About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, world-class customer service isn’t an afterthought, it’s at the heart of everything we do. We’ve built our reputation on delivering fast, thoughtful, and high-quality support, and we’ve done that by investing deeply in our own technology. Rather than just reacting to problems, we aim to solve them before our customers and partners even notice. Behind the scenes, that means building systems that scale globally, handle real-world complexity, and empower support teams to do their very best work.
This is where the Multilingual Intelligence & Resolution Automation (MIRA) team comes in. The team is on a mission to make customer support truly borderless. We’re building intelligent, AI-powered systems used across Wolt, DoorDash, and Deliveroo, including a real-time translation engine that supports seamless conversations across 20+ languages. Processing hundreds of requests per minute and powered by modern cloud infrastructure and state-of-the-art LLMs, this system enables borderless support and helps create experiences that feel natural, human, and native, no matter where you are in the world. And we’re only just getting started.
What you’ll be doing
Design, build, and operate scalable backend services powering real-time, customer-facing systems
Develop and evolve AI-powered translation capabilities using LLMs in production
Help build the tooling and infrastructure needed to evaluate models across quality, latency, and cost
Collaborate closely with product, applied science, frontend, and platform teams to turn complex support problems into robust user-facing systems
Take ownership of technical decisions and help shape the architecture and future direction of the system
Improve the performance, reliability, and operational readiness of services handling real production traffic
Continuously explore better ways of working, including leveraging AI tools to improve development workflows
Our humble expectations
You have strong backend development skills in Python or Go (interest in other tech is highly appreciated)
You actively leverage modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar) to enhance your productivity, code quality, and day-to-day development workflow.
You have experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar), container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker), observability tools (such as DataDog), and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
You're a pragmatic problem-solver with a growth mindset, eager to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn.
You're comfortable working with real-world data and its nuances.
You have solid experience designing, building, and integrating quality software (microservices) at scale within a complex domain.
What we offer
A chance to build something that truly matters, technology that enables people to connect and solve problems across languages and borders
The opportunity to work with AI and LLMs in real, high-impact production use cases
Being part of a global engineering organization of 2000+ people, we aim to build none other than the best-in-the-world engineering team here.
You’ll get to work in a company culture where we take ownership beyond the obvious, do common things uncommonly well, we think big but stay humble, do right by people, we treat others kindly and justly, recognise that if we don’t learn, we won’t stay still but fall behind, and keep in mind that Luke was Yoda’s greatest achievement.
Join us for an exciting journey of creating technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to the neighbourhoods of the world!

ABOUT SENTRY
Software runs the world and the pace is faster than ever. Sentry helps developers fix errors and performance issues before users notice, so teams can spend less time firefighting and more time building.
Trusted by 200,000+ organizations, Sentry is today’s application monitoring standard and our team is building its AI-native future.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Forward Deployed Engineers at Sentry help our largest customers get real value from Sentry, from integrating the SDK to making sure the right alerts and issues reach the right people at the right time. This role is a Senior Solutions Engineer who goes further: you'll help us build Sentry's forward deployed motion.
That means working shoulder to shoulder with our most important customers, often inside their codebases and workflows, instead of advising from the outside. When a customer's problem needs more than a best-practices doc, such as a custom integration, a tricky instrumentation setup, or a working prototype, you'll build it with them, then turn what you learn into repeatable patterns for the rest of the team.
Forward deployed work is new here and you will have a part in building this arm. You'll start with the core Solutions Engineering work and take on more hands-on deployment work as customers pull you into it, helping define what this motion looks like at Sentry. The goal is simple: reduce time to value. The outcomes we care about:
- Developers can quickly find and resolve slowdowns and errors in their applications.
- Customers get to value faster, and the lessons from each deployment make the product better for everyone.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Turn customer goals into a plan. Understand customers' pain points and objectives, then act as their trusted advisor, translating them into implementation plans, workshops, and best practices that show clear business value.
