Over time, you will take increasing ownership of sourcing projects of medium complexity, managing timelines, stakeholders, and agreed outcomes with growing independence. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for delivering reliable analysis, practical recommendations, and results within a defined scope.
You will support a broad range of Corporate Services categories, such as professional services, security, facilities and workplace, customer support, HR and benefits, recruitment, and contingent workforce.

You are excited about this opportunity because you will..
Move low risk sourcing engagements forward quickly, coordinating requirements, supplier quotes, commercial reviews, and approvals.
Support senior Sourcing DRIs on larger projects by owning defined workstreams, including supplier research, bid analysis, RFx documentation, and follow-up on actions and timelines.
Take increasing end to end ownership of midsize sourcing projects, from requirements gathering through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and handover, with limited oversight as you build proficiency.
Independently research markets and suppliers, prepare requests for information and proposals (RFIs/RFPs), evaluate responses, and present clear, data-backed recommendations.
Analyze spend, benchmark pricing, and develop return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) models to identify savings and support sourcing decisions.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for low and medium complexity agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Coordinate reviews of non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work with Legal and other reviewers; ensure agreed scope, pricing, deliverables, and service levels are documented.
Guide stakeholders through sourcing and contracting processes, keeping projects moving and resolving issues promptly.
Track project delivery, savings, contract milestones, and renewals against agreed goals, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
Support supplier performance reviews and risk assessments, escalating issues and coordinating follow-up with the right teams.
Work with Category Leads and colleagues across brands to support category plans and identify opportunities to combine demand or use preferred suppliers.
Improve templates, reporting, and workflows, apply AI tools effectively to sourcing tasks, and share knowledge and practical guidance with peers.
Learn from experienced sourcing colleagues through hands-on coaching, exposure to varied categories, and increasing responsibility for sourcing projects.
We are excited about you because you…

Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
Are organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage several projects and deadlines while keeping others informed.

Exercise sound judgment and take a practical approach to solving problems in a dynamic environment.
Bring a customer-focused approach to solving problems and supporting the business.
Are comfortable collaborating across countries and time zones.
Can use AI tools effectively to improve the speed and quality of analysis and sourcing work, and are committed to continuing to learn.

We’re scaling fast and staying true to what makes us different: an open-source legacy, a global collaborative culture, and a passion for meaningful work. Our team thrives in an innovation-driven environment where transparency, autonomy, and trust fuel everything we do.
You may not meet every requirement, and that’s okay. If this role excites you, we’d love you to raise your hand for what could be a truly career-defining opportunity.
This is a remote opportunity and we would be interested in applications from the UK, Ireland, Spain and Germany.
About Grafana Cloud Observability
Grafana Cloud is our fully managed observability platform that integrates metrics, logs, and traces with Grafana. It allows our customers to use the best open source observability software, including Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, and Tempo, without the overhead of installing, maintaining and scaling their own observability stack.
Within the Observability department, we build products that help customers understand and troubleshoot their applications and infrastructure. We work closely with product management, design and other engineering squads to provide seamless and highly curated experiences for our customers.
The squad: Database Observability
We build and evolve Grafana Cloud Database Observability. We want to help users understand the health and performance of their databases, identify slow queries and troubleshoot issues through clear, actionable insights.
As a frontend engineer on the squad, you’ll build experiences that make complex database telemetry easy to explore and understand. You’ll work closely with backend engineers, product management and design to take ideas from early exploration through to production and improve them based on customer feedback.
Our frontend stack is primarily TypeScript and React, interacting with backends written in Go. Your primary focus will be frontend engineering, with opportunities to work across the stack, contributing to APIs and backend functionality to deliver complete customer experiences. Frontend engineers at Grafana also have opportunities to contribute to open source communities.
The opportunity:
Own technical projects from problem framing through rollout, including getting user feedback and measuring whether what you shipped actually worked.
Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design and backend engineers to build intuitive user experiences using clean, reusable components, contributing to supporting APIs and backend functionality where needed.
Mentor and collaborate with other engineers. Raise the engineering bar through code review, design feedback, pairing on hard problems, and writing that leaves the team better than you found it.
Participate in on-call for the software you help build, contributing to incident response and learning from incidents.
Provide technical support in customer escalations and help us identify areas of high friction to address.
Collaborate with other squads on shared dependencies, contribute to design proposals, and share the team’s work through demos and technical discussions.
We invest heavily in developer productivity. You can use modern AI coding assistants as part of your daily workflow (your choice of tools, within security guidelines), backed by a company-funded usage budget so you can iterate quickly without unnecessary friction. We encourage pragmatic AI-assisted development: faster prototyping, test generation, refactors, documentation, and incident follow-ups, always with strong code review and quality standards. You'll also have access to the latest frontier models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
What makes you a great fit:
We highly value those who are
intellectually curious
, who
default to transparency
, possess a high
bias towards action
, and who are also
kind and enjoy working as a team
.
Strong frontend engineering experience, with experience across the stack.
You have experience building and maintaining production web applications with React and TypeScript, and are comfortable contributing to backend services and APIs. You value maintainability, readability, automated testing and secure development practices.
Technical ownership.
You have solid experience delivering complex projects, mentoring other engineers and helping teammates work more effectively. You communicate clearly in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
You
take responsibility for operating the software you have built
. You have experience being on-call, supporting software in production, ensuring reliability and responding to incidents as needed.
You
enjoy working on complex solutions
, building production software systems. You’re a self-starter, capable of tackling complex engineering problems with minimal supervision.
User focus and pragmatism.
You break complex problems into short feedback loops: analyze, design, deliver an MVP, learn, iterate.
AI experience with a practical mindset.
You use AI coding tools thoughtfully to improve productivity and quality, validate their output, and share useful practices with teammates.
You
care about our community
of users and contributors and are keen to be an active Grafana Community Contributor.
Bonus Points for
Open-source contribution or maintainership, and comfort engaging a community in the open.
An active interest in observability (metrics, logs and traces) and experience with tools like Grafana, Prometheus or other observability platforms.
Experience with databases, SQL or database performance monitoring.
Experience building backend services in Go.
Experience as an on-call user of Grafana, Prometheus, Loki or Tempo in a previous role (or on a homelab).
Experience in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
Compensation & Rewards:
In Spain, the base compensation range for this role is €85
,000 - €107,000

