About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
Our Global Food Safety team exists to keep Wolt’s operations safe, compliant, and trusted across every market we’re in. We partner closely with the business on growth and operational excellence initiatives, building customer trust through clear standards, data-driven improvements, and food safety programmes that actually hold up on the ground.
We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Food Safety to help us build and run these programmes across our European markets. You’ll work closely with operations, legal, policy, and frontline teams to protect our customers and partners, and to keep our sites compliant as we grow. Expect regular travel across our European locations.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role that blends policy work with real, on-the-ground problem-solving. You’ll partner with country and area leaders, support external audits, and help translate global food safety standards into steps that actually work locally.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
Partner with country and area leaders to manage food safety compliance and find pragmatic solutions to emerging risks.
Support our external audit programme, coordinating schedules with third-party auditors and local food authorities.
Help develop and maintain our global food safety policies, procedures, and HACCP plans, translating them into concrete steps at country level.
Handle food safety issues, enquiries, and product recalls, guiding country and site teams through execution and customer communication.
Work with Legal and Policy to keep us ahead of food safety regulations across our European markets.
Track compliance metrics and use the data to spot trends and drive improvements
Our humble expectations*
Formal food safety qualification (e.g. Food Science, Microbiology, Public Health), or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of progressive food safety or regulatory compliance experience in hospitality, retail, quick commerce, or manufacturing.
Strong working knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, IFS, or BRC.
Proven experience managing food safety programmes across multi-country, multi-unit operations, with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach.
Proven track record conducting internal/external audits, risk assessments, and gap analyses, with the ability to drive follow-up actions that deliver real compliance improvement.
Experience implementing policies and procedures in response to new business initiatives or evolving risk environments.
Fluent in English, given the multi-country scope of this role.
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across our European markets.
What we offer
The chance to build and shape food safety practices across a fast-growing set of European markets, with real ownership over how you get there.
A seat on a collaborative, supportive global team genuinely invested in your growth as a leader.
Cross-functional exposure — you’ll work directly with legal, policy, ops, and country teams, not from behind a desk.
Next steps*
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. If shortlisted, you’ll start with a screening call with our Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by an interview with the hiring team, a short take-home assignment, and a final debrief. We aim to move quickly and will keep you posted throughout.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Hardware Lab Technician to own the physical side of a large-scale robot data collection operation. You’ll keep the fleet running, build what’s next, and be the person the lab calls when something stops working. This is a hands-on role across research and low-volume production where embodiments, grippers, and camera rigs change fast—and the hardware has to keep up. Day-to-day teleoperation is handled by a dedicated operator team you support; you maintain what they run on and help ensure data quality through reliable, well-calibrated hardware.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2
Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM or 9AM - 5:30PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $40 per /hour
What You’ll Do
Build, wire, and bring up data collection stations — robot arms, multi-camera rigs, workstations, teleoperation hardware, and cable management that survives daily operator use.
Keep the fleet running: daily checks, preventive maintenance, calibration routines, and diagnosing faults on arms, hands, and sensors.
Swap and integrate end-effectors and grippers, dexterous hands, force/torque and tactile sensors, and RGB-D cameras.
Run calibration and firmware procedures across the fleet, and catch drift before it reaches the data.
Assemble and iterate prototype hardware coming out of our mechanical and electrical engineers — printed parts, off-the-shelf components, vendor-fabricated parts, and custom harnesses.
Soldering, crimping, connectorization, harness building, and PCB rework support at the bench.
Own the lab's physical state: spares and consumables inventory, parts kitting, bench and tool organization, and shipping, returns, and RMAs with vendors.
Support teleoperators on hardware issues during live collection — triage fast, fix or escalate, and get the station back up.
Document what you do. Build sheets, maintenance logs, calibration records, and hardware SOPs the next technician can follow.
Help bring up new embodiments and new stations alongside engineers and researchers.
What we need to see
3+ years hands-on technician experience in a lab, prototyping, or low-volume build environment — robotics, medical devices, aerospace, semiconductor equipment, or similar.
AS in a technical field, a relevant trade or technical certificate, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Mechanical assembly fundamentals: fasteners and torque, bearings, belts, linkages, and the ability to read CAD and mechanical drawings (Onshape, SolidWorks, or similar).
Electrical hands: soldering including basic SMD rework, crimping and connectorization, harness building, and confident use of a multimeter and oscilloscope.
