-on experience using modern AI frameworks, tooling, and protocols such as MCP and A2A
Experience designing, deploying, and operating end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including model training, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement in production environments
Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, data quality, and AI system evaluation, with experience developing benchmarks, defining performance metrics, analyzing errors, and optimizing systems for accuracy, reliability, scalability, cost, and latency
Experience leading technical design and architectural decisions, conducting code and design reviews, mentoring engineers, and driving engineering excellence across teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience spanning multiple AI domains, including LLM systems, document intelligence, and ML platforms or infrastructure
Experience in financial services or FinTech, particularly within document-heavy, regulated, or compliance-sensitive environments is preferred
Contributions to open-source projects, technical publications, conference presentations, patents, or other demonstrated thought leadership in applied AI and machine learning is preferred

Wealthsimple is Canada’s leading financial innovator. The company offers a full suite of simple, sophisticated financial products across managed investing, do-it-yourself trading, cryptocurrency, tax filing, spending and saving. Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $155 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth Manager to own performance and lifecycle marketing for our active trader and crypto business. This role runs the programs that grow our self-directed trading and crypto segment - acquiring high-intent traders and crypto investors through the channels they live in, converting them into funded active traders, and deepening engagement through lifecycle across the trades, products, and benefits that drive volume and revenue.
You'll own paid media and lifecycle end-to-end, from media buys on trader and crypto-native channels through in-app journeys that turn a new account into an active, funded trader. You'll partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales/BDR, and Analytics; operate with a high degree of day-to-day autonomy; and be accountable for funded active-trader and crypto engagement outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own active trader and crypto demand generation across the channels traders and crypto investors live in — paid social (X/Twitter, Cashtags), trading platforms (TradingView), finance and crypto media (Yahoo Finance), trading and crypto newsletters, SEM, and influencers/community — measured through to funded accounts and sustained trading activity, not clicks.
- Own the media buys end to end — plan and manage budgets, negotiate placements and rates with vendors, run creative and landing-page testing, and diagnose what's working (reactivation vs. acquisition, channel vs. landing page) rather than just reporting spend.
- Own the trader and crypto lifecycle alongside Lifecycle and Product — activation, first-trade, funding, and "nearly active" re-engagement journeys across Braze content cards, AT status screens, and rewards. Bring performance and LCM best practices to how these journeys are built, even where you're not hands-on-keyboard for every send.
- Drive go-to-market for active trader and crypto products and benefits — options, futures, margin, USD, and crypto (spread pricing, coin selection, staking) — coordinating paid, lifecycle, web, and product surfaces into a single launch, and owning the brief end to end.
- Build and maintain clear reporting across the trader and crypto funnel — first touch through sign-up, funding, first trade, and retained trading value. Partner with Analytics on incrementality and true lift, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
- Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
- Actively embed AI tools into performance and lifecycle workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
- Contribute to the quarterly plan alongside other Growth leads, then own delivery against it.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4–6 years in performance marketing, growth, or lifecycle marketing with a track record of generating high-quality consumer demand and optimizing it through to downstream value.
- Deep hands-on experience in paid media — you've owned budgets and managed campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, X, YouTube, or programmatic, negotiated with vendors, and optimized for downstream value rather than cost per click.
- Lifecycle marketing depth — you've built or owned activation, onboarding, nurture, or re-engagement journeys and understand how lifecycle compounds the demand you generate. Hands-on with a lifecycle platform (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, or similar) is strongly preferred; at minimum you bring the best practices and can direct the work.
- Experience marketing to engaged, high-intent audiences who know the product and compare it closely to alternatives — you understand how messaging, channel mix, and creative shift for that kind of buyer.
- Strong cross-functional partnering — you've worked closely with Product and Analytics (segment definitions, funnel diagnosis, incrementality) and Product Marketing (messaging, GTM briefs), and made those relationships an advantage.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI to accelerate your work — creative at scale, research and enrichment workflows, faster insight from data. You treat AI as a core part of how you work.
- Analytical mindset — you use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and recommend change, not just report on results.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Personal or professional familiarity with self-directed investing, active trading, or crypto — options, margin, futures, high-frequency trading, or digital assets — and the platforms and communities traders live in (X/FinTwit, TradingView, trading and crypto newsletters, YouTube).
- Experience running go-to-market for a product or benefit launch across paid, lifecycle, and product surfaces.
- Experience in consumer fintech, investing, brokerage, trading, or crypto platforms.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Tax Planner on our Wealth Management team, you'll ensure that financial plans built for our high-net-worth clients are optimized for tax efficiency. Your job isn't to build a financial plan from scratch — it's to take an already sound plan and push it further: identifying every applicable strategy and maximizing tax alpha for each and every wealth management client we serve.
This is a role for someone who thinks like both a tax expert and a financial planner. You'll need the technical depth to spot the strategy, and the CFP-level fluency in financial planning to know how it fits into the bigger picture of a client's plan.
We move fast here, and we expect this role to move with us. Naive ambition is one of our core values — and this team pushes hard to find better, faster ways to do the work, including using AI as a genuine extension of how we operate.
Unlike traditional roles in this space, this position is fully salaried with no commission structure or sales targets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Review and optimize financial plans across our $1MM–$3MM client segment (with some exposure up to $5MM), ensuring every applicable tax strategy has been identified and applied
- Maximize tax alpha for every wealth management client — finding the incremental value that even a good plan misses
- Act as the internal liaison to our Advisor team on complex tax strategies, including building and modeling those strategies as needed
- Apply your expertise to complex situations involving corporations, trusts, and estates
- Support occasional client-facing conversations on sophisticated tax planning questions — note that you will not be providing specific tax advice directly to clients or acting in the capacity of their accountant
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our "CPA Designed" financial planning offering
- Bring an AI-native mindset to the role — using AI tools to work faster, model strategies more efficiently, and raise the bar on what the team can deliver
WHAT YOU BRING
- CPA designation required
- CFP designation required, with genuine comfort and fluency in financial planning — this isn't a tax-only role
- 5+ years of experience in tax planning, wealth management, or financial advisory roles
- Strong knowledge of Canadian tax law and financial planning strategies
- Proven track record of implementing effective tax optimization strategies for HNW clients
- Experience with Conquest strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts clearly to advisors and clients alike
- A client-first mentality in everything you do
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools to move faster and work smarter
- Bilingual (English/French) capability is a significant asset
WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING HERE
- A purpose-driven role focused on client outcomes, not sales targets
- The chance to challenge industry norms and put clients first, for real
- A fast-moving, ambitious team that isn't satisfied with the status quo
- Access to cutting-edge fintech tools and an AI-forward way of working
- Career growth in a rapidly expanding company
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- Be part of revolutionizing how wealth management is delivered in Canada