We believe in shared outcomes—RSUs help us stay aligned and invested as we scale globally.

Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
WHY THIS TEAM?
Internal Infrastructure builds the infrastructure and tools used to train, evaluate, and serve Cohere's foundation models. You will work with AI researchers and ML engineers on stability, scalability, and observability. The work accelerates the models behind Cohere's platform, North.
You will run the shared Kubernetes fleets those workloads land on: multi-cloud GPU and TPU clusters, node health, performance, and the partnership with cloud providers and hardware vendors. The role includes a compensated 24x7 on-call rotation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deploy and operate GPU Kubernetes clusters across clouds, and bring up new hardware generations and providers.
- Work with cloud providers and hardware partners on reliability, performance, and cost, including RDMA and high-speed interconnects.
- Automate node, GPU, and fabric fault detection and remediation so most faults are fixed without a human.
- Improve fleet utilization, track cost, and cut the time it takes to get a faulty node back into service.
- Troubleshoot production failures and performance problems, and leave the system easier to operate than you found it.
We hire at more than one level. We set level based on the scope you've owned and how independently you drive work.
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE
- Run GPU Kubernetes clusters with thousands of GPUs for ML or HPC workloads.
- Debugged Linux, networking, and performance problems. Familiarity with RDMA, NCCL, or accelerator health is a plus.
- Written software in Python or Go. You would rather extend a solid open-source project than rebuild it.
- Worked with researchers, ML engineers, or another team whose goals were not identical to yours.
- Found a bottleneck, proposed a fix, and driven it in a fast-moving environment.
If this does not line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
THE EMPLOYMENT & LABOUR LAW ROLE 🇫🇷
Alan is growing fast: new health services, new entities, new countries, and a 2027 People agenda with social elections and many individual situations.
Each of these brings legal obligations, and today we rely mostly on external counsel. In Alan's terms, "compliance" means everything we do to follow a mandatory rule that would become a risk if we got it wrong.
The role makes sure Alan's employment practices are legally secure, pragmatic and humane. You will be our in-house expert on French employment and labour law, for both individual and collective matters. You are a People teammate first, with a strong legal foundation.
SCOPE
Alan operates in 8 countries.
This role is based in France and covers French employment and labour law.
It works in tandem with the People Compliance owner, who covers the other countries, and with the International Expansion hire for new country openings. Curiosity for other jurisdictions is a plus, but it is not the core of the role.
You will join the People team, work closely with the People Compliance owner, the People lead and the individual situations crew, and be mentored by Alan's Compliance Key Function on how we practise legal topics at Alan.
THE PEOPLE TEAM
The People team is made up of 13 people who work in an environment shaped by Alan's Leadership Principles. Every one of them is a genuine fan of our products (Culture being one of them) and deeply committed to Alan's Prevention and Health mission.
The team covers Learning and Development, Payroll and Admin, Employee Experience and Operational Efficiency, Compliance and Employment Law, Comp and Ben, and M&A and International Expansion.
It is a generalist team: everyone shares core missions, including individual situation management and HRBP responsibilities. Then each person owns one or more cross-functional topics depending on their flavour. In your case: French employment and labour law.
YOUR MISSIONS
On top of the core missions shared across the People team, you will work on a diverse range of high-impact topics:
- Employment law expertise: be the go-to person on French individual and collective employment law, with a strong focus on working time, night work and on-call rules (astreinte, rest periods), where the rules are strict and a creative, well-grounded approach makes a difference.