- Get Sentry set up, in the code. With the customer's permission, work in their codebase like a member of their engineering team, delivering the pull requests that fully set up Sentry so data is flowing from day one.
- Instrument what matters most. Add custom telemetry for a customer's most critical user journeys and build the dashboards and alerts that go with it.
- Lead migrations. Move customers off their existing observability tools by setting up their Sentry organization and delivering PRs that introduce Sentry and remove the old solution.
- Work like a trusted contractor. Stay within the scope and access you've been given, take extra care in live environments, test thoroughly, and ship pull requests that customer engineers are glad to merge. Embed with their teams, including on site, when it helps.
- Build the motion. Turn one-off deployments into repeatable playbooks and tooling, help define how forward deployed engagements are scoped and measured, and bring what you learn back to Product and Engineering.
YOU’LL LOVE THIS JOB IF YOU
- You'd rather sit with a customer's engineers and fix the problem in their code than write them a recommendation
- Enjoy talking about technology and interfacing with engineers and engineering leaders.
- Appreciate working in a dynamic environment, on a variety of projects with customers from lots of different industries.
- Love flexing your creative brain by developing solutions, resources, and content from scratch (scripts, code samples, demos, sales-consumable collateral/documents, etc.).
- Have a fast-paced, results-driven mindset.
- Love developer tools, open-source, and/or all things software development life cycle!
QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of experience, with some mixture being Software Engineering and Solutions Engineering/Implementation
- Hands-on experience working with programming languages and frameworks including JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, PHP, .NET, Ruby, React, React Native, Mobile Native (iOS and/or Android), etc
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with credibility in front of engineers and engineering leaders
- Problem solver, knowledgable, and can-doer
- Bonus: experience with observability, APM, or error monitoring tools, including migrating customers from another vendor, or helping build a forward deployed or customer engineering function
The total compensation range (or hourly wage range, if applicable) that Sentry reasonably expects to pay for this position is $190,000 to $230,000 USD. A successful candidate’s actual base salary (or hourly wage) amount will be determined by a variety of relevant factors including, without limitation, the candidate’s work location, education, work and other relevant experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. A successful candidate will be eligible to participate in Sentry’s employee benefit plans/programs applicable to the candidate’s position (including incentive compensation, equity grants, paid time off, and group health insurance coverage). See Sentry Benefits https://sentry.io/careers/ for more details about the Company’s benefit plans/programs.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AT SENTRY
Sentry is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its employees and candidates for employment regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender identity, veteran status, or other legally-protected characteristic. This commitment includes the provision of reasonable accommodations to employees and candidates for employment with physical or mental disabilities who require such accommodations in order to (a) perform the essential functions of their jobs, or (b) seek employment with Sentry. We strive to build a diverse team, with an inclusive culture where every teammate can thrive. Sentry is an open-source company because we believe that everyone, everywhere, should have the ability and tools to make great software. Software should be accessible. That starts with making our industry accessible.

Product engineering at Descript means owning outcomes, not just tickets — you'll take a problem from a rough idea to a shipped, measured result, working closely with product, design, and the rest of engineering along the way. We organize around a few teams, each responsible for a distinct part of the product:
Editor:
owns our video editor. Help make traditionally complex video-editing workflows simpler, craft cutting-edge AI into practical creative tools, and build on our vision of turning a text-editor for video into a tool that puts video in everyone's communication toolkit.
Growth & Monetization:
owns onboarding and activation, growth loops and in-product experiments, plans and pricing, checkout, billing, and AI credits. Help turn visitors into customers and customers into revenue.
Media:
owns upload, transcription, diarization, alignment, drive-wide search, playback, rendering, and export (including the engine we're rewriting in Rust 🦀). Help make media fast to bring in, easy to find, instant to play, and reliable to export.
Agent:
owns Underlord, Descript’s AI co-editor. Build the representations, tools, harness, evals, and feedback loops that let it reason about video projects, make edits, and check its work. Help people and agents collaborate naturally, whether in the editor or through our API and MCP.
