Patreon is a media and community platform where over 300,000 creators give their biggest fans access to exclusive work and experiences. We offer creators a variety of ways to engage with their fans and build a lasting business including: paid memberships, free memberships, community chats, live video, and selling to fans directly with one-time purchases.
Ultimately our goal is simple: fund the creative class. And we're leaders in that space, with:
- $10 billion+ generated by creators since Patreon's inception
- 100 million+ free memberships for fans who may not be ready to pay just yet, and
- 25 million+ paid memberships on Patreon today.
We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Design Manager to support our mission.
This role is based in New York or San Francisco and open to those who are able to be in-office 3 days per week on a hybrid work model.
About the Team
The Design team at Patreon is responsible for the full consumer experience across our creator and fan products. The team spans product design and content design, working across Patreon's core surfaces: memberships, community, live video, and direct sales. Designers here are embedded in cross-functional teams alongside product, engineering, and data, and are expected to drive outcomes, not just deliver assets.
At Patreon, design is fundamental to how we build and how we think about the product. This team reflects that: high craft standards, close partnership with product leadership, and a genuine curiosity about how AI can raise the bar for what we ship
About the Role
As Senior Staff Design Manager, you'll lead a team of 6-7 product designers alongside another senior design manager, and represent the design leadership bench at Patreon.
You'll lead by example in the craft, not just through management: staying close to the work in Figma, prototyping, or production code, while partnering across product and engineering to shape the next chapter of design at Patreon.
You'll also be a strong external voice for the design team, helping build Patreon's reputation as a place where great designers want to work.
What you’ll need:
- You've shipped distinctive consumer software where design was central to the product's market position, not just polish on a working thing, across a range of products or surfaces rather than a single hero project
- You lead by example in the craft, whether in Figma, prototyping, or production code
- You're a proven manager with success across different sizes and shapes of design teams, and you've operated across different configurations (startup, scale, public) rather than running one playbook
- You have real AI fluency: you use tools daily and have driven measurable, team-wide transformation in velocity, quality, or scope
- You have a track record of building and holding high talent density: top designers choose to work for you and stay, and the people you've hired and developed have gone on to become strong leaders themselves
- You're a strategic thought partner across functions, oriented toward shared outcomes rather than territory
- You're a strong external voice for your team's work, brand, and craft
We hire talented and passionate people from different backgrounds because workplace diversity and inclusion is critical to our ability to serve creators worldwide. If you’re excited about a role but your past experience doesn’t match with every bullet point outlined above, we strongly encourage you to apply anyway. If you’re a creator at heart, are energized by our mission, and share our company values, we’d love to hear from you.
About Patreon
Patreon powers creators to do what they love and get paid by the people who love what they do. Our team is passionate about making this mission and our core values come to life every day in our work. Through this work, our Patronauts:
- Put Creators First | They’re the reason we’re here. When creators win, we win.
- Build with Craft | We sign our name to every deliverable, just like the creators we serve.
- Make it Happen | We don’t quit. We learn and deliver.
- Win Together | We grow as individuals. We win as a team.
Patreon is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We provide employment opportunities without regard to age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other protected class. If you need a reasonable accommodation during the interview process, please let us know via email at accommodations@patreon.
Patreon offers a competitive benefits package including and not limited to salary, equity plans, healthcare, flexible time off, company holidays and recharge days, commuter benefits, lifestyle stipends, learning and development stipends, patronage, parental leave, and 401k plan with matching.
Patreon operates under a hybrid work model, where employees based in office locations are expected to come into the office two days per week, excluding sick time and paid leave. The goal of this policy is to be intentional about the in-person time we spend together to strengthen the feeling of community at Patreon. Candidates hired into remote-eligible roles are not expected to meet the same requirements.
At Patreon, we believe in fair and transparent pay. In compliance with New York and California pay transparency laws, we are sharing the expected salary range for this role.