Comfortable in Linux at the command line — SSH into a workstation, run a calibration script, read a log, and tell us what it said.
Experience with motors, encoders, and sensor integration, and an understanding of what a bad ground or a marginal cable does to a data stream.
Methodical and self-documenting. An undocumented fix is a future outage.
Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent change, and able to prioritize when more than one lab needs you at the same time.
Able to work on-site in Santa Clara, with flexibility on shift coverage as the labs run extended hours.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
Maintenance and calibration on collaborative or industrial arms — UR, Franka, xArm, ARX, or equivalent.
Multi-camera rig build and calibration; RealSense, ZED, or Orbbec-class depth cameras.
Running and maintaining FDM or SLA printers, and designing your own simple fixtures and adapters.
Light scripting in Python or bash to automate a repetitive bench or calibration task.
Experience in a high-throughput lab or production line where uptime or yield was a number someone tracked.
Vendor-facing experience: RMAs, lead times, and spares planning.

You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote position. We are seeking candidates in US and Canada.
The Opportunity:
We build
Tempo
, the open-source distributed tracing backend behind Grafana Cloud Traces and Grafana Enterprise Traces (GET). Tempo makes it easy to search traces, generate metrics from spans, and connect tracing data with logs, metrics, and profiles across the Grafana stack.
2026 is an inflection point for Tempo. After a major architectural upgrade and the launch of TraceQL metrics, we are shifting from foundational work to product and operational excellence, and evolving Tempo from a SaaS database into a platform that powers Grafana’s next generation of observability products (App Observability, Asserts, Traces Drilldown, and AI-driven assistants).
Over the next year, you will help us:
Make Grafana Cloud Traces “just work” for customers by eliminating rough edges, confusing limits, and hidden failure modes.
Achieve operational excellence at scale as we grow from close to 50 cells today into triple digits this year, with autoscaling, parameterized rollouts, and aggressive toil reduction.
Evolve Tempo into a platform enabler: higher-density APIs, trace aggregation, TraceQL metrics math, and machine/LLM-friendly interfaces that downstream products and agents can build on.
Push performance further: faster query latency at hundreds of MB/s ingestion and performant 30-day query ranges to match competitors.
Prepare Tempo for an agent-driven world: larger, burstier, higher-cardinality workloads, and new categories of AI-powered workflows, such as assistant-driven triage and “why is this slow?”- style investigations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Senior Engineer on Tempo, you will own technical direction on the hardest problems in our roadmap and raise the bar across the team.
Deliver significant technical projects.
Take well-scoped, multi-month initiatives from problem framing through rollout, e.g., trace aggregation APIs, Limitless Tempo, autoscaling cells and customer limits, or query engine improvements. Partner with Staff engineers and the tech lead on broader, cross-team direction.
Own major components of Tempo.
Contribute to and own parts of ingestion, storage, query, and metrics generation. Write and present design docs, participate in design reviews, make sound trade-offs on performance, cost, and complexity, and document the “why” for the team.
Build APIs for humans and agents.
Help shape the next generation of Tempo’s interfaces (structured, deterministic, discoverable) so that Act 3 products, LLM-driven assistants, and external integrators can build on Tempo reliably.
Contribute to operational excellence.
Own outcomes for the areas you build against concrete SLOs (P99 write latency, incident recurrence, TCO per ingested GB), and help move the team toward Zero Ops through automation, parameterized rollouts, and actionable alerts.
Collaborate with Product and sibling teams.
Work with PMs and with App Observability, Asserts, Drilldown, and Grafana Assistant teams to understand how Tempo gets consumed and to ship what unblocks them.
Mentor and support engineers.
Raise the bar through thorough code review, constructive design feedback, and pairing, especially with junior and mid-level engineers.
Participate in on-call
for the services you help build, and contribute to incident response and post-incident learning.
Contribute to open source.
Tempo is OSS. You will engage the community, review external contributions, and contribute to the project in the open.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups—always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
Example problems you could work on
These are the kinds of projects landing in 2026:
Trace aggregation and higher-density APIs:
extend TraceQL metrics, design LLM-friendly response types, and make Tempo a first-class data source for Grafana’s AI assistant.
Autoscaling end-to-end:
customer limits and Tempo cells, with hysteresis, predictive scaling for spikes, and safe scale-down.
Agent-scale ingestion and query:
guardrails for bursty, high-cardinality, agent-generated workloads.