- Legal watch: monitor French labour-law changes, flag what matters for Alan, and use AI agents for legal watch and ongoing compliance checks.
- Obligations register: turn obligations into simple tools and processes, tracked in a register.
- Health and safety at work.
- Audits and inspections: support labour inspections, URSSAF audits and the related compliance reporting.
- Social dialogue: support the People lead in preparing CSE information-consultations, running the 2027 social elections, and drafting and updating company agreements (working time, profit-sharing, agreements for new services).
- Corporate structure: work through the People impact of Alan's evolving legal entities, such as which entities sit in the UES and what it means for our agreements.
- New services: bring a risk-based view early to projects with People impact, such as new health services, and help set up processes that protect Alan while keeping the flexibility and autonomy we want Alaners to have.
- External counsel: write clear briefs, ask sharper questions, reuse existing frameworks and challenge the advice you receive.
- Beyond France (occasionally): contribute, when needed, to topics in other countries, alongside the People Compliance owner.
- Raising the team's expertise: share your legal knowledge with the crew and the wider People team.
- AI and automation: use them to multiply the impact of your work.
OUTCOMES WITHIN YOUR FIRST MONTHS IN THE TEAM
By 2.5 months
- You have contributed to a live CSE topic (e.g. preparing an information-consultation) and to at least one other live topic (e.g. working-time or on-call policy, an agreement for a new service).
- You have shadowed and been reverse-shadowed on individual situation management.
By 5 months
- You own CSE information-consultations end to end, and a workstream such as a company agreement, with the crew as a sounding board.
- You are involved in preparing the 2027 social elections.
- You handle French individual situations without supervision, including the legal analysis.
- A first legal-watch automation is running.
- Crew members and leads come to you as the go-to expert on French employment law.
IS THIS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR?
You may be a great fit for this role if:
- You have a legal background in French employment and social law (e.g. M2 in droit social).
- You have around 4+ years of hands-on experience applying French employment law, typically in a law firm (ideally international), or you are a lawyer who has already moved into a People role.
- You master both individual and collective matters.
- You are excellent in French (negotiation level) and professional in English (our internal processes and documentation are in English).
- You put context before opinion: you understand how Alan works first, then adapt the playbook instead of applying it as is.
- You put business value before legal reflex: you start from the outcome and creative options, tell material risk from theoretical risk, and give practical answers. You are comfortable with a scale-up's risk appetite.
- You have a transversal mindset: a strong anchor in labour law, and real appetite to cover compliance, expansion and other topics.
- You are autonomous: you take initiative, flag risks early and own your outputs.
- You are rigorous: your work is precise and your writing is clear and concise.
- You are curious and coachable: open to feedback, with a clear idea of what you want to learn.
- You are AI-enthusiastic: you already use AI in your daily work and stay critical of the output.
- You show judgement and discretion with confidential information and sensitive human situations.
NICE-TO-HAVE
We are not looking for all of the below. Any one of these can be a strong signal.
- Hands-on experience with CSE meetings, information-consultations, social elections or company agreements.
- Experience in the health sector, insurance, a regulated environment or a scale-up.
- M&A or reorganisation experience.
- Exposure to other jurisdictions (Belgium, Spain).
LEVEL RANGE
For this opportunity, we are aiming to hire within the C0 - D level range.