Identity & Access (aka TACO):
owns login, authentication and authorization, account settings, and project organization, plus the enterprise layer of workspaces, SSO/SCIM, governance, and audit logs. Help individuals become teams, and teams scale into enterprises, with the trust and security to go all in.
Regardless of your team you’ll have the opportunity to design thoughtful full-stack systems that work reliably and deliver value to new and existing users.
What You’ll Do
Own meaningful product surfaces end to end.
Take problems from definition through design, implementation, launch, measurement, and maintenance. Improve core Editor workflows, shape the self-serve journey from signup through renewal, or help make Underlord more sentient.
Shape the product, not just the implementation.
Partner with Product and Design to propose better interactions, expose constraints, choose the right metrics, and find simpler paths to user outcomes.
Build ambitious full-stack systems with care.
Create responsive, reliable experiences. Stretch from TypeScript and React to NodeJS and Temporal to first and third party integrations to get the job done.
Improve how the team learns and ships.
Form hypotheses, instrument your work, release incrementally, and read results honestly. Strengthen the tooling, standards, tests, observability, and release practices that help the team move quickly without compromising quality.
Raise the team’s technical ambition.
Provide architectural direction, thoughtful reviews, mentoring, and clear human writing.
What You Bring
Required:
You have 5+ years of experience building and shipping customer-facing products, including end-to-end features that measurably improved user or business outcomes.
You effectively leverage agents to multiply your impact and think critically about how to better harness AI in your work.
You’ve owned features/experiments end to end, from planning through launch, and leveraged analytics and metrics to evaluate impact.
You orient quickly in unfamiliar systems by exploring and asking thoughtful questions to both your teammates and agents.
You care about how software feels and notice when the technically correct result is still wrong for the user.
You create clarity in ambiguous work and can navigate (and simplify!) significant product and technical complexity.
You validate your work rigorously through focused reproductions, logs, tests, and other evidence rather than trusting that the output looks right.
Experience that helps:
Similar Products:
Work on an editor, media product, creative tool, or payment system (like Stripe).
Our Stack:
TypeScript, HTML/CSS, React, Redux, Node.js, API design, Temporal Workflows, and SQL. But we obviously live in a post stack world. We just rewrote our media engine in Rust. None of us knows Rust.
Crafting with AI:
Building an agent or experimenting with media-generation models.
Experimentation/Analytics Experience:
We like people who know how to measure their success through experimentation and product analytics.
Intricacies of Video:
Shaders, graphics rendering, audio/visual effects, and media formats.
Descript is a startup. We're especially interested in working with engineers who use the product and are aligned with our mission. To that end, we promise to review any application that includes a share link to a Descript video. The video can be about anything - your career, a favorite game or movie, a discarded audition tape for Love Island. If you take the time to make something in Descript, we'll commit to having a human watch it and review your application. 🤝
Compensation and benefits
Base salary range: $200,000-$275,000, plus equity and benefits. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and level, and may vary from the amount above.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity
- Performing controls on our daily operations to make sure the correct decisions were made and to identify training needs (internally as well as externally)
- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.
⭐️ EXPERIENCE ⭐️
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the A2-B1 level range https://alan.com/en/careers/a/salary-equity.
Since the scope of our Ops Expert role is extremely varied, we are open to candidates from different backgrounds : you could be a good fit for the Operations team at Alan if, for example, you:
- Operated processes and services especially for companies during the scale up stage or in industrial/logistic industries
- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️
- Passionate about delivering & optimizing top notch operations: not scared to get your hands dirty to get into technical processes, making them clear and delightful for our operators and members
- A keen problem-solver and challenger with a dig deep mindset: what drives you is member and customer satisfaction !