Query performance:
new data formats, smarter query pipelines, targeted optimizations for common Drilldown and Traces workflows, and 30-day query ranges.
Rollouts and multi-cell operations:
parameterized rollouts, push-button deploys, and the tooling to grow safely into triple-digit cell counts without a proportional increase in alert noise.
Limits and self-service:
drive customer-facing configuration and observability so escalations trend toward zero.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Technical ownership.
A track record of delivering complex, multi-month projects that spanned design, delivery, and operations, and of helping the teammates around you grow.
Solid systems experience.
Significant hands-on experience building and operating distributed data systems in production: ingestion pipelines, storage engines, query execution, or similar.
Strong software craftsmanship.
You write clean, robust, performant software that others can maintain, and you know when to optimize vs. when to ship.
Strong Go, or a path to it.

You’ve owned production services, carried a pager, reduced toil, and treated SLOs as a product feature, not a chore.
Customer focus and pragmatism.
You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
Collaboration and clear writing.
You contribute through design docs, reviews, and shipped code, and you communicate clearly in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with tracing, OpenTelemetry, or large-scale observability systems.
Experience designing query languages, SQL/TraceQL-like engines, or APIs intended to be consumed programmatically (by services or agents).

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
We write Tempo in Go. Solid experience in other systems languages (Rust, C, C++) translates well.
Operational mindset.

About the role
The Senior Client Partner is responsible for driving advertising revenue growth by owning a portfolio of advertisers and/or agencies, building relationships with senior stakeholders, and delivering consultative, insight-led solutions that help clients achieve brand and performance outcomes on X. The role blends new business growth and account expansion, campaign strategy, and cross-functional leadership to deliver measurable results.
This is a frontline, growth-oriented role in a reseller market where X owns the territory end to end. The focus is firmly on hunting new business across the SMB and mid-market segment — expanding the long tail, driving new activations, and increasing active clients — rather than purely farming an existing book
What you'll do :-
Revenue & Growth (Core)
Own and grow a book of business; deliver quarterly/annual revenue targets through new spend, renewals, and upsell.
Hunt and win new business across
SMB and mid-market advertisers
, driving new activations and expanding the long tail of active clients.
Build and execute account growth strategies that create win/win outcomes for X and advertisers.
Develop and present consultative sales narratives showing how X advertising solutions connect brands with audiences and deliver outcomes.
Maintain a strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and disciplined account planning to achieve targets.
Client & Agency Partnership
Establish and nurture senior relationships with advertisers and agency stakeholders; act as a trusted advisor.
Lead strategic QBRs, planning sessions, and joint business plans; align on objectives, audience, creative approach, and measurement.
Identify client business challenges and translate them into clear media strategies and platform solutions.
Operate a client-centric model with full agency ownership — no closed verticals — and the freedom to pursue any vertical or client base.
Market Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration
Stay current on X product updates and the broader digital media landscape; translate market changes into client opportunities.
Collaborate with internal partners (measurement, creative, ops, product, client solutions) to deliver a strong client experience and resolve issues quickly.
What we are looking for :-
5+ years in digital media, platform, or ad-tech sales with a track record of exceeding quota and growing a book of business.
A purely digital recent track record — early-career offline/traditional media experience is fine, but recent experience must be in digital.
Demonstrated hunter mentality — aggressive, new-business-oriented, and comfortable building a book in an open, reseller market.
Strong, relevant network in the West and South India market — existing relationships with marketing decision-makers at brands and/or agencies, and a demonstrated ability to open new doors.
Background from a social media platform, OTT/streaming, or programmatic/publisher environment is strongly preferred (e.g. social platforms, streaming players, DSP/SSP and publisher partners).
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills; able to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (formats, measurement, targeting, brand vs. performance objectives).
Comfortable with data: ability to translate performance signals into insights and clear client recommendations.
Experience selling across both brand and performance objectives (and ideally video ad solutions).
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-change environments; strong collaboration and problem-solving.
What we offer :-
Work with X, a marquee global social platform — standout experience that few in the market can claim, and a strong differentiator for your career.
An open, uncontested market — X owns the territory here, so how you approach, acquire, and grow clients is genuinely up to you.
Real ownership — own your book end to end, with full agency ownership and a client-centric (not verticalized) model.
Territory that scales with you — your remit grows with your caliber, exposure, and the business you can demonstrably manage.
Autonomy and work-life balance — the freedom to own how you work, backed by a supportive, collaborative team.