The posted salary range is dependent on the location and the level. This range may encompass multiple levels within the role’s job family. The final offer will be based on candidate’s experience, skills, competencies, and geographic location, aligning with the appropriate job level within Patreon’s leveling framework. For remote employees located outside CA and NY, salary may vary based on location and local market conditions.
Patreon reserves the right to modify or update compensation and benefits at any time.

We are hiring builders to define how people talk to, show things to, and hear from AI
In 2026, we launched Computer, the defining product for the new era of agentic AI. We've scaled beyond the millions of people using Perplexity every day for research, shopping, investing and curiosity into a new paradigm of using AI to transform knowledge into action.
The Multimodal team builds the experiences and infrastructure that move AI interaction beyond touch and text — realtime voice, vision, and the platform systems behind them. We own the full path from a user speaking into a device to an answer coming back: the realtime session infrastructure that connects clients to frontier audio models, the backend orchestration that routes, records, and supervises live sessions, and the SDK that powers voice and multimodal experiences across Perplexity's apps.
As a backend engineer on Multimodal, you will design and scale the distributed systems that carry live voice sessions in production — and drive entirely new products at the intersection of voice, vision, and agents.
WHY PERPLEXITY IS DIFFERENT
- Craftsmanship. We build high quality, tasteful products targeting both the AI native and AI curious.
- Ownership. You identify the problem, design the solution and ship it.
- Entrepreneurship. We think like founders, act with urgency, and hustle to deliver for each other and our users.
- Scholarship. Work among highly talented peers, pursuing knowledge and truth, upleveling ourselves, our teams, and our products.
- Partnership. We amplify each others' strengths, break down silos, and give selflessly to help our colleagues deliver excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, build, and scale the backend session-worker architecture that powers realtime voice: durable per-session workers, provider routing, and stateful streaming over gRPC.
- Own distributed-systems problems end-to-end — session lifecycle, crash recovery, reconnection and replay, multi-region deployment, and graceful degradation under real production load.
- Build provider-agnostic streaming protocols from our backend to the Rust SDK that powers voice across every client stack.
- Drive new products and initiatives in voice and multimodal AI from problem definition through technical design, implementation, and launch.
- Build the orchestration layer that lets live voice models delegate work to tools, agents, and long-running tasks — safely, asynchronously, and at scale.
- Partner closely with SDK, client, infrastructure, and model teams; work across the stack when the product demands it, from backend services to client-facing APIs.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience building backend or distributed systems.
- Strong experience in Rust, Python, or Go (we work primarily in Rust and Python).
- Experience designing and operating production distributed systems: streaming RPC (gRPC or similar), stateful services, message-driven architectures, and failure recovery.
- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure — deploying, scaling, and operating services on AWS or equivalent.
- Strong product judgment and the ability to translate user problems into simple, effective technical solutions.
- Genuine interest and adoption of AI products and willingness to learn quickly.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with realtime media systems: voice, audio streaming, WebRTC, or low-latency transport.
- Full-stack range — comfort building end-to-end, from backend services through client SDKs or web frontends.
- Experience integrating LLMs, speech models, or computer vision into production systems.
- Experience with agent frameworks, tool-calling architectures, or sandboxed execution environments.
- Time spent at a fast-growing startup or on a high-ownership engineering team.
OUR MISSION
Perplexity’s mission is to power curiosity. Curious people are the people who drive change in the world. Driving change is a continuous cycle of learning, building, and integrating.
Learn: curious people constantly learn new things by asking more. They question the status quo in their own expertise and they constantly learn outside of it. Research is essential to them and never ending.
Build: curious people make and create things, to show the world their new answers to problems no one else ever questioned. They take action on what they’ve learned. Makers need tools to create their products, their companies, their reality.
Integrate: they must interact with the world as it is to drive change and adoption. True leaders do not simply build something and hope. They must have armies of agents and workers who can constantly work in millions of small ways.
Repeat. For curious people this is a cycle that never ends.
Location: San Francisco; New York City
Workplace: Hybrid

ABOUT ELEVENLABS
ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology.
We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always.