- Analytics skills, to be able to dive into our data
- Highly organised with exceptional follow-up skills, with strong attention to details
- Strong and structured in written and verbal communication in English as well as in French or Dutch
- Able to work and learn independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable: you show flexibility and a strong ability to adapt to variable situations
- It’s even better if you have experience in the insurance or the healthcare industry

We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to own the forward-looking financial plan for the top and mid funnel of n8n’s commercial engine, helping Marketing leadership make sharper investment decisions across both our PLG and SLG motions.
To do so, you’ll turn demand, funnel, and marketing investment decisions into an integrated financial view that leadership can act on:
OWN MARKETING PLANNING & FORECASTING
- Drive n8n’s annual planning and regular forecasting process for Marketing end to end, from top-down targets and cross-functional alignment through regional segmentation, budget ownership, and consolidation into the company plan.
- Partner with Marketing budget owners across demand generation, brand, community and DevRel, product marketing, and events to set budgets, forecast spend, and sharpen investment trade-offs.
- Own program spend with the same rigor as headcount, including agency and media contracts, event and sponsorship commitments, phasing, seasonality, and in-year reallocations.
MODEL FUNNEL & CHANNEL ECONOMICS
- Model demand creation, signup and MQL volume, activation, qualified opportunity, conversion, and velocity with Marketing Ops and RevOps across both PLG and SLG motions.
- Translate funnel and channel levers into the demand assumptions behind n8n’s integrated top-line model and quantify the financial impact and trade-offs of changing them.
- Assess CAC and payback, conversion, pipeline contribution, and expected versus realized ROI using attribution, incrementality testing, and other causal methods where appropriate.
BUILD A RIGOROUS MARKETING INVESTMENT FRAMEWORK
- Establish a repeatable process for material marketing bets covering hypothesis, baseline, expected return, confidence range, leading indicators, scale-or-stop triggers, and post-investment review.
- Build and defend investment cases for brand, community, content, events, and other spend that does not attribute cleanly to closed revenue.
- Use internal evidence, external benchmarks, and post-investment learnings to drive in-year reallocations toward the highest-impact opportunities.
TURN DATA INTO DECISIONS
- Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, Data, and Controlling to keep the financial view aligned with n8n’s attribution, measurement, and reporting frameworks.
- Own the financial metric definitions behind Marketing reporting and ensure teams are operating from a consistent view of performance.
- Turn financial reporting and variance analysis into tangible insights and recommendations for Marketing leadership, executives, and board-level audiences when needed.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 📊 FP&A experience: You have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a fast-paced technology or B2B SaaS environment.
- 🗂️ Complex planning experience: You have led complex, multi-entity, multi-stakeholder annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes end to end.
- 🤝 Marketing business partnering: You have deep demand-side finance partnering experience in either a self-serve/PLG funnel or an enterprise/SLG demand generation motion, plus a strong working understanding of the other.
- 📈 Funnel and channel economics: You are fluent in CAC and CAC payback by channel and motion, blended versus paid CAC, CLV/CAC, pipeline attribution, funnel conversion, and velocity.
- 🧭 Judgment on unattributable spend: You have built and defended investment cases for brand, community, content, or similar spend that will never attribute cleanly to a closed deal.
- 💶 Program spend ownership: You are comfortable owning a budget weighted toward program spend, including commitments, phasing, agency costs, vendor economics, and reallocations.
- 🧮 Financial modeling: You build sophisticated, integrated financial models that remain robust as assumptions, scenarios, and operating inputs change.
- 🗣️ Executive communication: You translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and are comfortable presenting to Marketing leadership, executives, and board audiences when needed.
- 🤖 AI- and automation-first mindset: You naturally use AI and automation platforms such as n8n to improve the quality, speed, and repeatability of your planning, reporting, and analysis.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🔄 PLG + SLG fluency: You have deep experience across both product-led and sales-led demand motions rather than primarily one.
- 🧑💻 Developer-focused environment: You have worked at a community-led, open-source, or developer-focused product company.
- 🧪 Incrementality & experimentation: You have exposure to incrementality testing, holdout design, or marketing mix modeling.
