About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Generalist - someone who can independently own a wide, fast-changing mix of senior stakeholder support, HR projects, and recruitment, and who is genuinely excited about using AI to make HR work better.
This is not a narrow, single-track HR role. You'll sit in on a reorg conversation with stakeholders, drive an HR project and source candidates for an open role — sometimes all in the same week. We need someone who finds that variety energizing rather than exhausting, who can be handed ambiguity and turn it into a plan, and who wants to be a part of an ever changing environment with exciting challenges
What You'll Do
Own sourcing for a defined set of open roles, building and managing candidate pipelines
Conduct interviews as needed, from initial screens through to more active involvement in the hiring process
Participate in and help drive core HR initiatives, like talent reviews, EU Pay Transparency Directive implementation, and process/tooling improvement projects
Bring an AI-first mindset to how HR processes and tools evolve, and help identify where automation and AI can remove manual work
Actively build your own AI skills and help evolve how the wider HR function uses AI tools
Act as a trusted backup to the Global HR team
Support business unit transformations and reorganizations
Step in and represent HR credibly in the Head of HR's absence
Advise people managers on day-to-day and complex people questions: performance, conflict, structure, policy application
Provide ad hoc employee advisory and support as issues arise
Requirements
Solid, hands-on HR experience across various fields e.g business partnership, generalist recruitment, HR project delivery, and employee/manager advisory
Comfortable moving fluidly between strategic project work and hands-on tactical tasks, including recruitment sourcing
Strong stakeholder management skills
Good understanding of AI and its practical applications in HR, with hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude); experience with automation tools like n8n is a plus, though not required
Genuine interest and active engagement with building your own AI skills and helping evolve how HR uses AI
Strong self-management: you can take ambiguous, cross-functional work and run with it independently, with minimal oversight
Capacity and appetite for a large, varied workload — you're energized by having a lot on your plate, not drained by it
Nice to Have
Experience working in a scaling, multi-entity, or cross-border organization
Familiarity with workflow automation for HR processes (e.g., n8n or similar tools)
Benefits
Work on your terms:
Fully remote, with a flexible schedule built around getting things done, not clocking hours.
Rewarded for impact:
A competitive base salary plus a performance-based bonus, formalized through a service agreement.
Time to recharge
: Paid time off, because sustainable output beats burnout.
Opportunity most HR careers don't offer
: You won't be boxed into one lane — you'll build real, hands-on depth across business partnership, projects, recruitment, and employee advisory, all at once.
A front-row seat to AI in HR:
Direct exposure to how AI is reshaping the function, plus real support and opportunity to build skills that will define the next decade of HR work.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As an Applied AI Engineer on the Startups team at Anthropic, you will be a trusted technical advisor to the top AI-native startups building in the physical world, across robotics, semiconductors, aerospace, manufacturing, and civil infrastructure, as they grow from early product to scale. Some of these companies build the hardware itself and want Claude woven into how they design, test, and operate it, and others build the software that engineers everywhere use to design, simulate, test, and scale, and this role works with both. You'll lead deep technical engagements, partnering directly with startup software and hardware engineering teams to help them build their products on Claude and run their own engineering with it, advising on implementation and agent design as they build what is newly possible with AI in the physical world. You will bridge the gap between what Claude can do and what it takes to build real things, working alongside some of the strongest teams in the field on problems that matter and helping mechanical, electrical, and process engineers get the kind of step change that software engineering has had from agentic coding with tools like Claude Code.
Working closely with Applied AI Architects, Account Executives, and Anthropic's Product, Engineering, and Research teams, you'll help startups build at the edge of what is possible with Claude. You'll leverage your AI engineering expertise and your engineering domain knowledge to develop custom evaluation frameworks, design scalable architectures, and create the technical resources that enable physical AI startups to succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Serve as a deep technical advisor to high-potential startups building in the physical world, whether Claude sits inside the product they sell or inside the way they design, test, and run their own hardware, working alongside them to push the boundaries of AI in engineering, manufacturing, operations, and more
Work hands-on with startup software and hardware teams through pair programming and architecture reviews that accelerate their development, and understand their engineering workflows end to end, from design and simulation through test, production, and operations, so that your guidance fits how real hardware gets built
Develop prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation suites, benchmarks grounded in real engineering tasks, AI engineering techniques, and architecture diagrams, that enable startups to build, operate, and scale with Claude

As an Applied AI Engineer on the Startups team at Anthropic, you will be a trusted technical advisor to the top AI-native life sciences and biotech startups as they grow from early product to scale. Some of these companies build products on Claude that they sell to the rest of the industry, and others do the science themselves and want Claude woven into how their own research runs, and this role works with both. You'll lead deep technical engagements, partnering directly with startup engineering and scientific teams to help them build their products on Claude and run their own research with it, advising on implementation and agent design as they build what is newly possible with AI in the life sciences. You will bridge the gap between what Claude can do and what the life sciences need, working alongside some of the strongest teams in the field on problems that matter and pushing the boundaries of AI in science as you go.