We have expanded from voice into three main platforms:
- ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.
- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.
- Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Innovative culture: You’ll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.
- Learning & development: ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend.
- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Growth PM to own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing page through to in-app and pricing. ElevenLabs drives significant paid and organic traffic across self-serve, developer, and enterprise funnels; your job is to turn more of it into subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.
You'll own the experimentation engine end to end: uncovering opportunities through funnel and product data, building and prioritizing the testing backlog, designing and evaluating experiments, and owning the tracking and reporting that turns results into decisions. Your scope runs deeper than conversion optimization: you'll drive experiments across onboarding, activation, and pricing, and align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around one optimization roadmap.
The ideal candidate is equal parts analyst, strategist, and operator: someone who finds revenue hiding in funnel and product data, ships a high-velocity testing program, and communicates results in terms of subscriptions and pipeline, not just conversion rates.
REQUIREMENTS
- A track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end - hypothesis, prioritization, test design, and analysis - with measurable revenue impact
- Experience running experiments beyond the marketing site: in-product (onboarding, activation) and pricing or monetization
- Deep analytics fluency: comfortable living in product analytics tools (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, GA4) to diagnose funnel drop-off, segment traffic, and attribute outcomes across multi-domain journeys
- Strong statistical literacy: you know how to size tests, avoid false winners, and choose the right success metric (revenue and subscriptions over clicks)
- A cross-functional operator who can align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap
Bonus
- Working front-end web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to build test variants without waiting on engineering
- Experience optimizing PLG/self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted (demo/contact-sales) funnels
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.

An overview of this role
As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods.
What you’ll do
Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning.
Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code.
Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate.
Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway.
Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs.
Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment.
Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives.
Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next.
What you’ll bring
Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python.
Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes.
A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch.
A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're building something from the ground up: a high-growth China export advertising business with real ambition and an open runway. We're looking for a driven commercial leader — with strong GCR (Greater China Region) agency market knowledge — who's ready to own the strategy, build agency relationships, and grow a business in one of the most exciting cross-border digital advertising markets today.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain the status quo. It's for someone who wants ownership, enjoys building from zero to one, and is excited by the opportunity to create something with lasting impact.
You'll be shaping the go-to-market from scratch and translating China outbound advertising ambitions into measurable results across global platforms. If you want to build rather than manage, this is the role.
What You Will Do
Lead the Business
Own the China Export agency strategy, manage pipeline, forecast with precision, and close gaps fast.
Communicate progress clearly to regional and global stakeholders with structured, data-informed updates.
Drive Agency Relationships
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for GCR holding companies and export-focused agencies.
Build senior relationships with Investment Directors, Business Directors, and Group Heads. Align on joint business plans and drive partner accountability.
Develop acquisition, activation, and retention programs for agencies and clients.
Lead executive business reviews, agency roadshows, and education sessions to embed the platform into agency planning cycles.
Develop the Market
Define and execute a go-to-market strategy targeting China outbound advertisers across travel, luxury, consumer electronics, gaming, and e-commerce.
Identify whitespace within agency holding groups, activating new teams, trading desks, and specialist export units.
Drive pipeline through advertiser-specific proposals, audience strategies, and campaign frameworks for international markets.
Represent the business at local marketing and partner events; translate market intelligence into strategic decisions.
What We Are Looking For
7–10 years in digital media sales, agency partnerships, or sales leadership, with a track record of building revenue rather than just managing it.
Deep fluency in the GCR agency landscape: how China export budgets are planned, allocated, and traded through holding groups.
Proven senior-level relationship management experience. Comfortable in the boardroom and effective at working level.
Data-driven and operationally sharp: uses analytics to set goals, diagnose problems, and prioritize action.
Experience leading or coaching teams, setting high standards and bringing people along.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Familiar with programmatic advertising, trading desks, and agency investment processes.
A self-starter who sets their own bar, thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and doesn't wait for permission.
Comfortable with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China.
Nice to Have
Experience with audio, streaming, or entertainment advertising platforms.