- 🛠️ Marketing & RevOps tooling: You have experience consuming data from tools such as HubSpot or Marketo, GA4, attribution platforms, and Salesforce.
- 📋 Planning platforms: You have worked with financial or headcount planning platforms such as Pigment in complex, multi-entity, or multi-stakeholder environments.
- 🧑🔬 Data self-sufficiency: You are comfortable using SQL and building your own views in tools such as Looker, Metabase, or Hex rather than waiting on a Data team.
- ⚙️ Relevant SaaS domain experience: You have worked in workflow automation, developer tools, or infrastructure SaaS.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll own the financial view of one of the most important joins in our growth engine: where community, product-led adoption, and enterprise demand generation meet. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership and counterpart FP&A Managers covering the PLG and SLG bottom of funnel, giving you visibility across the full commercial plan and real influence over how we allocate one of our largest discretionary investments.
You’ll join a fast-growing, remote-first company where finance is expected to help shape decisions, not simply report on them. As n8n expands the opportunity around AI agent orchestration and helps businesses unlock measurable ROI through automation, you’ll help build the planning discipline, investment frameworks, and automation-first finance practices that support our next stage of growth.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for forward-thinking, high-performing AI Engineers who are excited to pioneer the future of AI-driven engineering at Paysend. In this role, you will work hands-on with Claude Code and the Anthropic API to design, harden, and ship agentic systems that write, review, test, and deploy code. This is a high-impact, build-and-own opportunity: you will take cutting-edge AI prototypes and turn them into resilient production infrastructure - directly empowering our global engineering teams, accelerating our product velocity, and helping us solidify Paysend as the definitive end-to-end payment infrastructure for the modern world.
THE ENGINEERING PROBLEM
The problem is not to make an LLM generate code. The problem is to make AI-assisted and agentic software delivery reliable enough to become part of normal engineering work.
These systems operate inside real software delivery workflows. They need to deal with incomplete context, failed execution, incorrect assumptions, external dependencies, changing repository state, and cases where an agent should not continue on its own. This means designing clear execution boundaries, decision points, observability, recovery and escalation paths, not only the agent behaviour itself.
The role includes shaping how these systems work, not only implementing integrations with existing AI tools.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design end-to-end AI-assisted delivery workflows, including agent responsibilities, execution boundaries, decision points, human intervention, failure handling, recovery, and escalation
Design and refine AI-driven pipelines that automate coding, code review, testing, and deployment tasks
Build and optimise agentic workflows using Claude Code and the Anthropic API, including custom tooling, MCP server integrations, sub-agents, and stateful orchestration logic
Engineer robust prompts, benchmark suites, and automated eval datasets; measure and improve pipeline accuracy, latency, and API costs
Define workflow-specific success criteria and operational evidence, including correctness, reliability, intervention and escalation rates, failure modes, and recovery effectiveness
Integrate core Anthropic capabilities (tool use, structured outputs, prompt caching, batch processing) into internal developer platforms
Handle unglamorous production work: sandboxed execution, strict error handling, retries, observability, guardrails, and edge cases
Own these systems after initial implementation: observe how they behave in real engineering workflows, investigate failures and incorrect behaviour, and improve the system based on operational evidence
Partner with engineers across the org to identify automation opportunities and roll out agentic tools safely with human-in-the-loop review mechanisms
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong software engineering background, with experience designing, building, and operating production systems, and strong hands-on experience with Python or TypeScript
Ability to decompose end-to-end engineering workflows, identify decision boundaries, failure modes, dependencies, observability needs, and recovery paths
Direct, hands-on experience with Claude Code—you've used it beyond casual experimentation and understand its strengths, limits, and configuration (CLAUDE.md, sub-agents, hooks)
Experience building with LLM APIs: prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, context window optimization, agentic loops, and evaluation
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) server integration and custom workflows
Comfort turning prototypes into production systems: CI/CD integration, containerized execution, reliability engineering, and monitoring
Pragmatic judgment about where AI automation helps and where traditional deterministic logic or human oversight is required
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks or building custom agent harnesses/tooling
Track record shipping internal developer platforms or CLI tooling
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks, developer tools, or MCP servers

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Peec AI is building the data plane for AI visibility: millions of chats, scrapes, citations, sources, model responses, and customer-facing insights running through a fast-moving backend.