Working closely with Applied AI Architects, Account Executives, and Anthropic's Product, Engineering, and Research teams, you'll help startups build at the edge of what is possible with Claude. You'll leverage your AI engineering expertise and your scientific domain knowledge to develop custom evaluation frameworks, design scalable architectures, and create the technical resources that enable life sciences startups to succeed with Claude.
Responsibilities
Serve as a deep technical advisor to high-potential life sciences and biotech startups, whether Claude sits inside the product they sell or inside the way they make discoveries, working alongside them to build innovative use cases that push the boundaries of AI in scientific research and development
Work hands-on with startup engineering teams and their scientists through pair programming and architecture reviews that accelerate their development, and understand their scientific workflows end to end so that your guidance fits into real research pipelines
Develop prototypes and technical documentation, including evaluation suites, scientifically grounded benchmarks, AI engineering techniques, and architecture diagrams, that enable startups to build, operate, and scale with Claude
Create reference implementations and sample code that many companies can adopt without starting from scratch, such as example MCP servers for domain-specific data sources like genomics platforms, literature databases, and experimental repositories, along with agent skills for common scientific workflows
Collaborate closely with Applied AI Architects to maintain context and continuity across customer engagements
Identify patterns across engagements, including what is hard about deploying AI in the life sciences such as heterogeneous data, auditability requirements, and the gap between a working prototype and a system that scientists trust, and contribute insights back to Product, Engineering, Research, and the broader Applied AI team, including feedback on the model capabilities and product features that would most accelerate discovery work
Create technical content for startup audiences including documentation, tutorials, and sample code
Represent Anthropic across the life sciences startup ecosystem and foster community engagement through hackathons, webinars, technical office hours, in-person founder events, and research show and tells
Travel to customer sites for workshops, implementation guidance, and relationship building
You may be a good fit if you have

Experience with startups or high-growth companies and a love of working with founders and small teams that move quickly
Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into architectural decisions and actionable implementation plans for both engineering and scientific audiences and to run technical workshops, hackathons, or developer-focused events

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a front-line manager to a group of Account Managers who are responsible for hunting, pitching, and expanding the existing customer base at Ramp.
You'll lead a group of 6-8 Account Managers, each carrying a book of 60-70 Enterprise customers with real latitude over how they grow it. This is a build role, not a maintain role: the playbooks, coaching systems, and performance bar you set are the ones this team runs on next year. Your ceiling is set by how well you turn individual AM judgment into a repeatable, scalable motion that grows the segment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and run a high-performing team of 6-8 Account Managers - setting the bar for culture, morale, and daily execution.
- Get embedded in the relationships that matter. Engage directly with key customers and top accounts alongside your team, building trust and long-term partnership.
- Own the number. Manage quota performance and pipeline generation across your team to hit spend activation, product activation, retention, and expansion goals.
- Forecast and report team performance to senior leadership with clear-eyed visibility into what's working and what isn't.
- Hire and develop the next generation of AMs - training on product, buyer personas, competition, and tooling through role-plays, game film, and real deal work.
- Coach relentlessly. Run daily 1:1s, dissect call feedback, lead enablement sessions, and build career paths for every rep on your team.
- Turn what works into a system. Continuously refine team processes and tooling to improve output and efficiency as the segment scales.
- Represent Account Management cross-functionally, partnering with Sales, CX, CSM, Risk, and Product to remove blockers and drive outcomes.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum 5 years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years building and leading account management or sales teams, with a track record of exceeding goal (new business or cross-sell/upsell experience mandatory)
- Prior success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or AI companies
- A genuine passion for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to talent development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value to customers, including C-Suite and executive leaders
- Strong track record negotiating, structuring, and executing complex agreements
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Salesforce, Looker, Excel) and a bias toward using data to drive decisions
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, backed by excellent communication and presentation ability.
- High agency and adaptability - no two days are the same, and the only constant is change
- A desire and willingness to jump headfirst into complex, challenging problems for the good of the business.
Great to Haves
- Experience at a high-growth, top SaaS/AI startup
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is growing fast, and our SOX program needs to keep up. Many of the controls that matter for financial reporting run on engineering systems: who can access production and financial systems, how code changes are reviewed and deployed, and how usage is metered and billed.
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of our SOX program. You'll work across engineering, security, GRC, Finance, and Internal Audit to design and run IT controls, drive gaps to closure, and make compliance lighter for engineering teams. You’ll also use Claude to automate evidence collection and control testing, so the program scales without more manual work.