ABOUT SUPABASE
Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Director of Technology Partnerships to lead the teams responsible for growing Supabase through technology integrations and our marketplace ecosystem.
You’ll bring together two complementary motions: partnerships that embed Supabase into the products developers already use, and a marketplace that helps developers discover and connect complementary technologies to their Supabase projects. Your job is to turn both into durable sources of revenue, adoption, and customer value.
Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you’ll lead and develop the Integrations and Marketplace teams, set their commercial strategy, and work hands-on with our most important partners. A central part of the role is working closely with AI labs to build strategic relationships, develop integrations, and bring joint opportunities to market. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to take integrations from idea to launch—and grow their impact long after launch.
This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where you’ll build relationships with leading AI, developer tools, and infrastructure companies. Supabase is remote-first, and you’ll work across a globally distributed team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD THE TEAM AND STRATEGY
- Lead, coach, and develop the Integrations and Marketplace partnerships teams, including team leads and partner managers.
- Set a clear strategy for where Supabase invests across strategic technology partnerships, marketplace categories, and emerging ecosystem opportunities.
- Define team objectives, partner coverage, investment priorities, and operating cadence. Make thoughtful tradeoffs between high-touch strategic partnerships and scalable programs.
- Build a culture of ownership, commercial discipline, and strong cross-functional execution.
GROW REVENUE THROUGH TECHNOLOGY PARTNERSHIPS
- Drive revenue from technology integrations through partner-driven customer acquisition, product consumption, expansion, retention, co-sell opportunities, and commercial arrangements.
- Own the commercial performance of the technology partnerships and marketplace portfolio, including forecasting and reporting on progress, risks, and return on investment.
- Build and deepen relationships with AI labs, working closely with their product, engineering, business development, and executive teams to identify and execute high-impact partnership opportunities.
- Develop executive relationships with strategic partners across developer tools, cloud, and adjacent infrastructure.
- Lead or support negotiations for complex partnerships, including integration, referral, revenue-sharing, and joint go-to-market agreements.
- Help partner managers build joint business plans that connect partner priorities to measurable outcomes for Supabase and its customers.
LEAD THE MARKETPLACE TEAM
- Lead and develop the Marketplace team, setting its commercial and partner strategy and holding the team accountable for outcomes.
- Guide the team in identifying the capabilities developers need, recruiting the right partners, and helping those partners launch and grow.
- Set priorities and allocate resources across strategic, high-touch partners and scalable paths for emerging and self-serve partners.
- Ensure the team works effectively with Product and Engineering on integration quality, partner onboarding, discovery, activation, and the developer experience across product surfaces.
- Enable the team to work with Marketing and Sales to launch integrations, enable teams, and drive ongoing adoption—not just announcements.
OPERATE WITH RIGOR
- Establish clear measures for partner-sourced and influenced pipeline, integration adoption, revenue, consumption, retention, and marketplace performance.
- Work with Finance, Data, and Partner Operations to improve attribution, reporting, forecasting, and partner revenue processes.
- Represent the voice of partners and customers in product and go-to-market planning, while aligning stakeholders around shared priorities.
- Identify risks early, remove blockers, and communicate decisions and outcomes clearly to leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Have significant experience in technology partnerships, business development, or ecosystem leadership at a developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS company.
- Have led and developed partner-facing teams, including managers or senior individual contributors, and can balance strategic direction with hands-on execution.
- Have a track record of building partnerships that produced measurable revenue, product adoption, or customer growth.
- Have negotiated complex commercial agreements and understand partnership economics, including revenue share, referrals, and consumption-based models.
- Have worked closely with Product and Engineering to ship and grow technical integrations. You can engage credibly with technical teams, including those at AI labs, even if you aren’t the person writing the code.
- Know how to build relationships with executives while earning the trust of product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Use data to prioritize opportunities, assess partner performance, and make decisions when attribution is imperfect.
- Are comfortable building in an evolving environment, communicating in writing, and working asynchronously across time zones.
IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE
- Built or scaled a developer marketplace, integration ecosystem, or partner platform.
- Worked with AI LLMs, AI app builders, databases, open-source products, or developer infrastructure.
- A background in software development, with an understanding of how developers build and integrate products.
- Experience growing both a small number of strategic partnerships and a broader, scalable partner program.
- A strong network in the San Francisco Bay Area technology ecosystem.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Fully Remote
We hire globally. We believe you can do your best work from anywhere. There are no Supabase offices, but we provide a WeWork membership or co-working allowance you can use anywhere in the world.
- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

- ~400 team members
- 60+ countries
- 20+ languages spoken
- Over $1B raised (including our $500M Series F)

And beyond.