This role is for an engineer who wants to own the systems behind that. You will not just add endpoints or close tickets. You will make our scraping, chat-processing, source-ingestion, and analytics infrastructure more reliable, cheaper, faster, and easier for the rest of the team to reason about.
The best fit looks like someone who can debug a provider outage in the morning, design a better queueing model before lunch, ship a TypeScript service change in the afternoon, and write the postmortem or follow-up ticket clearly enough that the next engineer immediately knows what to do.
We are especially interested in people who have built or operated systems with real constraints: rate limits, flaky third-party APIs, queues, webhooks, retries, distributed locks, data migrations, observability gaps, customer pressure, and cost ceilings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of backend, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems engineering experience in a production environment.
- Deep hands-on TypeScript experience. We run TypeScript services on Bun, and we care about people who can design clean, reliable backend systems rather than only write application code.
- Strong understanding of queues, workers, retries, rate limits, idempotency, distributed locks, webhooks, and failure handling.
- Experience operating systems under real production pressure: incidents, provider outages, customer escalations, noisy alerts, slow dependencies, and incomplete data.
- Comfort with cloud-native infrastructure. Our stack includes GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Redis, Postgres, Firestore, ClickHouse, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Ability to debug across layers: application code, logs, metrics, queues, provider APIs, databases, network behaviour, and deployment state.
- Product-minded judgement. You can separate internal detail from customer-safe explanation, and you understand when a “small infra change” has customer, security, or cost implications.
- High ownership and low ego. We want people who take responsibility for ambiguous systems, ask sharp questions, and make the team better through clear thinking and kindness.
- A bias toward durable fixes. You do not stop at “restart the pod” if the real issue is retry amplification, missing backpressure, an unsafe parser assumption, or a provider limit we do not model.
TECH STACK
- Languages: TypeScript, Python
- Runtime/frameworks: Bun, Elysia, Node-compatible services
- Cloud/infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Tasks, Pub/Sub, Firebase/Firestore, Postgres, ClickHouse, Redis, RabbitMQ
- Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, structured logging
- Product/data domain: LLM chats, AI search, source scraping, citation extraction, provider integrations, customer-facing analytics
- AI/model providers: OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Mode / AI Overview, plus scraping/provider APIs around them
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe’s fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Aggressive equity compensation package
- Paid Dinner & Uber home when working late
- The most beautiful office space and work environment in Berlin

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- ISR Cell Operator - Germany
- Location: Berlin, Germany
- Department: ICEYE Germany
- Reports to: Head of Intelligence, ICEYE Germany
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: On-site / shift-based
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, and German Ü2/Ü3 where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
Be the operational backbone that keeps ICEYE Germany's intelligence delivery running — from the moment a tasking request comes in to the moment actionable insight reaches the customer.
You are the person who ensures satellite collection is coordinated, data is monitored, and customers receive timely, accurate intelligence products. You will work across mission planning, data interpretation, and direct customer engagement — keeping ICEYE Germany's operational tempo high and its output trustworthy. You will also serve as a key interface to Germany-based government and defence customers, translating their operational requirements into executable satellite collection plans.
This is an operational role with real stakes. The intelligence you coordinate and deliver informs decisions in national security, disaster response, and critical infrastructure protection.
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Run the operations cell. Manage and prioritize satellite tasking requests for Germany and surrounding regions. Coordinate with internal mission planning teams to optimize collection schedules and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Own real-time monitoring. Track satellite passes, collection status, and delivery timelines across active missions. Respond to time-sensitive or high-priority tasking requests with speed and precision.
Interpret and report. Review SAR imagery and derived products to identify relevant changes or events. Generate concise, actionable intelligence reports for customers and support rapid dissemination during critical situations — natural disasters, security incidents, and time-critical government requirements.