Responsibilities
Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning and control design through evidence, testing, remediation, and year-end reporting
Work with engineering teams to design and roll out IT general controls and IT application controls
Work with engineering teams to build Claude-based workflows, tools, and dashboards to automate evidence collection, control testing, and monitoring that warns engineering teams about compliance issues before an audit finds them
Lead large SOX projects, such as bringing new systems into scope, with clear success criteria, dependencies, and delivery dates
Turn control requirements into concrete engineering work with clear scope, owners, and deadlines, and a design that fits how our teams already build and ship
Build processes to evaluate new products, systems, and major engineering changes for SOX impact before they ship, so the right controls are in place from the start
Build strong working relationships with engineering control owners, help them understand what their controls require, and support them in producing evidence for auditor requests
Investigate control failures down to root cause, and drive engineering teams to fix them in time for the fix to be tested
Help keep an up-to-date list of the systems, apps, and infrastructure in SOX scope, with an owner named for each control
Track system migrations and scope changes, and make sure controls are updated as systems move
Build metrics and dashboards on control health, open findings, and remediation progress
Give regular updates on program status, risks, and remediation to technical leadership
Keep improving the program: simplify control processes, remove manual steps, and raise the share of controls that run cleanly
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT audit, or technology compliance, with a focus on SOX and IT general controls
Have run or supported a SOX program at a public or pre-IPO company
Have used automation or AI tools to make compliance work faster and more reliable
Know IT general controls and IT application controls in depth, including access management, change management, and application controls, and how they support financial reporting
Have worked closely with external auditors
Understand cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows, such as code review, CI/CD, and cloud access, well enough to work through a control design with an engineer
Can explain technical risks and control gaps clearly to executives and other non-technical audiences
Are comfortable driving outcomes across engineering, finance, and audit teams that don't report to you
Strong candidates may also have
A background in software, systems, or security engineering
Hands-on experience building with Claude Code or other AI tools
Experience with automated controls in revenue or order-to-cash systems, such as billing and usage metering
Experience with financial systems such as ERP and billing platforms, and the controls around them
Experience building or rebuilding a SOX program at a fast-growing company
Familiarity with other security and IT frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager for Corporate Engineering, you will lead programs that build world-class business solutions enabling every Ant to do their best work. In partnership with Anthropic's IT & Security organization, you will drive end-to-end solutions across the company, delivering the right products, tools, platforms, and experiences for all Ants as they work to create a world for safe and powerful AI. In the simplest terms, you build and drive solutions to enable all of Anthropic to be more productive.
You will use your technical and program management expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from start to finish. You will work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, lead execution, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You are equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to leadership as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
This role owns the full spectrum of Corporate Engineering programs: the IT systems Ants depend on daily, first-party and third-party software platforms, endpoint devices, office infrastructure, AV and collaboration equipment, network infrastructure, and the programs that scale our physical office footprint as Anthropic grows.
Responsibilities
Partner across Corporate Engineering domains to drive alignment and delivery
: Work with globally distributed product, engineering, and architecture teams to foster collaboration, help teams adopt enterprise standards, and enable faster delivery with consistent practices across the organization
Define and maintain core architectural foundations
: Assist in establishing and maintaining the architectural standards that underpin Corporate Engineering systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security as Anthropic grows
Lead office deployment and scaling programs
: Own end-to-end planning and execution for new office buildouts and expansions, coordinating across IT, Facilities, Security, and external vendors to deliver fully operational workspaces on schedule
Own internal systems and infrastructure programs
: Drive programs for all internal systems and hardware deployed in Anthropic buildings, including network infrastructure, AV equipment, printing and collaboration hardware, and building technology integrations
Lead endpoint and device management programs
: Own global programs for corporate laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint management, ensuring Ants have secure, well-managed devices that enable productivity from day one
Drive IT Operations excellence
: Lead programs that improve IT service delivery, support operations, and the overall Ant experience with technology, driving continuous improvement in reliability and responsiveness
Manage enterprise software and platform programs
: Lead programs for the 1P and 3P software platforms Ants depend on, including HR systems, productivity tools, and business applications, from evaluation through deployment and ongoing optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
: Work closely with Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and functional teams across Anthropic to ensure Corporate Engineering programs meet diverse organizational needs
Communicate effectively at all levels
: Comfortable communicating across all levels of Anthropic from presenting analyses, recommendations, and program status to leadership, engaging deeply on technical tradeoffs with engineering teams, and communicating broadly to the entire company
You May Be a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of experience in IT, Corporate Engineering, or Enterprise Technology, with at least 4+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs
Technical background in enterprise IT systems, including endpoint management, identity and access management, network infrastructure, and SaaS platforms
Experience leading office buildout or infrastructure deployment programs, coordinating across IT, Facilities, and external vendors
Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a technology-focused environment, with a track record of leading company-wide programs to successful completion
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive audiences and engage credibly with engineers on technical details
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast-paced, evolving environments where requirements and priorities shift
Strong collaboration skills with proven ability to partner across diverse stakeholders including IT, Security, Facilities, People, Finance, and functional teams
Strong Candidates May Also Have
Experience scaling IT infrastructure in high-growth technology companies
Background in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with enterprise software evaluation, procurement, and vendor management
Familiarity with modern endpoint management platforms and zero-trust security architectures
Experience with AV systems, video conferencing infrastructure, and collaboration technology deployments
Prior technical experience as an IT engineer, systems administrator, or network engineer
Experience with IT programs in AI/ML research environments or organizations with unique security and compliance requirements

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