Familiarity with cross-border or multi-market campaigns for China-origin advertisers.
Proficiency with Salesforce, or similar sales productivity/CRM tools.
Where You'll Be
Based in Hong Kong, with regular travel across Hong Kong and mainland China, and periodic collaboration with global teams. Hybrid working model.
Why Join Aleph?
Build, don't just manage:
This is a true zero-to-one mandate — you'll design the go-to-market strategy and sales motion for one of the fastest-growing corridors in cross-border digital advertising.
High-visibility impact:
Your work will directly shape how global platforms capture China outbound ad spend, with direct exposure to senior stakeholders across GCR agency holding groups and Aleph's global leadership.
Ownership culture:
Aleph gives commercial leaders real autonomy — you set the strategy, own the roadmap, and are trusted to move fast.
Growth market, growth career:
China's outbound advertising ecosystem across travel, luxury, gaming, and e-commerce is expanding rapidly — this role offers a front-row seat and a path to scale a business as it grows.
Global platform, local expertise:
You'll operate at the intersection of world-class advertising platforms and deep GCR market knowledge, working alongside a team that values data-driven thinking and hands-on relationship building.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

An overview of this role
As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at GitLab, you'll work directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services that help them adopt GitLab successfully. You'll lead engagements from single-node Omnibus installs to large reference architectures built with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration as code. You'll also guide migrations from other systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, and help customers make practical decisions that improve reliability, security, and day-to-day workflows.
In this role, you'll work closely with customers and GitLab's product and engineering teams to drive customer success and share feedback that improves GitLab and how we deliver services. You'll manage multiple projects at once, mentor other Professional Services Engineers, and help streamline how we deliver consistent outcomes in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Some examples of our projects:
Designing and delivering GitLab installations and reference architectures using tools like Terraform and Ansible across major cloud providers
Leading migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, and turning customer feedback into actionable improvements for GitLab's product and engineering teams
What you’ll do
Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements, including installation, migration, training, and advisory services across GitLab capabilities.
Plan and execute deployments ranging from single-node Omnibus installations to large reference architectures using Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code practices.
Lead migrations from multiple source systems to GitLab SaaS or self-managed GitLab, helping customers adopt secure, reliable workflows.
Partner with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency, remove friction, and continuously refine delivery processes.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers, translating goals and constraints into practical implementation plans and clear next steps.
Interface with GitLab's product and engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and share feedback that helps improve GitLab features and services.
Mentor Associate and Intermediate Professional Services Engineers, providing technical guidance, helping remove blockers, and supporting increased autonomy.
Manage and deliver multiple customer engagements at once, either as the primary engineer or as a lead providing oversight and direction to other engineers.
What you’ll bring
Professional exposure with one or more infrastructure as code or configuration as code technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Puppet, Chef or Kubernetes.
Professional exposure with two or more cloud providers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
Experience using, deploying, or configuring GitLab, including a solid understanding of Git and source control workflows.
Strong grounding in Security / AI technologies
Experience delivering customer-facing services such as installation, migration, training, and advisory engagements across GitLab's feature set.
Proven ability to independently manage one or more projects and to lead and provide direction to other Professional Services Engineers on complex engagements.
Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear status updates and build consensus with peers and customers in a remote, largely asynchronous environment.
Demonstrated ability to take a solution-oriented approach by identifying root causes, proposing options and tradeoffs, and driving issues to resolution while balancing multiple customer engagements in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote organization by communicating clearly in writing, documenting decisions, collaborating asynchronously across time zones, and working in ways consistent with GitLab's values.
About the team
Senior Professional Services Engineers are part of GitLab's Professional Services team. We partner closely with Engagement Managers and Project Managers to deliver consistent outcomes, and we work with GitLab's product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve GitLab. Professional Services operates in a fully remote and largely asynchronous environment, collaborating across regions and time zones. The team's challenge is to support customers with a wide range of architectures and deployment models while maintaining high-quality delivery and setting customers up for long-term success.