Engage customers and stakeholders. Act as the primary operational point of contact for Germany-based customers, including government and defence agencies. Translate their mission requirements into executable tasking plans and keep them informed on collection status and product delivery.
Maintain the operational picture. Keep situational awareness of regional events — across Germany and the wider DACH region — that affect ISR priorities and collection planning.
Strengthen the function. Contribute to process improvements, operational best practices, and the onboarding and training of new team members as the cell grows.
What We Measure After Twelve Months
- Germany-focused tasking requests are executed on time and to customer specification, with no critical gaps in coverage.
- Customer satisfaction among German government and defence accounts is high, with repeat engagement on priority programmes.
- Operational processes are documented, repeatable, and resilient to staff changes or surge demand.
- The ISR cell is capable of supporting classified collection workflows at the classification levels enabled by ICEYE Germany's security posture.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Experience in ISR operations, geospatial analysis, satellite operations, or a directly comparable operational environment — ideally within the Bundeswehr, a German federal security agency (BND, BfV, Federal Police), or a defence industry context.
- Familiarity with SAR imagery and remote sensing data, and the ability to interpret complex datasets under time pressure.
- Knowledge of GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcGIS, or comparable imagery analysis platforms.
- Background with government, defence, or security customers in Germany or the DACH region, and an understanding of how these organisations task, consume, and act on intelligence products.
- Experience in a 24/7 operations or command centre environment is a strong advantage.
- Engineering or software background that supports understanding of data pipelines, collection systems, or geospatial platforms.
- Eligibility for German security clearance (Sicherheitsüberprüfung Ü2/Ü3) is required. Existing clearance is a significant advantage.
- Fluent English, with the ability to communicate clearly at both working and customer level. German is beneficial but not a hard criteria.
- Valid European drivers license B
Application Process
- Intro conversation with Talent Attraction
- Hiring manager interview with Head of Intelligence, ICEYE Germany
- Technical case: a take-home operational planning exercise
- Cross-functional interviews with Operations Lead ISR, Intelligence Products, and a senior ICEYE leader
- Final conversation with the CEO, ICEYE Germany
Working at ICEYE
At ICEYE, you’ll join a diverse and highly engaged team united by the ambition to make the impossible possible. As a global scale-up, we combine speed and ambition with the opportunity to take real ownership from day one. Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams to improve customer journeys while maintaining appropriate regulatory and control standards.
Identify opportunities to strengthen control effectiveness while simplifying processes and reducing unnecessary customer or operational friction.
Risk Governance & Controls
Maintain the SG risk register and coordinate the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), working with business teams to identify and assess key operational, regulatory, and conduct risks and controls.
Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and support periodic control testing to assess control effectiveness, identify gaps, and drive remediation with control owners.
Support the implementation of local policies, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks, ensuring requirements are effectively embedded into day-to-day business activities.
Issues, Assurance & Regulatory Implementation
Coordinate investigation and root cause analysis of incidents, conduct issues, and control deficiencies, working with relevant teams to develop practical corrective actions and drive issues through to resolution.
Support internal and external audit engagements, regulatory reviews, and assurance activities, including documentation requests, walkthroughs, management responses, and remediation tracking.
Support the implementation of evolving regulatory requirements and industry standards, assessing business impact and working cross-functionally to embed appropriate processes and controls.
Outsourcing & Governance Coordination
Support governance of intra-group and third-party outsourcing arrangements, including maintenance of the SG Outsourcing Register and ongoing reviews in accordance with MAS requirements and internal policies.
Support key governance forums, including the Token Listing Committee, and prepare clear and timely risk, controls, conduct, and issue reporting for the SG Management Committee and other relevant forums.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in business compliance, front-office controls, conduct risk, sales surveillance, regulatory compliance, or related roles within capital markets, securities, brokerage, trading, wealth management, fintech, or other regulated financial services.