The team is Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first, spanning 45+ countries.
About the role:
You'll join the Python Development team to design and build new backend services, expanding engineering capacity so Salmon can launch strategically important new service lines.
What you'll do:
— Design and build new backend services in a microservice, event-driven environment, with reliability as the primary constraint.

What you'll own:
— Own key components in the existing architecture and take on new service domains as they come up.
— Design service architecture and choose communication patterns between services.
— Instrument services with metrics for monitoring and alerting, and cover them with unit tests.
— Identify and resolve technical debt and architectural bottlenecks.
— Build and maintain shared libraries and tooling for recurring tasks.
— Explore and adopt new instruments, and bring your own ideas to how we build.
What makes you a strong fit:
— 3+ years of production experience as a Python backend developer.
— Strong Python skills including typing, testing, packaging, asyncio, threading, multiprocessing.
— Production experience with microservice architecture.
— Familiarity with event-driven systems such as Kafka.
— Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, preferably on AWS EKS.
Nice to have:
— Experience with AWS and Terraform.
— Knowledge of domain-driven design.
— Experience with a statically typed compiled language.
— Work experience in finance, antifraud or risk.
— Experience with graph databases and graph-based data models.
What we offer:
— Build what's next in Southeast Asian fintech.
— Ownership and flexibility.
— Stock option plan with four-year vesting and 25% cliff after the first year.
— Hybrid-first work model with fully remote work available for eligible roles and core collaboration hours from 12:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8).
— Company-provided tools and equipment.
— Office in Bonifacio Global City, Manila.
— Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on location and policy limits.
— Access to an internal mental health support specialist.
— 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days.
— 105 days of paid maternity leave and up to 14 days of paid paternity leave for employees relocating to Manila.
Relocation and family support:
— Relocation support including flights, two weeks of accommodation, visas, paperwork, and logistics.
— Reimbursement of eligible pet relocation expenses.
— US$2,500 per year for flights home.
— Baby and family stipends for employees relocating to Manila: US$1,000 per month for each child under two and US$500 per month for each child aged two to 18.
Growth and team experience:
— Opportunities to learn and share expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications.
— Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person.
— Regular team offsites, sports activities, and team events.

About the Team
We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.
Our Trading product line builds the trading terminal and toolset spanning options, CFD, FX, equities, and crypto. We operate across both regulated and offshore environments, which means part of our roadmap carries a compliance framework.
Tasks:
Own the direction's backlog end-to-end — from idea through post-release analysis
Prioritize by numbers: a feature without a metric doesn't make it into the backlog
Design experiments and analyze results, including the ones that don't work out
Work hands-on with the domain: leverage, margin, stop-out, expirations, execution
Requirements:
3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner in trading, brokerage, or fintech handling user funds
Deep understanding of high risk instrument mechanics, not just the interface layer
Comfortable pulling and analyzing data independently — SQL or confident BI tool usage
Hands-on experience running A/B tests, with a clear grasp of the difference between "shipped" and "worked"
Fluent in Russian and B2+ English
Nice to have:
Experience with MT5 or a proprietary trading platform
Experience working under a regulator
Track record of launching a product/instrument from zero
What we offer:
On-site work model in our office in Limassol
Health insurance and mental health services
13th salary and 21 vacation days per year
Catered lunches in the office
Tuition reimbursement (kindergartens/schools)
Training and Development opportunities
Onsite Gym

With a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.
Join us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!
