About WorkOS 🚀
WorkOS builds modern developer tools and APIs that make it easy for companies to become Enterprise Ready. Our platform powers authentication, identity, authorization, and other critical infrastructure that developers need to securely scale their products to large organizations.
We recently raised a $100M Series C, valuing the company at $2B, led by Meritech and Sapphire with participation from Greenoaks, Craft, Abstract, and Audacious. WorkOS powers enterprise features for many of the fastest-growing AI companies, including OpenAI, Cursor, and Perplexity, Sierra, and Plaid.
As AI reshapes software, WorkOS is at the frontier of Human and Agent Authentication, Identity, and Access Control helping companies answer a new critical question: who are your agents, and what are they allowed to do? Our fast-growing customer base includes hundreds of modern software companies building the next generation of enterprise-ready products.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're growing our Applied AI team to dramatically increase productivity across Engineering, Sales, Support, and Operations, and to ship AI-powered products that customers rely on directly.
As an Applied AI Engineer, you'll design and ship production AI systems that change how WorkOS builds, sells, supports, and scales. You’ll also be building things that WorkOS customers use, and systems that the entire company depends on daily.
You'll work on a small, high-ownership team that:
- Chooses problems based on measurable impact
- Moves from idea → prototype → production in days or weeks
- Ships at both layers: internal leverage and customer-facing product
- Adapts quickly as models, tools, and best practices evolve
This is a 0→1 role with company-wide visibility.
What you'll do
- Design and ship customer-facing AI products like ask.workos.com http://ask.workos.com, AI support bots embedded in customer Slack channels, and new surfaces we haven't built yet
- Build internal tools that become part of people's daily work: agents, automations, and workflows that are stable, observable, and easy to maintain
- Work on big bets: a unified bot framework, a sandboxed coding harness agent, and infrastructure that lets the entire company ship
- Use LLMs, embeddings, retrieval, and tool-calling to plug into docs, Slack, GitHub, CRM, analytics, support systems, and internal services
- Replace repetitive, multi-step manual processes with orchestrated, AI-driven flows that span multiple apps and data sources
- Stay current on new models and tooling, run focused experiments, and help the team converge on patterns, libraries, and infrastructure that compound over time
Example problems you might work on
- A sandboxed coding harness that can safely take a bug report or feature spec all the way to a deployed change
- A unified bot framework that powers every AI touchpoint, internal and customer-facing from a single, observable backbone
- A GTM intelligence layer that gives reps live account context, meeting prep, and follow-up from CRM, product usage, and conversation history
- Turning noisy, cross-tool workflows (tickets, Slack threads, docs) into a single agent that handles triage, routing, and suggested actions
- Infrastructure that lets any WorkOS team ship a reliable internal AI app without reinventing the stack
What we're looking for
- You've taken AI-powered systems from idea to production and through at least one iteration cycle with real users
- Strong engineering fundamentals. You're comfortable owning services, data flows, and integrations end-to-end
- Experience building with LLM APIs
- You think about failure modes, observability, and ownership, not just whether the demo works
- Bias toward action. You care less about the model and more about removing real bottlenecks, saving hours, or unlocking workflows the company couldn't do before
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast change. The problem, the tools, and the "right" patterns are all evolving, you're excited to help define them
Nice to have
- Prior work on customer-facing AI products
- Experience with embeddings, retrieval/RAG architectures, and structured tool-calling or agents
- Exposure to MCP or similar protocols for connecting AI agents to real systems

Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
At Baseten, we are building the global operating system for distributed, heterogeneous AI hardware. We believe that as LLM and multi-modal workloads scale, the network is the computer. We are looking for foundational engineers to lead our GPU Networking efforts, making RDMA a first-class building block in our infrastructure and unlocking the next generation of distributed inference optimizations.
Networking and compute are no longer separate disciplines; they are converging. The massive throughput of H100, B200, and NVL72 architectures enables and demands a new approach where communication is co-optimized alongside computation. We are entering an era where the network is an active accelerator, leveraging smart hardware offloads and direct interconnects to ensure that data movement operates at wire-speed.
In this role, you will go beyond network configuration to architect the software fabric that unifies thousands of GPUs into a cohesive operating system. While you will leverage the best of the open-source ecosystem, you won't be limited by it. Where off-the-shelf solutions stop, you will build from scratch, engineering the primitives required to co-optimize communication and compute for Disaggregated Serving, Wide Expert Parallelism (WideEP), and lightening cold starts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make RDMA First-Class: You will work on integrating RDMA/RoCE/InfiniBand capabilities directly into our inference stack, helping us move beyond TCP/IP to unlock order-of-magnitude improvements in bandwidth and latency.
- Optimize Distributed Inference: You will implement and tune the networking layers necessary for efficient Disaggregated KV Cache Offload and WideEP, ensuring seamless communication across NVLink and InfiniBand for our MoE models.
- Enable Serverless-Grade Startup Speeds for LLMs: You will work deeply with checkpointing and storage mechanisms to enable sub-10-second startup for trillion-parameter models.
- Deep-Dive into Hardware: You will characterize and validate networking performance on bleeding-edge clusters (H100/H200, B200/B300, GB200/300 NVL72), writing the acceptance tests that ensure our hardware delivers peak achievable throughput and minimal latency.
- Build Observability: You will design the tools that let us visualize packet flow, congestion, and effective bandwidth across the GPU interconnects, helping us diagnose complex distributed system behaviors.
- Optimize Kernels: You will work with communication libraries (NCCL, NVSHMEM) and potentially write custom communication kernels to overlap compute and data transfer.
REQUIREMENTS
- You have deep experience with high-performance networking protocols (InfiniBand, RoCE v2) and understand the physics of data movement.
- You are fluent in C++ or Python, with the ability to bridge the gap between high-level logic and hardware. You have a deep understanding of the memory hierarchy in modern NVIDIA architectures (H100/Blackwell) and know how to optimize for it.
- You like going deep. You aren't afraid to dive into TensorRT-LLM source code, write custom C++ / Python bindings, or debug NVLink topology issues.
- You know when to use an off-the-shelf solution and when we need to build a custom solution because the upstream tools (like standard Kubernetes networking) are too slow for our needs.
NICE TO HAVE
- Deep knowledge of NCCL, NVSHMEM, and UCX.
- Experience with Rust for systems-level or performance-critical networking code is a strong plus
- Experience with GPUDirect Storage (GDS) or high-performance filesystems like Weka or 3FS.
- Familiarity with TensorRT-LLM, vLLM, or SGLang.
- Experience running low-level benchmarks to "qualify" new hardware clusters.
THE TEAM
- Bleeding Edge Hardware: We are preparing to bring Blackwell (B200/B300) and then Rubin architectures online. You will be one of the first engineers in the industry optimizing networking for NVL72/GB300 racks.
- We go deep: We operate at every depth. Whether it’s tuning hardware interconnects, writing custom communication kernels, or designing distributed inference strategies, we work across the entire stack to deliver performance that goes far and beyond.
- High Impact: The networking optimizations you build will directly enable features that no one else in the industry has fully mastered yet, like seamless multi-node WideEP and instant model hydration.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Mid-Market Customer Activation Managers don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll own a book of ~45 mid-market customers, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion
What You'll do
1. Lead mid-market customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
2. Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
3. Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metric
4. Run stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including finance leadership relationships you own independently
5. Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
6. Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
7. Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
8. Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of customer-facing experience in customer success, consulting, or implementations with a proven, consistent track record of driving customer outcomes and exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to drive workflow adoption inside organizations, navigate real resistance from real stakeholders, and produce measurable results; finance or fintech context is a plus but not required
- AI fluency as a daily habit — you already use AI tools habitually to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks; this is how you work, not something you're exploring
- Ability to communicate Ramp's impact in financial terms — walking a controller through the business case for a workflow change, connecting implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and running executive updates that land with finance leaders
- Technical acumen to hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture; credibility in technical conversations earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS or FinTech companies
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills across Sales, Product, Operations, and other GTM teams
Nice to Haves
1. Experience helping customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale; understanding of what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation stick
2. Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows
3. Demonstrated commercial impact — expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached
4. Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company where rethinking workflows around AI was part of the product or culture
5. Management consulting background with structured problem-solving, client management, and the ability to turn ambiguity into a plan
6. High-growth or startup experience with comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change
For candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $128,000 - $176,000. For candidates located in all other locations, the pay range for this role is $115,000- $158,300.

- Build systems to monitor hiring progress, recruiter capacity, and forecasting.
- Interview Operations & Scheduling

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Designer at Ramp, you are accountable for outcomes, not just artifacts. You work with PMs, engineers, and other designers to define the right problems, explore and validate solutions, and ship product experiences that change customer behavior.
Design at Ramp is AI first and builder led. Work starts in an LLM, moves into tools like Claude and Cursor to explore flows and interactions, and then comes into Figma for systems and polish. Designers prototype early, test with real customers, and stay involved through launch and iteration.
We are looking for multiple product designers who are excited to work this way and who want to use AI as a core part of how they design.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own product work end to end: Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship product improvements that move key metrics. Stay involved through launch and iteration, not just handoff.
- Start in an LLM: Use tools like Claude to clarify intent, draft short PRDs, and surface risks, edge cases, and initial approaches. Use this work to align quickly with your team.
- Validate assumptions with self-serve research: Talk directly with customers, run quick tests, and use what you learn to adjust direction. Treat research as a velocity tool, not a gate.
- Prototype using AI tools: Use Cursor and Claude Code to build and iterate on flows and simple interfaces. Let AI generate code while you guide structure, behavior, and UX quality. Partner with engineers to decide what moves into the product.
- Bring work into Figma: Translate validated concepts into Figma for full state coverage, system alignment, and production readiness.
- Design for the 80 / 20: Encode judgment and complexity under the hood while keeping the default experience simple and successful for most customers.
- Contribute to patterns and culture: Share prompts, patterns, and learnings with the design org. Participate in crits and reviews that raise the bar for quality.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Experience as a product designer working on complex products, ideally in B2B, fintech, or other systems-heavy environments
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs such as Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
- Comfort working in tools like Cursor or Claude Code, even if you are not writing production code by hand
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft
- Ability to work with PMs to define success metrics and adjust based on results
- Clear communication and comfort collaborating directly with engineers and PMs
- Based in or open to relocate to NYC
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience planning and running customer interviews or usability tests
- Familiarity with design systems and extending shared components
- Comfort with basic front-end concepts such as components and states
- Experience in fast-moving product teams where iteration and shipping matter

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About Startups @Vercel:
The Vercel Startups org exists to help founders navigate the shift to AI-native development with confidence. Startups move faster than ever—what used to take years now happens in days—and the decisions founders make early can either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. We partner with startups at the critical moments where technical, commercial, and strategic support starts to matter most.
We’re a talent-dense team made up of former founders, engineers, and experienced go-to-market operators who bring firsthand experience building, scaling, and supporting modern software companies. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table, making architectural decisions, navigating tradeoffs, and scaling under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every customer interaction.
We operate with a growth mindset and strong shared ownership. We dig deep to understand our customers, work closely across functions as one team, and find ways to win even when the path forward isn’t obvious. Resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to push through hard problems are table stakes here.
This is a team for people who want to operate with high trust, high agency, and high impact — alongside peers who care deeply about helping startups succeed.
About The Role:
You are an expert in Vercel, you have incredible pattern recognition, and are at the bleeding edge of the tech and tools defining how we live and work. In this role, you'll help startups unlock Vercel's full value from adoption through scaling—building relationships with founders and technical leaders who are making critical architectural decisions. You'll analyze usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functional teams to drive outcomes, and guide teams as they adopt AI-native architectures. By leveraging automation and AI to maximize your impact, you'll help refine early plays into repeatable playbooks that scale across our startup portfolio.
What You Will Do:
Build trusted relationships with founders, developers, and technical leaders by quickly developing deep understanding of their architecture, use cases, and technical constraints
Use customer signals and usage patterns to determine the right next play and focus time on the highest-leverage opportunities for adoption, expansion, or re-engagement
Quarterback customers end-to-end, strategically deploying Sales Engineers, Developer Support Engineers, Product, and Support at the right moments to drive outcomes
Own and grow a portfolio of startup customers by partnering with them as they move from early adoption to scale
Partner with founders and developers as they adopt AI-native features and architectures, helping them understand how Vercel’s Frontend Cloud fits into a rapidly evolving developer ecosystem and supports new workloads, performance requirements, and scaling patterns
Use automation, agents, and self-built workflows to operate at high leverage and focus time and energy on the most impactful customer work
Operate comfortably in an evolving environment, helping refine early motions and turn what works into repeatable playbooks
About You:
We’re looking for someone who sits at the intersection of
technical curiosity, commercial excellence, and startup mindset
.
You might be a great fit if you’ve developed this skill set through a range of paths—whether as a builder, founder, engineer, or in a technical go-to-market role—and you bring strong judgment, ownership, and curiosity to how you work.
In practice, this looks like someone who:
Learns complex technical products quickly and enjoys reasoning about how modern web and AI-native applications are built and scaled
Can speak comfortably with developers and founders, using their language and earning credibility through insight rather than titles
Has strong sales acumen and experience owning revenue outcomes across a range of deal sizes and complexities
Believes that the best revenue outcomes come from deeply successful customers, not transactional selling
Brings a thoughtful, opinionated point of view on modern web infrastructure, frontend performance, and scaling tradeoffs
Thrives in ambiguity and enjoys shaping how a team and motion evolves from early to more structured
Is energized by ownership, accountability, and helping customers make smart decisions
What This Role Is Not:
Not a pure Customer Success role focused on reactive support
Not a transactional sales role detached from customer outcomes
Not a highly scripted role with narrow ownership or predefined motions
This role requires judgment, curiosity, and comfort operating across technical, strategic, and commercial dimensions.
If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, Austin or NY), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA OTE range for this role is $180,000-$240,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
